Secret of Evermore OST in Hiatus

Until I can find a place with electricity, or a job (so I can put the power on), it's safe to say that my OST project is on hiatus until further notice. That notice is the aforementioned conditionals.

The Secret of Evermore OST Remake Project

The title says it all, actually.

Before the creditors come to get me, that is if I do not get this job, I'm going to recreate the entire OST of Squaresoft's (Now Square-Enix) cult classic, The Secret of Evermore.

At first it was an attempt to start a donation run on Livestream, but I forgot I do not have many people who'll want to see me make a song one at a time, for I am a really picky dude.

Just for notice, I will still do the livestreaming Saturdays at 12am-2pm, maybe making a song for the OST remake, more than likely some random songs, and maybe make it longer due to audience demands and schedule (well, and shorter due to the same reason, if I get a job, that's work, yaybooyay!!!)

And if you like me or my work, or just would like to give me a helping hand, donate!

Hello, all you happy peoplez.

Today seems to be a good day for me, despite the fact that the days ahead are hard. I know the days are going to be hard, but this is different. I know how it's going to be hard. That's usually different, right?

Yeah, in my coffee-induced blog I am not going to explain this, for this is absolutely nothing people want to hear, me myself included. What I am here to tell you is I'm on the verge of using my server the way it was meant to be used: as a way to express myself, give to the masses, and create revenue, hopefully doing 2, wishing doing all three! Right now, I'm building a prototype image hosting site, hopefully the advertisements will build something for me prior to my induction to college, whatever college that may be. If that won't be the case, then my prototype music-hosting site will.

Their names will be Orichalcī Sight and Orichalcī Sound.

I'm known to procrastinate a lot, but I need to finish this, so at the least, if I'm not learning how to do this, I'm applying this.

Welcome to my life. It's nice to have you all here.

This is turning out to be a good day. All the rest of the moolah is gone due to my car note with more money comming and going, but that's life for you. I don't know how I wound up in the King Fancy Entertainment building, but hell, I'm not mad at the fates. Right now, it's boring. I'm not doing anything while Young Hus is doing his thing. I'm just here for the keyboarding and when he needs a more creative mind. Creative meaning crazy, experimental, or from a genre other than the norm of the city, which I don't like, but I'll listen to from time to time. It's been a while since I last came back to the homestead. The house is boring. All I do is sleep and get mad at my brother, who can't seem to want to have a serious conversation.

I look around and see the yellow walls that make the studio. It reminds me of something, but I cannot recall for the life for me. I'm away from the actual recording area, where there lies a plethora of posters showcasing Big Fancy, the HNIC. Other than that, it has a mac, a keyboard, audio interfaces, and mics, perfect for the goal of the hour.

Apperantly there was a concert last night. People were killed. I shake my head, but I knew it's just the way we work. The more people in the club, the more violent it could get. There's always a fight or 2, and sometimes death. I wish the family well, and I give them my condolences. I need to stop listening to them, however. I'm not really the nosey type. I guess it's human nature. Everybody needs to listen in on the violence, though they want to or not, though they agree with the product or not.

"Hon". I know it's a word of friendship, that's why I hate it. I was lucky to reunite with a friend. I just hate it when emotions start to flare up. Sometimes, I wonder if what I'm doing is borderline flirting. It doesn't matter. Besides, love is an everything thing. It's better to love and lost than to never love at all. I'm just glad we're friends. If I maintained a friendship with her, then I must be doing something right. Hell, the fact that I have half the people I had crushes on makes me feel like I'm at least tolerated. That's a good thing.

I have nothing more to say. Curtis Mayfield hits my ears as I ride the Impala home. Pray for me as the blue sky hits my eyes as much as it hits your own.

In Remembrance of Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes

As I go through the harsh forests of the internet, I come upon this great find!

Chrono Trigger: Crimson Echoes was going to be a Rom Hack of Chrono Trigger, designed to bridge the story of Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.

From what I played on a demo floating around (forgot where, though) It had a great story, and to be immersed in it by playing as the story unfolds was like Zeal, pun intended.

But... SquareEnix gave them a Cease and Desist order, and that was the time, folks!

In Remembrance of Chrono Resurrection

Now, with me being more of a classic video game player, I like to play Chrono Trigger. Now, with me being more of a video game hack enthusiast,I like to play Chrono Trigger Hacks With that in mind, when I find something that's not a hack, being a programmer, I get my jollies up.

And such, was Chrono Resurrection, which I learned about long ago, however, I learned about it way after the cease-and-desist order from SquareEnix. kick O' the nuts right there.

I know most of you, if reading this blog, knows what Chrono Resurrection is, but to the few who do not, here's the skinny.

Chrono Resurrection was a 3d remake of Chrono Trigger. It was going to do various events, not really a full fledge game, though, but still was great to know about a fan game as beautiful as this.
