Just the other day, again the oft liberal bias San Francisco Chronicle misses their editorial points.

With their editorial on drug testing, Law Targets Unemployed, criticizes congress picking on Americans at a vulnerable time of their lives.

In a deal to extend the ‘payroll tax’ and unemployment benefits, congress included a provision that allows states tp drug test applicants for unemployment benefits. The drug test would be required from anyone who was fired from their previous employment for drug use.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, they claim it’s unconstitutional, such as the Fourth Amendment, supposedly to severely limit government’s abilities to carry out searches, and a drug test is particularly and invasive one.

I couldn’t disagree with the San Francisco Chronicle’s opinions more. I did a blog post last year, about a friend that passed away.

I have never mentioned or told the whole story, about his circumstances behind his death, but while he was unemployed, had been receiving unemployment for numerous years, while being co-dependent on both, legal and illegal drugs.

First of all, we allow pre-employment drug screenings for all job applicants. And the San Francisco Chronicle is among most newspapers that require pre-drug screens before offering work to their prospective employees. But obviously, they didn’t think about the Fourth Amendment then?

I had also written about welfare, people who receive government assistance, food stamps or any other tax-payer assistance programs, should be obligated to be alcohol and drug tested. My buddy who passed away, angrily and vehemently criticized my blog posting, accusing me as being anti-worker months before his death.

I knew of his drug situation, and personally told him, “I didn’t think taxpayers have any obligation to help fund people’s drug and alcohol habits.” It’s something that most people don’t get out of.

Chronic alcoholism and drug addicts have tougher times kicking off the habit, and they don’t need free money that helps them stay where they are at, instead of moving on forward and achieving a better life for their selves.

Maybe the U.S. Constitution protects illegal search and seizures, but there’s nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says we have to keep feeding people’s bad drug and alcohol habits.

GOP Presidential candidate Rick Santorum said what most Americans already believed about their un-Christian president.

President Barack Hussein Obama has come out and done numerous policies and other strange acts, towards Christianity during his term at the White House, and it is okay for all Americans to question his Christianity upbringings and or lack of faith of.

Hussein Obama’s attacks on churches, Catholic churches and other Christian groups, and with his lose history with anti-American and bigoted Reverend ‘God Damn America’ Jeremiah Wright.

And with the president’s refusal of using God in numerous American holiday speeches and other reasons, gives Mr. Santorum and the rest of us, the right to question his Christian or lack of Christian upbringings and faith.

The reason why Obama and Company is screaming foul over this, it’s all because, they and we know, what kind of Christian Barack Hussein Obama really is, and it isn’t our kind of Christianity.

Nazi Symbols in a former U.S. Federal Institution?

Nazi Germany, one of the most horrid moments of worldwide murder of Jews was depicted.

However, if you’re ever in San Francisco way, go by fifth and Mission Streets, you will run into the old U.S. Mint. Known as the "Granite Lady," this branch of the San Francisco Mint -- also known as the Old Mint --opened in 1874.

“The first California mint was housed temporarily on Commercial Street until Congress set aside funds to build a new structure at 5th and Mission.

In a brilliant act of foresight, architect Alfred B. Mullett designed the building to withstand an earthquake.”

But somehow, this building has four light posts, all depicting Nazi symbols, or Nazi insignias. They are at a loss to explain, why and what lamps with Nazi symbols are doing on a former federal government building. If I hadn’t been walking by while the outdoor sun was shining, I probably would have never noticed, just as most tourists haven’t seen it yet.

Nazism and its symbols, especially on a government facility are a gross disrespect to all Jews and Jewish Americans like myself, regardless if these lamps were for museum effects. This author isn't laughing about it.

A little about the architect; according to Wikipedia: “Alfred Bult Mullett (April 7, 1834 – October 20, 1890) was an American architect who served from 1866 to 1874 as Supervising Architect, head of the agency of the United States Treasury Department that designed federal government buildings. His work followed trends in Victorian style, evolving from the Greek Revival to Second Empire to Richardsonian Romanesque.

Mullett was born at Taunton in Somerset, England. When he was eight years old, his family emigrated to Glendale, Ohio, where in 1843 his father bought an 80-acre (32 hectares) farm. He matriculated at Farmers' College in College Hill, Cincinnati, studied mathematics and mechanical drawing, but left as a sophomore in 1854.

He trained in the Cincinnati office of architect Isaiah Rogers and became a partner, until he left on less than friendly terms in 1860, to establish his own practice. His first known individual design is the Church of the New Jerusalem, a board-and-batten Gothic Revival church built at Glendale in 1861.

After serving with the Union army, Mullett in 1863 relocated to Washington to again work under Rogers, since 1862 the de facto Supervising Architect at the Treasury Department. But he undermined his superior's position until an exasperated Rogers resigned in 1865, the year Mullet married Pacific Pearl Myrick.

Although widely dismissed as "an obscure draftsman" from Cincinnati, he used political skill to get appointed Supervising Architect in 1866, and so designed fireproof federal buildings across the nation, particularly custom houses, post offices and courthouses. Responsible for contracting local architects and/or construction companies to deal with subcontractors, source materials and other matters, he gained a reputation as a micromanaging authoritarian with an explosive temper.

Influenced by the 1864–1868 remodeling of the Louvre's Pavillon de Flore by Hector Lefuel and Richard Morris Hunt, Mullett produced six massive fortress-like Second Empire federal buildings in St. Louis, Boston, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, New York and Washington D.C., where the State, War, and Navy Building rose near the White House. hese stone and cast iron structures, with mansard roofs and multiple tiers ofcolumns, were expensive. He was dogged by accusations of extravagance and subjected to five separate investigations into his ties to the corrupt "Granite Ring". Mullett reluctantly resigned in 1874 while under attack from reforming Treasury Secretary Benjamin Bristow and others."

There is not much history on the lamps; however an old photo depicted here, of the U.S. old San Francisco Mint shows no street lamps on the property.

It’s unknown when these lamps first appeared at the U.S. Mint, apparently they weren't the original lamps.

California’s minority immigrant students, mainly Latinos want to topple proposition 209.

They want to do away with affirmative action ban; they want preferences benefiting them rather than U.S. veterans with the University of California University educational preferences.

Governor Jerry Loony Brown is backing these bunches of spoiled cry-babies. They are asking a federal appeals court next Monday to reconsider California’s Voter Approved Initiative, ban on affirmative action, in other words, making every one equal, as is represented in the U.S. constitution, they want it overturned.

Have you ever heard such malarkey in your life? A group of African American and Latino students are claiming racial discrimination, because American veterans are getting U.C California University educational advantages over them. Yes, I am not kidding.

They want to strip the ban and provide all Blacks, Latinos and women preferential treatment in education and all state and local jobs. It’s the screw the veterans again with these people.

Although the courts have upheld proposition 209 as a neutral measure, minorities are saying it has caused “desegregation of higher education and jobs,” says attorney Shanta Driver, telling the ultra liberal 9^th U.S. Circuit of Appeals in San Francisco. Everybody in California is affected, well, it’s the economy stupid.

Jerry Brown’s attorney urged the court to take a new look at prop 209 and its impact on minority enrollment at U.C California universities. The “measure creates an unequal political structure, by outlawing preferences for minorities and women, while allowing others, such as military veterans, to lobby for preferential admissions,” says Deputy Attorney General Annette Cordero.

It's preposterous to compare their plight to U.S. veterans! Have those immigrant yahoo’s ever gone to Afghanistan or Iraq to fight a war, you DAG twit? No, of course not, they are all sitting on their rear ends and living off our welfare programs and free education they push for, that we taxpayers have to pay for.

Well let’s see, hum? Who are in the U.S. military, who risked their lives for this country? It certainly wasn’t those immigrant spoiled brats. It was other Asians, Latinos, African American and Anglos who served in the U.S. military, who fought for these cry-babies to have their ways with our court systems. And yes! Our military is multi-racial. It isn’t made up of just one race.

Folks, I didn’t know that being an American Service veteran was a race, with these demented people? Do you see how silly California immigrant Latinos have become? They are radical, they want to take over every public facility in the state for their own purpose, and then they come up with any pointless and crazy reasons to change the laws.

President Obama orders State Department 60 days to come up with a way to decrease time for Brazilian and Chinese tourists to get U.S. visas.

Obama wants to cut their waiting time from four month to just a few weeks. He is calling for consular officials to interview 80% of visa applicants from Brazil and China.

Michael Gould of Bloomindales, and others like Macy’s and Saks, have all begun lobbying congress to ease immigrations from Brail and China.

They are saying shoppers from both countries buy their products and spend a whole lot of money. People from both countries have become big spenders and demand for tourist visas have increased.

The average Chinese tourist spends $6,000 while in the United States according to the Commerce Department.

This is a win-win situation for U.S. retailers, because overseas visitors want to come and shop, says David French chief lobbyist for the National Retail Federation. Obama’s executive action also orders the state department to issue 40% more visas for Brazilian and Chinese tourists in 2012.

“The more folks who visit America, the more Americans will get back to work,” says President Obama. Despite the consequences of allowing more possible visa overstays, and with millions of Americans out of work, it’s another of Obama’s lunatic policies to help Wall Street, over unemployed Americans.

With roughly 1.4 million Chinese and over 1 million Brazilians are expected to come under this program. Bloomingdale’s is preparing for the influx by hiring more multi-lingual sales staff, planning overseas ad campaigns and so on. Where does that leave the regular American Joe? Without a job, the plan would bring foreigners and hire foreigners! It’s totally absurd.

We did that, but not too long ago, and we ended up with tens of thousands undocumented visa overstay Brazilians. In the San Francisco Bay Area, the undocumented Brazilians, like the visa overstays Brazilians got involved in stolen ID’s and other corruptive acts.

Illegal Brazilians have corrupted numerous DMV, Department of Motor Vehicles by offering exorbitant amounts of money to get driver’s licenses and Brazilian cabbies allegedly asked for ‘whole package’

“The FBI first learned of “possible corruption by members of the San Francisco Police Taxi Detail” in 2007 when two members of the now-defunct Taxicab Commission introduced special agents to a confidential source, according to an arrest affidavit prepared by the Police Department.

That source said a Yellow Cab driver had paid Paul Makaveckas, a 36-year veteran officer who has since retired. Makaveckas is accused of being involved in a scheme with William Hancock to charge Brazilian taxi drivers who could not write in English to pass the SFPD exam.

It was “common knowledge” in the Brazilian community that Hancock had a relationship with Makaveckas and that he could help pass the required training for a $100 fee, according to the affidavit. Students allegedly had to go to Hancock’s driving school, Flag-A-Cab, and ask for the “whole package.”

FBI Special Agent Scott Springer set up an undercover sting in which three agents documented instances when Makaveckas reportedly ignored incorrect answers to questions for a bribe.”

Almost half of total Brazilian emigrants are living in the U.S. “There are over 3.1 million Brazilians living outside of Brazil, according to Brazilian Ministry of External Relations (Itamaraty). Impressively, almost half of total Brazilian emigrants are based in the U.S.

Clearly, these figures are not accurate since they are based in inquiries by Brazilian embassies and consulates in 2010.

Brazilians go to the U.S. not only to seek the “American Dream” and thus compete for jobs with Americans but also to enjoy vacation and so fuel American economy. In 2010, 1.2 million Brazilians tourists visited the US, Brazil ranked 5th in total number of tourists.”

As an ex-ins inspector I could not disagree with you more on this matter. I remember one particular LAP flight with 150 Brazilian nationals from the infamous city of Valladares, state of Minas Gerais, all with fake visas, years ago. Tens of thousands of poor Brazilians have attempted to, and a great many successfully, to circumvent the visa requirements to come live in the US. Ironically, as an example, the Miami Brazilian consulate lists the names of Brazilian citizens living illegally in Florida because they have to register by law to vote as long as they are Brazilian citizens.

They are great people. But in a country of around 250 million, a great many would give anything to come and stay permanently in the US. If the VWP was opened to Brazil it would be devastating, you would soon run out of flights to bring them, seriously overload the already overwhelmed ports of entry that are understaffed, and the Cuban Muriel boatlift will look like a ferryboat of people in comparison. Remember when president Clinton allowed Argentina the VWP for awhile? Didn’t last long did it? Make no mistake; this would be a huge no.

The main reason why the U.S. does not include Brazil in the visa waiver program list is to avoid a flow of Brazilian immigrants. This is a large risk since Brazilians are obsessed with the U.S. In fact, Almost half of Total Brazilian Emigrants Are Living In The U.S.

On the other hand, the boost that more Brazilian tourists, motivated by Real’s current strength against the dollar, would bring to U.S.’s economy is needed more than ever. Further, there are a few sectors that would specially benefit and they are lobbying hard to see Brazil included in the VWP.
Fairleigh Dickinson University, where I completed my bachelor’s degree, has a campus near Newark, New Jersey.

There are neighborhoods in this city where people only speak Portuguese; one can easily find Churrascarias (Brazilian restaurants), Botecos (Brazilian bars), Coxinha e pastel (Brazilian pastry), and even the billboards are in Portuguese. I liked this place because it took more only one hour driving to “be back in Brazil,” I went there sometimes to watch Brazilian soccer. This Brazilian/Portuguese community seemed to be always growing and most people I met told me they were happy but illegal in the US.

Nonetheless, I believe that the flow of Brazilian illegal immigrants would not be that high. Brazil’s economy is booming while the US’s is declining. For instance, unemployment rate in the US is around 9.0%; in Brazil it is around 6.5%.

According to Mr. McClatchy from Tribune News Service, fewer than 3% of Brazilians overstay their visas. Although there have been a strong wave of immigrants in the 90′s – who ended up staying long and forming those communities, it is each time more unlikely that Brazilians will decide to simply stay in the US. However, it is possible that more than 3% will end up overstaying, and that could create undesirable issues.

This Dumb and Dumber, President Obama’s days on keeping shooting his foot won’t end. I don’t know if he trying to get re-elected, or if is he just plain stupid.

It seems that this president is taking every opportunity to push the left-wing agenda on Americans and he’s doing it again with the Catholic Church.

Not too long ago, unfavorable views of Barack Obama inched to their highest level of his presidency in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll.

“Forty-nine percent of Americans now express an unfavorable opinion of Obama, while 48 percent view him favorably — the first time his negative number has exceeded his positive one in this most basic measure of personal popularity.

Obama’s favorable rating has plummeted by 31 points from his career high, 79 percent, days before he took office.

ECONOMY — If an overall 48 percent or 49 percent unfavorable rating is unwelcome, consider the economy: A vast 74 percent of Americans express an unfavorable opinion of its direction, including 51 percent who rate it “strongly” unfavorably.

That’s in part a political judgment, with dim views of the economy’s direction 19 points higher among Republicans (84 percent unfavorable) than among Democrats (65 percent).

In line with the political element to economic assessments, Obama is a vast 38 points more popular among people who have a favorable view of the economy’s direction vs. those who see it unfavorably.

GROUPS — Obama has 22-point higher favorability among Democrats, 82 percent. Among ideological groups, similarly, Obama does better with liberals, 75-24 percent.

Obama’s favorability rating is 10 points higher among women (who are more apt to be Democrats) than among men, 53 percent vs. 43 percent. He’s seen favorably by a vast 91 percent of African-Americans, vs. just 38 percent of whites.”

But the president’s plain attacks on Christianity and their beliefs, has set up waves of anger and backlashes in this country. Frankly, people are about getting fed up with these un-presidential antics. This man, we all like to call president, has no respect for Christianity, or for the folks who follow Christian beliefs.

Forcing anti-Godliness and liberal ideologies on churches over healthcare of their workers, providing contraception services and abortions, was the last straw. People are not realizing, this fight isn’t all about contraceptives, it’s about having churches footing the bill for their worker’s abortions.

While most of us, don’t believe in abortions; this is a clear slap in the face to God and churches about pushing liberal agendas on abortions. And Obama will pay dearly on election time, for trying to become a dictator over church policies, mainly over Christianity principles.

Again! This is another fine example, where this president pressed on very unpopular policies and had to make an about face under pressure. This isn’t only a president, but he’s an absolute moron we’ve got in the White House.

Did you know that everyday people with money are leaving California? California’s wealthiest are making an exodus out California, and draining away its tax coffers, while leaving Illegal immigrants and poor Chinese Asians behind.

Yes, these people are becoming a financial drain on the state, but Liberals don’t care, they want to raise more taxes on the folks who stayed behind. But get this? He’s waited six years for kidney transplant, and it has gone far too long. He’s demanding for one now.

UCSF still may do Illegal Immigrant Jesus Navarro kidney transplant “UCSF Medical Center officials on Thursday said they would perform a kidney transplant operation on an Oakland man who had accused the medical center of denying him a kidney transplant because of his immigration status.

But the hospital said Jesus Navarro must prove he can pay for his medications and follow-up care after surgery.

Navarro, a 35-year-old father and illegal immigrant suffering from kidney disease, has received national attention. His case prompted 140,000 people to sign an online petition urging UCSF to approve his surgery and sparked widespread debate over whether patients' immigration status should influence whether they get the operation.

On Thursday, both UCSF officials and Navarro said much of the controversy has been a misunderstanding. They said Navarro's financial and health insurance uncertainties - not his immigration status - are the reason for the potential delays.

"UCSF does not and will not discriminate on the basis of immigration status," the hospital said Thursday in its first public statement about Navarro's case.

However, hospital administrators acknowledged his immigration status complicates the issue because it may make Navarro ineligible for government programs to help pay for ongoing medical care and lifesaving drugs needed to prevent organ rejection.

After a transplant, the cost of medications can range from $10,000 to $60,000 a year.

"Whether people are documented or not, this issue of assuring coverage for very, very expensive care is critical, and our current health care financing system is so fragmented it puts people in a real bind," said Dr. Joshua Adler, UCSF's chief medical officer. "That bind is even more limiting for people who are undocumented."

Navarro, originally from Mexico, has been waiting for a kidney for six years and undergoes nightly dialysis. His wife, Karen, hopes to be able to donate a kidney.

Last May, he met with UCSF officials as part of a review routinely conducted of potential transplant patients when they have about a year left on the waiting list. After the meeting, in which he revealed he was not here legally, UCSF changed Navarro's status on the kidney transplant waiting list to "inactive."

Navarro has insurance, but recently lost his job of 14 years. He is paying $1,100 a month to continue for his former employer's coverage. Assuming he can keep up with the payments, that option lasts only 18 months.

While UCSF officials would not go into detail, they did assure Navarro and his supporters this week that he had not lost his position on the waiting list and that they would work with him to develop a plan that would allow him to move forward with surgery.

That's good enough for Navarro, his family and his primary supporter, Donald Kagan, a local man who underwent a kidney transplant at UCSF 18 months ago.

"Before we assumed he was denied a kidney because of his immigration status," Kagan said. "UCSF has now recognized they need to improve their processes of communication. It's now very clear they do not discriminate based on immigration status."

Kagan said they are looking into all possibilities for how to pay for his ongoing care, including Medi-Cal and other options. "We are 100 percent sure we will be able to cover it, one way or another," he said.

UCSF has about 5,000 patients on the waiting list, and the hospital is able to transplant fewer than 350 a year.

The real problem, according to transplant organizations, is that there are too many people waiting for too few organs.”

The problem I have with Senor Navarro, dialysis works, however I think this is more about Jesus Navarro going back to Mexico at American taxpayer’s expense. Evidently for Navarro, he doesn’t want to pay for dialysis in Mexico; over there they don’t give free healthcare like we do.

Giving illegal alien first dibs over Americans? Nuts! Why isn't Mexico taking care of this? The state of California has gone insane. It’s not about humanity; it’s about these people exploiting our medical systems. They expect free healthcare.

Scurrying somewhere through the halls of congress, the shameful displays of cowardice coming from D.C. politicians after their shameful defeats over their failed Internet Piracy Bill.

A bill favoring small portions of Industry over the majority of folks on the Net, in other words, they were going to make it easier to shut down people’s websites deemed as stealing information.

The Hollywood chief spokesman is none other than that shameful former Democratic Senator Chris Dodd, whose running their powerhouse lobbying operations. Chris Dodd, Chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America, got a stinging defeat at the hands of high-tech industries and its followers.

After being head slapped by the entire Internet rising up to take on U.S. congress, Dodd, that very same snake in the grass, who threatened Washington politicians that there would be no Hollywood funding for them, if they didn’t pass the Internet bill, got a rude awakening. Wow! Where did these guys come from?

Well my friends, it’s the power of the Internet. This is the first time in history, where regular folks and Internet heavy weights, won over titans like Hollywood Studios, the Recording Industry Association of America, news publishing industry and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce vs. Google, Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, Mozilla and us.

They got their behinds kicked and their teeth racked, just like a group of school kids ganging up, on a school yard thug and bully in the parking lot after school.

Internal Revenue Data showing federal employees are the most tax delinquents and cheats. Yes, according to the study, not only federal employees are behind their taxes, so are congressional aides and other employees. Apparently this delinquency disease is not only a congressional problem; it has even reached the White House.

Oh yeah! The Obama White House, numerous White House employees are delinquent or behind their taxes, and they want to tax us more?

$10.6 Million unpaid 2010 taxes by congressional personnel and 3% of senate staffers are delinquent on their taxes, while 4% house staffers. 98,000 federal employees are delinquent on their taxes and 1 billion dollars owed by federal employees.

But get this! 36 Obama aides owe $833,000 in back taxes “How embarrassing this must be for President Obama, whose major speech theme so far this campaign season has been that every single American, no matter how rich, should pay their "fair share" of taxes.

Because how unfair -- indeed, un-American -- it is for an office worker like, say, Warren Buffet's secretary to dutifully pay her taxes, while some well-to-do people with better educations and higher incomes end up paying a much smaller tax rate.

Or, worse, skipping their taxes altogether.

A new report just out from the Internal Revenue Service reveals that 36 of President Obama's executive office staff owe the country $833,970 in back taxes. These people working for Mr. Fair Share apparently haven't paid any share, let alone their fair share.

Previous reports have shown how well-paid Obama's White House staff is, with 457 aides pulling down more than $37 million last year. That's up seven workers and nearly $4 million from the Bush administration's last year.

Nearly one-third of Obama's aides make more than $100,000 with 21 being paid the top White House salary of $172,200, each.

The IRS' 2010 delinquent tax revelations come as part of a required annual agency report on federal employees' tax compliance. Turns out, an awful lot of folks being paid by taxpayers are not paying their own income taxes.

The report finds that thousands of federal employees owe the country more than $3.4 billion in back taxes. That's up 3% in the past year.

That scale of delinquency could annoy voters, hard-pressed by their own costs, fears and stubbornly high unemployment despite Joe Biden's many promises.

The tax offenders include employees of the U.S. Senate who help write the laws imposed on everyone else. They owe $2.1 million. Workers in the House of Representatives owe $8.5 million, Department of Education employees owe $4.3 million and over at Homeland Security, 4,697 workers owe about $37 million. Active duty military members owe more than $100 million.

The Treasury Department, where Obama nominee Tim Geithner had to pay up $42,000 in his own back taxes before being confirmed as secretary, has 1,181 other employees with delinquent taxes totaling $9.3 million.

As usual, the Postal Service, with more than 600,000 workers, has the most offenders (25,640), who also owe the most -- almost $270 million. Veterans Affairs has 11,659 workers owing the IRS $151 million while the Energy Department that was so quick to dish out more than $500 million to the Solyndra folks has 322 employees owing $5 million.

The country's chief law enforcement agency, the Department of Justice, has 2,069 employees who are nearly $17 million behind in taxes. Like Operation Fast and Furious, Attorney General Eric Holder has apparently missed them too.

As with ordinary people, the IRS attempts to negotiate back-tax payment plans with all delinquents, whose names cannot be released. But according to current federal law, the only federal employees who can be fired for not paying taxes are IRS workers.”

But of course, this isn’t all to our little petty story. The Congressional Budget Office released a report showing that federal worker earn an average 16% more in wages and 48% more in benefits than anyone else in the private sector.

And that reminds me, we never hear of the IRS going after federal employees, it’s the people they are after. Oh yes, and one would think they earn enough to pay their freaking taxes, don’t you?

According to the Examiner.com, Border loophole keeping undocumented in the US “Rogelio Servin entered deportation proceedings in San Francisco earlier this month and came home a legal resident, thanks to a little-used wrinkle in immigration law.

Servin, 32, who lives in Sacramento, was a boy when he came here from Mexico with his family without documentation. After 20 years of worrying about whether he might be deported, he rushed home after the decision, eager to celebrate with his wife, Juana; daughters Diamond and Princess; and Romeo, his baby boy.

Servin’s legal team of Daniel Karalash and Janell Clayton argued that Servin, who had a felony conviction stemming from a domestic dispute, had turned his life around and deserved to stay in the country to support his wife and children, all U.S. citizens.

They also made the case that Servin, as a boy, had been “inspected and admitted” at the border, a still-developing concept in immigration law that could help thousands of undocumented immigrants on their paths to citizenship if they weren’t stopped at official border crossings when they entered the United States.

Servin’s case stems from a 2010 ruling by the federal Board of Immigration Appeals, which found that a woman facing deportation, Graciela Quilantan, had in fact entered the country legally when she crossed the border without documentation in 2001.

Quilantan, the wife of a U.S. citizen, was in a car driven by a U.S. citizen. Because she wasn’t trying to sneak across and hadn’t been questioned by the immigration officer who waved them into Texas, the court found she had been “inspected and admitted” legally.”

This has got to be an absolute outrage! I just wonder how much longer, American citizens will be putting up with these travesties.

Finally, we’ve got a judge who has great sense of mind to understand that English is the language of the land. I’m getting fed-up with the influx of non-English speakers, I cannot even communicate anymore.

So, English illiterate Alejandrina Cabrera wanted to run for San Luis City Council, with no English speaking or writing skills.

Her and her pro-Hispanic cronies sued when the city refused to allow her to run, because of her lack of English. It is among other things, an Arizona state law, requiring English proficiency to run for politics in the state and the city of San Luis Arizona prevails.

The real truths, it’s those pro-illegal aliens and pro-open border groups, people like La Raza and other Hispanic Left-Wing organizations, those are the ones who got her to run for city council. It was purposely done to exploit Arizona's law. They are always exploiting our laws to their advantage any way they can and California is a big example.

Look at Governor Jerry 'Moron' Brown signed a bill. If undocumented aliens without licenses get stopped at road blocks, police must make every effort not to have their cars impounded. They must first allow the violator call some friends first. But if you're white, African American and even Asian, it's okay to have your car towed on the spot!

Mitt Romney, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and the rest of the Republican presidential field were battling in Florida, another state with a key Latino voting bloc.

"It's an important community in this country and he will continue to have those interactions," White House spokesman Jay Carney said of Obama's efforts to reach out to Spanish language media."

White house bid tarnishes Rick Perry. The presidential race was very damaging for Texas Governor Rick Perry in the big state of Texas. His poll numbers have dropped considerably, and President Barack Obama polls 3% better than Perry, and that’s not saying much and this president rates very low in Texas.

This Poll was conducted by various state newspapers. Perry’s popularity is at 40%, a ten percentage lower than a year ago, while Obama’s rating in Texas is 43%. What destroyed Perry’s presidential chances, were his in state tuitions for illegal aliens, and his mandatory HPV Vaccine law, that made it mandatory shots for teenage females.

It was revealed later during the campaign that Governor Rick Perry had a close relationship with the drug maker, and they were one of his major governor and presidential political donors.

While working on the drug bill favoring the big drug manufacturer, most people were riling against crony capitalism. Earlier on during the presidential GOP campaigns at the time, Rick Perry was seen embracing crony capitalism with open arms.

Never seen such horrendous and sorry displays favoring a small group of corporate special interests, over the majority, our U.S. congress was about to shut down our freedoms of speech over the Internet for these people.

If our Congress hasn’t figured it out yet, they are getting their rear ends kicked by the Internet. Polls are showing that average American can’t stand U.S. congress as they are. Year after year, Americans have had to sit idly by and suffer after idiotic policy decisions being made, decisions altering American’s freedoms, and freedoms of speech.

When U.S. congress tried to sell out to the music industry, pharmaceuticals, fashion industries, news publishers and other corporate entities, by pushing for drastic measures to shut down people’s websites, those who promote or copy their stuffs through the Internet, without notice, so, the firestorm ensued, and the web fired up, and got our congressmen scurrying for cover, hiding like cowards, or running like dogs with tails between their legs.

"The Internet is having a big impact on the workaday politics on the Hill," said Peter Leyden, co-founder of Torchline.com, who has advised Democrats, including President Obama's campaign, on the use of social media. "I think the Web is politically coming of age. We're seeing a line being crossed, and I don't think it will be the same from now on."

"The reason everyone was so excited is that this is a piece of legislation that's only good for a tiny handful of corporations, and it's really bad for the rest of us," Falzone said.

For that reason, the media supporters of SOPA and PIPA won't be able to leverage their own considerable reach - through TV, movies, books and magazines - to enlist the support of their audience.

"You have to capture the hearts and minds - and an open, free, vital and vibrant Web is really what energizes people," Leyden said. "The idea of worrying about the profits of some media company isn't going to turn people on."

People, and Americans who were never politically engaged, or maybe never participated in politics before, are turning around, and they are becoming more engaged after this sorry display of congressional fiasco.

The U.S. government cannot collect unpaid taxes to keep our nation functional.

Folks, it’s not the benefits that is the problem, it’s not all because of Social Security or Medicare that is bringing this nation down, and taxing people out of existence isn’t the solution.

What we need, is to collect and prosecute all tax cheats, both domestic and foreign. Remember those Taquerias, bodegas, Korean convenience stores, East Indian motels and Chinese restaurants?

And do you all remember those other immigrant owned businesses, mainly those whom I wrote about in the past, most are not paying their fair share of taxes? And now, not even real blooded Americans are not paying their fair shares of taxes either.

Well, here is the problem; our government cannot collect taxes owed from many perpetrating tax cheats from all colors. And there's no reason to raise taxes, just because government cannot collect or prosecute tax cheats.

This is exactly what we see in third world countries, banana republics like Peru, where its citizenry don't pay their fair shares of taxes, and government is forced to go after the wealthy, corporations and other money entities for their funding.

Since our move towards converting most salaried jobs in the private sectors, state, local and federal governments, towards independent contracting, people have avoided reporting and paying their fair share of taxes entirely by hiding their earnings from the Fed.

Also, by allowing floods of immigrants who open up businesses without any closer supervision from local, state and federal authorities, we’re basically not raking in the money, to make government function more effectively as it should be.

The biggest scofflaws are individuals and small independent businesses, who think they can get away without paying their fair share of taxes. With lack of enforcements, it doesn’t help any. As I had written in the past, people are getting away with murder, and they are not paying their taxes, while our government sits idly by doing nothing.

"People and businesses underpaid their taxes by an estimated 17 percent in the most recent year studied, meaning they failed to send the government $450 billion it was owed, according to an Internal Revenue Service report released Friday.

The study covered 2006, the most recent for which the IRS said it had data available. The amount of underpaid taxes far exceeded the size of the entire federal budget deficit at the time.

After IRS audits and other enforcement efforts, non-compliance shrank to 14 percent, leaving the final amount of unpaid taxes at $385 billion.

That is still larger than the budget deficit for fiscal 2006, which was $248 billion. Fiscal years begin in October of the previous year.

Altogether, the IRS estimates it was owed nearly $2.7 trillion in taxes in 2006.

Since then, federal deficits have mushroomed out of control, hitting a record $1.4 trillion in 2009 and barely receding to $1.3 trillion last year. President Barack Obama and Republicans in Congress have agreed to some spending cuts but have remained deadlocked over how to curb the massive budget shortfalls that are projected indefinitely.

The IRS has made efforts to improve compliance, such as increasing oversight of professional tax return preparers and increasing the information that must be reported to the agency by stock brokers, mutual fund companies and for some business transactions.

Even so, tax analysts said there was no reason to believe that today's compliance rate has changed significantly from the 2006 figures. That is chiefly because significant portions of the underpaid taxes are believed to come from businesses and individuals who report information about their income that is difficult for the IRS to verify.

"It's hard to get to that," said Clint Stretch, a tax policy expert for Deloitte Tax LLP. "Nobody wants a bunch of IRS police hammering on small business people."

The 2006 compliance rates were roughly similar to 2001, the last year the IRS had examined.

In that year, 16 percent of taxes were unpaid initially, while enforcement efforts lowered the non-compliance rate to 13 percent.

That meant that $345 billion in taxes were uncollected initially and $290 billion remained unpaid even after IRS audits and other enforcement efforts.

The dollar amounts of unpaid taxes were larger in 2006 largely because the size of the economy and the amount of taxes owed had grown."

Evidences showing that Mirkarimi forcefully laid hands on his former Venezuelan Latina telenovela wife, Eliana Lopez, not only once, but twice more in the past according to some public reports.

Even though Eliana Lopez went crying to a neighbor about the New Year’s Eve violent episode, and showing up with bruises on her arm, while texting of domestic violence during the assault. Newly elected sheriff of San Francisco, Ross Mirkarimi refuses to leave his post amid proven allegations.

Ross Mirkarimi is being charged on three misdemeanors’, from assaults to child enlargements, by the San Francisco DA. If it were a conservative, this liberal loony basket case would be all over them like white on rice. Now he’s sheriff, and he’s going to be locking up folks, just like him.

Mirkarimi supporters are blaming this as dirty politics, but that doesn’t change the facts, Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi has had violent outbursts with his wife Lopez, and these allegations are coming from her OWN words.

To San Francisco liberals like Mirkarimi, but its okay to violate laws against women, and even beating them, and suffer no consequences over their actions. And now, even though there’s proof in the pudding over domestic violence, typical Eliana Lopez, Mirkarimi’s wife is now recanting her story of domestic abuse.

This is that very same Iranian American and liberal left, the ever “progressive” loony, San Francisco City Supervisor, Ross Mirkarimi, “who wanted to know as to why the World Cup Soccer commissioners, quickly negated the city’s opportunities to host the world cup tournaments for 2018 or 2022 seasons.

San Francisco, a bastion of loony left liberals, were in total and utter disbelief that World Cup Soccer commissioners refused to give their city, any opportunities to host any of the upcoming world cup matches.

“San Francisco was not on the short list of top contenders, and I’m concerned that we have cities like Nashville, Tampa, and St Louis among others still on, pretty shocking” says Smirk-y-Murky, Mirkarimi. San Francisco first Chinese American mayor, Ed Lee can do something about it. The city charter does allow the city mayor to suspend, and temporarily replace an accused sheriff while under criminal investigations until he’s exonerated, but refuses to act on this. The union that represents ICE immigration agents flatly told the White House, they cannot and will not implement his amnesty policies regarding illegal immigrants.

President Obama had initiated new policies for ICE to follow, on how they were to respond with future undocumented aliens, by going after the criminals, and let others slide by.

In other words, as the ICE union leadership says, President Obama wants them to break Federal laws, to ignore none-criminal illegal aliens, to keep them here instead of removing them.

The new training guidelines recently handed down from the White House, asking them to make nuanced, informed picks on illegal immigrants they arrest. Deport only the high risk offenders, but quit deporting none criminal illegal aliens, those with clean records and who have ties to this country.

The union representing some 7,000 of ICE agents, Immigration Custom Enforcement refuses to comply with those policies, and in essence, it’s allowing people to break federal laws while their agents are looking the other way.

Chris Crane the president of the union, the National ICE Council, has fiercely criticized the policy, saying ICE agents not to enforce the law. He accused Obama that he is doing it to fervor political deals with the Latino community, for his re-election campaign.

ICE union will not allow the White House to clearly violate Federal laws to protect illegal immigrants, who have no legal right being in this country. Without the union support, Obama policies could take months, and even through labor negotiations.

Mr. Crane has been channeling his complaints with Republican leaders in congress, working with Rep. Lamar Smith, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, calling the plan as a presidential backdoor amnesty, circumventing the powers of congress.

Mr. Crane provided congressmen with proof, showing the president’s intentions in breaking U.S. laws, to favor illegal immigrants.

On another side, the administration is facing intense pressure from Latino leaders and immigrant organizations to begin halting deportations.

"The cornerstone of the policy is a June 17 memorandum by John Morton, the director of ICE, in which he laid out a list of no fewer than 31 factors that ICE officers should weigh when deciding whether to proceed with a deportation. Peter S. Vincent, ICE’s top lawyer, added further guidelines on Nov. 17.

With slide shows and chalk talks on a dozen hypothetical immigration cases, the training seminar challenges officers to decide which foreigners should be deported, using prosecutorial discretion to make more complex decisions than they have in decades.

It instructs agents to focus on the worst offenders, including criminal convicts, gang members and foreigners who came back after being expelled. Other groups of immigrants — elderly people, children, military veterans, college students and parents of young citizens — are low priorities who can be allowed to stay, even if they are here illegally. A New York Times reporter sat through an abbreviated version of the seminar.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said the policy was based on existing statutes and was intended to make good use of strained resources. With each deportation costing at least $23,000, she said, immigration agencies have money for 400,000 removals each year, a goal that the Obama administration has met in each of the past three years. But an estimated 11 million immigrants live here illegally.

The training asks ICE agents what they should do, for example, with a young illegal immigrant turned over to the agency after being arrested by a state trooper for driving without a license. She has been living in this country since 1993 and has an infant son, an American citizen because he was born here. But she lied to ICE officers, failing to tell them she had a conviction for shoplifting in 1995.

Answer: She is not a threatening criminal and may still be nursing her American baby. Officers should close her deportation case.

How about the migrant who has been living here since he crossed the Southwest border illegally in 1996? He failed to appear for a crucial immigration court hearing back then. But he has no criminal record, and he coaches soccer at the school where his twin daughters, both citizens, are enrolled.

Answer: This case, too, should be closed.

Then there is the man from an Asian Pacific island, a legal resident of the United States since 1984 who even served two distinguished combat tours in Iraq. But he left the military and is now finishing a six-year prison sentence for a federal sex-trafficking felony.

Answer: Despite his service, because of his grave sex offense he loses his resident status and will be sent by ICE to his birth country.

Cases against illegal immigrants who win favorable prosecutorial discretion will be closed but not canceled, so ICE can easily reopen them. Mr. Morton said the immigrants would remain in “legal limbo,” not gaining any legal immigration status.

Mr. Crane told Congress that the Morton directives presented enforcement agents with “a roller coaster of arrest authority that has changed from month to month, week to week and at times from day to day.” He said some agents were afraid to make any arrests.

It is not clear how deeply the union’s resistance reaches into ICE ranks. ICE officials say many field agents have been drawn to the professional appeal of the high-profile anticrime operations against foreign street gangs, drug dealers and sex offenders that the agency is conducting ever more frequently.

“Our folks understand that we have limited resources and we have to focus more than ever on our priorities,” said Chris Shanahan, the ICE field office director who oversees deportation operations in New York City, where all supervisors have had the training."

Enough is enough! Another precious one was lost to bullying.

After Columbine, I thought schools were getting the message about bullies and their bullying, but apparently not.

You know, there is one thing that bothers me the most, it is bullies. I can’t stand them. I was bullied in high school, I was bullied in private schools and I was bullied in the U.S. service. I know how these poor kids felt and especially Amanda Cummings.

When we hear of a wonderful children, a teenage child, and a very sweet defenseless female like Amanda, who cannot live this life, they deserve or in this world because of constant bullying, it breaks my heart.

After the very tragic Phoebe Prince suicide a few years ago, Massachusetts got their act together and got tougher on school bullies.

Massachusetts came up with one of the strictest anti-bully laws in the nation, because of the death of Phoebe Prince.

“In the suicide of Phoebe Prince, on January 14, 2010, led to the criminal prosecution of six teenagers for charges including statutory rape and civil rights violations,[1] as well as to the enactment of stricter anti-bullying legislation by the Massachusetts state legislature.[2]

Prince had moved from Ireland to South Hadley, Massachusetts.[3] Her suicide, after suffering months of bullying from school classmates, brought international attention to the problem of bullying in US schools. In March 2010, a state anti-bullying task force was set up as a result of her death. The Massachusetts legislation was signed into law on May 3, 2010.[2]

The trial for those accused in the case occurred in 2011, with pre-trial hearings beginning on September 15, 2010.[4][5] Sentences of probation and community service were handed down after guilty pleas on May 5, 2011.[6]”

And now, New Yorkers have to live with the consequences of bullies and bullying that is going on in their schools.

A Staten Island Teen Bullied Before Taking Her Life “Bullying played a part in the death of a 15-year-old girl from New York's Staten Island who walked in front of an oncoming bus with a suicide note in her pocket, according to her relatives.

Amanda Cummings, a sophomore at New Dorp High School, wrote Facebook messages in the weeks before her death that her relatives said showed a distressed girl crying out for help. Cummings died Monday from injuries sustained in the bus crash on Dec. 27.

Her uncle, Keith Cummings, told ABC-owned station WABC that bullying contributed to her suicide.

"Amanda begged her mother not to say anything for the simple fact that she'd be picked on more, or they'd make fun of her more," Cummings said.

He said that girls at Cummings' high school had been tormenting Amanda, and continued to leave inappropriate comments on her Facebook profile even as she lay in a coma at Staten Island University Hospital.

The bullying was apparently never reported to the school. New Dorp High School did not immediately return calls from ABC News seeking comment about Cummings' case or its bullying policies.

The note found in Cummings' pocket after the crash, according to her relatives, spoke of a failed relationship with a boyfriend, which family members believe added to the girl's stress. In the note, Cummings said, according to her relatives, that she could not live without the boyfriend.

The New York Police Department confirmed that a note was found on Cummings at the time of the crash, but would not comment on its contents nor on the accusations of bullying in Cummings' death.

In the weeks and months leading up to her death, Cummings repeatedly expressed her unhappiness on her Facebook profile, saying she felt alone and sick of her life, and that she wanted to die.

"I'll just go f**k myself, just like u said baby, then I’ll go kill myself, with these pills, this knife, this life has already done half the job. -___-," she wrote in early December. The messages of despair stretched back at least to September.”

Cummings' suicide is the latest in a string of recent youth suicides, including those of Massachusetts high school student Phoebe Prince and Rutgers University freshmen Tyler Clementi, who was bullied for his romantic encounter with another man. Prince hanged her-self in a closet, and Clementi jumped of the George Washington Bridge in New York, bringing widespread outcry for schools to crack down on bullying.

Since Clementi's death, New Jersey has lead states around the country to enact tougher anti-bullying programs, including stricter punishments and better preventative education, in school districts.

Change is coming, and the tables are being turned on bullies, however, it is too slow in coming. Whatever they do! Bullies need to go to jail!

I will tell you the real truths my friends. In junior high or high school, majority of bullies were the jocks. Mainly football player jocks; they were the ones that bullied people at my high schools.

You see folks, the reasons schools don’t want to get tough on bullies, it means going after their highly prized and better than anyone else, jocks, which are above the laws and school regulations and rules.

Jocks can get virtually away with rapes and other crimes towards people, just because they are the big stars of their football programs.

The Army described Private Chen as having ‘an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound’ when found in southern Afghanistan's Kandahar province.

But it is now no longer clear whether Private Chen, who was from the Chinatown area of Manhattan, did in fact take his own life.

The eight soldiers from his company face charges ranging from dereliction of duty, assault, negligent homicide and involuntary manslaughter.”

President Obama has won a new distinction in the annals of American history, he is the most sue happy, pro-federalist, and intrusive state’s rights’, U.S. president we’ve had in recent memory.

From subverting state rights on death penalties, such as the Sodium Thiopental shortages, suing and confiscating from states, that acquires these hard to come by and legal drugs for executions, through other means than domestic.

It’s been, one court battle after another, from Obamacare, to illegal immigrations, and enforcements over voter I.D.’s and other fiascos. Barack Obama is definitely the most anti-state right, state rights obstructionist American president we’ve seen for quite some time.

Until Obama arrived on the scene, states were within their bounds passing their own laws, and without much interference from the Feds, unlike with the Obama justice departments, who are getting right down, and dirty, through Federal courts and with their Federal judges.

After series of unpopular rulings and setbacks towards states, who have been passing their own sets of laws, because the Feds have been ineffective in controlling Voter I.D. frauds and illegal immigrations, laws within the U.S. constitution, and within state rights, states have been sued left and right, and there’s no doubt that Federal judges, are in the pockets of Obama Federal government and liberal agendas, rather than for state’s rights.

Obama has shown Americans, and proven to the entire world, and to every-one, on how one-sided, biased and intrusive natures of Federal judges have over states. Most tend to favor Federalism over states rights, and naturally, they get paid by the Feds, not by the states. But these Federal judges are destroying what made America great, states’ rights.

"The Justice Department blocked implementation of the state's voter ID law on Friday, saying it could make it harder for tens of thousands of minorities to vote, according to the Associated Press. It is the first voter ID law to be rejected by the federal government in nearly 20 years.

Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez outlined the large number of citizens the legislation would affect in a letter to South Carolina officials, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"According to the state's statistics, there are 81,938 minority citizens who are already registered to vote and who lack DMV-issued identification," Perez wrote, referring to driver’s licenses issued by the state's Department of Motor Vehicles, the most common form of photo ID."

But here’s the truth: was this a political payback? For starters, John McCain won South Carolina in the 2008 presidential race. And Obama and company could never get over it.

Secondly, President Obama is not a big proponent of E-Verify. Of course, since South Carolina passed their toughest E-Verify laws, HB 4400 - Passed in 2008, HB 4400 requires the mandatory use of E-Verify for all employers by July 1, 2010.

All public employers, private employers with more than 100 employees and public contractors with more than 500 employees were required to comply by January 1, 2009.

All private employers must comply by July 1, 2009 and all other all businesses by January 1, 2010.Secondly, President Obama is not a big proponent of E-Verify. However, it is going to be tough to unseat Barack Obama. Recent polls show his approval ratings rising again, while GOP/Republicans are self destructing, falling apart.

There is no question that the GOP presidential candidates are very weak and less appealing to voters in general.

What’s keeping Obama politically alive, people; Americans have not blamed him for the sorry state of the U.S. joblessness and economy. According to polls, the blame goes squarely on former President George Bush and congress.

The Republicans in congress aren’t looking too good these days. The popular pendulum’s slowly swinging back towards Democrats.

Republicans are forgetting they cannot play games with people’s lives.

And for Barack Obama, whether it’s real or not, even though he lied to us the first time when he ran for the presidency, acting as being the populist president, he’s doing it once more and the people are falling for it again.

Unless the GOP get their act together soon, it will be another four for Obama and more destruction's for state's rights.

It is still possible for a third party to intervene. Donald Trump? If his stock hasn't dried up yet, and Trump has got to double his work output for the damages done to his reputation, after putting his foot in the GOP ring and then pulling out again. Trump or GOP are going to have to play the populist message, Obama's playing, if they want equal footing into the 2012 elections.

The straw that broke the camel’s back is here, finally;

“More than 2.5 million voters have left the Democratic and Republican parties since the 2008 elections, while the number of independent voters continues to grow. A USA TODAY analysis of state voter registration statistics shows registered Democrats declined in 25 of the 28 states that register voters by party. Republicans dipped in 21 states, while independents increased in 18 states.”

People are finally saying enough, and are waking up to the corruptive political machines of our times. People are fed-up with political parties, and political machines that are being dominated by one political party or another, players and benefactors, whether Democrat or Republican benefit when most don’t.

We’ve all seen it with the Kennedy clans in Massachusetts, the George Bush’s clans in Texas, the Jerry Brown clans in California, and in Chicago with the ever corruptive, Richard J Daley and his ever-corruptive and crony successors.

As in San Francisco and California, with the most corruptive Burton brothers, John and Phil, and with their Willie Brown machines, not the Jerry Brown we know, but unrelated; the African American Brown and former Speaker of the Assembly, Willie Lewis Brown who ruled over California for over thirty years with an iron fist, until voters got fed-up and enacted term limits to throw him out.

Brown and the Burton brothers, commonly called the Brown-Burton Machine, ruled and controlled Democratic races in San Francisco Bay Area and California for decades. And we’ve seen more of the same in Muskogee Oklahoma, and Fort Smith Arkansas, as is in other places; it finally took some kind of voter approved term limit s, and initiatives, to break the corruptive stranglehold and aspects of corruptive American politics these people had over their communities.

Unfortunately, as is the case with the California Burton-Brown machines, they are out of current politics, however, the cronyism and corruptions are still there, with them deeply into someone’s pockets, and lining up their pockets with wealth and are still involved, at the helm of California politics behind the scenes.

Before Willie L. Brown was thrown out of the state assembly through voter approved term limits, and after the urging of the Fang family, Jack Davis, and Warren Hinkle, encouraged Willie to run for mayor of San Francisco.

Brown won against former police chief Frank Jordan, who the kingmakers, Fangs, Jack Davis and Warren Hinkle had placed in office a term before, presided over San Francisco as mayor, and those were one of the most turbulent and corrupt times in San Francisco’s history, benefitting the most, of course, the Fang family, Jack Davis, Hinkle and their political allies.

They turned on their former ally and friend Frank Jordan, when he wasn’t lining up their pockets with money. These guys, got rich and wealthy under Willie Brown, however, the then Hearst Corporation Examiner and the San Francisco Chronicle, spent years exposing all of the mayor’s corruptive acts, with those key people on top of the news and FBI investigations, mainly the Fang family.

Willie Brown, after leaving the mayor’s office after major scandals, the current owners, the Hearst’s San Francisco Chronicle, hired Brown as a paid columnist for their paper. Willie Brown could have gotten away with murder, because former President Bill Clinton, and Janet Reno with the justice department, were in full mode cover-ups for Brown and the Fang shenanigans. Imagine that!

So it is not that surprising people are getting fed-up, with political parties and they want change. But the change isn’t coming the way they want it, or it is supposed to be, so they are getting off the sinking political ship of the Democratic and Republican parties.

Voters leaving Republican, Democratic parties in droves “The trend is acute in states that are key to next year's presidential race. In the eight swing states that register voters by party, Democrats' registration is down by 800,000 and Republicans' by 350,000. Independents have gained 325,000.

The pattern continues a decades-long trend that has seen a diminution in the power of political parties, giving rise to independents as Ross Perot and Ralph Naderand the popularity this year of libertarian Republican Ron Paul.

"The strident voices of both the left and the right have sort of soured people from saying willingly that they belong to one party or the other," says Doug Lewis, who represents state elections officials. "If both sides call each other scurrilous dogs, then the public believes that both sides are probably scurrilous dogs."

Registered Democrats still dominate the political playing field with more than 42 million voters, compared to 30 million Republicans and 24 million independents. But Democrats have lost the most — 1.7 million, or 3.9%, from 2008.

Democratic registration has fared worse than Republicans in Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina and Pennsylvania — the eight swing states with party registration. Republican losses are biggest in Nevada, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

The decline is due to a variety of factors. People move, people die, people revolt in disgust. Many are stripped from registration rolls by states seeking to remove inactive voters.

By contrast, the number of independents has grown for years and is up more than 400,000 since 2008, or 1.7%. States with big gains: Colorado, Florida, North Carolina — and Arizona, a possible target for President Obama in 2012.

The 2012 winner, says North Carolina elections director Gary Bartlett, will be "whoever is attractive to the unaffiliated voter."

First with advice to GOP/Republicans and Boehner: When taking on President Obama, pick the right battles; don't pick the ones that policies could affect millions of hurting Americans, mainly those who need tax breaks and the millions of unemployed, who need unemployment checks to keep surviving in a jobless economy.

Otherwise, you'll end up giving Barack Obama more credence and popularity, and you'll, well, keep on looking like the fools you really are. When the people suffer, because of your battles with President Obama, Obama wins and you lose the popularity contest, especially going into 2012. That's how it works in real life.

What can anyone say about the organization that lionizes left-wing radicals like unrepentant, current Obama ally and supporter, Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers.

An organization that supports anti-Semites, anti-Israel, people like former U.S. President Jimmy ‘Jimbo’ Carter, and an organization notorious for smearing innocent individuals, who don’t espouse to their radical-left-wing ideals or the tramping over the U.S. constitution.

An organization that uses race cards on their opponents, when it comes to supporters of policies they don’t like, all the while, being anti-Semites, racists towards Jews and Israel, pro-Palestinian, anti-constitutional, anti-state, and pro-federalism, which likes to label their opponents as hate groups, when in essence they are subverting, undermining, and destroying the United States' constitution is finally being sued.

Former conservative and pro-constitutional Arizona Sheriff, Richard Mack is suing Southern Poverty Law Center for viscous and venomous lies being spread about him and his organization, founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

An organization of sheriffs and law enforcement, who believe and support state rights, over the ever intrusive Federal government.

Southern Poverty Law Center fully campaigned, by intentionally spreading lies, about former Sheriff, Richard Mack, to news organizations and other law enforcement groups to discredit him and his organization.

They said that Mr. Mack once said in a speech that he advocated the shootings of federal agents, and IRS agents in particular, which was fabricated, totally made up by the law center to destroy Mack’s organization.

Part of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association ideals and goals, were to eliminate illegal immigration and forcibly secure the Southern borders with Mexico, from drug traffickers and rampant illegal immigration.

All those lies by the law center, destroyed Mr. Mack’s reputation and standings within the law enforcement community across the country. Southern Poverty Law Center means; Subverting and Promoting Lies on the U.S. Constitution, and unfortunately for this radical left-wing organization, they finally admitted Lying About Sheriff Mack, Lawsuit Pending. Later that day, says Mack, he received a call from spokesman Mark Potok, who edits the organization's Intelligence Report. Potok said, Sheriff, we owe you an apology.

Sheriff Mack says I knocked on the phone and said ‘Is this really Mark Potok of the SPLC who doesn't care who they lie about? I don't trust you.

Mack says Potok then admitted, We went back and reviewed the tape where we reported you advocated shooting agents and that isn't what you said.

Potok agreed to reprint a retraction. However, says Mack, the retraction was a tiny paragraph, compared to the massive coverage they had given to the earlier false charges about him. And it could not even begin to undo the vast damage they done in smearing his name and the CSPOA before other law enforcement agencies.

Mack pointed out that Sheriff Dwight Nothstein of Carbon County, Pennsylvania, for instance, has publicly compared Sheriff Mack to Hitler and repeated the SPLC charge that he has advocated shooting federal agents.

It does hurt me to see that the SPLC, which does training for every federal law enforcement agency, including other police and sheriff's agencies all across the country, will actually tell these people that there's something inherently wrong with someone who quotes the Founding Fathers and our Constitution,” he told The New American. That's all I'm guilty of.

And isn't it interesting that I'm called a racist, a bigot, a hate group monger, and I [supposedly] hate everybody because I simply quote American ideals as expressed by the Founding Fathers? That's my crime. And yet I get slandered all over the country to my fellow brothers and sisters in law enforcement.

But the Sheriff is not one to let such things get him down; besides a busy speaking schedule, he is very active with a number of positive efforts and is always upbeat and optimistic.

In addition to launching his SPLC lawsuit and a congressional campaign, he is also releasing his newly published book, The Magic of Gun Control (cover shown above) and gearing up for his CSPOA “Constitutional Sheriffs Convention” in January 2012 in Las Vegas.

He is hoping to bring together 150-200 sheriffs from across the country, together with other law enforcement officers to discuss with them their role in the lawful and peaceful way to restore the Constitution and its Bill of Rights as the supreme law of the land."

The American constitution says judges are to rule according to the constitution, but does not grant judges the right to legislate from the bench.

Activist judges are becoming unpopular among general voters, and Newt Gingrich said Saturday that he's "fed up with elitist judges" who seek to impose their "radically un-American" views.

Voters should be fed up with pandering politicians who pretend to support the Constitution while working to undermine it. Amen to that!

Everyone’s down on Newt Gingrich, when he made recent stirs of controversy, with his judges’ comments. Though, judges in general are not too popular among the public. What bother most libertarians and conservatives alike, are those judges who legislate policies from the bench.

Gingrich would support having the police, or U.S. marshals drag judges before Congress for interrogation.

One of the grossest Kennard’s, or gripes of American judicial misconducts, when voters or even legislatures come out with popular policies, and when opposing groups don’t like these decisions, or the outcome, they go find like-minded judges, who usually end-up blocking such enacted policies.

It is a common nerve-wrecking practice that is being played out throughout the nation. We see it in gay marriages, and we see it on rampant and out of control illegal immigration. We also see it in states, when they try to right a wrong, like rising costs of illegal immigration, enacting policies, where it’s a common tactic being used more often, by liberals than conservatives, to repeal enacted policies they don’t like by using their crony judges.

We shouldn’t be obligated at taxpayer’s expense, to be paying for medical care, providing free schoolings and higher educations for the undocumented’s, but we do, because these activist judges say we have to do it, regardless the damages being done to our pocketbooks!

Most policies, and the majority of policies voted through popular means, are usually conservative leaning, which liberals use legislatures from the benches, activist judges, most common, to rule in favor of policies that get the ire of liberals.

We once thought that America was a true democracy, where our votes counted, but that’s not true anymore. This country is being run by biased, personal interest judges, mostly Federal judges legislating from the bench, infringing on state and voter’s rights, regardless of the U.S. constitution.

What Gingrich is saying; judges have done insidious and contrarian damages to American policies that were legally enacted by legislatures and voters in this country. Liberals like to call it, judicial independence, and some people call it judicial dictatorships. And he is right.

Poll: Americans don't like what they see in 2012 race “A USA TODAY/Gallup Poll finds a nation more downbeat, more dissatisfied with its political leadership and more concerned about the country's direction than at almost any other point in modern times.

By wide margins, those surveyed say the election process isn't working and the candidates aren't coming up with good ideas to solve the nation's problems.

Fewer than half say there is any candidate running, Republican or Democratic, who would make a good president.

It is not surprising, Americans are angry as heck and the fields of presidential candidates from both parties are pretty horrendous. All that we're getting, are the same old, same old, sold out Washington hacks to special interests, i.e. illegal immigration's and Wall Street.

Americans by 4-1 say it makes "a real difference" to them who is elected president, and a 53% majority strongly agrees that the stakes in this election are higher than in previous years.

Almost two-thirds of registered voters are "afraid of what will happen" if the candidate they support doesn't win.

In general-election matchups, President Obama edges Republican candidates Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich by precisely the same percentages, 50%-48%.

The findings underscore how much the 2012 election is about Obama, not his opposition. That's disquieting news for the president's strategists, who argue the election should be seen as a choice between two candidates, not a referendum on the incumbent.

Most of those who support the president say they will cast their votes to support Obama, while by roughly 2-1, backers of Romney and Gingrich will cast their votes to oppose Obama.

Neither the president nor anyone else in Washington gets high grades for the job done this year.

Just 8% say Obama has done an "excellent" job, a rating given by 3% to congressional Democrats and 2% to congressional Republicans. All three are given a "poor" rating by a plurality of those surveyed.

Even their own partisans don't rate them highly: A third of Democrats say Obama did a fair or poor job this year. Nearly eight in 10 Republicans say congressional Republicans have done a fair or poor job, and six in 10 Democrats say the same of congressional Democrats.”

"We're looking at the politics of backlash," says Lawrence Jacobs of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the University of Minnesota.

Americans see a political process that is "out of touch and paralyzed in the face of crushing economic conditions and fear about the future. It's as if the country is on the Titanic and it's going down, and you've got Congress and the presidential field playing violins."

Lower than whale dung; there is no question about it. After recent polls showing U.S. congress, with its historic 11% jobs approval ratings, there is going to be some kind of a voter’s backlash in 2012, and it isn’t going to be pretty.

In Biden Does It Again: 'The Taliban Is Not Our Enemy' “The White House on Monday defended Vice President Joe Biden for saying that the Taliban isn't an enemy of the United States despite the years spent fighting the militant Islamic group that gave a home to Al Qaeda and its leader Usama bin Laden while he plotted the Sept. 11 terror attacks.

"It's only regrettable when taken out of context," White House spokesman Jay Carney said of the vice president's remarks in an interview published Monday.

"It is a simple fact that we went into Afghanistan because of the attack on the United States on Sept. 11, 2001. We are there now to ultimately defeat Al Qaeda, to stabilize Afghanistan and stabilize it in part so that Al Qaeda or other terrorists who have as their aim attacks on the United States cannot establish a foothold again in that country," Carney continued.

"Look, the Taliban per se is not our enemy. That's critical," Biden said. "There is not a single statement that the president has ever made in any of our policy assertions that the Taliban is our enemy, because it threatens U.S. interests.

If, in fact, the Taliban is able to collapse the existing government, which is cooperating with us in keeping the bad guys from being able to do damage to us, then that becomes a problem for us."

When Congress keeps on coming out, with very unpopular policies like they did with S.1867 the National Defense Authorization Act, attacks on our liberties, which passed to the dismay of Libertarians all over, it's not surprising that we're going to see mass sweepings, across the board changes of U.S. congress in 2012.

Congress Ends 2011 With Record-Low 11% Approval "Annual average for 2011, 17%, also lowest in Gallup history. A new record-low 11% of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing, the lowest single rating in Gallup's history of asking this question since 1974. This earns Congress a 17% yearly average for 2011, the lowest annual congressional approval rating in Gallup history.

The record-low 11% rating is based on a Gallup survey conducted Dec. 15-18, and comes at a time when Congress is wrangling once again at the last minute over extensions of a payroll tax holiday, unemployment benefits, and higher pay for Medicare doctors.

This discord in Washington caps off a year in which Congress fought bitterly before reaching a last-minute agreement to lift the debt ceiling, instructing a bipartisan super committee to cut more than $1 trillion from federal spending by the end of November. That objective was not reached, and the super committee ultimately announced that it could not reach an agreement, and disbanded.

The previous low Gallup reading for congressional job approval was 13%, recorded in August, October, and November of this year, and in December 2010. The highest approval rating for Congress is 84% in October 2001, a month after the terrorist attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C.

The current 86% disapproval rating for Congress is the highest in Gallup history, two percentage points higher than the 84% recorded in August.

Never Popular, Congress' Annual Approval This Year at New Low; From a broad, long-term perspective, Congress has never been popular. The average annual congressional job approval rating since 1974 is 34%. Still, this year's 17% annual average is by one point the lowest yearly average Gallup has recorded.

It is slightly below the annual averages of 19% recorded in 2010 and in 2008, as well as two years in which Gallup recorded only one measure of congressional approval -- 1979 and in 1992, with readings of 19% and 18%, respectively.

The average 78% disapproval of Congress this year ties the all-time low recorded in the single 1992 Gallup poll. Republicans, Independents, and Democrats All Give Congress Low Ratings:

Over the last three months, Democrats have been almost as negative as Republicans and independents about Congress, with Democrats in December at 14% approval, independents at 7%, and Republicans at 12%. The partisan groups began to hold Congress in similarly negative esteem in in August, when Democratic approval of Congress dropped.

Through much of 2009 and 2010, and in several months this year, Democrats had been more positive about Congress than either independents or Republicans.

Bottom Line: This month's record-low congressional job approval rating is one of a number of measures of Congress that have reached historical low points this year. This suggests that 2011 will be remembered as the year in which the American public lost much of any remaining faith in the men and women they elect and send off to Washington to represent them.

It is difficult to pinpoint the precise causes for this situation. Clearly, the perceived bad economy, the increasing polarization between political parties and the highly visible instances of congressional inability to reach agreement on how to fix problems have all contributed.

Last year, faced with congressional approval ratings that were also low, albeit not as low as this year's, American voters returned control of the House of Representatives to the Republicans, with the highest turnover in democratically held seats in the last 70-plus years. In the November 2012 elections, voters will face a divided government, with a Democratic president, a Democratic Senate, and the Republican House.

This makes it unclear how Americans' historically low evaluations of the men and women they elect to represent them will be manifested at the voting booth next fall."

S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act, attacks on our liberties was passed to the dismay of Libertarians all over.

What’s dangerous about this bill, any written comments, articles, through blogs, websites, tweets, Facebook, revolts, marches, that deem too critical of the state and government, it may cause your arrest and detentions without any constitutional due processes.

In other words; someone like me and thousands of others, who are constantly criticizing government, can be locked up forever, without seeing a lawyer or a courtroom or light of day.

“Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act otherwise known as the NDAA provides broad authority for the federal government, to use the military in domestic operations in order to detain Americans indefinitely and without trial.

Such a move not only whitewashes the natural rights of Americans, whereby even publicly criticizing the federal government can now rise to the purposefully vague definition of a "belligerent act", it also sits in direct violation of "Posse Comitatus" an 1878 law forbidding use of the military at home and against Americans.

The danger behind allowing any law that includes such arbitrary terms, as "belligerent act" simply cannot be overstated as the Department of Homeland Security has already published multiple reports labeling those who support the Constitution or protest the FEDERAL RESERVE to be "domestic belligerents" and thus in the eyes of the federal government a threat to National Security.

Even more disconcerting is the level of pompous disregard elected members of Congress show as they arrogantly eradicate the foundational principles of America, trampling upon the very ideals that helped spark the first American Revolution, with Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina recently stating during debate in the Senate.

We did not elect these people to be our rulers, or be our dictators. According to the U.S. constitution, we are the ones; we the people rule our government, not a political party dictatorship!

The real congressional criminals, the orchestrators of the crime against the U.S. constitution, the first to go folks; are Senator John McCain of Arizona and Senator Carl Levin of Michigan. They both are the schemers, orchestrators of this anti-constitutional evil bill, and they are enemies of the constitution of the United States.

Folks! Enough is enough! They are as corrupt as they come, and obviously most of those politicians are running scared of something, and us, they’ve got something to hide. It is time to replace the whole lot.

It’s time to replace the entire U.S. congress in 2012. They have outlived their usefulness, and have become traitors to the constitution and they have turned the United States into a dictatorial republic.

Both houses approved the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, S-1867, both Democrats and Republicans voted for it, and the majority of them were Republicans, mainly Tea Party elected Republicans. This shows you, how wrong the Tea Party movement was wrong, when they elected this bunch of losers into office back in 2010.

It's up to Obama now, if President Barack Obama rejects this bill, he would look solid, and it would show his constitutional prowess that he claims he possesses, and it could be a bigger hole in the graves of GOP/Republicans, and mostly Tea Party Republicans, who voted in unison for this travesty of a sorry bill.

Historic Poverty in Census; American Families Poorer than Ever & Record Numbers of Children Homeless & Without Food.

The comment I keep hearing, over and over from poor San Franciscan’s, “our elected politicians care more for foreigners, than their own citizens.” However sad, it’s is very true, and that is what my blog, the Marc Chamot Report, has been trying to expose for the past three years.

America, once known for its land of milk and honey, has become the land of the poor and desperate. We’re not much different than Peru or any other despotic, third world nation in Latin America or Asia. We have finally imported so many poor, including the wanton invasion of illegal immigrants that the cancers of immigrant poverty, has stricken Americans in all walks of life.

The only difference here from China and Mexico, we‘ve got social safety nets, which is quickly declining, until it slowly fades away. Where as in Peru, Mexico or China, the poorest have to struggle daily for food, or they go hungry. We, as a nation, seem to have arrived into that same predicament.

It’s hard to believe that in 2011, we are witnessing the dismantling of American society. It wasn’t since the Great Depression that we’ve seen children homeless in masses, and in desperation for survival, only seen in ‘Banana Republics’ like Peru and Mexico.

My points of view, hate it, or love it; the real truths, we as a nation cannot support any more of the world’s poor to continually come here and compete for our benefits, contrary to popular beliefs that the poor come here to work. That is a lie being perpetrated, by pro-open borders and pro-immigration’s groups.

The real truths of the matter; poor immigrants’ are clamoring to come here into the United States, because the U.S. is a magnet for free welfare, and free handouts to poor immigrants, at the expense of its citizens. Most immigrants, who benefit, are those who cannot speak the English language or sustain themselves economically. And most cannot make it by themselves under any other circumstances.

San Francisco and California, is a classic case of massive welfare benefits being doled out to immigrants, mainly to elderly poor Chinese, who are not U.S. citizens, but whose families brought them, and made them wards of the state. But for poor Americans, HUD housing and food at food banks are rarely available to them.

About 60% or more of HUD housing in San Francisco are going to none-English speaking Asian Chinese elderly immigrants, who came here under false pretences, whose families brought them over, and made them wards of the state and of the U.S. welfare systems.

We have San Francisco American citizens, with families, and their children, who cannot get HUD housing, because it’s been all taken by elderly Chinese immigrants.

According to recent studies on San Francisco homelessness, so it surprises many people to learn that up to 25% of San Francisco’s homeless population consists of families with children. "Sadly, this is a national trend: while the overall number of homeless people in the United States is on the decline, children and families make up the fastest growing segment of our country’s homeless population.

Right now there are more homeless children in the United States than at any other time since the Great Depression. At Compass, we are providing services to up to 300 or 400 children and their parents on any given day."

What used to be benefits reserved only for U.S. citizens and legal immigrants, it’s become free for all, from medical, schooling to higher education, housing and welfare support. This magnet that keeps attracting the world’s poor into the United States must be cut-off, sooner or later, or it will eventually affect our own safety nets.

The bottom line; When politicians like Jerry Brown says; “we’ve got to cut-off billions from welfare, because the state cannot sustain it,” Liberals like Jerry, isn’t going to say “okay U.S. citizens only, will be getting those benefits,” we all lose them, and we all suffer, Americans suffer, all because what should have been ours in the first place, was stolen by them.

Apparently according to census reports, the American demise has already begun;

Census shows 1 in 2 people are poor or low-income “Squeezed by rising living costs, a record number of Americans — nearly 1 in 2 — have fallen into poverty or are scraping by on earnings that classify them as low income.

The latest census data depict a middle class that's shrinking as unemployment stays high and the government's safety net frays. The new numbers follow years of stagnating wages for the middle class that have hurt millions of workers and families.

"Safety net programs such as food stamps and tax credits kept poverty from rising even higher in 2010, but for many low-income families with work-related and medical expenses, they are considered too 'rich' to qualify," said Sheldon Danziger, a University of Michigan public policy professor who specializes in poverty.

"The reality is that prospects for the poor and the near poor are dismal," he said. "If Congress and the states make further cuts, we can expect the number of poor and low-income families to rise for the next several years."

Congressional Republicans and Democrats are sparring over legislation that would renew a Social Security payroll tax cut, part of a year-end political showdown over economic priorities that could also trim unemployment benefits, freeze federal pay and reduce entitlement spending.

Robert Rector, a senior research fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation, questioned whether some people classified as poor or low-income actually suffer material hardship. He said that while safety-net programs have helped many Americans, they have gone too far, citing poor people who live in decent-size homes, drive cars and own wide-screen TVs.

"There's no doubt the recession has thrown a lot of people out of work and incomes have fallen," Rector said. "As we come out of recession, it will be important that these programs promote self-sufficiency rather than dependence and encourage people to look for work."

Mayors in 29 cities say more than 1 in 4 people needing emergency food assistance did not receive it. Many middle-class Americans are dropping below the low-income threshold — roughly $45,000 for a family of four — because of pay cuts, a forced reduction of work hours or a spouse losing a job. Housing and child-care costs are consuming up to half of a family's income.

States in the South and West had the highest shares of low-income families, including Arizona, New Mexico and South Carolina, which have scaled back or eliminated aid programs for the needy. By raw numbers, such families were most numerous in California and Texas, each with more than 1 million.

The struggling Americans include Zenobia Bechtol, 18, in Austin, Texas, who earns minimum wage as a part-time pizza delivery driver. Bechtol and her 7-month-old baby were recently evicted from their bedbug-infested apartment after her boyfriend, an electrician, lost his job in the sluggish economy.

After an 18-month job search, Bechtol's boyfriend now works as a waiter and the family of three is temporarily living with her mother.

"We're paying my mom $200 a month for rent, and after diapers and formula and gas for work, we barely have enough money to spend," said Bechtol, a high school graduate who wants to go to college. "If it weren't for food stamps and other government money for families who need help, we wouldn't have been able to survive."

About 97.3 million Americans fall into a low-income category, commonly defined as those earning between 100 and 199 percent of the poverty level, based on a new supplemental measure by the Census Bureau that is designed to provide a fuller picture of poverty.

Together with the 49.1 million who fall below the poverty line and are counted as poor, they number 146.4 million, or 48 percent of the U.S. population. That's up by 4 million from 2009, the earliest numbers for the newly developed poverty measure.

The new measure of poverty takes into account medical, commuting and other living costs. Doing that helped push the number of people below 200 percent of the poverty level up from 104 million, or 1 in 3 Americans, that was officially reported in September.

Broken down by age, children were most likely to be poor or low-income — about 57 percent — followed by seniors over 65. By race and ethnicity, Hispanics topped the list at 73 percent, followed by blacks, Asians and non-Hispanic whites.

Even by traditional measures, many working families are hurting.

Following the recession that began in late 2007, the share of working families who are low income has risen for three straight years to 31.2 percent, or 10.2 million.

That proportion is the highest in at least a decade, up from 27 percent in 2002, according to a new analysis by the Working Poor Families Project and the Population Reference Bureau, a nonprofit research group based in Washington.

Among low-income families, about one-third were considered poor while the remainder — 6.9 million — earned income just above the poverty line. Many states phase out eligibility for food stamps, Medicaid, tax credit and other government aid programs for low-income Americans as they approach 200 percent of the poverty level.

The majority of low-income families — 62 percent — spent more than one-third of their earnings on housing, surpassing a common guideline for what is considered affordable. By some census surveys, child-care costs consume close to another one-fifth.

Paychecks for low-income families are shrinking. The inflation-adjusted average earnings for the bottom 20 percent of families have fallen from $16,788 in 1979 to just under $15,000, and earnings for the next 20 percent have remained flat at $37,000. In contrast, higher-income brackets had significant wage growth since 1979, with earnings for the top 5 percent of families climbing 64 percent to more than $313,000.

A survey of 29 cities conducted by the U.S. Conference of Mayors being released Thursday points to a gloomy outlook for those on the lower end of the income scale.

Many mayors cited the challenges of meeting increased demands for food assistance, expressing particular concern about possible cuts to federal programs such as food stamps and WIC, which assists low-income pregnant women and mothers. Unemployment led the list of causes of hunger in cities, followed by poverty, low wages and high housing costs.

Across the 29 cities, about 27 percent of people needing emergency food aid did not receive it. Kansas City, Mo., Nashville, Tenn., Sacramento, Calif., and Trenton, N.J., were among the cities that pointed to increases in the cost of food and declining food donations, while Mayor Michael McGinn in Seattle cited an unexpected spike in food requests from immigrants and refugees, particularly from Somalia, Burma and Bhutan.

Among that requesting emergency food assistance, 51 percent were in families, 26 percent were employed, 19 percent were elderly and 11 percent were homeless.

"People who never thought they would need food are in need of help," said Mayor Sly James of Kansas City, Mo., who co-chairs a mayors' task force on hunger and homelessness."

If the U.S. economy is improving, then why is child poverty in America absolutely exploding? "If we are experiencing economic growth”, then why are more than half of all children in major U.S. cities like Cleveland and Detroit living in poverty? If we are the greatest economy on earth”, then why is one out of every four American children on food stamps? The shocking statistics that you are about to read below should absolutely break your heart.

Tonight, millions of American children will shiver as they try to go to sleep because their families cannot afford any heat. How bad does child poverty have to get before we all finally admit that our economic system is completely failing many of the most vulnerable members of our society?

If you want someone to blame, you can blame Congress, the Obama administration, the Bush administration and the corrupt Wall Street bankers. But most of all, blame the Federal Reserve and the debt-based monetary system that the Fed administers. Our economy is in the midst of a long-term decline and is slowly but surely dying. Many of those that are suffering the most from this decline are children.

The following are 16 shocking statistics about child poverty in America that will break your heart.

#1 Child homelessness in the United States is now 33 percent higher than it was back in 2007.

#2 According to the National Center on Family Homelessness, 1.6 millionAmerican children were living on the street, in homeless shelters or motels, or doubled up with other families last year”.

#3 The percentage of children living in poverty in the United States increased from 16.9 percent in 2006 to nearly 22 percent in 2010. In the UK and in France the child poverty rate is well under 10 percent.

#4 A higher percentage of American children is living in poverty today than was living in poverty back in 1975.

#5 The number of children living in poverty in the U.S. has risen for four years in a row.

#6 There are 10 different U.S. states where at least one out of every four babies is born to a family living in poverty.

It seems they’ve got racism confused with voting fraud. It’s all a big lie folks. It’s more about Barack Obama, Eric Holder and company, who are quickly realizing their voter fraud constituencies’ are quickly drying up for the 2012 elections.

In order to legally vote in California, voters must be at least 18, must be alive, and must be a Citizen of the United States, they cannot be recent felons, felons on parole, and they must be registered to vote and live in that district they vote in, and the voter can only vote one time in any election.

However, from San Francisco and all over California, it’s estimated that about 15% to 37% are casting fraudulent votes.

According to an election research done in Kern County, Ca in 2003, “we looked in detail at 2,460 of the 14,000 recently registered Democrat voters in Kern County that are registered to vote in the 30th Assembly District.

We were shocked and dismayed by what we found. Of the 2,460 voters that were examined 905 of these people in this sample cast fraudulent ballots. For example, we found;

* 69 people actually admitted voting at least twice. These are just the ones who admitted it.

* 93 people admitted that they voted but are not citizens of the United States. They were told that if they registered and voted, it would help them get their citizenship.

* 272 people actually admitted that they do not live in the 30th Assembly District but that they voted in the 30th Assembly District

We also found people who changed the spelling of their name slightly so that they could register and vote a second time. Someone named William also registered as Bill. We found people with the same name registered at the same address whose birthdays were exactly one year or one day apart. By changing their birth date, one person became two people with two votes.

The biggest problem that we found was the number of people who showed up at the polls and voted using someone else's name. We have testimony from people who report that they went to vote and found that their name had already been used.

People impersonated the legitimate voter. How did they do that? A lot of people are registered but don't vote. Hanging on the wall in every polling place in the State of California is a list of the people that are eligible to vote at that polling place.

By state law, every two hours, an election worker up dates the list with the names of the people who have voted. The cheaters send in someone with a cell phone to call back to the headquarters with the names of the people who have not voted. People claiming to be those people miraculously show up and vote, without proof of ID’s.

We found 905 fraudulent ballots out of 2,460 voters. You do the math. Divide 905 by 2,460 you will get 37 percent. We estimate that 37 percent of the newly-registered Democrat voters who voted in the Kern County portion of the 30th Assembly District cast fraudulent votes.”

But according to the New York Times and Attorney General Eric Holder Jr., the Jr., and his stubborn boss at the White House, they don’t really know what it means, when the U.S. Supreme Court approved voter ID voting in all states, to help eliminate massive voting fraud.

Back in April, 2008, the Supreme Court upholds voter ID law, “The Supreme Court ruled that states can require voters to produce photo identification without violating their constitutional rights, validating Republican-inspired voter ID laws, to help eliminate rampant voting frauds.

In a splintered 6-3 ruling, the court upheld Indiana's strict photo ID requirement, which Democrats and civil rights groups said would deter poor, older and minority voters from casting ballots. Its backers said it was needed to prevent fraud.

The law "is amply justified by the valid interest in protecting 'the integrity and reliability of the electoral process,'" Justice John Paul Stevens said in an opinion that was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Anthony Kennedy. Stevens was a dissenter in Bush v. Gore in 2000.

More than 20 states require some form of identification at the polls. Courts have upheld voter ID laws in Arizona, Georgia and Michigan, but struck down Missouri's. Monday's decision comes a week before Indiana's presidential primary. The decision also could spur efforts to pass similar laws in other states.

Scalia, favoring a broader ruling in defenses of voter ID laws, said, "The universally applicable requirements of Indiana's voter-identification law are eminently reasonable. The burden of acquiring, possessing and showing free photo identification is simply not severe, because it does not 'even represent a significant increase over the usual burdens of voting.'"

Indiana provides IDs free of charge to the poor and allows voters who lack photo ID to cast a provisional ballot and then show up within 10 days at their county courthouse to produce identification or otherwise attest to their identity.

Stevens said these provisions also help reduce the burden on people who lack driver licenses.”

However, Eric Holder Speaks Up for Voting Rights, actually, Mr. Holder is speaking for mainly ‘African American’ felon’s right to commit mass voting frauds, rights for double voting and for illegal immigrants’ to vote, the usual voting base for Liberal Democrats. “For months, the Justice Department has largely been silent as Republican-dominated legislatures in state after state made it harder for minorities, poor people and other Democratic-leaning groups to vote.

On Tuesday, however, Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. spoke out forcefully and promised to use the full weight of his department to ensure that new electoral laws are not discriminatory. To live up to that vow, he will have his hands full.

Republican lawmakers in more than a dozen states have recently enacted laws designed to limit Americans’ access to the polls, often concentrating on voters — blacks, Hispanics, students and the poor — who showed up in large numbers in 2008 to elect Barack Obama.

The Big Lie, they want you to believe; they have imposed strict voter-ID requirements, knowing that millions of people cannot easily meet them; eliminated early voting periods; and restricted registration drives. (Voter ID laws have been introduced in at least 34 states.)

These efforts, Mr. Holder said, have led many Americans “to believe that we are failing to live up to one of our nation’s most noble, and essential, ideals.” Quoting John Lewis, the Georgia congressman who was beaten in the 1960s while advocating voting rights for blacks, he said those rights are under attack by “a deliberate and systematic attempt” to prevent millions of voters from exercising their constitutional right to engage in democracy.

Those cases are harder to make, particularly given the 2008 Supreme Court decision upholding Indiana’s voter ID law, but Mr. Holder at least suggested that his department would now actively be looking for patterns of discrimination in the new laws. As he noted, race continues to preoccupy many state officials.

Mr. Holder effectively demolished the phony voter-fraud excuse used by Republicans supporting these laws, pointing that such fraud happens far too infrequently to justify this kind of discrimination. And he called on citizens of every state to demand a voter registration system that is not cumbersome; allowing anyone eligible to exercise what Lyndon Johnson called “the basic right, without which all others are meaningless.”

Virtually every legal American in the United States, have access or carry ID cards, especially most people in welfare, poor welfare queens and daddy’s, those who get help from the government. They can’t get anything from the government, without any ID’s; they are required have to have them every time they renew their benefits and they are cheap. If they can’t get them, then they are not legal U.S. citizens.

Most people don’t buy Eric Holder’s lame and insane arguments about Voter ID, and neither did the U.S. Supreme Court in 2008. The only people in the U.S., who have no access to ID cards are felons with felonies, felons on the run and illegal immigrants.

Panic times are thrust upon us once again; especially for the GOP presidential contenders. But the problem; most of those candidates running on the Republican ticket for the presidency, aren’t worth their salt in their bodies to the exception of Ron Paul.

Look here, problems with Mitt Romney, and Newt Gingrich, both are constant flip-floppers and liars, they are promising things, where their track records, show the exact opposite. Both career politicians, who really know how to lie, and think they can pull wools over the voter’s eyes, but the general publics’ aren’t buying their phony song and dances any more.

Many voters are too uncertain of the future with those bozos at the helm, and we really don’t know what were getting into, with those two clowns as president.

Obviously, we all know President Barack Obama, but we don’t know those two leading GOP folks are about, they are claiming that they are things; they never were in their lifetimes. And it's because they haven’t talked the populist talk yet, on how they are going to create jobs, helping the poor and the unemployed, getting the economy going again, and dealing with China, imbalanced trades, and outsourcing of jobs abroad.

We don’t hear the GOP calling for eliminations of foreign aid/moneys going to nations that despise us. I don’t hear anything about cutting off corporate welfares, or how they are going to get rid of crony-capitalism in Washington. All we’re hearing from them is about the deficit, on how they’re going to reform and cut our welfare benefits, social security, unemployment and so forth.

As said before, the Republican brand’s still very unpopular in most people’s minds, especially among the Independent voter. In my humblest opinion, over everything else, people say about President Barack Obama, on illegal immigration, and even though the borders haven’t been secured as most people wanted, in reality, Obama, has been very tough on illegal immigration.

Even most, disapprove of the president suing states, those who want to enforce federal laws on illegal immigrations, it’s not like the president isn’t doing anything on illegal immigrations, he is. Illegal immigration has been about 60% of my written articles, and President Obama’s ace card up his sleeve on his popularity has been the adamant enforcements on Secure Communities Act.

The mandatory fingerprinting and cross checking of all arrested illegal immigrants in communities across the United States, when arrested, and being done at record breaking pace of 400,000 deportations of illegal immigrants last year alone. Obama has given anti-illegal immigrant proponents like myself, just cause for admiration.

Even under pressure from pro-illegal immigrations groups, Obama has never faltered from Secure Communities Act, he’s made it mandatory, and even when liberal sheriffs from California to Illinois, refused to carry those policies, he made it mandatory.

And giving Barack Obama some credit in foreign affairs, and when President Obama located and assassinated America’s mass murderer of civilians, Osama Bin Laden, and other murderous Muslim extremists, something that Bush prior and GOP were never able to accomplish.

So the president does have some positive points, where as weak GOP opponents like Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney, who aren’t populist at all, who are carrying weak messages and they aren’t attracting the most important constituency of all, the Independents.

Independents usually carry the U.S. presidency and interests for Newt and Mitt among Independent voters is very low, it’s so low that the GOP’s running the high risk of giving Obama another four years!

Most Independent, have no interest in Newt Gingrich, with his somewhat heavy-laden baggage’s of scandals as Speaker of the House, and this cannot be forgotten either, along with, Mitt Romney’s constant flip-flopping, trying to look conservative conservative, when he isn’t, is a problem for both.

Republican strategists and operatives know this, and they are keenly aware, they’ve got very weak candidates running against Obama. On private call, Republicans say attacking Obama personally is too dangerous: Yahoo News exclusive “Republicans on a private Republican National Committee conference call with allies warned that party surrogates should refrain from personal attacks against President Barack Obama, because such a strategy is too hazardous for the GOP.

"We're hesitant to jump on board with heavy attacks" personally against President Obama, Nicholas Thompson, the vice president of polling firm the Tarrance Group, said on the call. "There are a lot of people who feel sorry for him."

Recent polling data indicates that while the president suffers from significantly low job approval ratings, voters still give "high approval" to Obama personally, Thompson said.

Voters "don't think he's an evil man who's out to change the United States" for the worse--even though many of the same survey respondents agree that his policies have harmed the country, Thompson said. The upshot, Thompson stressed, is that Republicans should "exercise some caution" when talking about the president personally.

In a poll conducted in early November by the Tarrance Group and the Democratic group Lake Research for Politico and George Washington University, voters gave their personal member of Congress a 46 percent approval rating--even higher than the 44 percent personal approval numbers for Obama in the survey, Thompson said. (The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percent.)

Fifty-eight percent of the voters surveyed disapproved of how Obama is handling relations with Congress, according to Tarrance's November poll.

"It's a tough road for him when you look at those numbers," Thompson said of the president. But it’s going to be tougher, for his unproven corps of GOP opponents.

Thompson said that his group's research suggests that voters are giving Obama higher approval on foreign policy than on the issue of jobs and the economy.

Voters aren't simply looking at the president as the symbol for a "broken Washington," Thompson said.”

Do you see, what I mean? After all is said and done, new polls just out, are giving Newt Gingrich very slim chances of beating Obama in the General Election. However, the poll raises questions about whether Gingrich -- a former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives who has shot to the top of Republican opinion polls in recent weeks -- would be able to defeat Obama.

The poll found that if the November 2012 presidential election were held today, Obama would defeat Gingrich, 51 percent to 38 percent. By contrast, Obama would defeat Romney by a narrower margin, 48 percent to 40 percent.

Analysts say the results reflect the risk that Republicans could face if they nominate Gingrich, whose strong performances in debates have won him support among conservatives seeking an alternative to Romney.”

Sometimes, I’ve questioned the validity of executions, by death penalties if it’s a right thing to do?

But then, stories like Jorely's, re-enforces my avid support for death penalties, when it comes to rape and murder of precious little children.

Anyone who does not believe in the death penalty, they’d better think again. If any bleeding heart liberal, believes that executions aren’t humane, there’s news for you. Back in Canton Georgia, the twenty-year old, Ryan Brunn, an apartment complex maintenance man, kidnapped, raped, and sodomized, beat and stabbed to death a seven year old little girl.

If you still don’t get it? Here it is again; Ryan Brunn, which all evidence point to him, took little precious Jorely Rivera into a vacant apartment, where he had key access, sodomized, raped, beat, stabbed her to death, and dumped her body in a trash compactor on the premises, which he had a key for.

Apparently, this guy Brunn left a whole lot of DNA traces, it may be an open and shut case. However, unlike Saudi Arabia, who just executed a 60 + year old woman, for sorcery and witchcraft.

Actually, she was a fortune teller and she said she could help cure her client ailments. She was charging $800 per session. Some people felt ripped-off, complained about it, then she got arrested and charged for sorcery.

Our death penalties makes a lot of sense, unlike the Saudis’. You just can’t compare a rapist and killer of a seven year old girl, to a poor 60 year old charging $800 and trying to make a decent living. He deserves nothing less, than death. No child like precious Jorely, should have suffered like that in America!No child!

So how bad is the economy in (Califolly), California? Awfully bad, because businesses in general want COD or advance payments from all their clients. They are complaining that too many of their business clients are slow paying their bills.

In San Francisco Chronicle’s, “in down economy, more clients are slow to pay,” mentions about one counter top maker, West Bay Plastics, who got stiffed out of $3,600. Now that company, require all customers to pay in advance.

In a tough economy, many small businesses are struggling to get their customers to pay-up. They are waiting for weeks, months and sometimes these clients don’t pay at all, report some. When they miss a payment, it makes that much harder for the small business owner to pay his bills on time. It is a ripple effect that is affecting so many smaller businesses, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Even larger companies, such as fortune 500 companies are slow to pay. Many of them have extended the time they take to pay. It went from 30 days, to 60 and 90 days, before anybody get their money. For most of the smaller businesses, they depend on these huge pay-outs, and many business owners, are drawing out of their savings, and money markets to survive, until they get paid.

These clients aren’t paying, and were not spending; it’s affecting our entire economy everywhere! Yes folks, it getting tough out there, especially in (Califolly), California.

Abuse of Debtors, some courts are even collecting for time debtors spent in jail!

Desperate times bring desperate measures; although jailing debtors is illegal in the U.S., it’s becoming common for people these days to get arrested and serve time in jail for unpaid collection debts.

Collection agencies are using deceitful tactics that falls through legal loopholes, through ‘criminal’ lawsuits, and whether the debtor was legally served or not, and if the person isn’t aware that such lawsuit has been filed against them, an arrest warrant is brought against them.

According to NPR, “Here's how it happens: a company will often sell off its debt to a collection agency, generally called a creditor. That creditor files a lawsuit against the debtor requiring a court appearance. A notice to appear in court is supposed to be given to the debtor. If they fail to show up, a warrant is issued for their arrest.

Beverly Yang, a legal aid attorney with Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance, says most debtors don't know their rights. In fact, she says, some judges don't even know the debtors' rights, which could result in the debtor being intimidated into a pay agreement.

Although debtors' prisons are now illegal across the country, a study by the Wall Street Journal found that over a third of all states in the U.S. allow borrowers who can't or won't pay to be jailed—including those where debtors' prisons are explicitly prohibited by state constitutions.

A report by the American Civil Liberties Union found that people were imprisoned even when the cost of doing so exceeded the sum total of the debt they owed. In the City of New Orleans, for example, the Sheriff pays $22.39 per day for each detainee held in the Orleans Parish Prison.

Sean Matthews, a homeless construction worker, was incarcerated for five months for $498 of legal debt in 2009. Matthews' jail time cost the city $3,201.77—over six times the amount he owed.

Some are even made to pay for their jail time themselves. Walter Riepen, a Michigan resident, was released from jail after he served a 30-day sentence, only to discover a bill for $1260 when he returned home—the cost of his incarceration at a rate of $60 a day.

Since his only income is a monthly social security disability payment, Riepen cannot pay back the amount, and the ACLU reports that he still lives under the threat of being sent back to prison for his unpaid legal financial obligations.

The Federal Trade Commission received more than 140,000 complaints related to debt collection in 2010. That's nearly 25,000 more than the previous year.

Yang says some creditors are eager to use harsh tactics. "Whatever the creditors, or the creditors' attorneys can do to leverage some kind of payment, it will help their profits enormously because they have, literally, millions of these."—Beenish Ahmed

By law; civil court summons are supposed to be hand delivered to the defendant directly. But judges, who aren’t aware of the law, turn debt charges into criminal matter, where his court orders the direct arrest for debtors, who aren’t aware that criminal lawsuit for unpaid debts were placed against them.

This is a direct violation of federal laws. Instead of President Obama, wasting time, going around suing states for enforcing strict Federal illegal immigration laws, he needs to sue states, who are wantonly abusing people’s civil rights, criminalizing debtors, instead of enforcing Federal laws on people, who not able to pay their debts!

"It's not about racism, it's an invasion! People are getting sick and tired of unwanted illegal immigrants, with virtually no law enforcement's, overrunning their countries all over, mainly in the U.K. and the U.S.."

On England’s “My Tram Experience,” which went viral on the Internet; the Emma West’s supposed racist rants on a London tram, were not all about racism. They were more about seething anger in seeing your nation, being totally overrun and invaded by third world immigrants, whether legally or illegally.

Emma West’s London rants on a crowded tram, exemplifies what’s really wrong with immigrations run-amok, not only in the U.K, but in the United States also.

Not here for defending Emma West’s bad actions, however though, she may have seemed racist through her angry rants, but her anger in lashing out on a public transportation is not too uncommon as anywhere else, when there’s that feeling and sight of one’s home land, slowly dismantled by unwanted foreign invaders into one’s country.

Most people usually keep their resentments towards rampant and out of control immigration’s to them self. Even though and through desperations, bitterness, anger and stress towards her own government for allowing lax, and weak open door immigration policies, Emma West finally vented her anger towards innocent immigrants on a tram.

It’s not too hard to understand why Emma West did it. The country she once knew, or grew up in, was not the same, she once knew and being on a hot and crowded tram, made her aware of her immediate surroundings, which made her anxious, bitter and angry, and then lashed out on some innocent immigrants.

If you look at YouTube, most of U.K.’s and U.S. racist rants occur on crowded public transportations, buses and trams. It’s everywhere, and it’s even here in San Francisco. Most crowded buses in San Francisco’s Muni systems and the majority riders are immigrants. In most city routes, the majority of riders are Asians and Hispanics.

For some people, anxiety and stress levels rise considerably on crowded buses, and mainly when there are no seats available.

It makes it worse, especially when younger Latinas, with their small children occupy seats that are meant for the elderly and handicapped.

Even though, it is federal law to vacate handicapped reserved seating areas, for the elderly and handicapped, many of the younger Hispanic Latinas with children, occupy two, to three seats that are reserved for seniors, elderly and handicapped only, but refuse to vacate their seats to any seniors, and handicapped when they board a city bus.

When bus operators ask them to vacate their seats to an elderly or handicapped in a handicapped reserved seating only, some act like they don’t understand or speak the English language and never budge from those seats.

This is a city wide and chronic problem in San Francisco; it’s also an unenforced problem where handicapped reserved seating is not adequately being relinquished to city’s seniors and handicapped. They think because they have children, takes the priority over seniors and handicapped, and the city of San Francisco let’s them get away with it. This is as arrogant as it gets.

Handicapped seating is clearly marked in all Muni buses, but some immigrant riders ignore them.

It’s not too hard to understand why anti-immigrant feelings fester on crowded transportation systems. Illegal immigrations, and scofflaws like these, bring a bad name to immigrants.

Usually, it’s through crowded transportation systems, where most of the stress and anger festers in some; this is where most people, more than anywhere else in their lives, get closer to other groups, mainly immigrants they normally don’t.

In the end, it’s not all the immigrant’s fault. The faults lay on governments, such as the U.K. and the U.S. for allowing rampant immigrations with no controls, and with lack of education and training new immigrants of host nation’s ways, customs, and manners and for not enforcing nation’s laws equally.

When people act disrespectfully as this; it doesn’t help an immigrant’s standing in the host country and in public opinions either. It’s not too hard to understand why some people lose it, and yes, people like Emma West.

“The US Air Force dumped the cremated, partial remains of at least 274 troops in a landfill before halting the secretive practice in 2008, the Washington Post reported Thursday.”

This is unheard of. It’s so shameful; it’s so outrageous and disrespectful to our fallen troops. This is sheer incompetence and pure ignorance coming from some Air Force officials and ways of management styles.

More on the tragedy; Remains of 274 US troops dumped in landfill: report “The procedure was never formally authorized or disclosed to senior Pentagon officials, who conducted a review of the cremation policies of Dover Air Base -- the main point of entry for US war dead -- in 2008, the Post said.

Nor was the dumping ever disclosed to the families of the fallen troops, who had authorized the military to dispose of the remains in a respectful and dignified manner, the Post said, citing Air Force officials.

The newspaper quoted officials as saying that a precise count of the remains disposed of at a Virginia landfill would require searching through the records of 6,300 troops whose remains have passed through Dover since 2001.

An additional group of 1,762 remains -- which could not undergo DNA testing because they were badly damaged or burned -- were also disposed of in this manner, the Post said, citing the Air Force.

Defense officials could not immediately be reached for comment.

Last month investigators said they had found "gross mismanagement" at the US Air Force mortuary, with body parts lost and remains mishandled.

Following an Army probe, the conduct at Arlington is now the subject of a criminal investigation.”

American war Vets, and Veterans all around; want nothing more than heads rolling, mass firings and court marshal’s leading to prison times for all perpetrators involved in this scheme.

It is not because of lack of money. We are the number one financier of the military in the world, this is something one would hear happening in Banana Republics, and even then, Banana Republics’ take much better care of their dead soldiers than we do.

Every week, we’re hearing some desperate and lame brained ideas coming from U.S. congress on how to kick start the flailing economy, but this time; “Two senators propose granting special visas to foreigners who spend $500,000 on U.S. homes. But would the plan lure any additional international investors? Two U.S. senators have a plan to boost the housing market: give visas to foreigners who buy U.S. homes.

A bill introduced by Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, would create a new kind of visa for foreigners who spend $500,000 on U.S. real estate.

That could be one $500,000 primary residence house or one $250,000 primary residence and additional rental property.

The idea apparently stemmed from the E-5 investor visa, which is granted to foreign investors who create jobs.”

Pandering to foreign interests, never ends; I totally disagree with this new policy; foreigners may invest, but should not be allowed to work in a high unemployment economy. In allowing floodgates of foreigners into this country, all scraping for very little and competing for jobs with unemployed American citizens is morally wrong, our citizens would eventually lose out, because they cannot compete with the money.

Instead of figuring out on how to get unemployed Americans back to work, to get them employed, to buy those houses, we want more harebrained dependence on foreign imports. That is the mentality emanating from congress these days. It’s the ‘old’ foreign bailout mentality never seen before in the United States.

Those Visas would be given to foreigners, not only to buy properties, but to work here. We should not be concerning ourselves employing foreigners, we should instead, be working on re-educating and teaching new labor skills for America’s unemployed; we need to be concentrating on getting Americans back into the work once again, not foreigners.

Even without a visa as a bonus, U.S. real estate is attractive to foreigners. According to the National Association of Realtors, foreign buyers purchased 244,000 homes in the year ending in March. In areas such as Los Angeles and Miami, foreign buyers are a significant slice of the market.

First-time buyers competing with investors for homes The new homebuyer visa would require the foreign investor to live in the home at least 180 days a year and pay U.S. taxes, though it would not grant him or her right to work. Buyers could bring spouses and children. They would have to pay cash for the homes and pay more than the property is valued by the local property appraiser, though not all states value property at market value.

"This bill supports a free-market method for increasing demand for housing at a time when so many working-class Americans are underwater on their homes, are desperate for prices to rise again, and big-government programs have failed to work," Lee said in a news release. "I am sponsoring this bill because I know that it makes economic sense while protecting American citizens."

Whether offering visas to foreign homebuyers would provide any noticeable boost to the housing market is debatable.

Sandra Miller, a real-estate broker in Santa Monica, Calif., estimates that international clients make up 10% of luxury property buyers. Offering them visas could triple their numbers, she said. "Florida, New York, Colorado, Hawaii and Texas — those states will see a huge increase in demand," she told the Los Angeles Times.

But Richard Smith, chief executive of Realogy Corp., which owns Coldwell Banker and Century 21, doesn't see any benefit to the proposal. What's 'sold' in Portuguese? Foreign buyers "don't need an incentive," he told The Wall Street Journal. "We have a lot of Americans who are willing to buy. We just have to fix the economy."

Are Chinese Americans, victims of their own successes?

If you reside in heavy Asian communities, such as New York and San Francisco, and if you happen to wander into any of the public libraries, chances are you would see Asian Chinese kids as young as eight or nine, with stack of books, studying at the tables, while Hispanic kids and white kids, are on computers playing video games.

Yes, it is a fact that within the Chinese culture, parents demand more studying and homework from their children, than other ethnic groups around. It’s not that they are smarter; it is that they are more studious than other ethnic groups around.

It’s a study habit dream that most parents want out of their children, but Asian Chinese are more successful, in applying this schooling philosophy with their children than most. It’s a sense of pride that we can all relate with the Asian American Chinese community.

However, this disturbing article came out actually more arrogant than anything else; it portrays, Asians, predominately Chinese American students, who are complaining, about their lack of access and opportunities in admissions to some of the top U.S. colleges, even though to their population size, and percentage, they are most enrolled in American universities.

According to; some Asians' college strategy: Don't check 'Asian', “Lanya Olmstead was born in Florida to a mother who immigrated from Taiwan and an American father of Norwegian ancestry, and ethnically, she considers herself half Taiwanese and half Norwegian.

But when applying to Harvard, Olmstead checked only one box for her race: white. "I didn't want to put 'Asian' down," Olmstead says, "because my mom told me there's discrimination against Asians in the application process."

For years, many Asian-Americans have been convinced that it's harder for them to gain admission to the nation's top colleges.

Studies show that Asian-Americans meet these colleges' admissions standards far out of proportion to their 6 percent representation in the U.S. population, and that they often need test scores hundreds of points higher than applicants from other ethnic groups to have an equal chance of admission.

Critics say these numbers, along with the fact that some top colleges with race-blind admissions have double the Asian percentage of Ivy League schools, prove the existence of discrimination.

The way it works, the critics believe, is that Asian-Americans are evaluated not as individuals, but against the thousands of other ultra-achieving Asians who are stereotyped as boring academic robots.

Now, an unknown number of students are responding to this concern by declining to identify themselves as Asian on their applications.

For those with only one Asian parent, whose names don't give away their heritage, that decision can be relatively easy, but harder are the questions that it raises: What's behind the admissions difficulties? What, exactly, is an Asian-American — and is being one of choice?

Olmstead is a freshman at Harvard and a member of HAPA, the Half-Asian People's Association, and in high school she had a perfect 4.0 grade-point average and scored 2150 out of a possible 2400 on the SAT, which she calls "pretty low."

College applications ask for parent information, so Olmstead knows that admissions officers could figure out a student's background that way. She did write in the word "multiracial" on her own application.

Still, she would advise students with one Asian parent to "check whatever race is not Asian."

"Not to really generalize, but a lot of Asians, they have perfect SATs, perfect GPAs, … so it's hard to let them all in," Olmstead says.”

These immigrants, and their descendants, often demanded that children work as hard as humanly possible to achieve. Parental respect is paramount in Asian culture, so many children have obeyed — and excelled.

"Chinese parents can order their kids to get straight As. Western parents can only ask their kids to try their best," wrote Amy Chua, only half tongue-in-cheek, in her recent best-selling book "Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother."

But compared with American society in general, Asian-Americans have developed a much stronger emphasis on intense academic preparation as a path to a handful of the very best schools.”

Asian students have higher average SAT scores than any other group, including whites. A study by Princeton sociologist Thomas Espenshade examined applicants to top colleges from 1997, when the maximum SAT score was 1600 (today it's 2400). Espenshade found that Asian-Americans needed a 1550 SAT to have an equal chance of getting into an elite college as white students with a 1410 or black students with an 1100.

Top schools that don't ask about race in admissions process have very high percentages of Asian students.

The California Institute of Technology, a private school that chooses not to consider race, is about one-third Asian. (Thirteen percent of California residents have Asian heritage.) The University of California-Berkeley, which is forbidden by state law to consider race in admissions, is more than 40 percent Asian — up from about 20 percent before the law was passed.

Admissions preferences are sometimes given to the children of alumni, the wealthy and celebrities, which is an overwhelmingly white group. Recruited athletes get breaks. Since the top colleges say diversity is crucial to a world-class education, African-Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, and Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders also may get in despite lower scores than other applicants.

A college like Yale "could fill their entire freshman class twice over with qualified Asian students or white students or valedictorians," says Rosita Fernandez-Rojo, a former college admissions officer who is now director of college counseling at Rye Country Day School outside of New York City.

But applicants are not ranked by results of a qualifications test, she says — "it's a selection process."

In the end, elite colleges often don't have room for Asian students with outstanding scores and grades.

That's one reason why Harvard freshman Heather Pickerell, born in Hong Kong to a Taiwanese mother and American father, refused to check any race box on her application.

"In America, I identify more as Asian, having grown up there, and actually being Asian, and having grown up in an Asian family," she says. "But when I'm back in Hong Kong I feel more American, because everyone there is more Asian than I am."

"I feel like an American," she says, "…an Asian person who grew up in America."

So what’s the beef? It very simple indeed; some Asian Chinese, see themselves as better than anyone else, they study harder and are smarter, so they should have the priority to dominate all college entrances over anyone else.

In other words; it’s all about them, but not for other U.S. citizens, or ethnic groups, who deserve to have, the very same equal opportunities at universities as they have.

Those Asian Americans want to disqualify everyone else, even though most people haven’t had the same opportunity, to study as hard as they have. It’s just sheer arrogance, this is America, and universities are for everyone, not only for a selected exclusive group!

“You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand? Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?

You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.

Do you understand? If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. Do you understand?

If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney. Do you understand? Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?”

After analyzing, most victims of U.S. courts injustices, or innocents who are unjustly tried, railroaded, for crimes they did not commit, are mainly people who are ignorant, or aren’t aware, or know anything about their constitutional Miranda rights.

The United States may have the world’s best criminal justice system, but it does come with its own problems. American criminal justice system can be fallible, and innocents have been caught within those webs of American injustices.

Police interrogations, or questionings of suspects without their lawyers present, usually lead to criminal injustice’s, or accusations of innocents, who are subjected to hours of constant psychological interrogations and harassments by police interrogators.

Until someone breaks down, emotionally, mentally, and confesses for crimes they did not commit.

Television documentaries after documentaries show, the breakdowns of U.S. justice systems, whether it’s being done with end results, leading to death penalties or to by other means, such as life in prison for crimes people did not commit.

The American justice systems and U.S. courts are usually very slow to react, or admit to their errors, once innocents were being sentenced for crimes they did not commit.

The biggest obstacle towards getting fair trial for some, it’s the public pressure that is being applied on elected local officials, such as the district attorney over highly publicized crimes occurring within his district.

From the mayor on down to the police, it’s usually more expedient to locate and take someone to court, especially, when highly publicized, heinous crimes occur, regardless what the facts are. One such case of judicial corruptive travesties occurred in Norfolk Virginia.

“The Norfolk Four were Derek Tice, Danial Williams, Joseph J. Dick Jr. and Eric C. Wilson. They are four of the five men convicted in the brutal rape and murder of Michelle Moore-Bosko in 1997 in Norfolk, Virginia. The convictions of the four were largely based on confessions made by the men, which they maintain were coerced.”

Four innocent U.S. Navy sailor’s careers were destroyed, by an overzealous and corrupt police Detective Robert Glen Ford, a Chief Investigator and interrogator, who coerced their confessions after hours and hours of constant psychological abuse.

“The Norfolk Four, have alleged that their confessions – which were either signed or taped, and were the sole basis for their convictions – were coerced out of them with threats that included that they would receive the death penalty if they did not plead guilty.

The lead detective in charge of the interrogations (Ford) had been involved in a similar case known as the Lafayette Grill case in 1990. In that case, allegations were made against Ford in extracting false confessions.”

The Norfolk Four, after hours of constant interrogations, with fatigue settling in and emotionally broken, they made false written confessions, thinking that their DNA results would exonerate them from the crime later, but they were wrong!

Ignorance of the law and constitutional rights does not pay.

Even though one of the sailors, midway through his interrogation requested his Miranda Rights to an attorney, it went largely ignored by Detective Robert Ford. After briefly studying their cases, all of these injustices, travesties and tragedies to the four, could have been easily averted, had these four sailors requested their constitutional rights to an attorney from the get-go.

Just as this old saying holds true, “a man who acts as his own attorney has a fool for a client,” the same could be applied to those who do not request their Miranda rights upon arrest. Psychologists say, most innocent folks, fear requesting their rights to an attorney fearful they are showing signs of guilt.

You must request an attorney upon arrest and never, never sign any waivers, regardless if you are innocent of the crime in question.

Most innocent victims, who are being charged for crimes they didn’t commit, have the false impression that if they didn’t commit the crime, there’s nothing to worry about. And they also worry that the police would come back and say; “if you’re innocent why do you need a lawyer?”

You just smile concernedly, and say; “it’s my prerogative, it’s my constitutional right!” Don't get railroaded, you do have that constitutional right, so use it!

Another Americans are too ‘STUPID’ bill was just approved by U.S congress, and they KEEP WONDERING, why they've got low approval ratings.

“This legislation makes sense,” Representative Lamar Smith, said before the vote. “Why should American employers who seek green cards for skilled foreign workers have to wait longer just because the workers are from India or China?”

How about America’s unemployed, what about unemployed war Veterans? How long do they have to wait for jobs, FOR those jobs that are going to East Indians and Chinese instead? Rep. Republican out of Texas, Lamar Smith’s exact actions, demonstrate and portray exactly as to why, we’ve got a big problem with U.S. congress, they KEEP pandering to American Corporations and foreign interests, rather than OUR OWN!

They just do whatever they want. This sneaky bill was passed without Voters and Medias’ prior knowledge or approval. This bill was proposed by Republicans, to help provide cheaper Asian workers for U.S. corporations, under the guise of JOBS that Americans cannot do.

Highly Skilled May Wait Less for Visas “In a rare show of bipartisan comity on the angrily contested issue of immigration, the House of Representatives on Tuesday passed a bill that tweaks the visa system to allow more highly skilled immigrants from India and China to become legal permanent residents.

The bill, originally offered by Representatives Jason Chaffetz, a conservative freshman Republican from Utah, and Lamar Smith, a Texas Republican and chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, sailed through by a vote of 389 to 15. Joining as sponsors were several Democrats who are outspoken liberals on immigration, including Representatives Luis V. Gutierrez of Illinois and Zoe Lofgren of California.

The bill eliminates limits on the number of green cards based on employment that is available annually to each country. Currently, 140,000 green cards are available each year for immigrants based on their job skills, with each country limited to 7 percent of those visas. Under the bill, after a three-year transition, all employment-based green cards will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis, with no country limits.

The legislation also includes measures that will more than double the green cards based on family ties available for Mexicans and Filipinos, the two national groups facing the longest backlogs on the family side of the system. It raises the country limit for 226,000 family green cards each year to 15 percent from the current 7 percent.”

How American is that, we’ve got 13.9 unemployed, along with another possible 11 million under employed, the off radar folks, those who have exhausted their unemployment benefits.

Among their most recent bill, congress passed another bill to help unemployed American war veterans, those who are statistically the highest unemployed in the U.S., instead of making all kinds of efforts, such as providing them with JOBS, U.S. congress once again, come up with another detrimental and damaging immigration bill affecting all unemployed Americans, benefitting East Indians and Chinese instead.

Even the ever shameful, pro-unions and pro-blue collar workers Democrat Party, scrambled to support this asinine bill. Democratic politicians in Washington like to claim that they are for the American worker, the blue collar stiff, they are pro-veterans, but here is more proof on that BIG LIE and Republican lies for that matter!

Now, you can see why we’ve all got to replace this entire U.S. congress in 2012. YOU can’t come to me, and tell me, that OUT OF possible 21 million unemployed Americans, they can’t find someone, or at least one unemployed American to train for those JOBS? I don’t buy that argument at all, just as millions of Americans won’t either at the ballot box in 2012!

What a SORRY bunch! How inept are the Feds? I also understand that President Obama and U.S. congress expedited the VA’s disability system for veterans, to get their Service Connected and non-service connected disabilities quicker, within six months of application date, however, THIS is ANOTHER BIG Washington LIE, we’ve got veterans in San Francisco, who are still waiting to hear on their claims a year passed that deadline!

Oh! Just another of my usual FACT BASED rants on the net!

What’s happening in the United States, it’s what has happened in Europe? We’ve become so PC/political correctness on most issues, rather than being perceived hateful or RACIST, we’re letting Political Correctness slowly destroy/ruin this country, piece by piece, by keeping our mouths shut in FEAR to offend, rather than SPEAK OUT the truths.

One thing I noticed during my years on the net, one cannot speak or write freely, criticizing illegal immigrants or immigrants in general, regardless of the TRUTHS, and regardless how right you may be, you become scorned by others and websites around the net.

You see folks; it’s very ‘faux’ in this country these days to be writing the truths about what’s really happening with immigrants who come and live here. Criticizing whether they speak English or not, whether they are assimilating with our customs and ways, and whether they serve in the U.S. military or not, and whereby they are here legally or illegally, it not too gauche to be talking about it and less writing about it.

Prior to 2007, I’ve been thrown out of a number of discussion boards, and numerous of my comments in major websites have never been published. I have submitted written articles to some major contribution oriented news related websites, and even conservative ones, some of them would come back saying, “We’re sorry to announce, that your article is not suitable for our site audience,” but most, I never heard back from them again.

I knew that those JERKS we’re actively suppressing my ‘freedom of speech.’ I got FED-UP with it, and thanks to Google; I took on blogging, where I’m in total control of all my materials, and where I can call it as I see it, a place where ‘I can tell it like it is,’ without any worries of editing or removal of my contents.

In the end; out of the blogosphere, I have discovered two wonderful websites, where I POSTED my articles with no problems at all, Examiner.com and Zimbio.com. With Zimbio, I’ve been with them since I began my blogs around 2007, and they’ve brought me substantial amounts of traffic onto my blog throughout the past few years.

And regardless of what my rants were about, they would always accept my written contents on their websites. You see folks, both of those websites KNOW the difference between ‘criticizing’ something by using FACTS and from one being RACIST.

Just because I am pointing flaws about immigrants and our RUN-AMUCK immigration systems, it doesn’t mean, I am being RACIST, it only means that I am more concerned about those issues than most, and government needs to look into the matter and investigate better.

If you want to see, how ‘freedom of Speech’ is actively being suppressed by the Media? Take my last article that I wrote yesterday, and when I usually post on the Examiner.com, most of my articles reach a wider, and a much larger audience than my blog does.

For example, if you highlight the title of the article, copy and then paste it on Google and put quotation marks on each end, then you can immediately see who’s carried my story.

Take “A Perfect Storm; Conditions for Third Party President, May Become a Reality to Save the United States from Crony-Capitalism, Which is Destroying the Nation:” Google is showing that 252 websites have carried this news article I wrote a few days earlier.

And then do the same thing for my last, so called controversial article; “Cash Only, No Checks, Debit or Credit Cards Accepted! No Paper Trails Wanted; 47% in U.S. not paying their Fair Shares of Federal Taxes:” ONLY 7 WEBSITES, including the very reliable Examiner.com CARRIED that story!

You see folks; it’s a kind of pick and choose Media we have under the control of ‘bleeding hearts’ liberals and even conservatives for that matter, they don’t give a DARN, and never mind whether you are telling the truths about things or not, they are basically saying; YOUR article is offensive and NOT enough P.C. for us to carry, it does not meet our criteria’s to carry on our websites!

I don’t know what happened to my country, it’s not the same country I came to in 1968. It’s becoming where we are allowing immigrants to do whatever they want. Whether it’s stomping on us, abusing us, ignoring our rule of laws on immigration and Federal taxes, our current P.C. attitudes coming from the Media and politicians, lets them get away with it ‘Scott Free.’ It’s almost like they are saying, “don’t pick on those the poor immigrants, leave them alone, YOU HAVE NO HEART,” while our freaking’ nation is going down the TUBES!

The rest of us have to abide by laws, but these malcontents do not. It never used to be this way with immigrants. My father Guy A. Chamot was an immigrant too, an educated one, and I was an immigrant also, but not as educated. My father Guy had to wait in line for years, to get a proper Visa to come here, with the help of his former employer, Gulf Oil Corp.

My father Guy didn’t cut in line or demand for rights that were NEVER his in the first place, or come across the border illegally. He waited in line, like every other immigrant did at the time. Unlike most of the new immigrants we have here today. I’m horrified seeing, how the quality of immigrants have dropped, and changed dramatically from what they were back then, during my father’s time.

Today’s new immigrants, mainly undocumented aliens, don’t respect this country at all, they take whatever they can, they take more than what they put in, and they keep sucking our wealth dry, and end up taking it all back to their home countries.

Most of the undocumented’s’ don’t pay their fair shares of Federal taxes either.

When my father Guy got his Visa, I got mine about the same time, and when I arrived here around 1968, I was ten years old, with practically no American customs or with any English skills at all. I grew up in Austin Texas and there were no bi-lingual classes for me there. I was put right into the fire of education; it was learning English as quickly as possible, period, none of this or that.

My father and I didn’t go around demanding for things or rights that we weren’t entitled for. We WORKED hard to achieve them, and we PAID our fair shares of taxes too. We appreciated being allowed into the United States and we adjusted accordingly and we contributed.

I had to learn English through schools of hard knocks! I even served in the U.S. military, I am a proud U.S. Navy veteran, a VA recipient, something most of today’s immigrants don’t do or even care to do.

Living in San Francisco, or New York for that matter, gives you bigger insights into what’s wrong with our immigration systems and modern immigrants. Former immigrants like myself, get pretty turned off by most of the new immigrants, leaving bitter tastes in my mouth.

My very left-wing liberal stepmother, English as a second linguistic expert, professor at Georgetown University, in D.C., Anna Uhl Chamot and her other liberal nut-job and minion, my so called half brother, Alain Chamot, or who prefers to be called G Alain Chamot don’t understand that.

They don’t understand America’s principal foundations, freedom of political choice and views, they don’t understand what ‘freedoms of speech’ is all about, they think I am just a right-wing nut-job and they are embarrassed by it.

Since I have high rankings on search engines, their friends cannot help correlate that we come from the same family, they are embarrassed by that, it was a kind of silent ultimatum, it’s either blog, or us kind of thing, I chose blogging, and my rights to free speech, over them, and they completely disowned me as a family since 2007.

That’s what liberals do.

Take Asians for example, other than Filipinos, of 4.8 % of Asians in the U.S.; ethnic Chinese are the largest Asian populations living in the United States, they constitute 22.4% of the Asian population, and they ARE the least likely to serve in the U.S. military according to military statistics.

However, Filipinos are the smallest of the Asian population, and they are the majority, and highly likely to serve in the U.S military. According to the Heritage Foundation military statistics, and even Hispanics/Latinos, according to their population size, are underrepresented as a whole, in the U.S. military, compared to White and Black Americans.

So before you criticize me and my works, and refuse my rights to freedom of speech, I earned the right to do so, as an assimilated immigrant and as a PROUD American, who served!

I have earned those colors, but what have they done lately for this country, called the United State of America? Not a thing, but demanding for more rights. In other words folks; if they are here, they should contribute more, at least fight for their HOME country if they have to, instead of milking us dry!
