<p>And you&#8217;re reading my uncensored review of what I really thought about Herbal Detox.</p>

<p>Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking of buying Herbal Detox, there wasn&#8217;t many real reviews around.</p>
<p>So, I thought I&#8217;d do a quick write-up to help any of you who are in the same position I was.</p>
<p>But be warned, I&#8217;ll be going into the good and the bad points of Herbal Detox, so if that&#8217;s not something you want to read, you might may as well leave now.</p>
<h3>My first impressions of Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>From the moment my kit arrived I knew that I had bought a quality product.  The packaging was very professional and elegant.  When I opened the box, I discovered a full color instruction booklet with over 50 pages of content.  The booklet included all the instructions I needed to complete the detox program, plus some really helpful recipes for foods to make and eat during the cleanse.</p>
<h3>What Herbal Detox has helped me achieve:</h3>
<p>All that said, I wasn&#8217;t really sure at all what to expect from the program.  It&#8217;s true that the box and booklet looked good, but would the herbs actually work for me like the website said they would?</p>
<p>I have to say that I came into the program a bit skeptical and hopeful at the same time. I did the detox because I really needed to make some changes in my life &#8211; especially in terms of my bad eating habits, which led me to being 60 pounds overweight.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t expect the program to help me lose all that weight, but I did hope that it would help me lose some.  I was shocked that I didn&#8217;t lose anything for the first 5 days even though I followed the instructions to a &#8220;t.&#8221;  I even wrote a letter to customer support, which, by the way, was very responsive.</p>
<p>Anyway on the second half of the cleanse I did lose almost 8 pounds.  But more important than that, my cravings for sweets and especially fried foods all but disappeared.   I credit that result of the herbal detox with helping me lose an additional 27 pounds over the past 3 months.</p>
<h3>The top 5 things that I learned from Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>I did learn a lot.</p>
<p>First, that I can change my eating habits.</p>
<p>Second, that I actually do enjoy eating less now.</p>
<p>Third, detox really can help skin clear up too.</p>
<p>Fourth, it&#8217;s really not that hard to do</p>
<p>Fifth, i plan to continue to do a detox once a year or so.</p>
<h3>What I find most useful about Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>There are a lot of postives, but what I found really great about this program is that I was able to continue my daily routines and daily life while I was taking the herbs.</p>
<p>Other programs I&#8217;ve tried basically required me to take off work and stay home because they were so intense.</p>
<p>This progam really lets you detox and still have a life!</p>
<h3>Who would benefit from purchasing Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>Anyone who needs to improve their health and outlook should at least look into this program.  I know for me, in addition to losing the weight, I&#8217;m also feeling better about myself than I have in many years.   I&#8217;m doing more, having more fun and enjoying my friends a lot more.</p>
<h3>What I think was left out of Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>In the end, this program is not quite perfect.  I think it should really go for a few more days.   Next time I think I&#8217;ll plan to strectch the herbs to 12-14 days.</p>
<h3>How quickly Herbal Detox can help someone:</h3>
<p>In my case it was after day 5 of the program that I started to notice health benefits.   My mom did a cleanse after me and she noticed changes within 2 days.  My sister did one too, but her changes didn&#8217;t come till about 10 days in.   So, really I guess it depends on the person.</p>
<p>What I am confident in saying is that you will notice some benefits.</p>
<h3>Proof that Herbal Detox really works:</h3>
<p>I was impressed by the testimonials on the website.  That&#8217;s why I bought the program in the first place.</p>
<p>For me, the proof is in the fact than I now weight less than when I was a teenager. I</p>
<h3>Negatives about Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>It&#8217;s not really a problem with the program, but you do need to follow through and stick to the diet.  So, you&#8217;ve got to be disicplined.</p>
<p>I have also heard that cheaper imitation products out there contain ingredietns that may not be safe, so be careful with that.</p>
<p>I didnt&#8217; have to worry about it with the pogram I tried because they herbs they use are all 100% natural and pure.</p>
<h3>Additional skills or tools needed to get the most out of Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>Not much is needed here really, except a willingness to go through the process and follow the instructions.</p>
<p>Next time I do it, though, I&#8217;m going to do it with a friend.   That&#8217;s much more fun and easier since you have someone to talk to about it.</p>
<h3>My final words about Herbal Detox:</h3>
<p>I plan on doing a cleanse again later this year.   I know I&#8217;m going to get the last 15 pounds off by then.</p>
