It's a Brave New Year!

To borrow a line from every developers vision of Wordpress. Oddly enough this journey begin with google and is still gong, blessedly.

It's a brave new world or year as it were.

I've had to make and take the time to gather myself and thoughts. Part of this late in the day arrival is due to overcommitment and a hint of underdevelopment. I promised myself a few years ago that I was going to develop this place. Yet I've worked on everything but THIS PLACE!

Myself as well, as if that's any comfort. But for value sake... I committed to making The Lion Well and I'm pleased to say The Lion is Well!

Bold and dedicated to the work. This year I'm not going to do anymore. I'm doing and calling it done!

Those who've eaten of this fruit and drink from this well, I hope you've been refreshed and filled, at least a little bit. I hope you've enjoyed your experience. I hope - you're prepared for more!

This year I've dedicated to letting the lion out. Letting him loose so to speak. Freeing myself to be and host this place (as well as others)... This year, I'm setting the pride loose (literally and figuratively) to change the boundaries of the kingdom. And, show the world the vision that is The Lion's Well!

Dollars or Sense - The Context of Giving and Asking

I shared something this morning that seems woefully incomplete, the thought that is!

Because it occurs to me, especially in this season. Whether it be of life or the holidays, many are asking to share something that the world has woefully not prepared us to be without. Nevertheless it's something we weren't born with. And in most cases can live without because its man made. It's a formulated, formulation of a strategy; just as making skins for ourselves.

It's a program that has near universal acceptance. And just as communal creativity and access. But still it's a fiction. Not even a necessary fiction. It's an addiction that we (who call ourselves Christians) have to break from. Though it seems hard!

It seems tough to see past because,

we don't have the cloud.
We don't have the pillar of fire.
We don't even have the man (in the physical) to rely on any more.

We don't have (generally speaking) reliable representation from the man. All we have is Faith!

The faith to say we hope we're not making a big mistake. The faith that says we trust in the process, because the processor - the professor that walks with me, or before me. Those that rely on me, assume! Assuming...

That is they believe in me, the faith that lives in me. The hope that dwells in me, my story! Of accepting the Love of someone I've never seen or had a direct physical contact with yet I know I've been touched by Him! Through others aren't or weren't afraid to share his gift.

Even those who misuse it for their own purposes to pollute the well so to speak. The gift and giver still shine through. Like a light on a hill drawing you in. It catches and keeps your attention, calling you home! The point is.

Faith Hope Love (Charity) but the greatest of these are Love (Charity). 1st Corinthians 13:13

Keep going, you've read this far, I promise there is a big payoff!

I wrote something that can easily be taken out of context or misconstrued. Because people are afraid. And God tells us to not be afraid. Be informed!

Give freely! But be informed!

In your decision making BE INFORMED!. Nevertheless I wrote that - people are hoarders.

Because they're looking for the exchange. They want to see the foreseeable and know the unforeseeable. When God says, Walk by Faith! Not by sight. BY FAITH!

By trust in HIM. By believing in HIM. By giving according to Him and His word and not relying on the system of strung together leaves and man made things created to sow distraction.

Remember, Heaven is a place too. And if you trust Him that says, I'm preparing a place for you. Trust that he has a place prepared for you, and room for others. So why not help them get back there!

the Rest Fall Brings

As I posted in my personal space, fall tends to be a time of reflection. It's a harvest time, true enough, but also a time to take stock or inventory some things. Decide what needs to change and what can continue with you.

It is a time to realign your faith, your perspectives; in preparation for whatever lies ahead. Be it winter or night or eternal sleep... The point is. It is a time to unburden yourself and discover what is really of value and what is perhaps not so.

Considering this I am again brought back to the story of Cale and Joshua. These two young men at the time remembered/ relied on their faith in their youth. And as they got older their faith still remained the core of who they were.

This is especially relevant to me (of Caleb) having celebrated an anniversary of life recently (me not Caleb of course). Taking stock of what's important to me. Taking a moment, a day, to breathe and inventory some things. But then to revitalize and reignite the flame that drives me. Like Caleb, I'm fired up and ready to go! Thanks Obama!

I'm ready to push forward onto the new things coming down the line and taking over and on some things in the pursuit of Good's life and living.

It truly has been a blessing to make it to this point but after a brief rest. I'm Fired Up and Ready to Go! Ready for the halftime celebrations to end so I can proceed to win the game!

At any rate, here is brief reflection of Caleb's story, from Joshua 14:6–15,

’ 10 And now, behold, the Lord has kept me alive, just as he said, these forty-five years since the time that the Lord spoke this word to Moses, while Israel walked in the wilderness. And now, behold, I am this day eighty-five years old. 11 I am still as strong today as I was in the day that Moses sent me; my strength now is as my strength was then, for war and for going and coming. 12 So now give me this hill country of which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day how the Anakim were there, with great fortified cities. It may be that the Lord will be with me, and I shall drive them out just as the Lord said.”

Saturday's Message - A Quick Blessing

As we wait and work on what this site is to become - quickly, I have a special blessing for you. A blessed thought I have to share. It's part of a larger thought - There is NO Easy Fix but You Too Can Have a Quick Turnaround.

Part of the thought comes from the miracles/ healings Jesus Himself performed while on earth.

According to scripture people didn't have to wait once they approached Jesus. Got in His face so to speak. But many had waited for days, weeks; even years for miraculous healings or supernatural occurrences - divine intervention. That's the thought behind at least behind the line - There's no easy fix but you can have a quick intervention.

At any rate here is my message for today.

There is a reason Jesus never did miracles using the ways/ techniques every time. He didn’t want man doing what man did anyway. Create a system. 21 days to a miracle - 10 days to an answer - 5 days before your miracle...

He taught and was teaching us (man) to rely on God not a system

To go to God not around God to find a miracle or force His hand”

To come before the throne of grace and present your case – your faith. And according to your faith be it done unto you!

If you remember, faith can move mountains! And faith is what pleases God.

Then that’s what we have to put into practice; exercise – put to work.

Use your faith as an anchor, a weapon… Put your faith to work for works (in practice) to change your life!

Be Blessed and Encouraged of the Lord! Today, Tomorrow and forever as long as you're here!

The Lord Builds a House

So many things on my mind - reflecting and calling for addressing let me say in this New Year. Rejoice!

This word begins Psalm 127 (KJV) Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it:

Unless the Lord builds it - it's a waste of time... This is no waste of time!

This New Year I'm ready to announce - we're building something special. Something needed, necessary. The Lord doesn't work in vain or for vanity. And the word, the message I'm bringing in this hour is no vanity project to me. It's one of change and growth and a complete overhaul you might say of my being. But that is for another moment as the Living Bible also says, "for God wants his loved ones to get their proper rest."

As it's quite early in the day and the year when I pen these thoughts, let me say. Have a blessed and prosperous new year! The Lords favor shine on you and before you - to guide you into His hands - His rest.

The mission at the Lion's Well is to make sure the Lion is Well and that too is no vanity project. The Message version of these thoughts and I would almost say prophecy since that's where the Lord seems to be leading me reads.

If God doesn’t build the house, the builders only build shacks.
If God doesn’t guard the city, the night watchman might as well nap.
It’s useless to rise early and go to bed late, and work your worried fingers to the bone.
Don’t you know he enjoys giving rest to those he loves?

In this and to this I say. Thank You Lord for this wonderful house. For this wonderfully complex life. For continuing to put up with me in my insecurities and doubts and generally conceited foolishness. Thank You God in your Son Jesus Name and with His holy Spirit. I say Thank You and Be Blessed to all your people who are favored to share in this wonderful Prosperous New Year!

Paul said it best (Philippians). Again I say Rejoice!

The Lion's Well

I make this post today for several reasons and at this hour because. It was necessary to empty my heart given its condition and the state of affairs for this business model.

Let me begin with a word to the wise and concerned.

The Lion is Well. I say again - THE LION IS WELL

Well Fed! Well Nourished! Well rested! Battle tested! Heart Approved - if only on a menial level.

The LION is WELL!

I'm reminded of a song - in the jungle... the lion sleeps tonight... The Lion isn't exactly sleeping at the moment this is being conceptualized. In fact the Lion is wide awake an marking his territory (figuratively). The lion is making a praise report with the breath God gave me [in this case the fingers to type and the eyes to see and share]. My point being in the almost twenty years (16 - I Checked!) of operating this site. It begin as one thing and turned to another and still another, yet the heart is and has always been God.

God has aided me in making it this far and so far I have no reason to believe He intends to leave me here. Unfinished. Unturned. Slightly overcooked [burnt] on one side. I realize that 16 is not nearly mature enough for the adult stage - adult mind of life. But given where we started and where I'm at. I have to reiterate my message

The LION is WELL! And full of purpose.

As we close another year and welcome in another I thought it important to share a bit of thanksgiving. This year has presented some challenges. This year has presented some opportunities. This year - year to date. I recognize that all God has done and is doing has been amazing. Psalm 118:23, 24 says it's marvelous in our eyes and this is day to celebrate God, TODAY! What it actually says to be accurate is, (TLB) This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous to see! This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it. TODAY!

The point is. I didn't die! I'm sill Here! Let me be about sharing what God did.

With thanks we are able to bless and be a blessing this moment in time.

We are reminded in these days of the year, that giving. When we give of ourselves we get something in return. We get more for and from the act of gifts and gift giving because it’s the ultimate display of love. It’s the ultimate expression for everyone involved.

We tend to celebrate many things this point in the year. Including the birth of Jesus and traditions associated with fall and winter weather, we celebrate the lives of one another. We appreciate one another a little bit more, especially when we answer one another’s need or needs.

We give more and greater when we attempt to answer the personal need of our fellow man. It displays the love, a unique love; the love of Christ and what it means to be thankful and give thanks in and on this thanksgiving holiday.

Give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His mercy endures forever.

The Ever Deepening Bond of Faith

Take this as a forging thought in the development of a better love of God and man (my fellow man/ people). Although people are difficult to - complicated. God's best or reaching God's best can be just as complicated although it's really a simplistic thing.

Faith is Trust.

I’ve searched for a meaning to faith, an explanation and how to quicken things. How to get it and push it toward experiencing it – happening quicker Now-er (my new word). Now faith as the bible reads... Only to discover there is no quick way!

There is no easy subtle trick...

There is no easy way or easy win in the battle of and for faith because faith is trust. It is about trust, reliability, honor, believability all precede experience even above the natural order of knowledge.

We can know God exists. We can believe God exists. We can accept and believe God wants to do things for us, He honors His word but do we trust Him? Trust – Him!

Trust infers a relationship and cooperation which involves working together - being together. Experiencing one another or rather being around each other beyond knowing likes and dislikes. It’s knowing each other’s thoughts and dreams and hopes, where words need not even be expressed.

In other words faith is not built overnight.

Faith though an actual substance of spiritual [invisible] things (Hebrews 11:1) is also a characteristic of the people who are involved in its being (Hebrews 11:6). You can believe God for stuff. Believe in him. Believe he can and will do it. But do you trust him enough to wait on it - even if it never comes how you think it’s coming?

Do you trust He has the best intentions for you even though you only receive pieces of the dream – the thing? I’m man enough to admit I struggle with the relative part. Because knowledge and hope are inspirational and uplifting but waiting and talking – becoming one mind and spirit; getting to know, know God. It doesn’t happen overnight. It's not a two week process a sudden discourse and poof you got it.

I'm learning to understand something about Job and Abraham and Paul and others in the bible now. It’s the relationship part that precedes or is more important to God. The things are immaterial made material because he knows our love language so to speak. We need, like, expect the material. God’s love language so to speak is the spiritual. He desires worship and thought. He desires us to fulfill the design we were made for – to be His image reflected back to Him.

We are connected. We have to though establish the connection (understand the connection). In a way build that is to say plug in to Him who is firmly committed to accepting the plug from you.

Faith is trust!

God's Word Will Deliver You

In this perilous time and uncertain path to journey, there’s a message to be shared. Written and communicated, I offer you – Gods Word will deliver you.

God’s word (spoken by you) mixed with your faith - will author your deliverance. You have a part to play in this thing. Many of you have heard it preached and taught over the years till it almost became dull. But here it is again. You have a role to play.

Christians – it’s not just a name brand.

You are a part of a living body. A living body with all the authority of heaven and earth at its disposal – its beckoning call.

You have what God gave – His word;

His Word (Christ)
His Word (His Spirit – pnuema breath);
His Spirit (the Holy Spirit Helper)

His written promise - the bible!

You have the gifts God gave – the talents. You have what you need. I have what I need to make it through the tough times.

God’s word is the greatest gift because Gods Word will deliver you!

God’s word will deliver you if you will deliver God’s word.

If you will take in God’s word. That means in every way -

Be it preached, being taught; Reading for yourself. Discussing it among yourself amongst your friends. It occurs to me at the hour I’m writing this, many don’t take advantage of the gifts of God because they don’t really know them. Read that, understand them.

God spoke them and a nation was born to communicate them to the world – they missed the mark.

God reiterated them in the life of Jesus; even simplifying them and telling them to spread the news – they didn’t so much miss the mark as something s got lost in translation. But God always leaving himself witness – keeps giving and giving his word; His promise to us. But we’ve got to pick it up. We’ve got to put it to use. And trust him to bring it to pass.

He watches his word to perform it

Speak it!

Put it out there and keep putting it out there.

This a personal message for me but also to my brothers and sisters in this body. This living body with his spirit to guide us; this collective body called Christ – hands and feet; arteries and veins. His living entity on this earth at this time.

God’s word has to be put forward by you to see you through.

God’s word will deliver you – if you will deliver God’s word.

Be blessed and strengthen and encouraged – in Jesus name

When Will the People Say They've Had Enough?

It occurs to me, in the wake of another shooting, another monster creation for the left and right to fight over. It's time for the people to say something.

When I say people I mean everyday people. I mean the so called little man whose voice is heard every bit in heaven as the leaders. Enough with the BS about drag shows and bathrooms - enough with the distractions on abortions and critical race. Enough is enough!

This brief meditation is given in a thought Exodus 3:9 CEB "Now the Israelites’ cries of injustice have reached me."

As if I needed more reason to question humanity the wiki reads,

The Exodus (Hebrew: יציאת מצרים, Yeẓi’at Miẓrayim: lit. 'Departure from Egypt'^[a]) is the founding myth^[b] of the Israelites whose narrative is spread over four books of the Torah (or Pentateuch, corresponding to the first five books of the Bible), namely Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy.

The founding myth?

Of all the things to be said of the story and it's chosen - the founding myth. What the actual kind of half measured substitute BS is this?

Forgive the brief diversion.

ENOUGH!

The story itself - The Exodus presents us something of a message and a thought if we take heed.

The Israelites cries for injustice. The people cried out! The people said enough is enough! Where is the promised change? Where is the promise we heard about and read about? Where is help?

Enough!

Exodus 2:23-25 speaks more clearly,

23 A long time passed, and the Egyptian king died. The Israelites were still groaning because of their hard work. They cried out, and their cry to be rescued from the hard work rose up to God. 24 God heard their cry of grief, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 25 God looked at the Israelites, and God understood.

The people cried.
The religious people cried. The not religious people cried - The People Cried!
The world is looking to "Christians" for leadership. And while I agree there should be more compassion and less criticism and many could be louder or better speakers of good things - good news as Christ said. All the people though bear a responsibility of speaking and saying - Enough is Enough!

We can not keep accepting the word of politicians who are subsect-ing us for their own profit. We cannot keeping putting the word of people who want us divided and afraid above or own word.

Enough!

This is not acceptable.

This is not OKAY!

We Need Help!

Believe what you want to believe but reach inside your better selves and speak up. Demand better! Insist on better! And God will move - the Spirit of God in man will refocus the children of promise; the church - to move.

Christians will get their head outta their bums and speak up too.

Enough!

Slightly Shaken Not Stirred

A Refreshing Hint of Water Brings Life Unstirred

As we close the door on another year we open the door of a new hope and renewed promise. A promise that though shaken, in confidence, we’re not deterred. We still believe and stand on the hope of things to come. It remains ever with us. I say with us – God is with us and building on the promise(s) of the future. Distant and present hope…God is the strength that keeps us maintained.

I digress though.

The Lion’s Well, where I’ve said it in the past, the lion is well and full and tended to – is changing for the better. And growing with a purpose. With an opportunity to expand our resources and offerings to complete and offer a better drink, a more healthy tonic. We’re sharing the flavors we receive with you and hoping you bring your own spice to the meal God is preparing for the world. Please know he didn’t just break bread for the believers.

The Lion’s Well is joining our other web partners to complete a vision of a healthy life in Christ

We are sharing our word and resources – our influence and with the fruit of faith backed by a history of believers and people who have made great strides in this world. Both of faith and longevity read that (healthy life). Despite the tests, despite the circumstances. We believe and share with you, all shall see the glory of God who causes the glory of man in His image. We thank you for hanging in there with us while we discovered our voice. And now we are on to the big things of the kingdom. Big, meaning, seeds of transformation for God to water and make grow.

We can say of a certainty there’s a harvest here and even more to come. The garden is expanding – now is the time for the people (this means us) to get to work tending.

With the coming year, we plan to offer more opportunities to drink. More ways to heal and be healed. More places to grow and be grown, as mature Christians in Christ.

We hope you stay tuned and keep following but most all share your faith with us for the success of us growing together in faith in Christ.

Can I Borrow Your Faith?

Before we go further be reminded.

Faith both big and small is not too much or too little to accomplish great things.

Christ said faith the size of a mustard seed would move mountains. Mountains!

You know, stone and clay been in existence for years.

How then is there so much interference (confusion and static) surrounding the work of faith?I realize things must be overcome, we are in a battle after all. And behind enemy lines for a time.
Nevertheless, friends, I need your help. I need your faith!

Believing faith for us to accomplish the big and small of believing. I say us because, I want to lend my faith to works and change in this world as well. I realize God has a plan

I realize we can’t and don’t all agree on everything - anything for the most part especially concerning God.

But that shouldn’t stop faith.

That shouldn’t stop where two or three are gathered in MY NAME - I am there in the midst.
That Shouldn’t Stop - a triple braided cord is not easily broken.
That Should Not stop if one can chase a thousand two - ten thousand.

The Bible teaches us where just two agree…
Two bodies find agreement on anything on earth it shall be done by - MY FATHER in Heaven

It's easy to say it. Easy to read it.

I speak it because I believe it. I believe it and trust it because the word said it first.

THE WORD of GOD (said) says it.
The Literal Word from God made flesh and walking (walked) among them (us) said it.

Just two!
So, Can I borrow some faith?

Can I borrow your faith?

To break this mountain…
To improve the human condition…
To agree with me on three bedrooms - two baths with a laundry and a Chevy Silverado 2500 double cab (red or white) 4x4. ( I believe in being specific)

And renewed strength, to get back to working out, to improve my health.

And not just that, Come Lord Jesus
But until you come we need some positivity connected in this world.

We need a view through all the negative loudspeak to reinforce you are God. You (God) are in control, period
I don’t mean signs and wonders. It ain’t or might not be time for that yet.
But it is time for the CHURCH to speak up
The Real Church or churches...
It’s time for the congregation of true believers to be heard instead of being timid in the closet

So let’s put faith to work.

Lend me your faith and I lend you mine and let’s get something done.
Let us all take comfort in a growing kingdom.

Get up Higher with the Word

This being one of several properties I support online, has suffered a bit because I don't write as often as I used to. I don't... I haven't been as elevated as in the past. I mean I haven't felt uplifted.

I haven't felt enlivened, connected. The Lion's Well is for wellbeing of the lion and the lion has been starving. As you may have read in a previous post The Comeback Spiritually I haven't been as there as I used to because something was missing.

A connection to the word.

Be fruitful and multiply.

That was God's statement to me and for me and every other man. That was/ is God's statement. Be Fruitful. And Multiply. I was multiplying but not gaining. Multiplying but not being enlivened. Multiplying but it felt like long division because I wasn't seeing. All I was seeing was noise.

Looking to the hills I saw many men but not the Hope of Men. I saw the gold of the land the cattle on a thousand hills, but I didn't see the owner. the designer. the masterbuilder.

It was at that time I discovered I wasn't on the hill with them I was in the valley below. Where the shadow of death reigns. Where the shadow of destruction and doom and gloom reigns. I wasn't where I was called to be or supposed to be because I wasn't being fruitful. I wasn't bearing fruit for him. I wasn't a friend to the world but party to it's being.

We are a chosen Body.

I wasn't in the world but of the world. Meaning I wasn't being party to the destruction but watching the destruction happen. I wasn't actively trying to change the world. That's what we're supposed to be doing!

Christians should actively being pursuing change in the world. For the good! We're falling back and falling down - looking around for help when your help is upward. Beyond the hills, which you should be actively climbing - removing; working on. The first command was be fruitful!

Bear Good fruit!

We multiplying everywhere but where is the fruit? The fruit of the Spirit? The Grapes of Eschol? Where is the fruit of the body representing Jesus to a dying world? Where is the fruit?

A connection to the people.

As I said in the previous post I was missing a connection. Where two or three... Jesus didn't say there had to be a whole host of people believing with you or in you. Two or Three and he would be there. Translations actually say two or more.

Find your two or more!

That's the inspiration for the day and the week - until Jesus comes, find your two or more! Then you can really be fruitful and multiply.

Be blessed and stay hungry for His word for He will fill you.

The Comeback

In need of a good story I begin to examine myself. Looking around at the outer circumstance and situations, I begin to feel. It's important to feel though feelings can be deceptive. I begin to feel, I felt all manner of things, but being actively deceived - I was entering a deception for which there was no return except from God.

God enlivens the spirit.

I begin to examine the things I was going through. I begin to examine the way I looked at them (the situations). I begin the examine my feelings about and toward them and people. I begin to re-examine me. I begin the long trip inward and outward. Though the outward man perish and should actively be killed. Here he was/ is living and thriving. Not really pursuing opportunity to do evil but but when opportunity knocks, he answered. I...

God fulfills all in all.

The spirit was alive, albeit fading. Alive but craving substance - nourishment; substance - energy; substance. Weight! Fulfillment! The inner man wasn't seeking delight or joy at that point - this point; he was seeking life. The life light we had. It was during my examination that I discovered what was missing.

The new body!

I don't mean the new body as in heavenly body Christ promises. Or new spiritual body outer worldly experience. I mean the New Body as in Body of Christ.

Old things having passed away. You are a new creature. Though the outward man perish - the inner man is (or supposed to be) renewed Day by Day. I was missing the new body - the body of Christ; the church. The gathering, coming together. The elevation and renewal of being with like-minded like-spirited like associated; thoughts and well wishes.

God draws all men but all men don't come.

I had received the joy but wasn't keeping it going. Faith is active. To be in faith is to be active. I wasn't restoring my soul (allowing him to restore my soul with the word). I was living of what I had known. I was living but not growing. Living but not connected. Living (sort of) dying actually, spiritually because I wasn't connected. I wasn't connected to the body , wasn't connected to the source. Where two or three are gathered in my name... I was one in need of a two or three. In need of a group

The new body!

The new body is spiritual, okay. The new body is life - living. The new body is answering the call of God to duty and connected - receiving from God power to do all these exploits and wonderful things. The new body is designed to move and moving. Therefore if you're feeling stagnant it means you're not moving. You're not receiving. You're not connected.

That is the devotion - the inspiration for today.

Your inward being needs it. You need it! Your faith needs it. YOU NEED IT! Your renewal day by day - your new man Living so the old man can die needs it. YOU NEED IT!

First I've got to admit I've had some angry words with God. I'm man enough to admit it and true enough to share a reality. There's been some degree of arguing as things I know are promised and are right before me yet access seems so difficult.

This mornings (today’s) devotion happened in a moment when I just decided everything needs to be quiet. I know the way to go. I know what’s been promised. Plain and simple, I know!

It’s easy to see - to envision the Promised Land. It’s easy to consider what it takes (in your mind) to get there. The problem is. Do you know how much it will take to transform it into the Garden of God? Do you know what it will take to occupy that place and keep it all together so the serpents and weeds don’t hinder its or your growth? The mental side, that's simple, do you know (in your heart do you choose) the courage and conviction it takes to move on faith? As I read I came to verse 29 and 30,

(NLT)“I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate and the wild beasts multiply against you. v30; Little by little I will drive them out from before you until you have increased to possess the land.”

It's something to know. The dream, the promise is yours. But that doesn’t mean you’re all the way ready for it.
Philippians teaches (4:3) - be anxious for nothing… It may have been a few years or it could have been a few days ago that you saw what was possible in the Word – in God.
I know my vision. I know what is set before me to accomplish (not just in my strength) in HIS strength. I know the Promised Land is there. I KNOW HE’s leading me there and through this thing.
I understand and i stand on that.
But something I never considered… Radical Life change, wholesale changes to issues and attitudes… The miraculous can happen overnight. All that is though – is a change of mind. Getting there and taking ownership and gaining control takes time. It takes education and faith; it takes resilience and confidence. It’s a gradual step. Little steps on a journey to see all that God has given you in the land. And I don’t mean some desert or foreign place. Right there where you stand or sit or read this message, God is with you.
His Spirit is ready to help you transform, transfer ownership of the land from those who hands it doesn’t belong.
Today, I was gifted and I offer you a reminder.

It’s easy to hold the deed. The key is learning to handle things so you don’t get overwhelmed by the work. God's promise to you is yours, choose today to allow Him to show you how it needs to be handled.

Love That Comes Easy

23 And the man said, “·Now, this is someone whose bones came from my bones,
whose body came from my body [L At last, this is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh].
·I will call her [L She will be called] ‘woman [C Hebrew ‘ishshah],’
because she was taken out of man [C Hebrew ‘ish].”

Today, no matter the connection, know and/or take a moment to remember those who gave of themselves so you can be here - where you are.

While we celebrate fathers and [single mothers] and so many reflect on the experiences they've had growing up, let's not forget those who've actually given a piece of themselves to see you live. From the passage Adam may have received a wife, a helpmate or partner. But so much more was provided in that moment. The fulfillment of everything man could be was brought about because a father (God) gave of himself. A man (Adam) gave of himself that everything that was envisioned could come into fruition. You, even through the trials and turmoil, could have an opportunity to reveal the gifts and mercies and talents God has placed in you.

This Father's Day there's a reminder, dad's may or may not say it. Just know your father loves you.
Natural father, spiritual father; big brother, uncles or cousins - your Father in heaven loves you. If there is one person you can always count on to give a piece of himself for you to see all that God has created for the world to experience. remember that good guy in your life and be sure to tell him Thanks and I Love You.
