As for music, I may have to search out some 'clean' versions of Party Rocker music, but as for fun, colorful and&nbsp;<b>memorable</b>&nbsp;party decorations, this would have to be it.<br /> <br /> So why am "I" so drawn to this wacky theme: It reminds me of the 1980s (insert sigh here). The neon colors, boom boxes, slap bracelets big sunglasses. Haim was found unresponsive in his apartment on March 10, 2010 and according to reports, he was likely found by his mother.
