Your use of our WhatsApp automation services must adhere to:

3. Local Data Privacy Laws (GDPR/CCPA/etc.)

2. Core Restrictions (Meta-Critical)

You explicitly agree to prohibit:

• Spam
  • No messages before user-initiated contact
  • 24h marketing window only for template-approved conversations
• Content Violations
  • Hate speech, misinformation, or adult material (Meta’s prohibited content)
  • Promotion of banned substances/weapons
• System Abuse
  • No bulk messaging without Meta-approved templates
  • Avoid >1 message/sec/recipient (avoid account flagging)

3. Required User Actions

You must:

• Consent Management
  • Store opt-in records (timestamp, method, context) for 2+ years
  • Provide 1-click unsubscribe in every message
• Data Security
  • Encrypt sensitive user data in n8n workflows (PII, payment info)
  • Delete user data within 30 days of deletion requests
• Account Maintenance
  • Keep WhatsApp Business Profile information current
  • Monitor error rates (<5% failed messages monthly)

4. Meta-Specific Clauses

• Template Approvals
  Your message templates must pass Meta’s template review process before deployment.
• Ban Appeals
  We reserve the right to suspend services if Meta restricts your account, with reactivation requiring written proof of Meta’s resolution.
• Compliance Audits
  You grant us limited access to verify message logs for Meta policy compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• WhatsApp Business Account suspensions by Meta
• Data loss from n8n workflow misconfigurations
• Legal penalties from your policy violations

6. Updates & Enforcement

We may revise these terms with 14 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
