Life has been a whirlwind lately, BUT, I have been designing and shooting dead ahead. SO today I’ve come to do a show and tell. Also we had a pretty interesting Maundy Thursday service, which while I’m writing I’m deciding whether or not to share in this post or give it it’s own. Regardless, it was a unique approach and I thought maybe some of you out there would find it interesting. I’ve decided, I’ll post it later. Like how I did that do ya? Multi-tasking!?
Here are a few logo’s which I’ve just wrapped up. The first, Robotic Milking Integrated Solutions, is for a company that specializes in the use of robot’s to control the milking of cows. Freaky huh?

Out of all of the options created, I thought this one had the most character and added a playfulness to what might otherwise be a pretty stiff topic.

Neon thoughts is a web design/programmer company run by our friend Josh. This was a fun one.

Branding for a new development in Ashburton, New Zealand! Pretty sure this was our first international client.

Here is a recent web pitch for a record label based out of Nashville who also has a branch in the UK.

One of my long awaited packages arrived yesterday. I received the first of the LogoLounge Master Library Volume entitled Initials & Crests. If you read my old post, you would know that it includes the Erick Lefevre Masonry Logo. I feel very blessed and hope to have many more opportunities like this. Christmas in a Junkyard?

This year our Christmas Series is going to be called “Salvaged”. The Salvaged story is that of a tiny Jewish baby with which God used to crawl into the dumpster of humanity to salvage us all. This was a challenging concept. Relating something as “perfect” as Christmas with something as “messy” as a junkyard. I thought the contrast though lent itself to this idea pretty well. This is the card for the series. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello family, friends, & foes! (If you are a foe, let me know so we can work on that) I know I know, You’ve been waiting for me to post for ages. Well good news… Here it is. Life been great lately and has slightly steered me in a diff direction. I have some exciting news to announce fairly soon, but until then, stay in suspense. Cashmere has been at work and we have some exciting new projects coming down the pipe. We were also showcased in a recent art show called “Revitalization of the 21 Century Church” at Roberts Wesleyan college. We were honored to be asked to enter our work into this show. Northgate continues to be the most amazing church to work and be a part of! (Sorry I’m Biased) We have some new things going on there as well like video of our weekend services. The photography side of my life is becoming more exciting! I am getting opportunity to shoot some pretty cool events/people/things. Like you for instance. I have thoroughly been enjoying fall and all that it brings like the hints of snow and 8 truckloads of leaves jsut from my backyard. Well I don’t know if enjoy is the correct term for that. Hello all you go getters. Well this post is dedicated to where you SHOULD be this Friday. It would be a pleasure to have you all come out for our (Relevant Worship) Live DVD recording at the Town Ballroom in Buffalo. Doors are at 6:30 and we will probably go on at around 8ish. It’s Monday morning. Here I sit with my Green Mtn. Coffee, listening to Radiohead – Amnesiac, with incense wafting through the air, and creativity seems like its on the moon this morn. Also feeling like i may have been whacked in the head with a jackhammer this morning. On to better times… The new series here at Northgate (Go For It!) has been a fun one. I decided it would be a good time to introduce some of my photography into one of the series and the name lent itself to some shots from the Man Trip ’09 hike. So here’s the new sermon card and a few slides from this past weekend. Thanks Mike!
