It's just great, now that I have hired a couple of people. There's nothing like serving tables and cooking for them too. That was a real talent challenger.&nbsp; So&nbsp; my menu so far has been successfull, and everyone has had nothing to say but raving reports about the food and everything that I have done with the cleaning and decorating, and well my bathrooms are diven. Cleaning, and lots of it, paint, and thank goodness for Pier 1 Imports store. Lots of customers , the locals have come in just to see the place, and there are WOW'd. We will be taking over as of May 18th and we will be open for the long weekend.&nbsp; Lots of moving and work to do in the next couple of weeks. Were going to Silver Moutain Station up in Nalalu, Thunder Bay. 16 hour drive to a beautiful part of the country, to check out the restaurant that were wanting to buy. Very exciting. I can't wait . Lots of work ahead of me, and my son. They nickle and dime you to death until you can no longer afford all the changes and stupid little things that make no difference in the end. For example: THE LABELS....I have everything on my labels but the format has to be a specific way. and you need a very expensive program, a printer, and the special paper, CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It's going to be a very busy week. I love it though. First I will get all the dough ready and in the freezer. I will make pies for Schinkel's in Chatham. Their add goes in the paper on Monday. Tuesday will be roasting all my sugar pumpkins for pumpkin pies, and making all the other pie fillings, such as cherry, blueberry, raisin(which if you didn't know is the traditional Thankgiving pie), etc. Wednesday I will be making all the different pie topping like my famous crumble,and they will go in the freezer as well until use.<br /> <div style="text-align: center;">Thrusday I will be assembling and baking and getting them in the stores.
