You are your own Breath/Light. We use the terms Breath and Light interchangeably for Breath is the fusion of Dark and Light. In the stillness of Breath there is no duality only the oneness of Masculine and Feminine—Dark and Light uniting to form Creation. Light is your Essence.

To Breathe does not mean you are outside of the physical world. That would be missing the point altogether. To breathe is to invite everything that no longer serves you to come forward into the Light of your Soul for resolution and integration and takes a courageous and dedicated being, indeed. It takes one who is brave and dedicated to remembering the Truth of his or her own Light Being-ness.

Dare you know who you are and from whence you came to planet Earth?

Be still and know.

“If you will remember, some time ago we explained how, as the earth was formed and made ready for human inhabitation, there were gigantic crystalline spires of Living Light implanted deep within the Earth that also extended high into the skies above ground. These sentient spires, which surrounded the world, were the receivers and senders of the sacred geometric codes of Light from the Great Central Sun, and the energetic codes/frequencies of the Earth were then radiated back into the higher realms so that the great Beings of Light could monitor the progress of Earth and humanity. These magnificent pillars of Light were also used to modify and refine the Divine blueprint and the frequencies of Light which were being sent forth onto the Earth and throughout the grid system. When the Earth fell into the density of the third/fourth dimensions, there was a dramatic increase of cataclysmic events whereby most of these great spires were broken, shattered and buried deep within the earth. Only a few of these magnificent sentinels remain; however, they are disguised by a cover of plant material or layers of soil and rock. Most all of the wondrous crystal friends that are returning to you during this miraculous age of transformation are fragments of those great spires. Is it any wonder that they have become so precious to you as they help you retrieve some of the wondrous memories of your ancient past and create visions of your home among the stars?”

And so you find yourself once more back in the lands of your ancestors. Does it not seem strange that you keep returning to these lands (southwestern United States)? Of course, it is not strange at all for you and I have walked these lands and shared many adventures together. We have walked the canyons and trails sharing our stories and speaking of adventures…and of the time in the distant future that we would once again walk the path of life together. We did not foresee then that you would become human once more and I would remain on this side to work with you and once again share our energies together in this way.

We spoke of a time when all two-leggeds would reach the place of departure from the old ways. We spoke with much love and compassion of the day awakening would come to all, not just the few as was the case for so long.

I still remember our last walk upon the lands of what you now call Mesa Verde, the green table, and we knew that it was time—that our work was done. It was time to go. And we looked into each other’s eyes and each other’s soul and we made our promise that in a new day and a new time we would once more look into each other’s hearts and remember. That is why you returned to these lands so many times—not aware but yearning for the memories of happy times yet ready to make knew memories in the time of the Great Awakening—the time of the return of White Buffalo Calf Woman—the Feminine energy and the Wisdom to and for all Humans.

And so it is, dear one, we know you as Adahm, the one who listens to the Wind. For you always listened for Spirit upon the wind—even during your lives as a sleep walker. We know you remember your first visit (in your current lifetime) to Mesa Verde. As you stood upon the precipice overlooking the canyon, we came upon the Wind to you from behind and, brushing past you, we heard you exclaim, “Oh my God! They’re still here!” And it was so, though it took a few more years for your awakening to the one you have called, “The Chief.” And so it is with great joy and love that you and I once again unite in our common love and our common work together—you on that side and I, Kuntar, on this side. We continue our work as “bringers of the dawn,” a phrase coined by the dear one, Barbara Marciniak ¹  for we are from the Stars—Star Seeds—planting the seeds of light upon a darkened planet Earth. And now we continue our work of the harvest, reaping the expanding consciousness that is upon our beautiful Earth.

Oh, the joy that we have that you at last remember. At the perfect time, old friend, at the perfect time.

Now we would speak further regarding your writing of yesterday. You wrote of breathing Earth and Sky. We would with your permission expound upon this important awareness. [Yes, of course.]

As you have written, many languages use the same word for air, wind, breath, and Spirit. Woniye wakan, Lakota; Ruahk, Hebrew; Ik, Mayan; Pneuma, Greek; Ha, Hawaiian; Spiritus, Latin; and so on. Is it not interesting that the only word in English which comes close is “Holy Spirit?” And even that is now separated and distinguished from air, wind, and breath. Even the language expresses the influence of the duality belief (lie) of the Christian Church that to be human is to be separate from Spirit.

Humans created all these words in so many languages to remind yourselves to Breathe your own Spirit Soul. Culture after culture, lifetime after lifetime, until the last two thousand years or so, you reminded yourselves to Breathe. Conscious Breath UNITES Human and Spirit, just as Wind UNITES Earth and Sky. As you felt this Truth this morning on your walk on the streets of Santa Fe, you reminded yourself to listen to the Wind once more. As the Great Uniter, She brings the Breath of Life to all beings and to all Creation. You have heard your scientists speak of “solar winds.” Even they assist in the awakening to Wind, Life, All That Is, Wakan Tanka, however you wish to phrase it, Spirit is all things.

We wish to remind all Humans to breathe Life for it is through this sacred wind that you awaken into your true selves for you are all Sacred Spirits. The Great Uniter, Wind (Breath), will gently nudge you awake so that you see yourself for who—and what—you truly are.

May the Wind of Life remind you of your own Spirit and unite you, the Human with You, the Spirit, and to your own Wisdom of what the First Peoples have called, White Buffalo Calf Woman. She is Wisdom of Soul. She returns now to your heart bringing the Joy of Life to all Humans regardless of race, creed, color, or belief. She returns to the hearts of all who choose to unite Masculine and Feminine and bring an end to duality. (Oh, many of the Humans will choose to play the duality game for a time and there is an Earth prepared for them until they are ready to join you in Unity and Awareness.)

We are so honored and Joy Full that you have allowed us to speak through you to all who might view these energy words. Many are seeking a new path, a new breath, a new wind upon which to soar into the Sun of their own Spirit.

We bring you greetings of deepest Love and greatest Compassion for your ways have been long and steep upon the road of Human life experience. We are pleased to join you now in awareness and walk with all of you into the greatest adventure of all. We are so happy once more to be with you, our old friends.

With the highest honor, we say, “Until we meet again,” for we never say, “Goodbye.”

This is a great time of change that you have created. It is time to put away the dogmas, beliefs, and theories of the past. Yes, there are energies bombarding your Earth but they are not the cause of the change. There is no great Manipulator of Energies out in the Cosmos sending rays of new energy to you which will cause a new Age of Enlightenment.

It is you, dear ones, who are creating the new energies and the changes. You know this but isn’t it time to share what you know with others who are ready to move beyond? It does not matter how you share your Truth. You can write books, novels, poetry, songs, music. You can walk, talk, stand on your head, and breathe. Most of all, you can share by living your truth day by day.

By the way, we purposely did not mention “channeling” as a way to share. All the things we listed are channeling so get over your thinking that you do not or cannot channel. You channel constantly and we encourage you to acknowledge this ability within yourselves.

And so now we would speak with you about breathing, yet once again.

Take a deep breath into your belly, your abdomen. Allow this breath to flow through your being. Feel the warmth of your own Soul Breath spreading from the top of your head into your fingertips, down through your body into the tips of your toes, then into the Earth. Breathe in slowly through your nose down through your body into the Earth. As you exhale feel the circular path of your breath rotating from Earth, through you to Sky, then back again.

This Conscious Breathing creates harmony through you, the human stewards of Earth, between Earth, Sky, and Human. You as the new Earth Stewards balance the Earth changes allowing them to cycle with greater ease and grace. You are much more than mere human and through your Conscious Breath you send the message of ease and grace throughout your being and simultaneously throughout Creation. Breathe in and receive your Soul Blessings of Love and Compassion. Breathe out and send your Love and Compassion throughout Creation.

You and your Conscious Breath are indeed powerful and instrumental in allowing more graceful Earth Shifts and Changes. Get out of your way and allow your radiance to shine forth into all of Creation. You need not fear your strength or other humans’ response to it. Just allow yourself to be the Divine Human you really are for it is time.

Many centuries ago you planted the Light Seeds with Yeshua and now is the time of harvest. Now is the day you have been longing for and we are here to remind you that it is YOU who the ones who volunteered to bring Consciousness of All That Is into Human form. Today is the day, now is the time.

We are the Council of Light and we love you dearly. You are the ones we have been waiting for.

For centuries you struggled to keep the hope alive that one day the seeds would activate and it is so. We have worked with you all along your journeys even when you fell into deep sleep and forgetfulness. But buried deep within your genetic code was the trigger that we planted so that when the time was appropriate you would awaken into the True Self of your own Divinity. After our first coming, the world chose to walk into darkness and ignorance that was fostered by the Romans through what came to be known as Christianity. We know you tried to preserve our message of Love and Compassion in the scrolls and volumes some of which were finally discovered in your time, but the humans back then were not ready to forgive themselves and embrace Love.

Many of you have shame and guilt that somehow you were not good enough or strong enough to make humanity understand our message of compassion. Those of you who understood tried to record and save our words in the hope that one day, there would a time when the hunger for Truth would grow so strong that the Truth of Love would come forth. We tell you now that day has come. Of, we do not say all will be ready to forgive themselves and move beyond duality of dark and light, good and evil, for they fear their own darkness and death more than Love. But the time is here in this now moment that many have heard the call to awaken. It has been difficult at times to love and forgive yourselves for your perceived shortcomings and to embrace your own darkness. It has even been difficult for many of you to embrace your own Light Truth.

You have been invited to speak the worlds, “I Am God Also,” but they stuck in your throat. You have been invited to your own “I AM” but you have feared that you are not worthy. So many of you persevered and continued to try to face and embrace your own demons of guilt, shame, and worthlessness. So often we have watched you fall but get back up again and breath by breath find the courage to awaken more and more in your True Self. The clouds of mass consciousness—or we should say, mass UNconsciousness— have been thick and murky, indeed. But the Christ Seed has germinated and you have found the courage and compassion within yourselves to embrace this Truth that is springing up from within your very DNA.

And so it is, dear ones, that we on this side continue to encourage you to forgive with compassion for your long journey to fully awaken to your True Self.

So many of you worked to preserve our messages of love and compassion. You preserved our message that each human, regardless of what they are or what they have been or done, is worthy of the Love of All That Is, that each one is a child of God and an expression of the Unknowable and Unspeakable.

And so we want you to know that I AM and will always be by your side as you continue to awaken. In this day do not concern yourself with the others and their choices. It is for you to continue to breathe in Life and Love and open further to your own True Self. It is in this awakening that you enable any others who may choose to awaken also. Let go of the past teachings from the Ancients and from what came to be called Gnostics and Essenes. These writings that you worked and died to preserve are now only reminders of our message. Now it is time to expand beyond the possibilities of yesterday into the full Truth of the present moment. It is time to release the energies of Gnostic and Essene beliefs and experience Truth beyond belief.

The Kingdom of Heaven is here right now, not off in some fantasy away from Earth. It is here right now within each and every one of you. You are the Heaven and the Christ you have been waiting for and seeking. The journey home is complete. Home is here right now. Heaven is here right now for your acceptance and joy. We know it may be difficult for many to forgive and let go of the duality game they love to play, but enough of you have chosen Truth over belief, Experience over dogma, and Love over fear, to activate the Light Seed.

And so it is with great joy and love for you, the faithful servants of the Light, that we embrace you and hold you close just as we did so many centuries ago when we walked Earth together, sharing our love with each other and those who were ready to hear and see beyond our words. Our love and compassion for you has never waned over the tumultuous centuries, even when you felt alone and abandoned.

So, we invite you now to feel our embrace and know that I, Yeshua, and your own True Self are with you now and forever. We Are with you in your darkest hour and your brightest days. Let yourself feel our Truth and your Truth for you are sons and daughters of God. Let no person, church, or institution ever tell you again that you are anything less than a Divine Expression of All That Is.

I Am Yeshua and I hold you close to my heart in all compassion. You are dearly loved.

And so it is now and forever more.

Tears welled up into my eyes as I just sat swinging gently to and fro taking it all in and reveling in the small pleasure of the moment. I became aware, clearly for the first time in my life, that I was in the midst of Joy Itself. As I opened further to this new awareness, my Soulself began to speak quietly, the way She always speaks to me.

“Terry, this is what we have meant by the word, ‘Joy.’ For so long you have been thinking about and seeking the meaning. You thought Joy was a new car, a new lover, a trip to the mountains, a stroll along the beach, attending the next spiritual workshop, or some grand, exciting epiphany. Yes, it’s true these things are “enjoyable” but you know they last only for a time. These simple joys you are experiencing in this now moment are joys that last from each moment to the next.

It is so simple, this Joy. It has been with Us, you and me, forever. We have always been here with you, waiting for this moment when you could once more feel Us around you. You see, when you feel Us, you feel everything. Your awareness encompasses all of Life, just as in our past life experiences as First Peoples. You experience the Earth for She is Life. Life is not just what you call ‘natural’ things. Life is all, even the scent of automobile exhaust fumes that are carried to you on the wind currents.

To embrace life, is to simply embrace everything even those things you judge as bad or wrong or unnatural. Everything is natural regardless of what you think. So many times you looked for Us in other things and other places, but here We were—and here We are. YOU are the Joy you’ve been seeking. Joy that we speak of is the awareness of Now. This is the sweetness of Life. This is Joy.

And so, dear one, let me take your hand and walk with you into Now, into Joy of Being.”

I just sat there swinging, allowing myself to settle into this new and simple Truth. I remembered touching this Joy from time to time and how I dismissed it, thinking there had to be more to it. But there isn’t really. At least not for me. There is such peace and guiet in this Joy. Of course, my mind still wants to question and analyze. But here we are, my Soulself and I, holding hands and breathing Life together.

We want you to know that the changes you have created are effecting everything. Your bodies are changing even as the Earth body changes. You are in the midst of a massive quantum leap for all of Creation. You are Master Creators and you are still discovering how to fit into the physical world. You keep trying to figure out how it will work in the physical world. Do not concern yourselves with this for you do not need to make your vibration fit into the an old world energy. As you shift you are at the same time creating a new world into which your vibration is a perfect fit for it is tailor-made for you.

As your body undergoes its re-creation, you are experiencing headaches, aches, pains, unusual and unfamiliar sensations. Your mind wants to immediately go into fear that something is wrong. We tell you now that the only thing that is happening is change—transformation that we have spoken of before. You are creating through your conscious breath and conscious choice the transformations that you need to carry you through into the new Earth or into the New Energy as you like to call it.

As you know, there is a growing gap between those who choose to awaken and those who choose to remain in the darkness of ignorance. This gap is not being created outside of you or being projected upon you. You are creating it for you have chosen to awaken no matter what may happen, even at the loss of family and friends who may not choose to awaken at this time. It is your determination, courage, and dedication to discovery of All That You Are that has manifest these sweeping changes that reverberate across time and space.

We from this angle of view see all this clearly and we tell you now that what you searched for and hoped for is at hand. You, instead of continuing to wait any longer, chose to take matters into your own hands and move forward no matter what. We remind you that “in your hands” is exactly where this change and responsibility lie. The elementals, the cetaceans, the Anasazi and Maya have all given over to you the stewardship of Earth and Earths yet to come.

You are taking your rightful place as Stewards of Creation and you do so by choice, not by confrontation and demonstration, but by choosing to breathe Life into the Truth of Who You Are. Your choice to walk the Earth as a human embodiment of your own Soul, your own Godself, in full conscious awareness has germinated the seeds of awakening throughout Creation. All of Creation has been waiting for this time. They have been waiting for you. As you have been told, “You are the ones you have been waiting for.” You are the ones we all have been waiting for.

So take us off the pedestals that you in your sleep placed us on and assume your place, side by side with us, your angelic brethren, for we, too, are ready to move forward into the new energies of Creation.

You are dearly loved throughout Creation for you are the ones who volunteered to go forth into the Unknown to explore All That Is as never before. When you left Home little did you know that the adventures of exploring All That Is would actually create a time like now in which Home would find you, even as you were trying to find your way back Home. From the moment you left the Home of All That Is, Home, too, would never be the same for when you left on your adventures, you took a piece of Home with you and All That Is could not rest until all the pieces were back together.

But nothing is the same and will never be static for All That Is is constantly expanding and creating more and more and you are the instruments of that change and creation. As creators, you put legs on the expansion of creations.

And so Home has come to you and it is through your awakening that you become aware of Home and your own Divinity and your own piece of the great puzzle of All That Is. You in your awakening can look at the image in the mirror and know without question: “I Am That I Am.”

We are the Council of Light and we love you dearly. Welcome Home, dear ones, welcome Home. We so enjoy your willingness to awaken and share with us your experiences as we continue our adventures together as fellow travelers upon the paths of Creation.

We are on this day wishing to bring you encouragement on your journey. You continue to create massive change, even when you feel a bit overwhelmed by the chaos that change generates. You have heard the discussions of the “collapse” of your various systems. We invite you to see these events in a new way. Instead of “collapse” we prefer the word, “transformation.”

In truth, nothing is collapsing. Your social, economic, political, and religious systems are undergoing massive transformation, just as you are. We have heard you speak of how your old ideas, beliefs, and identities are now “gone.” You think they have “collapsed.” Dear ones, it is transformation, not destruction. It is change, not death. We wish you to know that transformation is occurring on this side of the veil, also, thanks to you. And we do not thank you in sarcasm. We truly thank you for the transformational times for it allows us to expand and grow with you.

And so it is with great love and compassion that we remind you of your great work. It is appreciated more than you know. There is more to come with increasing speed, as you near 2012 and thereafter. The Mayan emissaries planted the seeds and held the energies with the ones you call Anasazi until it was no longer necessary—when you could take the mantle of Creator.

Transformation does not come easily to most humans. Even your American First Peoples could not welcome the massive transformations that came to their beloved lands of what you call North America. Even today, they still struggle with the letting go of the old ways. And so it is that the global transformations are shaking up and challenging Earth people in the same way. You know from first hand experience what it takes to let go of old ways and that gives you deep clarity as to what the rest of the world is now going through.

Around your world, many are leaving the planet through storms, floods, earthquakes, drought, famine which sounds like calamity. We assure you there is no calamity or collapse. Just transformation.

The tighter anyone tries to hold the old systems to keep them from transforming, the more difficult the experience. You know this from your own experiences.

You are witnessing the obvious transformation of your monetary and political systems, most recently demonstrated in your U.S Congress. Barak Obama did not come here to preserve the status quo. Many of you wanted him to help preserve and strengthen what you call liberalism. It is obvious that is not his purpose. His purpose it to ease the transformational process, not try to conserve the old ways. You cannot figure him out because he truly does not fit any of the old models. That can be frustrating for many of you and he is feared by many others who are trying desperately to hold together the old belief systems. These forces are clearly evident.

As you can see by your news that these forces are exerting whatever influence they have to prevent the transformations. These forces are on Earth in human form and still others work through humans who, consciously or unconsciously, allow them to. We do not wish to stir your fears. There is nothing to fear but we do intend to provide our perspective for you to discern for yourself what is true and what is not. You are safe and the information we provide is for your understanding for so many of you see the unfolding events and wonder why things are not changing more smoothly.

You may have heard the expression, “When Light hits, Dark gets tough.” There is some truth in that because Dark resists the Light, not from some evil intent, but from fear. Dark has performed its duties as repository of duality for so long, that it is reluctant to release its purposes. Dark is afraid of being consumed by Light, just as many of you fear being consumed by your own Soulselves. Like you, Dark fears that it will disappear into nothingness if it integrates and unifies with Light.

Transformation is not death. Transformation is integration of Dark and Light into a crystal clear Light of Unity. You see, Light itself is transformed when it integrates with Dark, for as long as they exist in duality, they, too, are not whole.

Allow yourself to acknowledge your own fear of your Soulself and your distrust of Her and then consider the events of your times. Humans, the creators, have a deep abiding fear of disappearing into nothingness and have created many religious beliefs out of a desire to create an eternal existence in the “afterlife.” We tell you now that you have tried to re-create that which you already are: an eternal and everlasting Soul. But because you have not yet fully remembered who you are, you continue to cerate or seek eternal life. You cannot create or find what is already. What Is, Is. The Isness of You is the Truth of You. You Are. It is our intent to assist you to awaken into the Unity of You. The integration of all parts of you, light, dark, and indifferent into the Unity with your Soulself is important for the continued expansion of all creation.

Practicing your breathing is the most gentle path to integration with All That You Are. Through the Breath, you gently release your fear of Self. You begin to realize that you cannot disappear into nothingness. Instead you become more clear as to your true identity as a creator-god-being..

We know many of you still fear your own Soulselves even as you practice your breathing. Even this one, Terry, has acknowledged that he has yet to take the one deep final breath into his own Soulself. (He gives us permission to use this example.) He has acknowledged his own fear and doubt, even as he continues to practice Breath. So many of you are in this same place of doubt and of who you are. On the one hand, you “believe” who you are and on the other, you cannot fully integrate into You for there is a large aspect of you who is fearful of losing totally its identity.

You identities are not who you are, but you have come to believe in them. Even as he writes, this writer is in doubt of our words, but wants so much to move beyond doubt and fear, that he allows us to speak to him—and to you, dear ones—to remind all of you that you are Divine and Eternal and you always were.

It is from your desire to release your amnesia that you call on us to remind you that you are our family, that you are much more than physical human identity. And so we continue to work with you, our family, to assist with your remembering. And you are remembering for your world would not itself be in the throes of transformation if you had not first chosen to awaken to All That You Are.

You are Divine Creators and just as you have undergone your own sometimes painful transformation, so, too, is the rest of your creation following in your footsteps.

And so we wish to reassure you that all is well and we encourage you to continue to breathe and, with ease and grace, remember who you are.

You are not disappearing. Rather, you are becoming MORE. You are, through your integration, expanding into the true You and into true Life. You are becoming whole.

We are the Council of Light and we love you, each one of you, so dearly and so completely.

It is a time of shifts and changes that come to you and you feel the anger and bickering that is taking place all around. This unsettledness is stressing everyone. Just keep talking to the Angel of You. Send these parts of you to the Soulself. You do not need to figure out if the parts or aspects really are yours or not. Just send them to the Angel. No need to try to figure it out. Your mind loves to analyze and decipher and place everything into its own category. There is no need for that. As you know, you can just direct everything to your Higher Self. Give it all to your Soulself. She has been holding all these facets for you setting them aside until you awaken enough to consciously direct these emotions/aspects to come back to Soulself. Simply send these facets Home. Take a deep, conscious breath and welcome them Home to You. Soulself has so much compassion that she wants you to send everything to her. It’s called integration for a reason. You are bringing back together all the disparate parts of you into wholeness of Being. There is nothing woo-woo or mysterious about this. You have experienced many things over your lifetimes on and off the Earth. During those experiences, you created a wide variety of facets of yourself.

These facets can be brought back into the unity of your consciousness through conscious breath and conscious choice. Simply and consciously choose to send these aspects of You Home. to the Unity of You, your Soulself. If this seems too simplistic to you, it is because of a belief that the spiritual awakening is painstakingly hard and laborious. That belief has outlived its usefulness, hasn’t it? You have tried that approach for many lifetimes. Perhaps you could take another way.

Breathe. Receive. Integrate.

It might help if you “personified” your facets. Their names could be, “Sad,” “Happy,” “Light,” “Dark,” “Scared,” “Elated,” “Hurt,” “Heartbreak,” “Abandoned,” “Alone,” or “Sexy.” And so on and on. Emotions, in general, are facets and mind creations. Feelings, on the other hand, are intuition, knowingness, gnosis, and awareness. In other words, emotions are superficial feelings. That’s why they are so ephemeral. Feeling is stable, solid, peaceful. Emotions are reactive and run away with you, or rather, you run away with them. They fluctuate wildly and madly. Up one minute, down the next. Feeling is quiet, calm, responsive.

Now the word “joy” has so many interpretations but what most humans call joy is actually excitement or ecstasy. These are emotions. Real joy is contentment, steadiness, and just being without external stimulation, coming from within. Emotion is reaction to an outside influence or event. It is a reaction to external stimuli. Feeling is internal allowing. Feeling responds; emotion reacts. Feeling is in response to stimuli. Response is observing the external. Response is not cold, but it is compassionate and by that we mean allowing the experience without judgment. Emotion reacts from duality. Right/Wrong, Good/Bad, Love/Hate, all judgments. Feeling responds from oneness. Emotion is an amusement park thrill ride. Feeling is gliding, evenly and smoothly.

Aspects, or facets, reveal themselves usually through emotions. When an emotion, say sadness, comes knocking on your door, you open the door and say, “Sad, go talk to the Angel. I don’t know what to tell you. Go talk to Her.” In this way, you integrate those aspects or facets of you that come to you for integration. That is why they show up. Integration is bringing all the different facets of you and your lifetimes Home to the Soulself. It is you who must choose to integrate the facets. The Soulself cannot take them, but She can and will receive them when you consciously choose to integrate even the darkest of aspects and you do have dark ones that you are usually running away from. Oh, you like the “light” ones, but you pretend the “dark” ones are not really of you. They are. They are your creations from this and other lifetimes.

If all this seems redundant, we have noticed that you forget and fall back into habitual beliefs. So, we will remind you as often as it takes that it is you who must consciously choose integration through conscious awareness.

But there is more that we want you to know. Information alone does not enable integration of the facets of you that you created over many lifetimes on Earth. You have integrated many of these facets into your Soulself but there are more. If information alone were the answer, you would have become whole a long time ago for information has come from many sources and messengers over the ages but the information that you seem to be less accepting of is the need for integration. Some of you do not accept the truth of “incarnation.” Some of you still hold to the belief that if you study hard enough you will find what you are looking for. Some of you still hold to the belief that there is someone or something which will deliver you from the world you created.

We remind you that there is a simple way that you can undertake which will assist you in integrating your facets or parts of you that still exist separately from you energetically speaking. Conscious breathing brings the strength of your Soulself closer to your physical life. Integration is the process of bringing back together all the various parts of you that are scattered across lifetimes on Earth. These aspects desire to come home to YOU. They are tired and are ready to be integrated but they await your direction. Some are waiting to see if it is safe enough. You see, you are the one they have been waiting for. You, the awakening one in this particular lifetime, is charged with the integration of your aspects. It is you who must give permission and at times direction to those facets that come forward to see if you are ready.

Conscious breathing is the way in which you can begin to trust your Soulself enough to begin working with her in the integration of aspects. Aspects will come forward in many ways. When you feel depression, there is an aspect or facets who have the energy of what you call depression. You can either allow yourself to become the depression or you can send that aspect to see the angel that is who you really are. The angel of YOU, your Soulself, is willing and able to welcome these facets home but it is you, the director, who must send the facets to your Soulself. You can say to those feelings, “I don’t have the answer for you, but she does. Go see the Angel.” You do not need to use these exact words. Use whatever expression suits you but the permission and direction are what are important. You could say, “Talk to the Soul,” of “Tell it to the Angel,” or if you know your soul name use it. The words are not critical, but the direction is. The words, sometimes spoken aloud in your own voice, contain the energy that you accept the responsibility as your own saviour. If you are feeling the energy of “sad,” direct that energy to your Soulself. You may do this over and over, for as long and as many times as necessary. There is no deadline or time limit.

If you will begin this program of conscious breathing and direct the distracting energies to your Soulself, the communication lines between you and your Soul become more clear. It is much like your Internet connections. Remember how at first you had dialup but now you have broadband with ever-increasing bandwidth. This is how your communication lines between you, the aspect of this lifetime, and your Soulself open and broaden. You are the director of your aspects, your Soulself is the director of all of you when you allow it to be so.

Use the Soul Breath to integrate. You see, you are it (see our previous message to you). You are the one who came here in this lifetime to once and for all integrate All That You Are into the oneness or wholeness of your Soulself. This is the message of Yeshua, the one you have called Jesus. His message to you is, “You are Divine. You are a Divine Spark of All That Is.” We remind you of his message because many of you were involved with the Christ energy for so many centuries. Let the true Christ Consciousness that is within you guide you on your integration path. Your Soulself contains Christ Consciousness and it is through the conscious breath that you ignite the fires of transformation. When you direct your aspects to go to the Soulself, the Soulself knows how to transmute and transforms those past life energies and facets integrating them, you need not know how this works, buts it’s how you become whole. You bring all of your creations home to your Soulself.

Home is not “out there” somewhere. Home is right here, right now. You are Home already and in awakening to who you really are, you experience the truth of YOU.
