According to this FoxNews report, seven U.S. states are now considering lowering the minimum drinking age from 21 to 18. These states claim that if the drinking age is lowered, binge drinking will decline with it. Opponents of this theory (including Mothers Against Drunk Driving or MADD) disagree. They claim that by lowering the drinking age to 18, accidents among young drivers will increase.

That's right...soon you will be heading to a water fountain instead of a power outlet to recharge your phone. Kind of ridiculous if you think about it.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics has developed a micro-fuel cell and hydrogen generator that runs on water. When the handset is turned on, metal and water in the phone react to produce hydrogen gas. The gas is then supplied to the fuel cell where it reacts with oxygen in the air to generate power. Other fuel cells need methanol to produce hydrogen, while Samsung's needs only water.

Several sources are reporting that Adam "PacMan" Jones will be reporting to Dallas camp this year. The trade? A 4th round draft pick this year and a 6th round pick next year. But it doesn't end there...IF PacMan does not play (or get re-instated) the Cowboys won't give the 6th round pick next year AND the Titans will send a 4th round pick back to the Cowboys next year. Did ya follow all that?

Sounds like not a lot of risk for the CBoys, but Goodell did say that he would have his eye on PacMan..

I'm sure he'll find a way to screw this up!
