This boss’ abilities are many and varied and can induce the following debuffs on it’s victim:

• coughing
• sneezing
• runny nose
• sinus congestion
• chest congestion
• headche
• fatigue
• sinus pressure that causes the victim to feel like he/she has been hit in the face with a brick

There are several methods of attacking this boss, we will enumerate the methods Galadria has employed to assist us.

• Sleep – this is a passive buff to the Immune System’s raid that allows us to attack Sinus Infection unencumbered
• Theraflu – this applies a damage increasing buff to the immune system and depending on the type of Theraflu applied can also induce the Sleep buff
• Vitamin C – also a passive buff to the Immune System’s raid that slightly increases it’s Stamina and Attack Power
• Fever – This is a direct damage attack on Sinus Infection by the victim’s Immune System raid but also causes discomfort to the victim, and in extreme cases can also damage the victim

We have the Sinus Infection down to about 30% health but Galadria’s still not up to posting.  Next week should return to your regularly scheduled programing.

I’m at a loss for words on this one.  I don’t live in Canada but I do have readers in Canada and if this goes through (I’ll be astouonded if it does) they won’t be able to access my site because it’s not Canadian.  See aparently the Internet should be a national thing.  Each country needs their own little WORLD WIDE WEB!

Anyone laughing as hard as I am?  Does anyone seriously think that the internet needs this much regulation?  Charging ISP’s to access creative content is just plain crazy talk.  I can just hear it now… “Sorry dude, I can’t go look at your site because my ISP doesn’t pay for that one” 

Anyone who lives in the Austin area will be familiar with this.  LIN TV, who owns the local chanel KXAN (who is our NBC affiliate by the way), wanted to charge additional fees back in October and Time Warner (who I would guess has about 70% of the market share around here) refused to pay the higher costs.  Whether the higher rates are reasonable or not is debatable and depends on who you ask, that’s another story though.  Time Warner droped KXAN from their lineup for about a month while ironing out details.  Everyone who subscribes to cable with Time Warner was without programing because the big wigs couldn’t get their act together. 

Do we really need more of that crap in our lives?  Do we really need more bureaucracy?  If you live in Canada you should consider making your voice heard on this subject.  Someone posted down in the comments of that forum post where to get more info.  We as internet users need to call bullsh!t on this one.

I’m working on the Lunar Fest stuff right now and I’m thinking I should have waited to do the Explorer stuff until now as I’m all over the map again.  Oh well.  Hindsight is 20/20. 

My guild got Mally down this weekend and I wasn’t there   I’m a little bummed but I was having some girl time which is more important!  We’re going to try Sarth +1 this week.  I’ve really been looking forward to trying this.

Improved Divine Spirit doesn’t stack with any other spellpower increasing buff.

Non-Improved Divine Spirit is the best Spirit buff in game.

The moral of the story?  Blizz basically made Imp DS a talent that is only reasonable to take for soloing or 5-mans without certian classes.  It is no longer a raid talent unless you run regularly with a very strange raid make up.  However, take the 2 points out of Imp DS and put them somewhere else, all of your Priests, Druids, and Warlocks have the best Spirit buff in game. 

If I understand the mechanics correctly, even if you have the Imp DS buff the Spirit part of it remains active even if the spellpower part is overwritten… but why waste the 2 points? 

In conclusion:  Please don’t take away my Disc Priest justs because you don’t think I need a Spirit buff.

A few notes:

• Do the Shattrath cooking daily!  There are several recipes that are only available through this daily.  You will need to keep doing the daily until you have all of these recipes.
• Some of the recipes are quest rewards.  If you weren’t a Chef when you did those quests and vendored the recipe a GM should be able to restore it for you if you submit a ticket.  You may also be able to purchase the recipes on the Auction House.
• If you don’t fish you will need to purchase some from the AH or find a buddy to get them for you.
• Purchasing all of the needed meat/fish from the AH is an option, but one that I hesitate to recomend.  Since these are now “old-school” mats they will either be really cheap (because no one needs them any more) or really expensive (because no one farms them any more) depending on your server.  Either way, it may be hard to find everything and you’ll probably have to buy more than you need.  Once you have all of the recipes, you should be able to farm everything you will need in one sitting if you are level 80.

Assuming you are like me, and don’t have any of these recipes, here’s where you will need to go to get all of the recipes:

On a serious note, it’s good advice! I get the Writers Blah’s quite often and the best remedy is to keep writing!

I’m looking for someone to design a header for me, I’m willing to give you some kind of compensation (possibly trade services?)  for your time and energy.  I’m looking for a header with something “Wrath”-y in the background (I like Howling Fjord or maybe Wyrmrest Temple) and my toon off to one side.  Hopefully also in colors that will match the theme here, but I chose neutral colors specifically for that purpose.  I just don’t have the time to do this for myself.  If you are willing/able to help me out please leave a comment or send me an e-mail (galadriapriest [at] gmail [dot] com)
