¡Uff!

Casi no llego, y es que anunciar tanto ésta actualización dentro de nuestra web, por Facebook y por aquí me entusiasma mucho, y mira que tengo ideas sobre la mesa, sin embargo ¡en la boutique online no paramos! En TheLovelySan afortunadamente todo va viento en popa, siempre en aumento y si te soy honesto: Nos faltan manos.

En fin.

Esta semana sería la semana de Madonna, falta muy poco para la premiere del MDNA, que, para los que somos amantes de la reina (odio la palabra “Madders”) estamos más que emocionados, tanto que, Antonio y yo –Tonio- queremos expresar esta emoción en algo materializado, el resultado: nuestra nueva camiseta “oda a Madge” (y pongo Madge… no vaya a ser que nos metamos en líos con copyright y cosas de esas, que aunque sería un verdadero honor, la verdad es que pasando).

Las frases hechas dentro de los portales de moda y la prensa escrita, son ya un Must, como dijeran ellos, desde la reseña mediocre, donde “hubo una fiesta de gasas, organzas y sedas” pasando por sentencias, o statements, (si te quieres ver muy guay como yo) “éste verano, amarillo definitivo”, “El esmeralda es el nuevo rosa” y “el paro es el nuevo negro”

Con todo esto vienen los términos para definir estilos (ojo, términos que te hacen leerte muy molón, a los que se le agrega el CHIC al final, o bien si lo terminamos en ISH también funciona; ahí los tienen, hippie chic, rock chic, boyish y hasta Alcorconish si tú quieres. Así que, a los que éste ramo, el de la moda, nos da de comer y nos paga las facturas y que tenemos venta online de vestidos de lujo, considero totalmente válido entrar al trapo, dicho esto:

Hay veces que los viernes por la tarde, me apetece ser completamente permisivo conmigo mismo. Bebo lo que quiero, me abro un paquete de cigarros y me fumo tres en un pestañeo, me pongo un rioja, y veo alguna telenovela mexicana (qué drama, qué peinados, qué incoherencia, y qué hortero tu servidor) pero lo que más disfruto, es bajar del estudio de THELOVELYSAN y caminar hasta donde está mi chinita preferida; tengo el presupuesto muy fijo, son tres euros: si tres, que me gasto en chuches. Todos de color rosa. No sé por que son los mejores. Y en cuanto los engullo, siempre se me viene en mente una marca que sigo desde hace mucho tiempo. The cast was amazing, Beatriz, the former model rocking last season FW campaign played as Jesus (you read it well honey) Juan Sanchez, professional photographer had his stuff Ready, to shoot and shock.

Girl´s big brother Javier Navia, from Monroe Models as the emcee was organizing everything. The girls where trying out all the items from the SS 2013 The Lovely San collection while the boy –toy- was still on Santi´s hands swiftly doing his eyelashes, disheveling hair; in all everything went so damn well.The concept clearly laid on the last supper. AllAboutConnections Partir de cero: Mutar las prendas de la colección pasada, Pulir nuestros patrones y continuar echando raíces, haciendo del ADN de thelovelysan un sello reconocible en cada una de las piezas que conforman ésta y la colección pasada; Tal cual, queríamos partir de un estado Zen; una simple visión divertida, y súper comercial.

Y es que, es complicado diseñar en plan “flat” cuando escuchas a Florence Welch hacer su statement: Ese de que se le complica bailar con el diablo a cuestas. Cuando observas los escenarios, de los que (yo creo) son restos de una super fiesta Iluminati en If I Had Heart, De Fever Ray, conectando con la paleta de colores de Mary Blair y sus líneas hechas con mucho humor, mucho control y ese estilo tan caos, que, visualmente son un verdadero viaje.

Todo radica en eso, en conectarlo todo, toda la información que llega; para después hacerlo en un sentido más literal: Conectar tejidos, conectar temporadas, conectar nuestras palabras clave, conectar los productos de la colección pasada con ésta. Y lo más importante: Hacer una conexión entre Thelovelysan y tú.

Past days we received an e-mail from one of the coolest styling companies in NY; They wanted to make a collaboration with TheLovelySan; the inbox was from L'Armoire Du Styliste. A high-end clothing showroom, in which portfolio includes a non stop series from avant garde shoots, a smash of color, textures and shapes especially conceived for magazines like VOGUE, ELLE, Harpers Bazaar, and so many other bibles of fashion. The one-man band is actually a girl: Beagy Zielinski, owner and operator from this project: When I first saw her, she was head to toe in Givenchy, jazzed up with a lovely Fendi purse; Brands she work with (Dolce and Gabanna, Balenciaga or the magical shoe maker Christian Louboutin are hanging up the showroom racks) : This company also works with the major stylist around the world, like the Vogue editor at large Andre Leon Talley, or celebrities like Tyra Banks or Lady Gaga. Beagy has an incredible sense of fashion; she can make a mash up from the words: Avant Garde+Trendy+elegance with nonchalance, resulting into clear trendsetter statements; power in every shoot.

Hace días recibimos un e-mail de una de las empresas de stylings más cool de Nueva York; Querían hacer una colaboración, decía, entre TheLovelySan y L'Armoire Du Styliste atelier; Un showroom cuyo dossier está compuesto por un sin parar de editoriales Garde: una explosión de formas, colores y texturas especialmente hechas para Vogue, ELLE, Harpers Bazaar y muchas màs biblias de la moda.

Quien lleva las riendas de la orquesta es Beagy Zielinski Dueña y administrativa del particular proyecto.

Cuando la he visto por vez primera, iba enfundada de pies a cabeza en Givenchy con un hermoso bolso de Fendi, marcas con las que trabaja (Dolce and Gabanna, Balenciaga, o el mago de los zapatos, Christian Louboutin cuelgan de los racks del showroom)

Esta compañía trabaja con los mejores estilistas del mundo, como el editor-at-large de VOGUE USA Andre Leon Talley o celebridades como Tyra Banks o Lady Gaga.

Beagy tiene un increible sentido de la moda: Bien puede hacer un combo entre las palabras AVANT GARDE+trendy+elegancia, y el resultado siempre serà claro: mensajes de poder y alta moda en cada toma. el resto lo saben: Firmamos.

ELEMENTS.

Una prenda encierra muchos significados, cuenta una historia con uno y mil matices vistos desde diferentes perspectivas: su creación ha girado entorno a una idea, un sentimiento contado por mentes y manos privilegiadas. Descrita por individuos avispados con mucha labia que a través de generaciones nos han enseñado a sentir su energía haciéndonos partícipes de ésta religión, la Moda.Y si:Muy incisivo y pecando de necedad me reitero una y otra vez en que la moda es un modo de expresión y un estilo de vida. Es un entorno que encierra muchos fantasmas y alberga un montón de energía, propia y creada: cuerpos y entes que producen miles de sensaciones que sin darnos cuenta y de manera casi instintiva nos convierten a los numerarios en puentes y en caminos para traducir esas emociones a la realidad.

Ya en el ánimo de hacerlas tangibles, tenemos la excitación y el descaro suficiente para desarrollarlas con nuestro máximo potencial; utilizamos toda nuestra artillería y todo lo que este a nuestro alcance con el único objetivo de celebrar. Muy complejo para mí es el describir el gusto que siento por ese savoir faire de Prada, sin pretensiones, provocaciones ni obviedad; sin embargo con una tremenda carga chic y fashion comparable al fuego. Alguna vez escuché en una entrevista donde Hilary Alexander de The Daily Telegraph se refería a algunas colecciones que simplemente son complejas de asimilar, no eres capaz de digerirlas en un primer momento, incluso te parecen feas (pero feas chulas, no feas estilo Karl, que son feas feas) y que después de acostumbrar tu ojo les vas tomando el gusto poco a poco hasta cruzar la línea y entrar al entorno al que el diseñador te ha querido llevar; Aunque Hilary Alexander en ese entonces hablaba de Nicolas Ghesquiére, yo relaciono esa sentencia para con Miuccia Prada; y es que temporada tras temporada su intelectualidad y su ironia es palpable en todas esas prendas que llevan consigo mensajes sutiles casi ocultos que son simplemente la Ley.

Cada seis meses se escriben las nuevas reglas de la moda y las tendencias; y a Prada le tocan por lo menos tres de unas doce líneas. Me gusta Miuccia, y me gusta de verdad.

It´s quite complex for me to describe my feelings about Miuccia´s work for Prada: beautiful collections resulting in looks with no pretention, provocation or obviousness but with this savoir faire super charged with that fashion and chic feeling, in my opinion just compared to fire. Once I heard Hilary Alexander from The Daly Telegraph, there were some collections that are just kind of weird, just at first sight; since when your eye gets used to the combo from all images, is when you start tasting and enjoying every single detail, getting into designer´s statement and the designer´s view from world. Even Hilary was talking about Guesquiére, I relate the sentence to Miuccia (I love Ghesquiére, don’t get me wrong) since season over season her writ-witty creativity is quite present over all those looks with hidden but strong statements that turn in law.

Every six months fashion rules are written and Prada have the assignment to write at least three from 12 lines. I like Miuccia, I really do.

Abullonados perfectamente calculados en piel, solapas con una mezcla de surrealismo irónicamente aterrizado a la realidad, una mujer que según Ackermann ve la luz y está lista para dar el salto a las grandes urbes. Haider sugiere para este otoño del 2011 una propuesta con una paleta de colores acertadísima, desde interminables piezas en negro absoluto hasta sus derivados del mismo tono obscuro en su versión más saturada: Esmeraldas y azules cubiertos por un halo de obscuridad; Esta colección es una traducción de ideas y esbozos con líneas rápidas espectacularmente ejecutadas en piezas para quitar el aliento, Haider Ackermann otoño 2011 me lleva a una sola dirección: A la plena y pura inspiración. Utterly clean and calculated drapings, Lapels made by the match of surrealism and ironically realistic moods at the same time; according the Ackerman´s statement, his women saw the light and is absolutely ready to make the leap to streets. The colour palette is just sublime, from the non stop of head to toe black looks to dark but saturated colours as green and blue. This collection is the perfect translation from quick sketching to incredibly executed clothes. Haider Ackermann Fall Winter 2011 2012 takes me just to one direction: pure and absolute inspiration, and yes, the Ackerman´s girl smells like Miss Dior Cherie.

Burberry fall 2011 2012 is one of those collections absolutely ready to make the leap to the streets being so cool on runway at the same time. It´s nothing new, Christopher Bailey, designer from the mythic tartan house, is so incisive on those wonderful chic and brit vibes, with no stylist tricks he turns basics and flat trenches into magic and garde pieces that make the most chic girls be clamoring for: For its structure like made by such fine brush strokes, for its magnetism and for being absolutely realistic. I must confess, since 2007 when the then fabulous Agyness Deyn, (then and now, sorry) landed the fall campaign, with that platinum bob and that "ah?" Face she made fame with, this house inspires me a lot, and every time I see a new presentation I reaffirm myself this is the point zero in industry, the Zen state from fashion. Jourdan Dunn (who recently became a hot mommy) opened and pave the way for the dozens of skeletons with quickstep down the runway (like I’m sure they do in Oxford St) my mind was on Sergeant Pepper and the vibrant monochromatic suits those four legends wore on cover. Minimalism receives a touch of shapes little more elaborated on belts, purses, closures and lapels; Maxi tartans, fabrics that at first sight seems to be hyper-technological, and cow spots wrapped around the catwalk in one of the most beautiful trench that Cruella would bleach her black half to attain the look.Christopher took us to sixties, to his statement with such a simple detail and ingenuous reference: Cerulean head to toe.If it was on me, the whole collection would be cerulean fellas.To cap this mini review off, I´d like to say goodbye to Yves Klein: See you in a couple of seasons! It´s not you, it´s me.Tonio.Una de las colecciones más que listas para dar el salto a las calles y quedarse tan ancha es la de otoño 2011.2012 de Burberry ; No es una novedad que Christopher Bailey, diseñador de la casa, sea tan incisivo en ese feeling chic, y tan british que la mítica casa de el tartán eterno representa; sin artificio, y sin trucos de estilismo convierte un simple trench en una prenda que emociona: Ya se por su estructura de pinceladas calculadas dibujando una silueta poderosa, o su magnetismo garde y aterrizado; Debo confesar que desde el 2007 con su campaña con la antes fabulosa Agyness Deyn (y fabulosa hoy, ¿qué no?) esta firma me inspira un montón y cada vez que veo una nueva presentación reafirmo que Burberry es un punto de partida y un estado zen dentro de la industria.

Con la recién estrenada como madre (que tal mi frase hecha) Jourdan Dunn Abriendo camino a todas las calaveritas y calaveritos a paso rápido (como los chicos y chicas Burberry suelen hacerlo por Oxford Street, oyes) rondaba en mi mente Sargent Pepper y los trajes monocromáticos de colores vibrantes de los siempre portavoces de la llama londinense. El minimalismo recibe con brocha fina toques de formas mas elaboradas en cintos, botonaduras, solapas y bolsos; el maxi tartán, tejidos que a simple vista parecen hypertecnológicos, se apropian de la pasarela (segunda frase hecha) al igual que a la vaca, que le dejan en paz las tetas para pasar a formar parte de unas lindas boinas y de alguno de los trench mas bonitos por los que Cruella Devil dejaría su sello de cabellos bicolores: se haria platinada más o menos como Thomas, para completar el look, digo.

Sin embargo un Christipher Bailey nos ha llevado a otra época con un gesto bastante ingenuo e inteligente, un detalle que inconscientemente nos sitúa en su mensaje transmitiéndonos la elegancia más chic de mediados de los 60´s. Los looks completos en azul Cerúleo.Que si por mi fuera señores, toda la colección sería en ese maravilloso azul; Por último me queda despedirme del maravilloso Yves Klein: Nos vemos dentro de unas cuántas temporadas. Once again she started feeling pins and needles inside her mouth, her skin stood up and her nipples erected. The butterflies got into her mouth to start fluttering hysterically in her stomach. Sanabra was in front of such a piece of art. Further than that transgressor and garde mood this designer was proposing, and further from its shape and color, she had in her hands pieces with such meticulous finishing -and meticulous were the ideas- That dress had amazing hand stitches -and amazing were the critics to the creators work- The garment had a great pattern structure, and the structure from San´s love for fashion was being reinforced and given such a strong shape. It had Perfect intern pieces made by silk linen that easily could be used as dresses’ right side; it had an immersed duality and a story to tell with each one of them. San was in front of the fourth dress. The first three garments took her breath away, but the fourth one was just shocking; An Amazing gown with embroidered square paillettes on top on an almost burning passionate red, matching in the bottom with a huge ostrich feathers skirt dyed with a perfect gradient from red to black and black was the artisan’s future. And thinking about all of that, watching all the details, Miss Domentitzkeva went to the moon and back, she was interrupted from the quadruplet´s whispers: they were watching her and they were amazed except one of them, Lavender. At that moment, while blinking she turned to the other side from that place, and staring at the mirror she watched herself already wearing the marvelous dress that was made on 2001 by Mr. Alexander McQueen. That was it, her first acquisition, the first and the most important, Ajak as the principal witness. Alexander Mcqueen wore by Shalom Harlow, Alexander Mcqueen by Erin O´Connor spring summer 2001 crazy, An Anxiety and mad sensations caught our main character when got that first gown, she was totally high. She enjoyed every single moment, every rub against the square paillettes: so smooth, so cold and so dangerously addictive, and adding sparkle to that feast´s senses she just needed to feel the fine touch from the feathers, so rough on bottom and so soft in the end, like an halo filled with a slim filaments around the dress seemed to be protecting it. San literally wanted to sew the dress to her skin and wait to it could become ingrown.

Her passion and joy ended on a rapture of ideas, inspiration and power, power given by Ajak who was watching the scene like if she knew what was going to happen and Like if she was expecting that moment already knowing what San´s reaction could be like. Also it seemed like Ajak knew who she was since the first time she stepped into the Candem store. By then the matter was just to be present, just present enjoying her costumer´s explosion.The energies protecting San where so concentrated in the deepest side from her self being, they could be perceived physically, and that was it. San Felt every image and every movement from that surreal frame as the most pleasant orgasms, and everything was around this idea: Me in Alexander McQueen. Lo que Sanabra veía Era una verdadera obra de arte. Muy por encima del halo transgresor que proponía este diseñador, muy por encima de la forma y del color, tenia en sus manos piezas con meticulosos acabados -meticulosas ideas- Terminaciones a mano - y en su mano tenía a los críticos-. Sobre-costuras acentuando la estructura de cada patrón, -y éstos a su vez estructuraban y daban forma a la admiración de Sanabra por la moda- piezas internas perfectas con forros que bien pudieran utilizarse al derecho, una dualidad inmersa y una historia que contar con cada prenda. San estaba ante el cuarto vestido, las primeras tres prendas le han robado el corazón, pero éste último la ha desprendido de su ser: Un vestido con aplicaciones superiores de lentejuelón rectangular rojo casi quemante, haciendo juego En la parte inferior con un faldón completamente bordado en pluma de avestruz teñida en un perfecto degradado: Del rojo al negro, y negro el futuro del artífice. Y pensando en todo eso, meditando en todos los ditalles Miss. Domentitzkeva regresó a este mundo: se vio interrumpida por una muestra de asombro por parte de las cuatrillizas; excepto por una. Y en ese momento mientras parpadeaba y giraba la mirada hacia la tenue luz del espejo, se vió enfundada en ese maravilloso vestido del 2001 de Alexander McQueen. Ahí estaba. Su primera compra, la primera y la más importante. Ajak como testigo. Una sensación de ansia y locura atrapó a nuestra protagonista al adquirir ese primer vestido; Fue para San un subidón total, disfrutaba cada momento, cada roce de sus manos con el lentejuelón en movimiento, tan liso, tan frio y tan peligrosamente adictivo, para después agregarle al festín de sus sentidos el suave tacto de las plumas de avestruz, sintiendo desde los ásperos troncos hasta los ligeros y suaves filamentos que al tocarlos pareciera ir quebrando un halo de energía; quería cosérselo a los costados de su delgado cuerpo y esperar a que se le encarnase poco a poco; Su pasión y su alegría desemboco en una embriaguez total de ideas, de inspiración y de poder, del poder el que Ajak le otorgó la cual miraba orgullosa sin pronunciar palabra: Pareciera que estaba esperando ese momento, y que sabía de antemano cual sería la reacción de San.

Pareciera también que siempre supo quien era desde el primer momento que piso la tienda en Candem y ahora solo era cuestión de estar presente, sólo presente y disfrutar con la explosión de su clienta. Las energías estaban concentradas, ahora cada vez mas desde lo más profundo del ser de San, podían percibirse incluso físicamente, y asi fue. Cual orgasmo san experimentaba cada imagen, y cada movimiento de este surreal cuadro, donde todo se concentraba en una sola idea:

-I´ve seen your face before, you come over here quite often, don’t you?--What?--I said, that I´ve seen you before, how can I help you? Young pale lime lady? - The sales woman asked San. An extremely gorgeous girl with perfect bone structure and lovely red pouts, her name was Ajak.

-No, I´m just looking… well yes- San wasn’t indifferent at all from the extreme Ajak´s beauty, she was amid her answer when some smell started wrapping around her. It was such an organic scent, and even San wasn’t a tester, she could easily fathom that there were four different types of perfumes: The first she didn’t liked at all, one that reminded her the bathrooms of the Victoria coach station: Lavender. The second one was so sweet, cherry with notes of rose: A total CLICHÉ. The third was quite pleasant: Jasmine and the last one was the perfect combo between mint and chocolate.

The four scents where as feminine as from those four ladies they were coming from: A pair of twins, or let’s say a quadruplet girls.Four women alarmingly alike, with a short bob, and the total disposition to serve miss Domentitzkeva. They were working in that store under the commands of Ajak.It was one of the best stores in Candem, Well… Not exactly, let’s make it clear: the set and decoration left a lot to be desired, had that fever from tattoo and piercing as all the stables in the area with many gothic reminiscences: a common factor in Candem. You could make out trash from outside, and this store was the farthest one, on the extreme south actually. Yet that place was the one that San liked most. The one that invited her to enter and find out new stuff and charge her inspiration batteries; Was a kind of vintage store, but not in all its words, had some flea market mood, but they didn’t sell just old and used stuff, no; in fact you could find almost everything fashionably speaking: From authentic crap like Abercrombie and Fitch or Hollister (Not to mention how bless they were then for the non existence of Ed Hardy and Snooki the "trendsetters") To real treasures signed by Cyd Journey or Jan Jansen, shoes that Sanabra saw further more than the regular crowd could (Extremely rare pieces, meant to be used only for voguettes) She saw histories and a lot of hours’ of craft work and a whole set of ideas translated on a pair of those magnificent sky high stilettos. That was the thing, that was the soul of the store which had San absolutely fascinated: the fact that she could find pants, and extremely draped baroque dresses from a young Vivienne Westwood with her antisystem codes set to the highest and primary levels (not as softer as the recent presentations) and skirts with just one season delay from the most chic American designer: Bill Blass designed by Lars Nilsson, these pieces together in the same rack. Summing up: Objects of worship. At the end of the room, on a dark corner, there were some pieces, like if they where in an altar:Two pants, and two dresses; the pants and one dress were from 94, and the other dress, barely seen since it was too dark, was from 2001, something so strange.

And I mean strange in the way that San had seen that dress some weeks ago, on TV or in some news paper, it was so weird and so mysterious. The dress was brand new and didn’t match with store, it absolutely didn’t - Let me clear something: Yes I´ve said you could find almost everything, but this dress was new, showstopper and absolutely amazing. San asked herself what was that dress doing in one place like the one she was standing at. Also she was so frustrated to feel that garment familiar, and to have no clue who was it from. -I´d like to see those pieces at the end- San said completely immerse in her own world, with a tickly in the left lobe. She approached the table. -Come over- the quadruplets, replied in helpful and unisonous tone.Ajak stood up, not questioning absolutely nothing, and no looking to this pale lime girl with bucolic look, that always comes and doesn’t spend a single penny, With no prejudice acted like many store owners should do: With an admirable impassibility send the four girls to do other things, two were asked to make inventory from the key rings with the UK flag and Queen Elizabeth II by Warhol printed in them, and the other two girls were sent to receive and negotiate some headdresses from one guy named Philip. Ajak smiled and kept quiet; a way to answer with no words. -Please don´t obviate my question- interrupted San again, giving a hint of a weird smile. -How I´m supposed to wear that, do I have to wear a tank underneath or something or not?- -No in case you want to wear it as its creator has set it out- Ajak said while touching the dress. -And who is its Creator? -His Name is Alexander McQueen-That name resounded in the small room.And that´s how the story goes ladies and gentleman… There´s the fourth dress left to be shown to San, something huge is coming, something really huge for her….Tonio Sanabra-¿Vienes mucho por aquí cierto?--¿Qué?--Que vienes mucho por aquí ¿no es así? ¿Qué buscas, en que puedo ayudarte?- Le dijo la dependienta a San, una mujer alarmantemente hermosa con labios carnosos y una estructura ósea perfecta. Se llamaba Ajak.-No, en nada. Bueno si…- San, sin quedarse indiferente ante semejante belleza no le dio tiempo a contestar cuando cierto aroma comenzó a abrazar a la clienta en potencia; era un olor muy orgánico, y que aunque nuestra protagonista no era una catadora de olores ni mucho menos, el proceso resultaba bastante básico; tanto que pudo averiguar la procedencia cuatro aromas diferentes: Uno al que a ella no le gustaba en lo absoluto: Lavanda, le recordaba a los aseos de Victoria Coach Station. Otro a rosa con un poco de cereza: CLICHÉ TOTAL. Uno a jazmín que era bastante más agradable; y el cuarto olor no estaba segura… olía como a menta con ligeros matices de chocolate. Los cuatro olores eran tan femeninos como lo eran las chicas de donde provenían; eran un par de mellizas, o más bien unas cuatrillizas cuatro mujeres increiblemente parecidas, llevaban el pelo corto y un semblante más que acomedido para ofrecer cualquier objeto de la tienda, eran las dependientas comandadas por Ajak.Una de las mejores tiendas en Candem, bueno… al decir verdad de las mejores no es que fuera; Las cosas claras: El decorado dejaba mucho que desear, estaba contagiada también por la fiebre de los tatuajes y las perforaciones, así como un mar de elementos góticos; un común denominador en muchos de las establecimientos. Se divisaba basura incluso antes de llegar, había grafitis por doquier, era la tienda mas rezagada de todos los Stables pues se ubicaba en el extremo sur. Sin embargo era la tienda por excelencia que mas llamaba a San, la que le invitaba a entrar y a descubrir nuevas cosas; Era una tienda pseudo-vintage pero aún sin serlo, era una especie de rastrillo pero no lo era como tal, se podía encontrar casi de todo. Desde auténtica basura Old Navy, Abercrombie and Fitch y Hollister (Por no decir, lo benditos que fueron en esa época pues ni Ed Hardy ni Snooki pintaban en el panorama) hasta tesoros firmados por Cyd Journey o Jan Jansen. Sanabra veía algo más que lo que todo el pópulo (zapatos de formas no exorbitantes más si absolutamente extrañas de las que solo las verdaderas voguettes se aventurarían a usar) Ella veía historias, y todo el trabajo que había detrás de estas piezas. Ese era el detalle del que San estaba completamente enamorada, podía haber ropa de una jovencísima Vivienne Westwood con reminiscencias anti sistema mucho mas burdas, toscas y básicas que el amansamiento de las mas recientes colecciones, material de culto en todas las de la ley, Hasta Faldas de hace solo una temporada de lo más chic de lo chic americano: la competencia directa de Michael Kors en lo que al concepto del lujo de las bien avenidas familias estadounidenses se refiere: Si. Había ropa de Bill Blass diseñada por Lars Nilsson, diseñador que San ya con criterio fashuno, aun no le agarraba el puntito.Al fondo casi a modo de altar se veían unas cuantas piezas sueltas: dos pantalones, y dos imponentes vestidos, Los pantalones y uno de los vestidos eran del 94, el cuarto situado en el extremo donde apenas se alcanzaba a ver la silueta era del 2001, algo muy raro; Demasiado raro, si tomamos en cuenta que pareciera que fue hace un par de semanas lo había visto en la TV, o en un periódico. Era completamente nuevo y no encajaba en lo absoluto con el perfil de la tienda; Si… Lo sé, había cosas de diseñadores, importantísimos, Pero no como para un vestido de ese calibre.San se preguntaba qué hacía ese vestido en ese sitio, y lo peor, se sentía completamente FRUSTRADA al no saber dato ninguno del artífice, aún sabiéndole la ropa familiar.-Quiero ver las prendas del fondo- Dijo San completamente ensimismada en su mundo, y con un cosquilleo que comenzaba desde el lóbulo del oído izquierdo, se aproximó.-Enseguida, pasa por favor- Al unísono las cuatrillizas, replicaron acomedidas.Ajak sin cuestionar absolutamente nada, sin mirar a esta chica de aires bucólicos que viene y no compra absolutamente nada, sin hacer prejuicios actuó como deberían muchas hacerlo. Con admirable impasibilidad aparto a las cuatro chicas; A dos las envió al ático hacer inventario de los molestos llaveros con la bandera de Inglaterra y La reina Isabel II en alto contraste por el gran Warhol en la parte superior, y las otras dos a recibir y negociar unos tocados de un tal Philip.La dueña personalmente Fue a mostrarle a San la mercancía como si de un robot intermediario se tratase, ofreciendo el producto sin más. -Pantalón en sarga, a cuadros de talle bajo no, bajísimo, fecha de creación 1994--Pantalón Negro: Mismo corte, misma fecha- Ajak lo levanto y lo bajo al instante, como haciendo una recomendación de no detenerse mucho en estas dos prendas. Aunque lo ocultase bajo el yugo de su serenidad, tenía muchas ganas de mostrarle a San los vestidos.-Vestido en gasa de seda, completamente transparente con pantalón de cuero negro a juego-San interrumpió la descripción al instante:-Pero cómo utilizar esto? Se me verán los senos, se debería utilizar con algo debajo ¿no es así?-Ajak, sonrío, pero guardó silencio, contestando sin una palabra.-No Obvies- Le replicó San a Ajak, esbozando una extraña sonrisa. -¿Cómo se utiliza eso, tengo que ponerme algo debajo o no?-Pues claro que no querida- Ajak sabía lo que venía-No si lo utilizas como ha propuesto su creador--¿Y quién es “su Creador”?--Su nombre es Alexander McQueen. El nombre retumbó en el pequeño Salón.Y aún faltaba mostrar el cuarto vestido. La que le venia a San señores, la que le venía a San…Tonio Sanabra Sanabra Domentitzkeva.

It’s been time since San had her bright idea; I may say a year, more or less, more than less actually. Carine Roitfeld takes over the reins of the Parisian Vogue; Kate moss with her lanky framed body was the androgyny symbol par excellence of aughts, the most in vogue trend by then. Alber Elbaz was part of the history of YSL while Tom Ford has already presented his third collection with a disgruntled Pierre Bergé. The minimalism is present through the most accomplished looks wore by Tennant, Jaquetta Wheeler and Erin O’Connor for the immortal and supernatural Miuccia Prada; Maggie Rizer in company of many models strikes a pose for monsieur Ghesquière for his most recent collection´s ad campaign for Balenciaga. Everything was going so well, no one could ever ask for more to life. San was so damn good at selling clothes, the market of weft and wrap drove Miss Domentitzkeva Crazy and had her in ecstasy all the time. She was like a fish in water, and like Whitney in crack. Selling clothes was the perfect excuse and the best way to share her mind and establish which position she had in this world. The result is obvious, many savings and many pieces of paper with Queen Elizabeth printed on them, they increased her control of her business and gave shape to her most outrageous plans for fashion, these weren’t absolutely about giving to the system something, instead, they were meant to receive a lot: Knowledge, basic material stuff and contacts, as much as possible to establish fashion dialogues that would increased San´s inspiration. She was so in love with the fashion circus, that´s for sure. Even lady luck smiled San in such an ease way, an austere environment was drown around the protagonist; Her mother and her grandma opened the stable as the same hour as every morning on past years, nothing had changed; it was the best thing San could ever do, and the best choice for the lifestyle and her fashion state of mind she was building: Creator and spectator and not consumer. She had the absolute control of her production and selling of clothes, her brilliant organization and hard work would give her the firsts sprouts; and I´m not saying that lying fallow, an auto compensation was coming, she is about to get her first acquisition, and this will be huge. Her first acquisition came from someone that Issie protected, someone that with Treacy matched his creations; One of the most memorable moments for this white hair girl with pale lime face was about to come.To be continued….Ha pasado tiempo, un año más o menos, más que menos puede ser. Todo iba espectacular, no se le podía pedir más a la vida y no se le puede pedir mas cosecha a lo ya sembrado. A San, para ese entonces se le daba como a ninguna eso de ser comerciante, el negocio de la trama y la urdimbre la tenían loca y en éxtasis constante.Estaba como pez en el agua y como Whitney en el Crack. La hacedera y vendedera de trapos era el pretexto perfecto y el puente idóneo para transmitir su idea y su posición para con el mundo. El resultado es Obvio, ahorros, muchos papelitos con Isabel II en ellos, con los cuales incrementaba su control y daba forma a sus audaces planes dentro de la caprichosa industria; éstos a su vez no consistían en aportar absolutamente nada, todo lo contrario, importar mucho: Conocimientos, adquisiciones materiales básicas y contactos eternos que alimentaban su espíritu y potenciaban la inspiración. Siempre Amante del espectáculo y el circo de la moda. Aunque la fortuna sonreía con desparpajo a Sanabra, un entorno austero se dibujaba alrededor de la protagonista; prueba de ello era el que su madre y su abuela iban raudas a abrir el negocio como cada mañana, nada había cambiado, era la opción más inteligente que Miss. Domentitzkeva y su familia pudieron haber adoptado. La producción y venta estaba calada y en la palma de su mano, la organización y la buena planeación le traería frutos… una auto compensación venia ya, y no lo dejo en barbecho… su primera adquisición viene; y no es de cualquiera, NO. La nueva adquisición provenía de Aquel protegido de Issie. Aquel que compaginaba sus atuendos con magnificencias del Treacy. Uno de los momentos más memorables en la historia de esta chica de cabellos blancos y tez azul lima esta por venir.

San thinking a little bit more, and with her naive state of mind concluded: If this lady, Franca Sozzani vogue italy editor in chief editora en jefe de VOGUE ITALIA, the one I admire a lot and the one who´s leading my favorite magazine, and my inspiration source, says: -Love the Prada purse- Of course I will, and if I flip through the same mag, and in some page I find such a funny mood boards with random fabulous clippings from another lady called Mrs. Anna Piaggi vogue italy telling me to love the same purse, how I wont love it? Of course I will, I´m meant to, my beautiful ladies, your wishes are my commands. I cannot afford it right now, But really, I swear that purse will be mine, that one and many others, Of course I will. May be I´ll start with this hideous one from Prada, or May be I´ll start with such an ugly Vuitton full of monograms. -No. Wait- San came to reality, don’t be obvious my little sweetheart.

Y no solo eso, si no que es una copia hecha en tu casa a base de una fotografía de revista de moda de la cual no tienes referencia ninguna, nombre, fecha de creación, diseñador etc.… no hacia falta que se le explicase esto a San, pues cual epifanía captaba estos mensajes, uno a uno y se prometía ordenaba a si misma no repetirlos por nada del mundo. Parte de las ganancias de San, aparte de los números comprados, iba destinada a adquirir ropa, puros básicos: Jeans, camisetas, y unas zapatillas: comodidad y más comodidad, con personalidad al cero porciento, el temita empezó a cansarla. Un buen punto para San era que, con el poco conocimiento que tenia en las revistas, aunque no les ponía cara, sabía ya que existía Christian Dior, diseñado por Dior pensaba ella;

Existía Chanel, diseñado por Chanel juraba San. Y que existía su marca favorita en ese entonces: Gianfranco Ferré, ¡y lo mejor! Sí que le ponía cara, alguna vez lo vio en algún reportaje y pensó: este es Santa Claus sin el uniforme, mira que si viene en días no festivos a diseñar ropa y es su vocación frustrada. En este caso si que estaba la chica en lo correcto; era diseñado por Gianfranco Ferré. Y cómo le adoraba. Soñaba que sus básicos se transformaran en los básicos de Gianfranco: Una buena camisa con las mejores sedas, con los puntos y elementos focales camiseros, elevados al nivel máximo nivel de ironía. Cuellos enormes, movimiento, feminidad y maestría en el patronaje, ésta en combinación con una de esas faldas de cintura alta hechas con paño de Lana y ribetes de cuero, San quería sentir ese orgasmo de sentir entre sus piernas el suave tacto de los forros de Satén con cantos de terciopelo, así como los leves toques de los plomos en las aberturas traseras, los cuáles mantenían perfectamente la estructura de la pieza. San opened up her eyes; they were glowing like never before. She had the same anticipation that felt the first time she drank that black tea on the Moroccan kiosk, It´s just this time, she knew where the excitation came from, also knew how to control it.

In front of her eyes it was a magazine, yet the magazine itself wasn´t the reason of her happiness. It could be read the word Vogue?, even it sounded familiar to her, she didn´t mind… it was just a word; in front of her was one image, a picture that could tell one and one thousand stories, a picture from the Italian version of the already named magazine, a back number; nine months of delay.San´s grandma always carried on with her, a postcard from her beloved; there wasn´t on it the author, neither name nor date. There was just a blank space on the other side that was filled with a few words from San´s Grandpa, A Spanish man.

For San, that postcard was a concentrate of strong roots, strong love, and resignation to face life, and this, as a simple blink and a trail which Miss Domentitskeva was completely decided to make sure it would be preserved. She couldn´t stop watching the spread, someone else in other part from the world, had fallen in love with the same picture… but whom? La abuela de San siemre llevaba consigo una Postal, una imagen que no tenía ni autor, ni nombre ni fecha. Únicamente un espacio en la parte trasera donde poder anotar un remitente, y unas breves palabras del que fuera su amor. Esa imagen San la recuerda con mucho cariño, pues simbolizaba para ella no solo un amor de sus abuelos, sino que, simbolizaba fuerza, raíces firmes y resignación ante la vida; ésta como un parpadeo del que queda un simple reflejo y una estela de la que la Srta Domentitskeva estaba más que dispuesta a preservar. No podía dejar de ver la editorial, parece que alguien más se había enamorado de esa foto; pero quién era? En Daguestán lo había escuchado ya, pero ahora le ponía cara y cuerpo, regresando a los Stables, en uno de los puestos de comida china estaba una pantalla, de esas de ultimísima generación con pantalla plana, gris, Sony y el toque inigualable de cochambre con un dedazo de chop suei como toque final: Un Carson Daily, Sano, Joven, y aun con masa corporal a niveles sensatos, que frente a unos cuantos selectos en su plató, y una multitud allí afuera en Time Square Nueva York anunciaba desde MTV TRL a esta chica: Que buena estaba, una rubia que venía del otro lado del mundo y que cantaba en inglés, San ya entendía ciertas frases,-" Dame una señal! Dame una vez más! No hay NADA que yo no haría por ti…"- y una sarta de estupideces una tras otra pero que la tenían maravillada. Lo más cercano para San en esos momentos si de estética hablamos, por supuesto es ese el último eslabón, la mierda que en cierto punto cuando somos indefensos nos dan a cucharadas y nos sabe a chocolate, fresas con crema, y plátanos con helado de los tres sabores, (que las personas nice, llaman banana split) el pop mas duro, puro y sin piedad… SAN FASCINADA. Pero ella veía algo más, pompones como soporte para sus dos trenzas, estilo de vida perfecto americano en mezcla con el tan en boga en ese momento manga y anime; Deportes, muchos deportes, pero es que le sonaba a algo, ya lo había visto…. Ese look de niña en mujeres de edad, pero donde? La rubia idiota y tetona, la deportista, la fiera, la puta muy puta y la pelirroja come hombres con un babydoll del Reino Unido bordado en lentejuelas.

En los telediarios se anunciaba orgullosamente un estilo de dos diseñadores llamados Stefano y Domenico inspirándose en la bandera de Gran Bretaña, un debate se abría en gente opuesta y los otros argumentando que es una nimiedad que se debería estar orgulloso por utilizar la bandera, que por que si en América lo hacen, aquí no… mientras pasaba el tiempo entre palabrerío del cual San no captaba la mayoría de las palabras su madre La llamó, Un gentío tenían ya, había que darle el toque final a los Blinz con alguno de los tres siropes. Mientras servía, entregaba y llamaba a la abuela para que cobrase su mente navegaba estratosféricamente como si de una aventura psicotrópica se tratase. Qué es esto? Yo he visto ese vestido, He visto ese largo, Me da un aire a algo y no se a que. Quien es dolche y cavana? Por que todo el mundo ahora mismo TIENDE a vestirse de esa manera. Por que todos TIENDEN a ser casi niños, Por que las modelos son tan delgadas, parece que TIENDAN a ser criaturas de trece años. Qué es esto, Una TENDENCIA?
