The Menswear Site Launch New Web Site

The Menswear Site, www.themenswearsite.com represents the online presence of South Central Clothing, a leading independent retailer based in the South of England. The shops Mirage, Basement and Escape Menswear offer brands encompassing a range of today's popular fashion genres.

The website redesign of the Menswear Site is feature rich and includes Google Checkout, fraud checking, offline order screens, multi currency as well as a logo redesign. The redesign will enhance the shopping experience for the user, whilst making handling of orders and dispatch more automated.

The Menswear Site also features Touch Retail EPOS integration with their live stock control system. This system will enable maximum fulfillment of orders, with stock levels both in store and on the website updated immediately.

The Menswear Site Choose Visualsoft

We are pleased to announce that a major redesign of The Menswear Site is under way. We have experienced an increase in sales and demand for our web site, with over 1.1 million hits since January this year.
This demands a more user friendly web site and increased efficiency at the back-end to allow for an improved service to all our customers. Which is exactly what we will achieve by working with Visualsoft.

South Central Clothing, owners of The Menswear Site has appointed Visualsoft to redevelop their existing eCommerce site. Visualsoft will provide bespoke eCommerce web design, allowing the new site to enhance its web presence and improve conversion rates.
The Menswear Site features designer clothing and footwear from both its Mirage and Escape outlets, based in the South of England. Brands include Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss and Ted Baker.
The current Menswear Site is a perfect example of a site requiring a website redesign. In effect, the site has outgrown its platform and to further build sales, an eCommerce web design solution with greater scalability, and flexibility is being implemented. All aspects of the current site are being redeveloped, with a keen focus on a user friendly, secure and trustworthy shopping experience.

In an effort to continue to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service possible we have integrated a support ticket system to our site. It is a very simple system, that issues each query with a unique ticket number which can be used to check the status of your query at any time.

With this available, there will no longer be the potential for important customer emails to not reach us, or our replies not reach the customer, due to network problems or over zealous spam filters, and will help us effectively deal with queries as efficiently as possible.

The new support system can be accessed via the Contact Us/Support link from the main site.
