For the few followers I have or may have had, I have decided to start blogging again.

As I enter my third year of work, I feel that I am better qualified to discuss real estate in New York. I hope that blogging about the City I call home and the industry in which I work will help me to obtain more knowledge, conduct interesting conversations and build relationships.
