A big part of eating paleo is choosing the right food to put in your body.  I found a great article about choosing the right chicken to eat.  You should really check it out.

I have been busy getting office stuff done and almost feel caught up.  This is just an illusion though.  I am still really behind.  I guess I shouldn’t be doing this blog post , but I am behind on my blog posts.

I am not one to complain because I actually like to be busy.  It is very exciting.

I believe it was Mario Andretti who said “If you are not on the verge of being out of control, you are not going fast enough.”  I think I am going fast enough right now.

Hopefully we can get our seeding done in the next 24 hours.  The Kingsland Farmers Market is going ahead and is moving forward.  The process is SLOWER than I would like and ever imagined.  But still, everything is looking very good for the market.  Over 52 vendors coming to the outside market, and lots of interest from customers who want to be there.

I can’t wait until it opens.It looks like the opening day is now July 7.  Two weeks…..

I wonder why the first market disappeared.  Once grocery stores started popping up in the city, did people just stop attending the market?  What happened and where did it go?
