I have yet to see Green Lantern. I am going tomorrow night, but I wanted to have a podcast that explains the character a little bit and say what I hope and expect from the film. When the film opens on Friday, June 17th, I will have my full review up for the show. Until then, use this podcast to get excited or nervous. I know I am both.

Hopefully not to many people downloaded the new Scott Pilgrim episode. I found that my editing program resorted back to a section of the podcast, so I had different sound clips cutting over each other. I will record a new podcast tomorrow and post it the right way.

However, I am currently recording another show that focuses on some awesome documentaries I saw at Sundance that have been picked up by major distribution companies.

After some great advice about podcasting, I have decided to name my podcast about film after my column title in the newspapers I write for. The Reel Perspective will be the new title of what was formerly known as The Nathan Unck Movie Podcast. I just wanted to let as many people know as possible.

I will still be recording the shows the exact same way with the same ammount of time and detail I take into creating each podcast. Thanks for your support.

Finally! Episode 2 is here and ready to go. Thank you to all of you who have been patient with me in getting this show off of the ground. After Episode 1, my computer crashed. It took almost a month to get it back, but by then I was busy with two stage plays and some other crazy stuff. So, thanks again.

This week I will discuss the Hollywood Calendar and preview some films from the Fall and early Winter season.

I promised myself that with the podcast, that I would keep things going and try to have one new episode a week.

As you can tell, I have already fallen behind. I was asked to join an awesome cast for a play when someone dropped out at the last minute, and hardly had any time left to record and edit the show.

And now, here is the worst part. When I finally finshed rehearing and opened the play, our hard drive on our computer crashed. So, we don't have the podcast up and going. Hopefully it won't be too long. I actually had episode 2 ready to launch, I just needed to load it online. I hope the data can be recovered, but only time will tell.
