Another Obama plot to destroy America’s benefits structure uncovered in Food Stamps II, the Obamacare abominations’…

To no avail; the ever shameful and scandalous Barack Hussein Obama, has been caught with his dirty hands in the proverbial cookie Jar. But of course, as the Tea Party IRS scandals have come into light and more shameful acts of “thuggery” is coming out the Obama presidency.

It has now come to light that the Obama Democrat’s Obamacare is to totally bankrupt Americans to support FREE healthcare for none paying, conforming legal immigrants and illegal ones at the expense of taxpayer, Tea Party Patriots.

What we were witnessing with the IRS scandals, was a TOTAL, systematic dismantling of conservative non-profit voices by the Obama IRS, to favor his radical, leftist agendas in secret dealings of funneling moneys to leftists Soros run organizations.

And it was to implement FREE medical care to U.S. poor indigents, homeless drug addicts and alcoholics, and to legal immigrants, Illegal aliens, while shutting out the opposing VOICES, those who could FIGHT and publicize these scandalous actions coming from the White House.

According to this website; Obamacare Tax Dollars Pouring Into ACORN, MoveOn, LaRaza… “Your Obamacare tax money is being poured into community organizations so they can enroll the uninsured in Obamacare. The obvious end-result is that they will enroll people into the Democratic Party as well.

The Senate immigration bill does the same thing. It pays community organizations to educate immigrants on their path to citizenship and to the Democratic Party.

Sebelius did an end-run around Congress last week and solicited funds from organizations like Enroll America to help publicize Obamacare. Enroll America management is purely political. President Anne Filipic is a White House insider who networks with community organizers. She was a DNC official before she worked on Obama’s 2008 campaign in Iowa.

She manages messaging for the very community organizations who are taking our money – ACORN (exposed as corrupt but still functioning), LaRaza (the radical open borders group) and MoveOn (a radical socialist organization) are some of them. Filipic also manages the messaging for 39 Democratic members of Congress.

Obamacare requires these far-left community organization be hired as “navigators” to enroll the uninsured. Union members are also being hired as navigators and we know where they stand.

At Investors Business Daily The corruption doesn’t stop there. Community Organizations like ACORN are also involved in taking our money to set up Obamacare CO-OPs.

Obamacare allows for the establishment of Consumer Operated and Oriented Plan (CO-OP). A CO-OP is a federal program created to assist in the development of non-profit, member-run health insurance issuers. The issuers will offer qualified health plans in the individual and small group markets. Organizations participating in CO-OP programs must be non-profit entities.

Once formed at great expense to the taxpayer, they can put the co-op into the healthcare exchange to compete even though it is known they can’t compete.

Many of the people starting up the exchanges have no experience. One has experience providing the poorest service in New York. [Greta Van Susteren expose April 4]

Co-ops are fatally flawed. They can’t compete with the government-subsidized option and they can’t compete with large insurance companies. Enrollees are in charge of decisions affecting costs – no conflict of interest there. They can succeed if they move beyond what they are and join forces with other co-ops and the moon and the stars are correctly aligned in the heavens. [rwjf research]

The government has given co-ops $3.8 billion taxpayer dollars to start up though the failure rate could be about 35% to 40%. No one expects it to be 40% but they’re just mentioning it as a possibility. [the hill]

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform under Darrell Issa would like information on the co-ops to see where our money is going. They asked in February but Sebelius failed to comply. They asked again at the end of March and have greatly expanded their probe.[Washington Examiner]

Immediately after Obamacare passed, slews of ACORN-like (Alinsky-style) co-ops formed. Heavily subsidized with tax dollars, the co-ops need not be set up by anyone who has any experience or record of success. With all the rules being thrown out by HHS, they didn’t feel the need to have any rules about this?

One of these co-ops is The Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, an Alinsky-style ACORN group. It formed in August, 2011 at the same time the tax dollar incentive became known.

Obama gave this co-op $56 million to start up their health insurance company even though they have basically no experience in the area.

The Alinsky group is an operation out of Chicago.

What Mark Sanford’s victory, formerly a governor, who had resigned over a scandal involving an affair with an Argentinian woman, is unheard of.

A formerly disgraced Republican getting re-elected after a MAJOR scandal, but this shows that South Carolina voters preferred a GOP marital cheater, over hardcore Obama, leftist liberal pallbearers of his policies.

“Mark Sanford; once a rising GOP star considered presidential material — was an early favorite in the Republican district, which Mitt Romney carried by 18 percentage points in the 2012 election. But the revelation that Sanford's ex-wife, Jenny, accused the candidate of trespassing at her home caused the National Republican Congressional Committee to withdraw its support in mid-April and gave Colbert Busch an opening.

Mr. Sanford received 54% of the votes cast, to Ms. Colbert Busch's 46%, in the heavily Republican district.

The race was a special election for the House seat held by Republican Tim Scott, who was appointed U.S. senator after Jim DeMint stepped down in December.”

The good news for the GOP is that they are still carrying the 2010 midterm’s momentum's that have been advantageous in their recent victories over Democrats.

As 2014 elections come up, Obama Democrats will be struggling to retake the U.S. House and the GOP may have a great opportunity, to take the U.S. senate for the first time since 2006.

With Obama approval ratings averaging below 51%, with 50% total disapproval ratings according to Rasmussen, won’t help Democrats as Sanford election showed.

With Obama’s attacks on gun ownership's and illegal immigration becoming a divisive topic, and the Benghazi cover-up scandal heats-up, it’s going to be tough for Democrats to succeed under such negative, lame duck Obama unpopular and mediocre presidency.

“President Barack Hussein Obama began a two-day visit to Costa Rica following a brief stop in Mexico that focused on expanding rights of Mexican citizens with regards to guns, drug trafficking and immigration.

Obama took a bold first step as he guaranteed a large Mexican audience full of future American citizens that they would be allowed to keep all the guns they could carry across the border.

“In America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. And as president, I swore an oath to uphold that right…. That can save lives here in Mexico… and it’s the right thing to do.”

You see my friends; here we go again! More signs of incompetence from President Obama. It’s the typical Obama, sore loser and destructive attitude he has towards Americans, when he does not get his way with congress or conservative Americans.

Court: Illegal Aliens Don’t Have 2nd Amendment Rights

“Judges across the country have ruled over the years that illegal immigrants have certain constitutional rights in the U.S., but a federal appellate court has drawn the line with the Second Amendment, which interestingly is the topic of heated discussions lately.

The case involves a Mexican national, Nicolas Carpio-Leon, arrested and charged for entering the country illegally, using a fake Social Security to obtain a driver’s license and owning two guns. Carpio-Leon has lived in Orangeburg South Carolina for more than a decade and has three American-born children (anchor babies).

It was a slam-dunk case for the feds when they indicted him last year; an illegal immigrant using a fake identity in possession of a .22 caliber Marlin rifle, a 9 millimeter Hi-Point pistol and ammunition. Hiding behind the Second Amendment right to bear arms, Carpio-Leon claims he’s entitled to keep the firearms to protect his kids and home.

In a court motion, he argues that the constitution also applies to illegal immigrants, that they too have the right to keep guns in their homes for their families’ protection. The Second Amendment could not possibly have excluded illegal immigrants, Carpio-Leon asserts in his motion, because when it was enacted “attitudes toward immigration were the reverse of today’s attitudes.”

This laughable argument was slammed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, which notes the constitutional right to bear arms has always been reserved for law-abiding, responsible citizens. This would automatically exclude those who violate U.S. immigration laws. Therefore illegal immigrants are not covered by the Second Amendment since they are not law-abiding citizens, the court says.”

He goes on and promises things he knows full well he cannot deliver. Obama thins he’s above U.S. court judgments.

Mexico is plagued with murderous drug cartels, and he wants to expand the mayhem into the U.S. to show us, like a “crybaby”, boohoo, I didn't get my way, so screw YOU America. This is the most arrogant sore loser and DESTRUCTIVE American president ever elected.

“President Obama’s pick to head the Federal Housing Finance Agency once said that a “majority of white voters” would never vote for a black candidate and that they should be excluded from “the democratic process.”

The White House announced Wednesday that Obama will nominate Democratic North Carolina Congressman Mel Watt to take over the FHFA, which regulates Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the country’s government sponsored mortgage companies.

Watt, the former chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, has in the past accused white Americans of racism.

“There would be a substantial majority of white voters who would say that under no circumstances would they vote for an African American candidate,” Watt said Oct. 14, 2005 during a Washington hearing held by the National Commission on the Voting Rights Act.

The Voting Rights Act should be expanded to “adjust districts to take [racially motivated voting] into account,” Watts said.

Such voters “need to be factored out of the equation,” Watt said, because “I’ve got no use for them in the democratic process.”

According to a contemporaneous report of the hearing published by the Cybercast News Service, Watt said that black voters — unlike whites — don’t have “an absolute commitment” to voting for a candidate based on race.

“Black people have not had the luxury of being able to say, ‘Under no circumstances will I vote for a white candidate,’” Watt said in his remarks.

Obama would win 43 percent of the white vote in 2008 — the largest share for any Democrat in a two-man race since 1976 — along with 95 percent of the black vote.

In 2004, progressive independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader claimed that Watt hurled a “racial epithet” at him during Nader’s meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus, which urged Nader to suspend his campaign and support John Kerry.

Nader alleged in a letter that Watt said, “You’re just another arrogant white man – telling us what we can do – it’s all about your ego – another f–king arrogant white man.” Nader demanded an apology from Watt.

Watt will replace acting director Ed DeMarco, who has served in that post since 2009. DeMarco has become a punching bag for the administration’s liberal critics who have hammered him for his unwillingness to enact principal reduction, which would reset many underwater Fannie and Freddie loans to fair-market value.

Principal reduction would reportedly provide disproportionate relief to minority homeowners.

In 2008, following the collapse of the subprime mortgage market, Watt said that a government task force should be established to combat racial discrimination in housing lending.

“[T]here needs to be a more coordinated approach to dealing with these issues of discrimination, failure to be fair in loan terms,” Watt said in June 12, 2008 remarks before the House Judiciary Committee.

Watts said that minorities were “disproportionately more” encouraged to take on subprime, rather than prime, loans by housing lenders.

“When you’re black, and you live in the world for 63 years, it is — I don’t need empirical evidence to tell me discrimination exists.”

IMMIGRATION BILL GIVES AMNESTIED RESIDENTS 'IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO WELFARE “The immigration bill introduced to the Senate a week and a half ago would, if passed, allow illegal immigrants to access state and local welfare benefits immediately, Breitbart News has learned. The financial impact of allowing potentially millions of immigrants onto state and local public assistance could overwhelm these programs' budgets.

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) uncovered this loophole in the bill and many others, and he will circulate a memo detailing the gaps in the bill on Tuesday. Breitbart News exclusively obtained a copy of the memo before its public release.

“The Gang of Eight made a promise that illegal immigrants will not be able to access public benefits,” Sessions said in a statement to Breitbart News. “We already know that, once granted green cards and ultimately citizenship, illegal immigrants will be able to access all public benefit programs at a great cost to taxpayers. We have, however, identified a number of loopholes that would allow illegal immigrants to draw public benefits even sooner than advertised.”

If the bill were signed into law, America’s 11 million illegal immigrants would be legalized within six months, when Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano submits her border security plan to Congress. Illegal immigrants would immediately be eligible for Registered Provisional Immigrant (RPI) status, making them legal to live and work in the country.

As Sessions’ staff points out in the memo, “state laws frequently extend benefits to anyone ‘lawfully present’ in the U.S.” The Sessions team points to a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) brief that details how the only requirement many state and local governments have with regard to immigrant access to public benefits is that they are “lawfully present.” The term “lawfully present” is a legal definition.

According to page 91 of the bill, all illegal immigrants granted legalized RPI status would legally be considered “lawfully present.” That section reads as follows:

‘‘(4) TREATMENT OF REGISTERED PROVISIONAL IMMIGRANTS.—A noncitizen granted registered provisional immigrant status under this section shall be considered lawfully present in the United States for all purposes while such noncitizen remains in such status, except that the noncitizen—

‘‘(A) is not entitled to the premium assistance tax credit authorized under section 36B of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986;

‘‘(B) shall be subject to the rules applicable to individuals not lawfully present that are set forth in subsection (e) of such section; and

‘‘(C) shall be subject to the rules applicable to individuals not lawfully present that are set forth in section 1402(e) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 18071).”

In evaluating whether an illegal immigrant qualifies for RPI status, Sessions’ staff points out, the legislation “explicitly forbids” the Department of Homeland Security from using current law, which blocks entry to those who could become "public charges," i.e. dependent on government welfare programs.

“Therefore, when those here illegally who are unable to support themselves are legalized, much of the immediate fiscal burden will fall on state and local governments,” Sessions’ staff wrote in the memo.

In addition to that loophole, Sessions and his staff found several more loopholes that allow current illegal immigrants access to public benefits even on the federal level before the promised wait time of 13 years from the bill’s passage.

In the memo, Sessions’ staff notes that current illegal immigrants who are “granted RPI status will immediately become eligible for federal benefits through citizen and permanent resident dependents, with no requirement that they support their household as a condition of receiving or maintaining legal status.” That means any current illegal immigrant who subsequently has dependent children, who are, by right of birth, U.S. citizens would qualify for federal welfare benefits through them.”

The family of the suspected Boston Marathon bombers reportedly received over $100,000 worth of state, local and federal benefits over the past decade.

“Sources told News Center 5 in Boston that they had seen 500 pages of documents and that the Tsarnaev family received "every conceivable public benefit available out there."

According to the report, the House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight in Massachusetts is in the process of reviewing documents from various state agencies that may have doled out benefits to the Tsarnaev family since 2002.

Those who received public benefits included the parents of the two suspected bombers, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar, Tamerlan's widow Katherine Russell, and Tamerlan and Russell's child.

"I am concerned that the taxpayers and victims here may have been funding terrorists," Massachusetts state Representative Shaunna O'Connell, a Republican, said. "People have a right to know if that's the case and they have the right to know immediately."

The family reportedly received Medicaid, food stamps (SNAP), and various forms of cash assistance. And Tamerlan reportedly benefited from Social Security disability benefits in addition to Section 8 housing through his parents and his wife, Katherine.

According to the report, "neither of the Tsarnaev brothers ever was a direct recipient of welfare benefits," but both brothers received assistance as members of their parents' household because their parents were "eligible for benefits because they were legal, non-citizen residents who were granted asylum status" while the brothers were "residing legally in the country."

A recently raised sales tax is among the country's highest, and gas taxes are the nation’s second-highest, according to the American Petroleum Institute.

A legislature controlled by Democrats may prove friendly to Democratic Governor Jerry Brown’s vision for high-speed rail, education financing, jobs, health care and water supply projects.

California posts the names of the largest state income tax debtors. As of April 15, the largest income tax debt is $10.8 million owed by CNET founder Halsey Minor. That number doesn't reflect about $2.5 million in payments and another $600,000 in tax reductions from filing 2010 returns, according to Minor.

At 9.9 percent for top filers, Oregon's income tax is one of the highest in the country, behind Hawaii's and California's. Shoppers still enjoy not paying state or local sales tax, though.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Family Used Welfare “Boston Bombing mastermind Tamerlan Tsarnaev was receiving government welfare in the years before he and his brother turned on the state of Massachusetts and killed 3 people and injured more than 200, the state confirmed today.

Tsarnaev and his wife, Katherine Russell, both received welfare benefits for their family, which included their young daughter, until they stopped meeting income eligibility requirements in 2012, according to the Massachusetts Department of Health and Human Services.

They would not describe what kind of benefits or how much money the couple received.

The timeline coincides with the years Tamerlan Tsarnaev reportedly became more radicalized in his Muslim beliefs. He was interviewed by the FBI in 2011 after Russia flagged Tsarnaev for his potentially dangerous views.

Tsarnaev was killed in a gun battle with police last week while on the run after the bombings. His brother, Dzhokhar, was injured but captured alive on Friday, and remains in a Boston hospital. He is charged with using weapons of mass destruction.

(III) has, under circumstances indicating an intention to cause death or serious bodily harm, incited terrorist activity:

(IV) is a representative (as defined in clause (v)) of —

(aa) a terrorist organization (as defined in clause (vi)); or
(bb) a political, social, or other group that endorses or espouses terrorist activity;

(V) is a member of a terrorist organization described in subclause (I) or (II) of clause (vi);

(VI) is a member of a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(III), unless the alien can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that the alien did not know, and should not reasonably have known, that the organization was a terrorist organization;

(VII) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a terrorist organization;

(VIII) has received military-type training (as defined in section 2339D(c)(1) of title 18, United States Code) from or on behalf of any organization that, at the time the training was received, was a terrorist organization (as defined in clause (vi)); or

(IX) is the spouse or child of an alien who is inadmissible under the subparagraph, if the activity causing the alien to be found inadmissible occurred within the last 5 years,

is inadmissible.

An alien who is an officer, official, representative, or spokesman of the Palestine Liberation Organization is considered, for the purposes of this Act, to be engaged in a terrorist activity.

(ii) Exception

Subclause (VII) of clause (i) does not apply to a spouse or child—

(I) who did not know or should not reasonably have known of the activity causing the alien to be found inadmissible under this section; or

(II) whom the consular officer or Attorney General has reasonable grounds to believe has renounced the activity causing the alien to be found inadmissible under this section.

(iii) Terrorist Activity Defined

As used in this Act, the term “terrorist activity” means any activity which is unlawful under the laws of the place where it is committed (or which, if it had been committed in the United States, would be unlawful under the laws of the United States or any State) and which involves any of the following:

(I) The high jacking or sabotage of any conveyance (including an aircraft, vessel or vehicle).

(II) The seizing or detaining, and threatening to kill, injure, or continue to detain, another individual in order to compel a third person (including a governmental organization) to do or abstain from doing any act as an explicit or implicit condition for the release of the individual seized or detained.

(III) A violent attack upon an internationally protected person (as defined in section 1116(b)(4) of title 18, United States Code) or upon the liberty of such a person.

(IV) An assassination.

(V) The use of any— (a) biological agent, chemical agent, or nuclear weapon or device, or (b) explosive, firearm, or other weapon or dangerous device (other than for mere personal monetary gain), with intent to endanger, directly or indirectly, the safety of one or more individuals or to cause substantial damage to property.

(VI) A threat, attempt, or conspiracy to do any of the foregoing.

(iv) Engage in Terrorist Activity Defined

As used in this Act, the term “engaged in terrorist activity” means, in an individual capacity or as a member of an organization—

(I) to commit or incite to commit, under circumstances indicating an intention to cause death or serious bodily injury, a terrorist activity;

(II) to prepare or plan a terrorist activity;

(III) to gather information on potential targets for terrorist activity;

(IV) to solicit funds or other things of value for—

(aa) a terrorist activity;
(bb) a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(I) or (vi)(II); or
(cc) a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(III), unless the solicitor can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he did not know, and should not have reasonably known, that the organization was a terrorist organization;

(V) to solicit any individual—

(aa) to engage in conduct otherwise described in this subsection;
(bb) for membership in a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(I) or (vi)(II); or
(cc) for membership in a terrorist organization described in clause (vi)(III) unless the solicitor can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that he did not know, and should not have reasonably known, that the organization was a terrorist organization; or

(VI) to commit an act that the actor knows, or reasonably should know, affords material support, including a safe house, transportation, communications, funds, transfer of funds or other material financial benefit, false documentation or identification, weapons (including chemical, biological, or radiological weapons), explosives, or training—

(aa) for the commission of a terrorist activity;
(bb) to any individual who the actor knows, or reasonably should know, has committed or plans to commit a terrorist activity;
(cc) to a terrorist organization described in subclause (I) or (II) of clause (vi) or to any member of such organization; or
(dd) or to any member of such an organization, unless the actor can demonstrate by clear and convincing evidence that the actor did not know, and should not reasonably have known, that the organization was a terrorist organization.

(v) Representative Defined

As used in this paragraph, the term “representative” includes an officer, official, or spokesman of an organization, and any person who directs, counsels, commands, or induces an organization or its members to engage in terrorist activity.

(vi) Terrorist Organization Defined

As used in this section, the term “terrorist organization” means an organization—

(I) designated under section 219;

“It was an almost unimaginably horrible scene. In August of 2011, 23-year-old Matthew Denice was riding his motorcycle in Milford, Massachussetts. Denice was hit by a truck driven by drunken illegal alien, Nicolas Guaman, and his body became tangled with his bike and was pinned in the wheel well of Guaman’s truck.

Denice screamed in pain and pounded on the side of the truck.

Guaman ignored Denice’s pleas for mercy and continued driving for another quarter of a mile, dragging Denice along with him until mercifully, his agony was finally ended by death.

Milford Police Chief Thomas O’Loughlin said, “I’ve seen a lot of things in 30 years, and this is right up there. He dragged the guy for a quarter-mile. He was alive for a good portion of it.

Almost two years later, Ecuadorian Nicolas Guaman still hasn’t faced justice for his crime.

In fact, the judge in his case, Janet Kinton-Walker says Guaman’s “unique cultural background” and lack of an Ecuadorian translator have made him incompetent to stand trial.

The good news is that Guaman, who never should have been in our country in the first place, hasn't been released. However, Matthew Denice’s mother, Maureen Maloney, fears that could be a possibility.”

The labor force participation rate fell to 63.3% last month, the lowest level since the Jimmy Carter administration. One of the reasons so many Americans aren’t working or looking for work is that a record number of them are on disability.

“The number of Americans enrolled in the Social Security Disability program hit an all-time high of 8.9 million in March, up from 455,000 in 1960 and about 7.4 million when Obama took office in January 2009.

Some of the rise in disability payments can be explained by America’s growing population and the dismal employment environment generally. But there’s another factor at play: America’s changing attitude toward work. There used to be a powerful stigma against idleness. That stigma has largely vanished.

In order to receive Social Security Disability, a person must have a severe disability (or combination of disabilities) that is expected to either result in death or last at least 12 months, and which prevents them from working at a “substantial gainful activity” level.

Many people try to game the system. Some are able to work but simply don’t so that they can collect benefits instead, while others claim they are unable to work but collect disability while working on the side.

It’s a generous program. The average monthly disability payment is $1,130, and after two years on disability, recipients become eligible for Medicare.

America’s flight from work began long before the current economic downturn. The ratio of full-time workers to people collecting disability was 51 to 1 in December 1968. By January 1997, it had reached 24 to 1.

But the problem has grown worse in the Obama era. Today there are only 13 full-time workers for every person collecting disability. Since January 2009, the number of people on disability has increased more than the number of people working.”

SENATE CONSERVATIVES PRESS GANG OF 8 ON IMMIGRATION REFORM ENTITLEMENT IMPACT

Conservative Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley, Jeff Sessions, and Pat Roberts on Wednesday pressured their Republican colleagues in the “Gang of Eight” pursuing immigration reform to explain, in detail, how their forthcoming proposals will impact entitlement and welfare programs.

“Grassley, Sessions, and Roberts wrote to Sens. John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, and Jeff Flake asking for a detailed breakdown of how much the immigration reform bill they are drafting with four Democratic senators will cost taxpayers.

“A primary concern related to a large-scale legalization of illegal immigrants is the long-term cost for taxpayers,” the three conservative senators, who have a history of working on welfare and food stamp issues, wrote. “The public comments from your group have created confusion."

We therefore write to seek your clarification and to obtain concrete information about the long-term costs that will be imposed on taxpayers once millions of illegal immigrants eventually become eligible not only for our nation’s major entitlements but approximately 80 different means-tested welfare and low-income assistance programs.

“As we discovered through several oversight requests from the Agriculture, Budget, and Judiciary Committees, existing federal immigration law designed to protect taxpayers is not enforced by this administration,” they added.

“One of the biggest challenges facing any reform of our nation’s immigration laws is the refusal of this administration to enforce the laws already on the books.”

Grassley, Sessions and Roberts note that according to the Gang of Eight’s preliminary framework released earlier this year, “illegal aliens would not be eligible for certain benefits during a period of probationary status.”

But during the recent Senate budget votes, the three conservatives point out that the four Democrats in the Gang of Eight--Sens. Dick Durbin, Chuck Schumer, Michael Bennet, and Robert Menendez--voted against an amendment that held that same principle.

“The rejection of that principle by the Democrat members of your group during a vote on an amendment to the budget raises significant concern,” Grassley, Sessions, and Roberts wrote.

“Moreover, even if the bill does contain strong, loophole-free language to this effect, it will only succeed in delaying—not reducing—the cost to taxpayers." They also claimed that "a work requirement as a condition of amnesty would do little to nothing to protect taxpayers over the long term.”

The three conservatives also said, “Once the present illegal population receives green cards, they will be eligible under current law for a wide array of federal welfare programs including food stamps, Supplemental Security Income, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Medicaid.”

“By their very nature, these programs necessarily represent a net fiscal cost to taxpayers,” they wrote.

The long-term costs, and the strain on resources for low-income Americans, could be enormous. This was contemplated by lawmakers when crafting and then reaffirming the public charge statute in 1996.

These fiscal costs could grow once today’s illegal population is granted citizenship, and could include substantial costs imposed on Medicare and Social Security as low-income former illegal immigrants retire and draw benefits in excess of what they paid into those programs.

Grassley, Sessions, and Roberts then asked McCain, Graham, Rubio, and Flake to commit to obtaining answers to the following seven questions “before any legislation is unveiled”:

Please list all federal benefits, means-tested aid, and other assistance programs explicitly denied to illegal immigrants during their probationary status.

Please list all federal benefits and aid programs former illegal immigrants become eligible for once granted green cards, or permanent residency.

Please provide an estimate of the cost to taxpayers in the first full 10-year window after illegal immigrants are granted green cards and become eligible for federal assistance.

Please provide an estimate of the cost to taxpayers in the first full 10 years of citizenship, including the costs of chain migration.

Please provide an estimate of the increase in cost to our nation’s long-term unfunded obligations, including Medicare, Social Security, and Obamacare, of a pathway to citizenship for the illegal immigrant population. This should be the recognized 75-year window.

Please provide the specific language your legislation includes to ensure enforcement of the currently unenforced section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Please provide our offices, which have the relevant expertise to analyze fiscal effects, any legislative language concerning the aforementioned questions.”

We've got records unemployment, with another 663,000 Americans quit looking for nonexistent JOBS, adding the total unemployed to 90 million, more than a third of the U.S. population!! Here we go again, pandering to CORPORATE interests for cheap LABOR, while we Americans are getting screwed again and again!!

When is this insanity going to stop?

Things just keep getting worse for the American worker, and by implication US economy, where as we have shown many times before, it pays just as well to sit back and collect disability and various welfare and entitlement checks, than to work .

The best manifestation of this: the number of people not in the labor force which in March soared by a massive 663,000 to a record 90 million Americans who are no longer even looking for work.

This was the biggest monthly increase in people dropping out of the labor force since January 2012, when the BLS did its census recast of the labor numbers. And even worse, the labor force participation rate plunged from an already abysmal 63.5% to 63.3% -the lowest since 1979!

But at least it helped with the now painfully grotesque propaganda that the US unemployment rate is "improving."

And NOW they want to import one million more legally, not counting the illegal immigrants....

Immigration bill would import 1 million workers per year "The Senate’s draft immigration bill will increase the inflow of foreign workers to 1 million people per year, according to government data and news reports.

The 1 million inflow would provide almost one foreign worker for every four Americans who turn 18.

The rate would be high enough to fill up all the extra non-farm jobs created during the last six months.

The 1 million inflow would include at least 350,000 people capable of competing for middle-class skilled jobs sought by the 1.8 million Americans who graduate from university each year. Only about 10 percent of the workers would be farm workers.

“I believe in a free-market, but this [inflow] will aggravate the problems for [American] graduates,” Richard Vedder, director of the libertarian Center for College Affordability and Productivity, told The Daily Caller.

The increased inflow numbers suggest “we’re substituting foreign workers for domestic workers, and maybe that makes a certain about of sense” for cost-conscious businesses, he said.

In response, he suggested, colleges could reduce enrollment of U.S. students who will be crowded out of middle-class jobs, even after paying expensive tuition prices. “Why should kids be paying $100,000 to go to college and then get jobs working at Wal-Mart or Target?”

Amid the stalled economy, college graduates comprise roughly one-third of the minimum-wage workforce. Half of recent graduates are working in jobs sought by high-school graduates and dropouts, and roughly 20 million skilled and unskilled Americans lack full-time jobs.

The inflow of workers is good for the Democratic Party’s political clout, because it increases unemployment, reduces wages and boosts dependence on government aid.

But it creates a problem for Republicans, partly because low unemployment and high wages encourage people to get married, have kids and vote GOP.

It’s also a problem for Sen. Marco Rubio, who is simultaneously helping to write the bill and preparing to run for president in 2016 as a supporter of the middle-class.

“We … want to make sure Americans don’t lose their jobs because of a guest worker program,” he told Politico.

Even before the bill is released, the public has already shown its concern about immigration’s impact on jobs. “A majority [56 percent] of Americans … say that illegal immigrants hurt the economy by driving down wages for many Americans,” said a March poll by the left-of-center Public Religion Research Institute.

The bill is being drafted in secret by eight Republica and Democratic senators, including Rubio. It is backed by top Democratic leaders, including President Barack Obama, and many in the establishment media.

Under the political deal, companies would bring in many low-wage workers. In exchange, the workers would be allowed to become citizens and vote from 2026 onwards, likely for Democratic candidates."

"Senate Budget Committee Republican staff on Thursday released a description of what they claim is a “major flaw” in the immigration reform plan being pushed by the bipartisan “Gang of Eight"--a loophole that will end up being a multi-trillion dollar entitlement spending increase, with the burden falling on American taxpayers.

“According to what has been publicly reported about the Gang of Eight’s forthcoming immigration bill, there appears to be a major flaw that could allow millions of illegal immigrants to access federal welfare benefits and poverty programs,” the GOP Budget Committee staff wrote in a statement to media.

“Specifically, there is nothing in the framework to apply federal public charge law to those in the country illegally before they are granted legal status. What this means is that the bill would create an end-run around federal law: individuals in the country illegally could receive legal status without having to demonstrate financial self-sufficiency.”

The statement adds that the Senators in the Gang of Eight “have suggested that cost will not be an issue because amnestied illegal immigrants will not be eligible for certain public aid and welfare programs during a temporary period of probationary legal status (although even this is in growing doubt given the outcome of the relevant vote during the recent consideration of the Senate budget).”

“But, crucially, once this status ends and they become eligible for green cards, those who illegally immigrated will have access to a wide array of public assistance programs,” they wrote.

“Green card holders are currently eligible for Medicaid, TANF, Supplemental Security Income, child care assistance, food stamps, and a variety of other welfare benefits and public aid programs. The Budget Committee Republican staff estimates that costs could be upwards of $40 billion in 2022 alone, just for Medicaid and Obamacare. The long-term unfunded liability for Obamacare would grow another $2 trillion."

The statement notes that existing federal law is being overlooked in the rush to pass comprehensive immigration reform: "The net costs would be enormous and only increase once citizenship is granted (and would extend to our nation’s retirement programs as well).

Additionally, during their probationary status, there are still a number of ways previously illegal immigrants could draw means-tested public aid for their households—which is the reason why federal law deems all immigrants likely to be a public charge inadmissible to the country regardless of whether they are applying for temporary, permanent, or any other form of legal status.”

U.S. sees highest poverty spike since the 1960s, leaving 50 million Americans poor as government cuts billions in spending... so does that mean there's no way out?

"It comes at a time when government spending cuts of $85 billion have kicked in after feuding Democrats and Republicans failed to agree on a better plan for addressing the national deficit.

The cuts will directly affect 50 million Americans living below the poverty income line and reduce their chances of finding work and a better life.

Before spending cuts kicked in on March 1st, 49-year-old Antonio Hammond became a success story for Catholic Charities of Baltimore - one of a multitude of organizations trying to haul people out of poverty.

In this Maryland port city, one of four residents is considered poor by U.S. government standards.

Hammond says he ended up in Baltimore three years ago, addicted to crack cocaine and snorting heroin, living in abandoned buildings where "the rats were fierce," and financing his addiction by breaking into cars and stealing copper pipes out of crumbing structures.

Eighteen months after finding his way to Catholic Charities via a rehabilitation center, the Philadelphia native is back in the work force, clean of drugs, earning $13 an hour cleaning laboratories for the Biotech Institute of Maryland and paying taxes.

Catholic Charities, which runs a number of federally funded programs, spent $18,000 from privately donated funds to turn around Hammond's life through the organization's Christopher's Place program which provides housing and support services to recovering addicts and former prisoners.

Such success stories are in danger as billions in federal government spending cuts begin squeezing services for the poor nationwide.

They are hitting as the U.S. slowly climbs out of the deepest economic downturn since the Great Depression of the 1930s.

"All I wanted to do was get high," Hammond said. "I didn't even know any more how to eat or clean myself."

Now he lives with two other men in housing subsidized by the charity, got his driver's license and bought a car. What he marvels at the most is that he has been accepted after a 20-year absence by some of his nine children. That's the best part, he said. "At least I know now they might not hate me."

The U.S. Census Bureau puts the number of Americans in poverty at levels not seen since the mid-1960s when President Lyndon B. Johnson launched the federal government's so-called War on Poverty.

As President Barack Obama began his second term in January, nearly 50 million Americans — one in six — were living below the income line that defines poverty, according to the bureau. A family of four that earns less than $23,021 a year is listed as living in poverty.

The bureau said 20 percent of the country's children are poor.

Although it is far from the country's poorest city, Baltimore's poverty rate far outstrips the national average of one in six.

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is a conduit for state and federal money for programs designed to help the poor. The charity plays a major role in administering Head Start, a federal program that provides educational services for low-income pre-school children and frees single mothers to find work without the huge expense of childcare.

The spending cuts, known as sequester is going to hit Head Start especially hard.

"Before sequester, only half of the need was being met. Now, after the cuts fully take effect, there will be 900 children already in the program who won't be able to take part," said William McCarthy, executive director of Catholic Charities.

There is no question the national belt-tightening "will deepen and increase poverty," said McCarthy, citing the cuts in long-term care for poor seniors including assisted living and nursing care, and fewer low-income housing spaces, among other ripple effects.

Under the spending cuts, Baltimore Housing Commissioner Paul T. Graziano said his agency faces a $25 million shortfall in funds to help poor people with housing.

There are 35,000 people on the waiting list. He also lamented cuts that will hamper the city's efforts to clean up or demolish blighted neighborhoods.

Baltimore has 15,000 vacant and abandoned structures as a result of a steep population decline over the past half century. \

"It's very, very disheartening. We take a couple of steps forward and then fall back at least one. The private sector isn't going to fix these neighborhoods. I view these things as investments, not expenditures. These things are investments in the future that bring returns many times over," he said.

While the U.S. economy is slowly recovering, improvements for those deep in poverty do not keep pace with the cuts now in place.

The spending reductions going into effect will hit hardest at Americans whose prospects are not directly tied to the economy — people like Antonio Hammond and children in the Head Start pre-school programs.”

Poll: 80 percent of Americans unhappy with Washington; 30 percent angry “Eighty percent of Americans are dissatisfied with Washington — including 30 percent who are angry, the highest level of anger recorded since polling on that question began in 2010.

A new CBS News poll shows rapidly slipping approval of President Barack Obama and very low ratings for the Republican Party.

Anger at Washington has increased nine percentage points since December, and while the overall unhappy sentiment cut across party lines, Republicans and independents are more likely to say they were angry.

Additionally, 61 percent said that they believe the country is on the “wrong track,” up from 54 percent since February, according to CBS. Nearly nine in 10 Republicans say the country is on the wrong track.

As the negative sentiment increases, Obama’s approval numbers are decreasing.

The president’s approval rating has fallen seven percentage points from CBS’ poll last month, with 45 percent approving of his job as president and 46 percent disapproving. In February, CBS found that 52 percent approved and 38 percent disapproved.

Congress’ job approval has also slipped from its already weak standing. In February, 14 percent approved of the job Congress has done, but now the CBS poll number stands at 11 percent approval.

And while Republicans recently rolled out a framework to appeal to a broader swath of Americans, the GOP is still seeing upside down approval numbers.

The CBS poll found that 31 percent of Americans have a favorable view of the Republican Party, while 60 percent saw it negatively. Views on the Democratic Party were more evenly split, with 45 percent viewing the party favorably and 47 percent negatively.

Of the sequester, Americans put the blame relatively evenly between Republicans in Congress and President Obama, with 19 percent saying both were to blame, 39 percent blaming Republicans in Congress and 35 percent blaming the president.

Americans appeared less concerned about the reductions in spending growth than they were prior to sequester taking effect in March. At that times, just 12 percent believed sequester would have no impact on the country.

Today, 23 percent believe it will not have an impact. Still, more Americans believe the budget cuts will be bad for the country (41 percent) than good (28 percent).

The telephone poll of 1,181 adults nationwide, conducted March 20-24 consisted of 27 percent Republicans, 34 percent Democrats, and 40 percent Independents. It has a margin of error of +/- three percentage points.”

Britain's PM Cameron unveils immigration crackdown “Prime Minister David Cameron unveiled a crackdown on immigration on Monday, saying he planned to show illegal migrants "the door" and rein in welfare benefits he believes lure foreigners to live off the British state.

In a wide-reaching policy announcement, Cameron addressed public concerns about Romanians and Bulgarians winning the right to work in Britain next year, a prospect that has prompted the right-leaning press to warn of the arrival of "hordes" of welfare-hungry migrants.

"Net migration needs to come down radically from hundreds of thousands a year to just tens of thousands," he said.

Cameron's initiative reflects a change in rhetoric across the political mainstream, after years when talking about immigration was seen as taboo and the reserve of racists.

All three main parties now talk tough on immigration after polls showed it had become one of voters' main worries ahead of a 2015 election.

The success of the UK Independence Party or UKIP, which campaigns against "open-door" immigration and humiliated Cameron's Conservatives in a vote for a parliamentary seat, has added to the pressure for policy change.

Cameron said public fears about uncontrolled immigration - including the lifting of EU freedom of movement restrictions on Romanians and Bulgarians next year - and the resulting pressure on public services and the rapid pace of change were fair.

"These concerns are not just legitimate - they are right and it is a fundamental duty of every mainstream politician to address them."

Announcing new measures to make it more difficult for EEA nationals to claim welfare benefits, Cameron said payments would be stopped after six months if recipients could not show they had a genuine chance of getting a job.

He also said newcomers would face a much harder test to see if they were eligible for income-related benefits.

"Ending the something for nothing culture needs to apply to immigration as well as welfare. We're going to give migrants from the EEA a very clear message," he said.

In Brussels, a spokesman for the European Commission said the EU executive would need to ensure any proposals were legal.

Cameron said he would contest any challenge "very robustly".

Last Friday, Nick Clegg, the deputy prime minister and leader of the Lib Dems, said Britain was also considering obliging visitors from "high-risk" countries to pay a returnable cash bond to deter them from overstaying.

Nigel Farage, the leader of UKIP, said on Saturday that the unexpected success of his own party had shifted the debate on immigration, bringing it into the mainstream.

"If UKIP had not taken on this immigration debate, the others would not be talking about it at all," he said.”

President Obama has sued states from implementing anti-voting fraud measures like Voter ID laws, and enforcing rampant, and out of control illegal immigrants that keep sucking state treasuries Feds refuse to enforce.

However, numerous states have enacted their own laws to limit the federal government illegal and unconstitutional power grabs, something never seen before in U.S. history.

Some states have made it illegal to arrest gun owners, and those who infringe on those rights, whether U.S. congress or the federal government’s agents, they’ll be arrested, tried and jailed up to four years.

And now with Agenda 21, this idiocy began after the time former President Bill Clinton took office in 1992, and now Obama-congress is pushing for a wider enforceable United Nation treaty, which would give up American water and land sovereignty to the U.N. in an emergency.

What it basically means; redistributing American resources to the entire world folks!

Newspapers have record distrust among Americans.

People do not rely on them anymore and advertisers are realizing that they outlived their usefulness.

Until the advent of the Internet, newspapers forgot what they were supposed to do, inform people, not keep us in the dark as they did for decades.

Newspapers have lost touch with the average Americans, just as politicians have. Before the advent of the Internet, newspapers covered up many crucial things, that have lead this nation to the brink.

They covered up the real illegal immigration issues and they covered up our government’s trillion dollars debt with communist China.

Out of the blue in 2005 and 2006, when Latinos revolted in America for citizenship, waving Mexican flags in major cities, Americans woke up with a huge resolve and bitter tastes in their mouths.

I have worked in the newspaper industry for over 30 years. I have seen everything, it’s a VERY corrupt industry, publishers and owners are on ego trips, arrogant, just as their department directors are.

Universities and colleges, became liberal left agendas, and became indoctrination centers for college students majoring in journalism.

They took over news Medias around America’s religious heartland to promote anti-Christian agendas and pro-homosexuality issues.

They pushed illegal immigration down our throats, regardless we’re unemployed by huge numbers. Newspapers NEVER concerned themselves about Americans and their families if they needed jobs.

Finally, the way they acted during the 2012 elections, constantly attacking Mitt Romney, and pushed President Obama down our throats, regardless of his qualification, only for gay marriage and illegal immigration agendas was mind-boggling.

Newspapers pushed liberal agenda driven politicians on to voters, by spilling dirt on opponents they didn't like and in many occasions these dirt’s turned out false, fabricated to outright lies.

Newspapers went from good news reporting to yellow journalism, they often promoted newspaper’s owners own agendas.

One example; because of newspaper owner, William Randolph Hears lies, reporting that the Spanish sank one vessel of ours off the coast of Cuba, when supposedly its explosives blew up through carelessness, started the Spanish-American war in 1898.

Most major newspapers always promoted war agendas by presidents, because major war machine industries are either owned, or have major advertising ties with most newspaper chains across the country.

I have also seen newspapers cover up serious environmental infractions by their advertisers. Auto dealers were known to rip-off customers, sell them lemons and newspapers covered up consumer issues among their advertisers.

Generally, newspapers covered up for their clients and even for politicians they favored, while fabricating untruths on opponents to ensure a victory for their in the pocket politician.

Newspapers have got exactly what they deserve. I’d like to see them die a slow death for the injustices they have done to Americans, covering up serious matters, intentionally ignored things that have completely affected our nation today and that we’re now facing.

NEWSROOM JOBS HIT 35 YEAR-LOW, NEWSPAPER AD REVENUE PLUMMETS “As we saw during their fevered push to re-elect President Obama in 2012, the media still have plenty of power. But this is mainly due to the media working harder than ever before to coordinate with one another on that day's Narrative, and an increased radicalization when it comes to pushing a left-wing Narrative disguised as news.

Also playing into the media's hands was and is any number of unforced GOP errors.

Behind the scenes, though, this is an industry running out of gas. According to a new Pew study, the numbers of newsroom jobs have hit a 35-year low. The industry peaked in 2000, but over the last thirteen years, there has been a 30% cutback in personnel. Now, for the first time since 1978, there are fewer than 40,000 full-time newsroom jobs.

On the newspaper advertising front, things are even direr. According to The Atlantic, since 2003, print advertising revenue has collapsed from $45 billion to just $19 billion. This revenue is not being made up online either. Over that same ten years, online advertising has only risen from $1.2 billion to $ 3.3 billion.

When you combine print and online revenue today, it adds up to $22.3 billion, which is a little less than 50% of 2003's total of $45 billion.

The overall media has one more problem, and that's the vicious cycle in which it currently finds itself. As its fortunes collapse behind the scene, in order to hang on to its power and influence in the face of new competition from the right online, the public face of the media has only gotten more biased and openly corrupt.

This kind of media behavior might help President Obama win a narrow re-election victory, but it only damages the media's credibility all the more, which in turn turns off the customers, decreases eyeballs, and ultimately results in decreased ad revenue.

An excellent example of this is CNN. A Pew study released Monday shows that between 2007 and 2012, CNN increased the amount of time its evening programming spent on interviews by a whopping 30%. In other words, during the Age of Obama, CNN made a huge leap towards opinion/commentary and away from news reporting.

By 2012, a full 57% of CNN's evening broadcast was anything but news reporting.

And we all know what has happened to CNN's ratings over the last few years.

But CNN was in a bind. It could either objectively report the news or flex its muscles to elect, protect, and then re-elect Barack Obama. The network chose the political route, but the price was its credibility and then its audience.

Polls also show that, as the media becomes more radicalized, the public trusts the institution less and less. Something's gotta give.”

Judge: FBI gag orders unconstitutional

In a blow against government secrecy, a federal judge ruled Friday that the tens of thousands of "national security letters" the FBI sends each year demanding customer records from phone companies, banks and others, are unconstitutional because they forbid recipients from revealing that the letters exist.

While the government has valid reasons to keep secret the contents of the letters, which involve investigations of terrorism or espionage, a gag order that makes it a crime to disclose one has received such a letter "restrains ... speech about government conduct" with little opportunity for judicial review, said U.S. District Judge Susan Illston of San Francisco.

She directed the FBI to stop issuing national security letters that contain gag orders, but put her ruling on hold during an expected government appeal.

Attorney Matt Zimmerman of the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which filed the suit in May 2011 on behalf of an unnamed telecommunications company, said Friday that the gag orders "have truncated the public debate on these controversial surveillance tools."

The company "looks forward to the day when it can publicly discuss its experience," Zimmerman said.

The FBI referred questions to its national office, which was unavailable for comment late Friday.

The USA Patriot Act, passed in response to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, authorized the FBI to issue national security letters on its own for information that it considers relevant to an investigation of international terrorism or spying.

Virtually all of the letters include a permanent gag order.

In 2008, a federal appeals court in New York found the gag orders constitutionally defective but said most of the flaws could be cured by reinterpreting the law: for example, requiring the FBI to notify the recipient that it could challenge the order in court, and requiring the government to show a "good reason" to maintain blanket secrecy.

In the current case, Illston said Justice Department lawyers told her the government has followed the appeals court's standards. But she said those assurances weren't enough, because the FBI has no such policies in writing, and the underlying law remains unchanged.

"The risks of unwarranted suppression of speech inherent in content-based speech restrictions cannot be adequately ameliorated by governmental promises," the judge said.

Congress amended the law in 2006 to allow recipients to challenge national security letters on constitutional grounds, but left the government with near-total power over the gag orders, Illston said.

In amending and renewing the law, Illston said, lawmakers showed that they were "concerned with giving the government the broadest powers possible to issue ... nondisclosure orders and preclude searching judicial review."

She said there is "no reasonable construction (of the law) that can avoid the constitutional infirmities."

Twelve States to Jail Feds Who Violate the 2nd Amendment or Nullify Federal Gun Control Laws

“Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Missouri, Indiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska and Wyoming have proposed legislation to either jail federal officials who violate the second amendment or to nullify federal laws to control guns within state borders.

The 2nd Amendment Preservation Act is a state-level bill that renders all federal gun laws, regulations, rules, acts, orders, etc - null and void within the borders of the state. TRACK HERE

The Firearms Freedom Act declares that any firearms made and retained in-state is beyond the authority of Congress under its constitutional power to regulate commerce among the states. The FFA is primarily a Tenth Amendment challenge to the powers of Congress under the commerce clause, with firearms as the object. TRACK HERE

Introduced in Texas, House Bill 553 (HB553), is the Second Amendment Preservation Act. The bill reaffirms the 2nd Amendment, as intended, and would nullify potentially anything from the federal government that contravenes in the State of Texas.

It reads, in part:

All federal acts, laws, executive orders, agency orders, and rules or regulations of all kinds with the purpose, intent, or effect of confiscating any firearm, banning any firearm, limiting the size of a magazine for any firearm, imposing any limit on the ammunition that may be purchased for any firearm, taxing any firearm or ammunition therefore, or requiring the registration of any firearm or ammunition therefore, infringes upon Texans’ right to bear arms in direct violation of the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and therefore, any such law is not made in pursuance of the Constitution, is not authorized by the Constitution, and thus, is not the supreme law of the land, and consequently, is invalid in this State and shall be further considered null and void and of no effect in this State.

The bill goes further than just affirmation of the 2nd Amendment. It requires compliance by state and federal agents.

A person who is a public servant commits an offense if the person, while acting under color of the person’s office or employment, intentionally enforces or attempts to enforce any acts, laws, executive orders, agency orders, rules or regulations of any kind whatsoever of the United States government relating to confiscating any firearm, banning any firearm, limiting the size of a magazine for any firearm, imposing any limit on the ammunition that may be purchased for any firearm, taxing any firearm or ammunition therefore, or requiring the registration of any firearm or ammunition therefore.

The legislation specifies that the new law would apply not only to state employees, but federal ones as well.

”Public servant,” includes an officer, employee, or agent of the United States; a branch, department, or agency of the United States; another person acting under a contract with a branch, department, or agency of the United States to provide a law enforcement or security service; or any other person acting under color of federal law.

Introduced by Missouri State Representative Casey Guernsey, with 61 co-sponsors, is the Missouri 2nd Amendment Preservation Act. House Bill 170 (HB170) would nullify any and all federal acts, orders, laws, statutes, rules, or regulations of the federal government on personal firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition.

The bill states, in part: “Any official, agent, or employee of the federal government who enforces or attempts to enforce any act, order, law, statute, rule, or regulation of the federal government upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition that is owned or manufactured commercially or privately in the state of Missouri and that remains exclusively within the borders of the state of Missouri shall be guilty of a class D felony.”

President Barack Hussein Obama is known as the president that has bypassed, or attempted to unconstitutionally, bypass U.S. congress to further his radical left-wing agendas and policies, without a peep of concern from many Americans, why?

If constitutionalism conservatives keep banging their heads against the wall, as to why so many people, mainly newly naturalized immigrants don’t know the U.S. Constitution, we now know why.

Everything is pointing to one big mess in American civic studies.

“Newsweek, back in 2011 gave 1,000 Americans the U.S. Citizenship test and found that their knowledge of the history and running of their own country was seriously lacking.

The U.S. citizenship test is administered to all immigrants applying for citizenship. It is comprised of 100 questions across five categories - American government, systems of government, rights and responsibilities, American history and integrated civics.

Stumped: In the U.S. citizenship test, only 38 per cent of Americans passed and some didn't know answers to basic questions like who is the vice president?

Although the majority passed, more than a third - 38 per cent - failed, and some of the basic questions surrounding citizenship were answered incorrectly.

Newsweek found that there were huge discrepancies in the kinds of civic knowledge Americans collectively possess.

A mark of 60 per cent was needed to pass.

The questions that Americans could not answer went from the more challenging - how many justices are in the Supreme Court? (63 per cent did not know) To the most basic - who is the Vice President of America? (29 per cent did not know)

An alarming number of Americans did not know basic information about the Constitution, namely that it was the supreme law of the land, that it was set up at the Constitutional Convention and that the first ten amendments are known as the Bill of Rights.

When it administered the official US citizenship test to 1,000 Americans in 2011, Newsweek discovered that 33 percent of respondents didn’t know when the Declaration of Independence was adopted, 65 percent couldn’t say what happened at the Constitutional Convention, and 80 percent had no idea who was president during World War I.”

The 47%’s who are they? And how DUMB are they? Statistically, they’re pretty dang scary dumb folks.

The mainstreams media picked on Mitt Romney about the 47% because of majority poor, the Obama pride of the 2012 elections. However, nobody decided to look into their brains and education, well, that is until now.

“26 PERCENT OF AMERICANS DON’T KNOW U.S. DECLARED INDEPENDENCE FROM GREAT BRITAIN | According to a new poll by Marist, more than a quarter of Americans couldn’t correctly identify the country from which the United States declared its independence. While 74 percent correctly named Great Britain, 20 percent said they weren’t sure and six percent named other countries.

In the South, 32 percent of respondents either responded incorrectly or weren't sure. The test for fourth-graders asked why Abraham Lincoln was an important figure in US history, and a majority of the students didn’t know. Among eighth-graders, not even one-third could correctly identify an advantage that American patriots had over the British during the Revolutionary War.

And when asked which of four countries — the Soviet Union, Japan, China, and Vietnam — was North Korea’s ally in fighting US troops during the Korean War, nearly 80 percent of 12th-graders selected the wrong answer.

Historically illiterate American kids typically grow up to be historically illiterate American adults. And Americans’ ignorance of history is a familiar tale.

And while 56% can name Paula Abdul as a judge on American Idol, only 21% know that the phrase "government of the people, by the people, for the people" comes from Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Just 54% can correctly identify a basic description of the free enterprise system.

Those who have held elected office lack civic knowledge; 43% do not know the Electoral College is a constitutionally mandated assembly that elects the president.

• 71% earn an F; the average score was 49%. Ages 25 to 34 had an average score of 46%; ages 45 to 64 had a 52% average. Of 164 respondents who say they have held elected office, 44% was average.

• Those with bachelor's degrees had an average score of 57% vs. 44% for those with a high-school diploma. The average score for advanced degree-holders inches up to 65%, or a D.”

There is no question about it, that Obama is exploiting the majority of ignoramuses’ masses called the 47% of the electorate to further his radical leftist agendas with impunity.

According to the Israeli Haaretz, Obama's Israeli Columbia classmates don't recall the young president

“U.S. President Barack Obama, due here for his first official visit next week, graduated college in 1983; yet, none of the 25 or so alumni of his class who are now living in Israel remember laying eyes on him.

Among those Israelis vying for the attention of Barack Obama as he prepares for his visit here next week, one fairly large, yet little-known group can claim a special long-standing connection to the U.S. president: We were his classmates in the Columbia University undergraduate class of 1983.

As of the latest count, there are close to 25 of us living here in Israel, some making the move close to 30 years ago, right after graduation, others pretty fresh off the boat. But on average, most have been here 15-20 years.

What are Obama's classmates in Israel up to? Quite a few, like him, went straight to law school after finishing their undergraduate degrees. One is a doctor, several are engineers, and a few hold top jobs in finance. There's an architect in the group, a tour guide, a librarian, a speech pathologist, an occupational therapist and a journalist.

Most are married with children (about three on average ), a few are already grandparents, while others, who came to parenting relatively late in life, are still chasing around toddlers. Among the group are also two married couples who began dating while in college.

They're scattered around the country, but Beit Shemesh and Ra'anana seem to be their preferred locales. Four live in Jerusalem and its outskirts, three in Tel Aviv, two are up north in Kfar Vradim, and two live over the Green Line in the settlement of Ginot Shomron.

But here's the thing: Not one of us remembers Barack Obama - who transferred to Columbia after his sophomore year at Occidental College in California - from our undergrad years, nor do we know anyone else who does.

"If he wasn't on my radar, he wasn't on anyone's radar," asserts Jamie Miller, a mother of five, who lives in Beit Shemesh and remains active in the alumni association, traveling back to New York every five years to attend reunions.”

“A controversy has been re-ignited this week as ten new ads go up on San Francisco Muni buses containing quotes used by terrorists.

“Killing Jews is worship that draws us closer to Allah,” reads one of the ads, which has people debating the line between free speech and hate speech.

“The purpose of our campaign is to show the reality of Jihad, the root causes of terrorism. Using the exact quotes and text that they use,” said Pamela Geller of the American Freedom Defense Institute.

Several San Francisco city leaders, including District Attorney George Gascon, have condemned the campaign.

“San Francisco won’t tolerate Islamophobic bigotry,” said Gascon. “The only thing necessary for evil to prevail is for good people to look the other way and do nothing.”

Board of Supervisors President David Chiu said the American Freedom Defense Initiative is made of “well-known hate extremists” and said he is introducing a resolution at Tuesday’s board meeting to denounce the ads.

Geller said the ads were a response to another bus ad campaign earlier this year by the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

That campaign sought to disassociate the word “jihad” with violence and reclaim its meaning as “the struggle,” which is a central tenet of Islam.

“When someone attacks our religion it’s like they are attacking us,” said Oakland Imam Salah el Seeiadi in response to the new ads.

Similar ads have already appeared in Washington D.C. and Chicago.”
