I just read yet another hyped up heading on a sales page where the person claims they're making... now get this.. $23,000 Per Week! No, not per month... per week.

Now, let's do some math.

$23K x 4 weeks = $92,000 per month
$92K x 12 months = $1,104,000 annual

OK, now let's keep it real and say 33% of that goes to taxes...

$1,104,000 - 33% = $739,680 net annual income

Now, let's take our Financial Adviser to lunch; well, because IF I'm making $740K annual AFTER taxes (I don't know about YOU but) I wanna know how to STOP working and have my "money" do all the working.

The average Financial Adviser with a decent degree from a decent college can help you find a (what is called) 'high interest bearing' account. At one point; (albeit it was about 8yrs ago); I even heard about accounts that could be opened with certain law offices that would bear up to 11% per month -- granted, I never 'verified' this information..

ANYwho.. let's say we find one that bears say 5% monthly... and since we want to have 'play around with' money.. we only want to put $300K away, (this year).

$300K x 5% = $15,000 per month

That's $15K "per month" doing 'nothing'.. the 'money' did all the work.

OK, ok.. this wasn't meant to be a financial seminar. I'm NOT a Financial Adviser and anything you read here should be read for entertainment purposes only (always consult a professional for financial matters). My point is this... Have an Exit Strategy..

How can any "thinking" individual take these guys seriously when they claim to be making $23K 'per week'?? They say they've been doing this 'a while', right? They say we can 'trust' them because they've been doing this a while, right? They say they've done all this 'testing' and 'split testing' and 'tweaking' to get this "system" just right, right? After all that they're making $23K "per week" and want to show me how they're doing it.

How gracious of you... BUT...

IF you're pulling down a legitimate $23K "per week" and you're still trying to "sell" me something... well, this "method" OF making that $23K "per week".. then, I don't have any words for you because .. well... you're stupid! Sorry... but, hey... $700K net annual income should not have you trying to sell me some "method" for $97. Seriously.

You should be sitting on the beach in Guam sipping on your favorite drink ignoring cell calls from your Financial Adviser because they're trying to get you to invest in something else because they make commission off your gains. You should have another $200K in the hands of a star Wall St. player with instructions to play logically but play aggressive.

IF you're telling the truth; (which unfortunately I highly doubt); then I would advise you to go to your nearest investment house and hire a Financial Adviser. I can almost guarantee you that they'll be able to show you how NOT to have to work OR 'sell' $97 eCourses.

OH.. and please do not attempt to insult our intelligence with that line about "wanting to 'give back'".. because you can do a whole lot more philanthropy for much more worthy causes making $700K annual... okay?!

Thank you.

But we can't and shouldn't do it alone. Ensuring real control in our ever-changing world is one of the most important challenges our society faces. But it is not a challenge that just one company, or just one government can solve. It is a challenge that will take all of us--companies, advocates, academics, policy makers and users--working together. Together, we must find new and better ways to guarantee privacy today and for the future.

Privacy is alive and well. At Google, we're working to keep it that way.

I happen to like, (and use), the Google Dashboard; as it does exactly what Alma states and gives you premise of control over the data you share with Google. Although, its been proven that results vary between different states of logged in and not logged in with them; (but that’s an entirely different conversation).
