There is so much joy in waking up to the aroma of coffee brewing but more so is hearing the little voices of grandkids.

I enjoy the visits and having the grandkids scampering around the house, climbing up on my lap, walks around the yard and sitting and discussing the joys of life (though they are still too young to understand).

They grow up fast and soon the simple way of their small world will expand and try to consume them. Giving them moments to remember, making them laugh and call your name hopefully will some how keep them young forever, at least in my memories.

So I sit here with my cup of coffee waiting for the little sounds after awakening from their nap.
