1) wash first the rice then cook it just like cooking ordinary rice.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
For the Latik(sticky coconut milk):&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1) Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan.&lt;br /&gt;
2) Stir it until become sticky.&lt;br /&gt;
3) Pour the anis.&lt;br /&gt;
4) Then mixed the cooked rice into the Latik.&lt;br /&gt;

Buwad Danngit(Dried Fish) is the cebu&#39;s famous pasalubong. Buwad danggit is originated in Cebu City. This is one of the most expensive dried fish here in the Cebu. This Cost mostly 500 php per kilo. &lt;br /&gt;

My grand mother is the one who cook Biko in our family and it really taste good if she is the one who cooked it. She uses different ingredients to improve the taste of the Biko. Since I was young our family is always cook this food at least 4 times a year.
