Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls.

a nice cold hug - 2015.01.02

2015-01-03T02:09:00.000+08:00

When I feel it deeply, I don’t want to let it go.
It becomes a comfort. I want to cloak myself under its heavy weight
and breathe it into my lungs.
I want to nurture it, grow it, cultivate it.
It’s mine.
I want to check out with it, drift asleep wrapped in its arms and not wake up for a long, long time.

To the waters and the wild

With a faery, hand in hand,

For the world's more full of weeping than you can understand.

oh when the tides come rolling in - 2014.12.29

2014-12-29T11:22:00.000+08:00

He no longer dreamed of storms, nor of women,
nor of great occurrences, nor of great fish,
nor fights, nor contests of strength, nor of his wife.
He only dreamed of places now and the lions on the beach.
They played like young cats in the dusk
and he loved them as he loved the boy.

2014-12-27T11:47:00.000+08:00

Tears, idle tears, I know not what they mean,

Tears from the depths of some devine despair

Rise in the heart, and gather to the eyes,

In looking on the happy autumn fields,

And thinking of the days that are no more.

a quiet little corner of the earth - 2014.12.24

2014-12-24T10:06:00.000+08:00

I thought of you and how you love this beauty,
And walking up the long beach all alone
I heard the waves breaking in measured thunder
As you and I once heard their monotone.

Around me were the echoing dunes, beyond me
The cold and sparkling silver of the sea --
We two will pass through death and ages lengthen
Before you hear that sound again with me.

~ Sara Teasdale

The curse it is cast

Will later be fast

As the present now

Will later be past

The order is

Rapidly fadin'.

And the first one now

Will later be last

all human wisdom is contained in these two words,

Then there is the other secret.
There isn't any symbolysm [sic].
The sea is the sea. The old man is an old man.
The boy is a boy and the fish is a fish.
The shark are all sharks no better and no worse.
All the symbolism that people say is shit.
What goes beyond is what you see beyond when you know.
