•Freemium games will no longer be listed as free on the apple App Store. Instead they will be listed as "get" because the federal trade commission has decided that any game with in app purchases isn't actually free.

• Seamus from WWE really wants to get into acting and he's pushing to play Venom for Sony. He really wants in on the super antihero.

• Black Friday sales be damned! A lucky few gamers got Wii Us and 3DSs for $60 and PS4s for $80. At Sears, a glitch in the system gave out $60 Nintendo products while a hacked Amazon page allowed people to use WalMart's internet price match to score $80 Sony products.

•Marvel has stopped making mutants. Well for the time being Marvel has told it's writers to stop making new mutants. The reason is to not give fox anything else to work with. Basically new mutants means more stories for fox to pilfer.

•Marvel has also confirmed Robert Downey Jr. will be in Captain America 3 to kick off a storyline based on the Civil War storyline in the comics. I think this is pretty smart just because the x-men really aren't vital to that major crossover.

•Final comicbook movie news of the day is that Ewan Mcgregor may be up for the role of Dr. Strange

•so let's go into comicbook TV news. Gotham now has been ordered for a full season. The Easter egg laden show will now air a full 22episodes instead of 16.

•The Purge 3 is happening... And not a single fuck was given.

•Simon Kinberg has been doing press for the lastest X film's dvd and bluray release and has stated some pretty big news for all the Marvel franchises that Fox owns at the moment. First Apocalypse will round out the First Class trilogy for the X-Men and we shall see some new X-Men in the future... Oh and Deadpool is totally part of the X-Men franchise. So expect to see some of your favorite characters to make cameos in the Deadpool movie. Also expect that the X-Men and The Fantastic Four will cross over in the next 10 years. Though no word on The Starjammers yet.

• Spidey's future is now in flux as well. Marvel is currently in talks to buy back the rights to your friendly neighborhood spiderman. Or at least partial rights. What this means is that if the deal goes through, the rights revert back to Marvel but Sony has distribution rights. Which is the same deal Marvel made with Paramount before the mouse house bought the house that Stan built. This may also mean that we will get another Spiderman reboot. Though it has been rumored that it may just be the actor not the character that changes.

•The Naruto Manga is coming to an end this November. Sad faces from every black guy on the show.

•November 21 is the US release date for Super Smash Bros. Wii U.

•So Dr. House and Deadpool are joining Little Big Planet 3! Well kind of... Hugh Laurie and Nolan North have joined the voice cast of the said game... Bryan Cranston has to be next.

•Dynamite Comics has gotten the rights to do a James Bond comic.

• Batman and Spider-Man were arrested the other day for fighting a guy that a guy that was aggressively hitting on them. The assailant grabbed Batman from behind and shouted "I'm going to fuck you batman" then ran to Spider-Man and grabbed his ass.

• The doughnut company whose initials are a letter away from being racist is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Ghostbusters by offering Ghostbusters inspired doughnuts. Because fuck you that's why.

• So this is a weird case. Daniele Watts, an actress on the FX series Partners who also had a minor role in Django Unchained, was in an altercation with police over the weekend. What makes this interesting is that she is claiming racism and the first cop on the scene is claiming obstruction of the law.

Her story:

The cops hand cuffed her and threw her in the back of a police car because the first cop on the scene saw her making out with her white boyfriend.

His story:

The officer got a call about a black woman and white guy having sex in a car. When he got to the scene both were fully dressed and she was taking in her cell outside of the car. He went to talk and asked for a female officer when two other officers came by, she walked away in the middle of his warning speech. She had to be brought back in hand cuffs and was left in the back of the police car until the officer could just do a felony check.

• The director of Oculus is writing the reboot of I Know What YouDid Last Summer. Because we need another fucking reboot.

• So a bunch of us geeks got ahold of download codes for the Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo. As I'm not sure what I can say or not say for now, I will say that the game seems to be missing characters. Mainly the ice climbers. Apparently the 3DS wasn't powerful enough for the characters. Fear not though because they will appear on the Wii U version.

• The ESRB is 20 years old this year. I for one now feel fucking old. I remember when games didn't have ESRB ratings.

Lionsgate has announced that the upcoming Power Rangers reboot will be released to theaters on July 22, 2016.

So Kevin Smith is not going to not direct movies anymore? Let's just stew in that strangely worded awesome news for a second. His next film will be YOGA HOSERS. The fi stars Johnny Depp, his daughter, and Smith's daughter. Here's the synopsis from Joblo.com.

Hosers, written by Smith, centers on 15-year-old yoga nuts Colleen Collette (Lily-Rose Depp) and Colleen McKenzie (Harley Quinn Smith) who have an after-school job at a Manitoba convenience store called Eh-2-Zed. The Deadpool test footage is floating around the internet making waves and warm squishy feelings in the stomachs and hearts of anyone with a collectible hit on their heads and anyone who gets in the way. Also a fucking shit load of fanboys and girls who soiled their undergarments watching the new "trailer". Did everyone see it? I won't post it but we'll give a synopsis!

What If... Wrestlers went more comic book?

A glove, a broken shield, and a release date for a sequel is about all we really got from the MCU panel. The broken shield of captain America does give me hope that he will travel to wakanda to have it fixed.

A new batsuit for Batfleck was shown in a teaser video at the DCCU panel but not much else was shown.

Walking Dead season 5 may be going to a later time slot on Sundays. The show runner for the highly acclaimed series says that this season will be the most violent season to date, and they may have to play the show later to accommodate FCC regulations.

A two hour Arrow/Flash crossover has been announced as well as the fact that we will see Roy as Arsenal in a costume that resembles Green Arrows but is of course red. One other thing... Ra's Al Ghul is coming to Arrow.

A Godzilla sequel has been announced! The script and preproduction is going on now (though they haven't picked a "villain" yet) the actual production will start after Gareth Edwards finishes his Star Wars spinoff.

Star Trek is one of the biggest franchises out there and Planet of The Apes is slowly winning back it's fan base. So IDW has decided that the best thing to do is have the scifi epics cross over in comic form.

Guillermo Del Toro has finally given us news on Hellboy 3! And that news is that it is not gonna happen. The stars can't align for this one.

Now for some reason I can't understand all I can think about when I hear about this movie is the video game Catherine. But this is actually a cool psychological thriller starring Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe

Big Hero 6 has a couple of new pics of the heroes within the new Disney/Marvel movie.

The new Constantine show hasn't even aired yet and it has already lost it's leading lady. Lucy Griffiths has apparently quit the series because the creators want to go in a different direction than she had previously thought.

A new Fatal Frame (the pS2/Xbox survival horror series where you fight ghosts win your spirit camera...it's way scarier than it sounds) was announced for Wii U, in Japan this fall. No word yet on a western release, but there is a manga and film planned. The film seems to be geared for a western release, which would likely indicate the game will come over too.
