Logical Soul© sessions will soon be available via remote chat (Zoom & WhatsApp) for clients around the world who want to receive them from Dr. Michael and Soma Craig.

“We have clients in both the USA and in India, and a few scattered around the world,” explained Dr. Craig. “We had to come up with a way to serve all these people, and possibly expand our ability to give more sessions . . . and doing remote video conferencing is the best way to do this.

“The biggest problem with going remote has been getting the feedback we need to demonstrate to clients and patients the power of their subconscious mind to affect their bodies and circumstances. In live one-on-one sessions we do this using muscle testing. In remote video sessions we will be relying on the client’s ability to test themselves . . . or perhaps use something we call ‘surrogate testing.’“

According to Dr. Craig, “surrogate testing” is a way of testing ‘yes’ and ‘no’ responses from the body of a client by using a surrogate, i.e., another person who can tune in to that person’s energy and respond as if he or she were the client himself. This method is best used when the surrogate is a trained practitioner, such as Dr. Craig, Soma, or Sedi Fassentao, their information and contact specialist also trained in the Logical Soul© method.

The team has retained the services of David Wright of W3 Group Marketing to set up and do the required video marketing necessary to get the word out to prospective new clients. The launch is scheduled for August 8, 2021.

You can still book an online appointment before the launch, however. Simply call Sedi at (01) 470-328-3657 and ask her about the pre-launch reduced rates. She will make your reservation and tell you how you can use your credit card or Paypal to remit payment online.

According to my former Director, Jayul Doshi, “things are really bad here” as he refers to the latest spread of Covid and its delta offspring in the Indian subcontinent. “People are dying in the streets and there’s not enough room at the crematoria to burn the bodies!”

Jayul was simply giving me a heads up last month about what has become international news . . . that the new Covid strain in India is causing widespread hardship and deaths in the population that will take years to recover from.

“You left just in time!” Jayul told me recently in a private conversation, referring to my March 3rd departure. “My God, you left just in time!!”

Apparently, Covid delta cases in India started spiking shortly after my departure, currently resulting in over 300,000 deaths in India alone (see https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/india/ for current updates). While the numbers began to fall in mid-May, the hardships will continue for some time.

Even Dr. John Clark was not immune, having contracted Covid weeks after my departure and surviving only because of Jayul’s insistence he get treatment with platelets. In the midst of all this chaos, Dr. George Blackwood also arrived from the US. Despite reduced clinic hours because of Covid, he will be utilized for work as soon as possible alongside Dr. John and Dr. Kruti Vora.

As a result of this latest onslaught in India, I decided to take a job with The Joint Chiropractic, covering a few offices part -time in Gwinnett County, Georgia. I will probably remain at this job until the fall, when it may be safe enough to return to Asia.

It has been awhile since I wrote a blog post . . .

You see, I moved to Bangalore India back in January of this year (2020) to accept an assignment as a chiropractor with Dr Spine Chiropractic and it has been a gas! Not only am I working full time at my chosen profession, but Soma is also now accepting clients for Logical Soul sessions through a newly-established non-profit trust called The Logical Soul Foundation (Call +91 636404 7575 for an appointment for both chiropractic and LS sessions).

But getting here and getting settled was never easy. Although Soma and I had been to India before and knew what some of what to expect, India has always surprised us. There were, in fact, FOUR major bumps in the road for us this time around…

The first thing that happened when I landed back on January 19th from the Philippines was that some of my luggage had to be shipped separately, causing me great anxiety having to deal with Indian Customs (Hoo Boy!!) I had never dealt with Indian bureaucracy before, and found out their “Swamp” makes the one in the USA look positively tame!!

Secondly, my director, Jayul, got notice three days after I arrived that his mother was suffering from a life-threatening health problem in North India. He had to fetch her to Bangalore, admit her to a local hospital, then spend both lots of time and money over the next two months or so trying to save her life. She’s safe now. Meanwhile, I did the best I could in my apartment, either cooking meals on my single hot plate or eating out. I also had to walk to and from my clinic in Indiranagar until I figured out how to hail a tuk-tuk or get a ride using the Ola ride app.

Thirdly, the CORONA VIRUS hit India, so we’ve been either in total or partial lock-down since late March. Fortunately, I was able to build a loyal following of patients for 2 months and we could remain partially open most of the time, so we were luckier that most businesses. Our clinic is now fully open for business, and I see about 20-30 patients a day.

Lastly, because of the virus lock-downs, my wife Soma was unable to join me from Atlanta until August 8th… and then only because we persisted beyond all expectations to get her another visa, find a flight, and give her letters stating she was both virus free and also needed to bring her husband some emergency medical supplies that are unavailable in India (my thyroid supply ran out in July).

NEWS FLASH: We’re expanding. Dr Spine has set up another doctor in a second clinic here in Bangalore … this one in the high-tech area of Whitefield.

So 2020 has been a year to remember for both us and you, no doubt. Stay safe, and come visit us in Bengaluru!!

I’ve been out of chiropractic for a while, however, so I was told by the licensing board to audit 100 hours of courses at my friendly neighborhood accredited chiropractic college before I could finally get that piece of paper again . . . at age 65!

So I did, at Life University, my old Alma Mater.

Fortunately I don’t have to take any exams to get my license re-established, just audit classes. This is good news; I last got tested in 1983!

The Three R’s

Hanging around with young people is a trip. Nobody totes around books any more. Its all online now, and I-pads are everywhere. I’m the only weirdo in class writing stuff down.

Used to be, you learn the 3 R’s – Reading, ‘Ritin’ and ‘Rithmatic. These days its Radiology, Review, and Reassessment, along with technique, emergency procedures, professional ethics and such.

I also learned there is a technique called NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique) that was developed by a chiropractor back in the 1990s that is very similar to my Logical Soul® technique. This method, however like tapping and other touch techniques, lacks the “Access” portion needed to get results with more difficult cases.

Rewards

I’m glad I made the decision to get my license again, however. Since having to return to class, I’ve made lots of new friends, both with the professors (many of whom are younger than me) and students. I’ll actually be done in a week – by November 2nd.

If you get a chance, sign up for a course or two at your local college. Who knows; like me you might learn something, and the experience will be a great one.

Rewarding? Yes, but mainly because, remember, I don’t have to take those silly tests!! (Nyah ha ha!)

These are the 10 Things I get to do as an older American:

Fall asleep on the couch. I used to watch shows all the way through. Now, I sometimes “mediate” unexpectedly.

Keep stuff in TWO sheds. One is never enough after age 45. Besides, you never know when you’re going to need that skeleton key from grandma’s old house!

Repeat myself. You forgot what you said, so you say it again, “just to be sure”…

Repeat myself. Did I just say that?

Play the Curmudgeon. This is the fun part about getting older . . . you don’t have to please everybody, especial those who are younger, i.e., “wet behind the ears.” Throwing questions at them based on your experience and/or common sense often work wonders to frustrate the hell out of phone solicitors and bureaucrats. “Now – what’s your name?” (Felicia) “Now, Felicia, have you ever had someone break a skillet over your head, then show up at your room in the hospital to try and sell you a new one…? Now you know how that feels to me…”

Talk about my diseases. Your grandparents did it. Your parents did it. Now it’s your turn at the megaphone. Go ahead – tell the whole world about your bunions, your back pain and your kidney stones. Whether they want to know or not, they need to know! After all, it’ll be their turn someday to pass on this vast amount of knowledge prostate problems to their kids.

Talk about the Old Days. “When I was your age, gasoline with 25 cents a gallon, phones were attached to a cord, and we were happy with 3 TV channels…”

Write letters. The only ones who remember how to actually send a letter by sitting down, writing on paper, sticking the paper in an envelope, licking and mailing it, are folks born before 1985.

Not worry about global warming. If the world temperature is rising a fraction of a degree each year, we won’t be around to worry about it 40 years later when its 5 degree warmer. Maine and Canada should be happy with more immigrants.

Repeat myself. Oh yeah, I said that already…

Here’s to your Success,

The storm was bad, but not as bad as expected. Here in Atlanta, the wind gusted a few times and lots of rain and pine cones fell, but we never lost power (some did) and the worst was over in a few hours.

This was the first time ever Atlanta has been under a “Tropical Storm Warning.” And, of course, residents reacted in the same way they do whenever snow “threatens”… cancel flights and trains, close schools and businesses, and generally freak out for a few days. Then nothing.

How did you do? I hope each of you was safe, and that nothing too drastic happened to you, your family or neighborhood.

Soma and I and our few guests never lost electric power, but a few Atlanta residents died and over a million people are still without power. One can only imagine the current struggles of folks in SE Texas and Florida.

As a Red Cross volunteer in the late 1960’s I remember many of the homes of families we assisted were almost submerged. But, although these families lost most or all of their possessions, many of them were still smiling, singing, or helping others in need. At times when desperation can often run high, its good to remember what’s really important, i.e., minimal loss of life, and communities and families coming together to save and rebuild.

While I grew up in Savannah, GA, we got hurricane warnings every year. In 1959, Hurricane Gracie, a Category 4 storm, came barreling ashore, knocking my dad down when he opened the door (I still don’t know why he did that!) and giving me my first and only view of a hurricane eye.

Those powerful images will always be with me.

By the way…

The move to Peru has been postponed for 6-8 months . . . something about me not being able to get a work visa because the new Peruvian president is pulling a Trump on us by halting all immigration for awhile. I actually don’t mind; this gives me and Soma a chance to catch our breaths during this time of rapid change…

More next week.

Here’s to your Success,

Dr. Michael Craig, Vol. 5, #34 – September 5, 2017. Published weekly (except when its not).

Things Happens By Design

Last week I told you the story of meeting John and Mary, and how that meeting lead to Soma and I ordering our DNA tests to find out how to avoid diseases latent in our genes . . . something I’ve wanted to see happen for decades.

This week another miracle blast happened.

Before I go into the details, however, let me lay the groundwork by saying that I’ve always been interested in healing miracles, shamanism, meditation, and love to watch shows on healing, ancient astronauts and earth mysteries.

I also held the vision of retiring in a few years to some coastal area, maybe in some exotic location like Panama, Nicaragua, Ecuador or Peru. I would continue to work by giving sessions, working as a chiropractor, or holding transformation workshops.

Fast Forward to Today

Through a series of unforeseen events and contacts, I now have a firm job offer to be a chiropractor in Lima, Peru!

There are obviously some major details that have to be worked out before the final decision is made, I can tell you this much – my dream job came about because of two things:

A Strong Vision, and

Getting out of my own way.

Vision Makes It All Happen

When you have a real vision, nature moves heaven and earth to bring about the circumstances for your vision to happen. My guru Maharishi used to say “support of nature” is a strong indication that you are supposed to be doing something.

This past week, I have a lot of support of nature. While I’m supposed to leave next month (!) and will be separated from my wife for awhile, this opening is one I feel I must go through. I will keep you updated.

The other element is equally important, i.e., get our of your own way!

Are you afraid of change or making big decisions? This may be due to subconscious hidden decisions that keep you stuck in the past. You will therefore miss the little hints that may be regularly popping up – that gossamer thread – that will lead to your dream.

The Logical Soul® is designed to let you break through all barriers – past, present and future – that may be limiting your success in life.

Do You Have a Dream?

Do you have some idea you’ve been dreaming about for a while, but maybe thought it had no chance of coming true? I have just six words for you: Take Action and Don’t Give Up!

Recently I’ve been taking steps to renew my chiropractic license in Georgia. By chance, I got in touch with an old chiropractic classmate of mine after 25 years, and mentioned my interest in travel. He gave me the name of a doctor in Peru who needed an associate.

The number I called, however, did not work, and my friend didn’t have another one.

I could have given up, but I didn’t. Through an intense online search I was able to find another number for the doctor, i.e., the number of his wife in Florida who was advertising for help on an obscure website.

This number worked.

I spoke with Marta, the doctor’s Peruvian wife, at length, sent them my resume, and received an email from the doctor in Peru the next day with the good news.

Go For It

The universe offers you great opportunities, but the hints are very subtle. It takes desire, patience, and the ability to follow the gossamer thread of events that lead to the next step, that may eventually lead to your vision – or something greater.

If you take these little steps, and are not afraid to make big decisions, great things can happen. If you don’t, you’ll be stuck with more of the same.

Here’s to your unlimited Success,
