used to be trying to find racing seats that would fit my daily driver. I have a Subaru STi and it's crucial that you me to achieve the racing look however with added comfort for my job commute. I spend about 45 minutes driving a good way to work and i also can't sacrafice comfort. I chose Corbeau racing seats as my seat of choice. In specific for my STi I made a decision the Corbeau A4 would look the best and have the most functionality. The Corbeau A4 fully reclines in both directions. I could add Corbeau seat heaters to my car (it get's cold here)! You have to order these in pairs. I was ok buying two Corbeau A4s because I wanted matching seats. They look wonderful, fit very well and I couldn't be happier.

The recall is over a software defect that could create potential problems with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the vehicles. In the MY 2011 Buick LaCrosse and Cadillac SRX vehicles, the software in the electronic climate control (ECC) module may disable the ability to adjust the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system settings. Consequently, the driver will be unable to control the heating, cooling, and ventilation of his/her vehicle.Meanwhile, General Motors has assured that there have been no untoward incidents or accidents arising from the problem so far. Actually, the defect in the climate control electronics module was discovered in an internal test when working on a new version of the software, but not when the vehicle was on the road, by the consumer.

An Acura CV boot is a protective rubber boot that covers the flexible ends of a vehicle's drive axles. This boot contains both large and small ends, and looks similar to an "accordion funnel." A typical Acura CV boot is connected to the axle with a metal band clamp on either end of the boot that presses the CV boot against the axle to keep it in place. Inside the boot is a special grease that lubricates the CV joint. The CV boot prevents the grease from drying out. More importantly, it keeps dirt and grit from getting in and mixing with the grease to form an abrasive paste, which can cause damage to the CV joint. The CV boots flex as the CV joints curls, resulting to stress to the rubber.The outer CV joints flex more than the inner ones. As the car undergoes steering, the outer boots are more exposed to tearing. When the Acura CV boot gets torn, the CV joint should be cleaned and repacked, and the boot replaced. If a torn CV boot is not detected in time and the joint is damaged, either the joint is replaced with a new one or the entire axle with a rebuilt unit.
