We have a new media option on offer available for the deep winter. Blow allows you create a 36inch logo or design made from condensely packed bubbles that can be launched into the sky and be carried away on the wind.

We think Blow would work well at events or be a good focal point for street promotion. During activity over the next couple of months the logos can be made to look like very very large snowflakes - very festive.

A City Card campaign in 48 hours

It is now possible to turn around a City Card campaign in Dublin in 48 hours, that includes printing and distribution.

Samsung/ Vodafone have been the first to do this for the launch of the new Ping. The Ping is now available at Vodafone shops nationwide.

Last weekend we did Light Walker Projections for Guinness on the 3 nights of the Jazz Festival. As you would expect from this form of Street Media we had a great reaction and interaction with the Festival Go-ers. Thank you Cork.

Denny City Card

Denny postcard, Nude Cafe Suffolk St, Dublin 2

Denny currently have City Card campaign running through our racks at the moment. This card is great use of the media. It is to support their homeis.ie campaign. Denny ask that those that pick up the cards draw a doodle on the front or write a message and then pop the card in the post to them. Postage is covered by Denny and for every card received they give €1 to the Simon Community. Cards that posted back may appear on a dedicated website. Get drawing and make a difference to the Simon Community.

Carlsberg Light Walkers

It has been a big week for Irish Soccer as we moved a big step forward in going to South Africa next summer - we qualified for the playoffs. Our Light Walkers played our part and provided colour and cheer on both Saturday and last night for Carlsberg soccer! Bring on November.

Light Walkers and Urban Screens for G250

The Guinness 250 celebration proved to be a great day and night in Dublin. There was serious buzz and great atmosphere in and outside the pubs. By all accounts some of the live music was just incredible but we didn’t get much opportunity to witness that (except maybe a couple of moments in the vicinity of Calvin Harris and wished it was longer!)

We had 6 very high quality mobile screens which we parked up outside the music venue bars and drove around various areas of the city. We think they looked pretty impressive both in daylight and at night.

In addition to these screens we were out around busy bars with our Light Walker Projections. We got a great reaction from people in the street and the crowds of people drinking outside pubs enjoying a very rare balmy night. Who do we lobby to have it again next year?

The Arthur's Day celebrations begin in Dublin at 17:59 with a global toast to Arthur Guinness to mark the 250 years since he signed the 9,000 year lease on the St. James's Gate brewery and kick off the beginning of the Arthur’s Day global events. In Dublin thousands of people will be coming together to experience the live music events in over 30 venues across Dublin from intimate gigs in pubs to music venues and even a concert at the St. James’s Gate brewery itself.

Keep an eye out for our 6 LED Trucks and 3 Light Walkers which will be displaying and projecting images around Dublin City this evening.

New postcards will be filling up our racks this weekend. Absolut Vodka are doing a City Card to promote the Absolut Fringe Festival which runs from 5th-20th September.

Offset also have a City Card campaign to promote Offset 2009 which is a week long creative festival culminating in a 3 day conference taking place in Dublin’s Liberty Hall Theatre from Friday 6th-Sunday 8th November.

Evenings seem to be creeping in a little earlier and in the spirit of that we are carrying campaigns for 2 colleges.

Griffith College are supporting their full time media courses in areas such as Photography and Applied Digital Media for more details check out their website .

AIB are using City Cards as entry mechanism for a competition they are running in 7 City Centre Branches where the winner will receive €1000 gift card for Brown Thomas. Our City Card rack is looking vibrant this month.

There is a multiple execution education campaign for the Dept of Foreign Affairs. For more details visit www.eumatters.ie.

The Ark have a campaign highlighting their visual arts summer programme for children and families which runs until 15 August.

CPA are also using our i-sites this month. The Think Contraception campaign is an integrated campaign developed to contribute to the prevention of crisis pregnancy.
