Once again we wanted to take this chance to say thank you to all of you that attended the screening. Due to the great turn out at the festival and the amount of high votes we got from you, we recieved a nomination from the festival of BEST OF THE FESTIVAL, AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD. It was a bright and sunny day and the honorees were escorted through the parade in brand new convertibles. So, just like in The Noogies documentary, Rocco chose to have his two best friends, shortstop Steven Caponegro and outfielder David Niedziela, by his side to ride in the car with him. Also, race car driver and Noogies 3rd baseman Mike Ficcacci was asked to drive the car for the guys. Since this was such a special occasion, we decided to send a camera with the guys. We would also like to thank Joshua Levy for his camera work along with the Italian American Club for presenting the award to Rocco. Also, do to this award, Rocco was asked to participate in Morris County’s Columbus Day Parade this Sunday, October 7th, as an honorary participant. He will be escorted in a convertible with his two best friends by his side, Steven Caponegro and David Niedziela. Of course, in their Noogie Jerseys! The parade will feature many different bands from around the county along with an Italian festival at the end.
