Since there were no Uber secrets in this post I figured I'd post it in it's entirety . From the TFCC members forums, BOTCON NEWS:

"All,

I was asked to jump in here. Pete is not the one holding up anything, if you want to blame anyone, blame me. As Mr. Gallo of Ernest and Julio Gallo Winery once said "I will sell no wine before its time". Same goes for the brochure and registration system. We will not put them out before they are ready...

We have been working on the registration system for over 4 months and it is almost finished (we think, but with code, you never know). Since the desire was so great for the online system we have been holding off on everything (including the auction site, same programmer). The code is VERY complicated but we think we are almost there. You will see the brochure very soon but having registration open is TBD.

Here are some things to think about and I hope this helps:

1. There is only one tour and it will be to the Kennedy Space Center on Wednesday. There is no limit as to how many can go.

2. There will not be a tour on Thursday as we are holding that day open for you to enjoy the parks in Orlando.

3. There will be a Wed and Thursday custom class with Shawn limited to 25 people each (you can only be in one class not both). If you are holding off on booking your air because of the class...if you don't get into the class, you could always go to the parks that day.

4. Except for Southwest, I believe that it is too early to book airfare. Summer sales have not started yet. After having booked about 1,000 airline tickets over the past 13 years of doing shows, I have found the lowest rate is usually about 4-6 weeks out. However SW does not work that way and you need to book them as early as possible.

I hope this helps some. We are moving as fast as we can and we think the new system will be worth the wait.

BOTCON 2010 box set confirmed

So the Generation Lost has been confirmed to be Generation 2. With the confirmation was a photo of the Leader of the Earth born Autobots Spark(Seen left) who bares a striking resemblance to to G2 European Exclusive Pyro(also seen left).

I am still waiting to see a damned registration form with a schedule of events so I can plan my week around Botcon Events and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Star Wars Expanded Universe Getting some more love

I've been reading Star Wars expanded universe novels on and off since I was in high school. Most good some bad but all expanding on the stuff I loved from the movies. Well I might have read one book a year average until I read X-Wing: Rogue Squadron by Michael A. Stackpole. I was sucked in and read all four from his series in under a month followed by 'I Jedi' a first person story about Corran Horn. Since reading these books Corran Horn has been one of my favorite characters and I loved watching his character grow over the 4o+ years the EU covers.

So When I heard about a official figure being released I was estatic. Here is the review below.

I was doing a little shopping yesterday and while in a walmart happened across a Figure i've been looking for for months. Marvel Universe Capt. America. Review soon to come and he will be my first non Transformer review.

I also found Legends Beachcomber at a Kmart that I didn't know existed.

On top of that I found a Volton Black Lion collection DVD set for 5 bucks. I think it was a good day!

500!!!

When I did my first video at the end of April I never thought I would get a handful of subs but now in seven months I'm at 500. When I started reviewing it was a reason for me to pull a Transformer, down dust it off, fiddle with it then film my thoughts. It was and still is incredibly fun. I still get a bit of excitement when My email goes off telling me I have a new comment.

I also never thought i would meet, chat, bond and befriend people I met on youtube. Thanks to Skype I talk to a bunch of fellow Transformers fanatics almost nightly. A whole new world has been opened to me, I never thought collecting little pieces of plastic would bring me.

I thank every one of my subscribers from the first to the last for watching my Videos. I enjoy sharing my collections with others who can appreciate it. To celebrate 500 Subscribers I'll be having a little contest to thank thank you for giving me a way to share. I'll have details out this weekend in a video and again...

New Shelving preview

So I heard Big Lots was having a sale on some shelving units for 27 bucks a set and they had them in white. They were what I was looking for that I could only seem to find for 3 times the price. So, I bought 3 sets and brought them home and set them up. they are a close match to a set my Girlfriend had that I "borrowed" to display some of my collection in.

so on and off for the last 2 weekends I've been dragging my boxes out of the closet and setting them up on the shelves. Lots of dusting and some rearranging later I'm getting closer to having my Office "done". When it is complete I do plan on doing a collection video for youtube but until then here is a pic of what i had done as of last weekend. Enjoy!

And I finally got to hang some of the artwork i picked up at botcon!!!
