Christine Fitzpatrick and Christina Capo have been invited to participate in the GENERAL POSTER SESSION to be held during the 2012 Monmouth Junior Science Symposium on Thursday, March 29th at 1:00 pm in Anacon Hall, Monmouth University. They will remain with their projects, discuss their research and answer questions as they are judged by a panel of professional scientists. These students are competing for awards/prizes.

(Read More...)]]> Where can you find six violinists, one cellist, a trumpeter and a flutist, several pianists, a glockenspiel, two sopranos, a baritone, AND Bugs Bunny on a gray Saturday morning?  Right here at The Pilgrim Academy! Twenty students showed up to our second Tunes with Toons this past Saturday. Students played or sang pieces for their friends and recessed for snacks and Looney Tunes.

Many TPA students take private lessons from Mr. and Mrs. Holland, Mrs. and Ms. Peterson, other local teachers, and teachers from as far away as Pennsylvania.  Debuting at Tunes with Toons were voice students from the studio of Carolyn Holland. If you play an instrument, sing, or want to support your friends who do, don’t miss our next event!

1,000 POINT CLUB — Congratulations to Megan Marienski, Isaac Clee, and Darin Walden.  All scored their 1,000th point in basketball games last week.  Keep up the good work.

SKATE NIGHT — The Second Skate Night of the school year will be Monday, January 30.  Tickets are available through the school office.  Hurry and send in your form for tickets to this great school and family activity.  The fun, fellowship and exercise are more than worth the few dollars spent!

SUBSALE — Save the date for our next Senior Sub Sale, March 6, 2012.  See your local TPA senior to order.

HALF DAY SESSIONS — Wednesday through Friday, January 18-20 are half sessions due to mid-term exams in our upper school.  Please make sure your children have a good night’s rest and eat a healthy breakfast before coming to school.

REPORT CARDS AND TUITION — January’s tuition and all charges to your tuition account up through January 12 must be paid in full in order for the report card to be issued.  All tuition information can be viewed on RENWEB.

GARDEN STATE BIBLE SCHOOL — If you would like to study the Bible on a regular basis, consider enrolling in the Garden State Bible School Monday evenings from 7-9:30 p.m.  It’s not to late to enroll.  The following courses will be taught.  The Major Prophets, Ecclesiology, and Apologetics.
