Hello friends
The Yellers will be doing a special free happy hour from 6-8pm on friday may 17th at the Laurelthirst Public house on NE 30th and Glisan. Come on down and see the band. We will be doing a couple acoustic sets and having a great time. Joe Chuisano will be joining us for the show and that in and of itself makes it a great show to come out. Plus its free and the Laurelthirst is one of the best places in town to see live music.

Hello friends and Fans, wishing you a mighty green weekend coming up as it’s time for another St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
The Yellers will be playing a lot of music as usual this weekend. So below is a list of the shows and we hope you are able to make it out.

Hey Friends
Tonite, at the Laurelthirst Public House, The Yellers, with the mandolin Duo Connell and Dwyer will be playing a great show with lots of surprises and new songs. Show starts at 930 and goes till 12 so come on down and hang out with us, it will be great. 3 sets of music. from gentle mandolins, to acoustic jam band to full on rock boogie set.
Hope to see you and 100 friends there. We will be playing a lot of songs from our new forthcoming LP.

Last Yellers show of 2012

Hey Everyone,
just wanted to announce the last yellers show of the year is tomorrow night, 12.11.12
from 7-9pm at the Edgefield Winery. The show is free and it is gonna be a good one with
the whole band playing and showcasing some new songs. Hope to see you there and hope you all have a happy solstice and holy day season from the Yellers.

On the radar for the future is some new song releases from our forthcoming new album which will be coming out spring of next year. we will be releasing some songs from it soon so keep in touch.

St. Patrick’s Day 2012

Hello everyone, this is going to be one hell of a st. paddy’s day, one to rival and top last year for sure. The Yellers will be playing a ton of special shows this weekend, starting tomorrow. Even as we speak, we are rehearsing for the whole shabang…
This year we are honored and proud to announce we have be enlisted as the back up band for the famous and some might say infamous Al O’Donnell and his son Conor O’Donnell. We will be playing at the best damn irish festival in the west at Kells Irish Festival in Portland Oregon. We play 2 shows on friday, 2 shows saturday, a matinee show for kids and families on sunday and then close the whole festival sunday night. In addition, the band will be doing a fantastic set of music at the Edgefield irish festival on saturday, this marking our 8th year in a row there. We will have the amazing musical genius Tim Connell sitting in with us there and at Biddy Mcgraws irish pub for our 5th year in a row of shows there as well. Al O’Donnell and his son Conor are true green as they say in Ireland, they are the real deal and this set of shows promises to be something special. Opening up for Nashville’s rising star Jessica Stiles

Hey friends, the yellers are letting everyone know of a great intimate show this saturday evening for everyone to come check out. We will be opening up for and doing a great set of music at the Beaterville Cafe Service Bay Bar in north portland before Miss Jessica Stiles hits the stage to celebrate the release of her new cd “The Latest Stiles”. She is a portland original who transplanted to Nashville and is a rising star to be seen while you can. We will be playing a lot of songs off our forthcoming new Album “Night in Dayville” as well. The show starts promptly at 9pm and is at 2201 N. Killingsworth. Stay tuned as well, our St. Patricks Day message about shows will be coming out very soon. only a week to go.

Hello everyone
the yellers have some gigs this week and both of them feature some special guests. On wednesday we will be out at the edgefield playing in the winery from 7-9 and will have the amazing Tim Connell sitting in with us playing mandolin and singing
On friday the band will be at biddy Mcgraws Irish Pub on 60th and NE Glisan. On this night we will feature a special night with Anders Bergstrom sitting in on drums for the night and Bob Dunham sitting in on guitar with us.
both shows are free and we will be playing a lot of our new songs for you and having a good time. hope to see you

Hello Friends and Fans, The Yellers just wanted to thank everyone for being a part of the music with us this past year. Thanks for coming out to the shows and supporting the band in all the ways you have. It has been a good year for the band. We had a hell of a good time at St Paddy’s day, playing 10 shows in 4 days with our great friend Conor O’Donnell of the band The Big Muddy from Wicklow Town in Ireland. We played a lot of other great shows the rest of the year and also spent some great time in the studio working on a lot of new material. We have about 20 new songs we are in the process of working up and preparing to record for some upcoming release in the new year. We are gonna do our best to make 2012 a break out year for the band. We really want to get our music out to folks, not only our fans, but to others as well, because we really believe in our songs, our message, and our band. Here’s to wishing you all a happy new year and an awesome 2012. Hope to see you at the shows we have planned. Please do the band a favor and get your friends signed up for our blog. The best way to spread the word about the band, is for folks who love the band to spread the word themselves. We want to build a grassroots movement that really truly inspires people with our songs and our philosophy. We are also hoping this year our good friends Conor O’Donnell and his legendary father Al O’Donnell will both be able to join us all the way from Ireland for Paddys Day 2012.
