Every time I listen this song, I miss MJ. Such a masterpiece!
Enjoy ;)

"Hold me
Like the River Jordan
And I will then say to thee
You are my friend

Carry me
Like you are my brother
Love me like a mother
Will you be there?

When weary
Tell me will you hold me
When wrong, will you scold me
When lost will you find me?

But they told me
A man should be faithful
And walk when not able
And fight till the end
But I'm only human

Everyone's taking control of me
Seems that the world's got a role for me
I'm so confused will you show to me
You'll be there for me
And care enough to bear me

(Hold me)
Hold me
(Lay your head lowly)
Lowly
(Softly then boldly)
Yeah
(Carry me there)
I'm only a human

(Lead me)
Hold me
(Love me and feed me)
Yeah, yeah
(Kiss me and free me)
Yeah
(I will feel blessed)
I'm only a human

(Carry)
Carry
(Carry me boldly)
Carry
(Lift me up slowly)
Yeah
(Carry me there)
I'm only a human

(Save me)
Lead me
(Heal me and bathe me)
Lift me up, lift me up
(Softly you'll say to me)
(I will be there)
I'll be there

(Lift me)
Hold me, yeah
(Lift me up slowly)
(Carry me boldly)
Yeah
(Show me you care)
I'll be there

(Hold me)
(Lay your head lowly)
I get lonely sometimes
(Softly then boldly)
I get lonely, yeah, yeah
(Carry me there)
Carry me there

(Need me)
(Love me and feed me)
Lift me up, hold me up
(Kiss me and free me)
Lift me up sometime, up sometime
(I will feel blessed)
Yeah

In our darkest hour
In my deepest despair
Will you still care?
Will you be there?
In my trials and my tribulations
Through our doubts and frustrations
In my violence
In my turbulence
Through my fear and my confessions
In my anguish and my pain
Through my joy and my sorrow
In the promise of another tomorrow
I'll never let you part
For you're always in my heart"

A great song from LP

Take it Back by Pink Floyd

Album: Division Bell

Her love rains down on me easy as the breeze
I listen to her breathing it sounds like the waves on the sea
I was thinking all about her, burning with rage and desire
We were spinning into darkness, and the earth was on fire

She could take it back, she might take it back someday

So I spy on her, I lie to her, I make promises I cannot keep
Then I hear her laughter rising, rising from the deep
And I make her prove her love for me, I take all that I can take
And I push her to the limit to see if she will break

She might take it back, she could take it back some day

Now I have seen the warnings, screaming from all sides
and It's easy to ignore them and God knows I've tried
All this temptation, it all turned my faith to lies
'Til I couldn't see the danger or hear the rising tide

She can take it back, she will take it back some day
She can take it back, she will take it back some day
She can take it back, she will take it back some day...

Tribute to Rubin 'Hurricane' Carter

2010-10-01T07:48:00.000-07:00

Rubin "Hurricane" Carter (born May 6, 1937) was a professional middleweight boxer from 1961 to 1966 and a member of the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame. In 1966, Carter was arrested for multiple homicides in the Lafayette Bar and Grill in Paterson, New Jersey. He and another man, John Artis, were tried twice and convicted for the murders, but the convictions were overturned on appeal in 1985 and the prosecution chose not to try the case for a third time. From 1993 to 2005 Carter served as executive director of the Association of the Wrongly Convicted.
