2018! Motivation and Goals!

So I can't believe this is my 1st blog post of 2018 I really wanted to do a post on being more motivated and focusing on goals but I just thought that wouldn’t really be me. I go through bursts of being motivated and demotivated so for me this year, I decided to write everything I wanted to achieve in my phone notes. Last year I purchased a fancy diary and told myself I would write everything down and be super organized! But sadly, I was lying to myself! The diary remained untouched and unnoticed!

As I'm writing this I'm in the beautiful South Place Hotel located in Moorgate London. There's something about being in a relaxing space with nothing but you're own thoughts. I really began to think about my goals this year and decided its ok to not know what direction you're headed in and to really just tackle one thing at a time.

I still can't believe I hit 100k on Instagram this year, honestly its feels totally mad! Trust me when I say consistency and hard work pays off! I would have never thought I would ever reach 100k! I always thought you had to be a bad bitch or a stripper LOL! Honestly with some hard work and a bit of elbow grease we can all achieve anything, I know it sounds super cheesy and cringe but it's true.

My goals this year are to be more organized and to take on each opportunity thrown at me to the fullest. Spend more time with my family and friends and not to take work so seriously, life is for living don’t let little problems get you down.

I just want to say thank you to the South Place Hotel for accommodating me for the night as I got the motivation to finally write this blog post. The customer service was totally insane

and the beds are like clouds honestly check it out if you're ever in London.

Winter with Stone Island!

So winter has officially arrived in London, so that means it's time for a wardrobe change. I love changing my style when it comes to colder weather just because, you can add more layers and really have fun with different textures and prints. While shopping for new coat's, t-shirts and jeans, my love for Stone Island developed again.

Whenever I think of Stone Island it reminds of my hometown Birmingham, just because most of my cousins and family wore it so much around me. Stone Island is known for their heavy knitted jumpers and their striking streetwear jackets. I remember being 17 receiving my first padded stone island jacket, it was so warm and so bright, it was like a strong cobalt blue colour. I wore it to death right until I lost it when I went on a night out LOL!

While searching on Farfetch for some cute winter garments I stumbled across, some amazing pieces from Stone Island. This contrast padded jacket is everything you're going to need this winter, I have this piece pictured in a charcoal dark green its gorgeous and super warm.

The Stone Island logo t-shirts are actually on point, I was so surprised how this hugged my body and fitted like a dream. I decided to go for the cobalt blue but the black is super nice also and very versatile.

These classic fitted trousers look like a dream, you can wear them to work or even to the club they are so versatile. I love how they are still fitted but not too tight around the calves.

This burgundy sweatshirt is everything, it's slightly oversized so it gives you that edge but you could also wear this for any occasion.

Stone Island have most certainly stepped their game up, their winter pieces are giving me life. I'm going to invest in more of their jumpers and jeans for next season, Flannels also do an awesome edit!

My New Seasonal Scent: ACQUA di Parma Colonia Pura

I normally only like quite dark and earthy fragrance's but when I tried ACQUA di Parma Colonia Pura. I noticed how it quickly merged with my skin and blossomed into the smell of a masculine warm summer night. Di Parma Colonia is super sexy but masculine and fresh, Colonia Pura has a minimalistic aesthetic in not only the packaging but in the sense of smell and vibe.

I have been carrying this scent everywhere as the 50ml is the perfect size to just throw in your man bag or toiletry case. The lightness and fresh vibe of Colonia Pura can be indulged in a range of products. That Pop Of Summer!!!

So guys, summer has officially ended in England, I'm so upset just because our days are now filled with grey skies so the other day I thought I would shoot my favorite outfit just because it reminds me of my last warm summer night.

This outfit from Issey Miyake Homme Plisse just reminds me of summer. The bright orange palette and the pleats are the perfect combo for a dazzling summer night. What I love about the Homme Plisse range is that its so comfortable to wear and you can pair it with a range of tops and shoes.

Paris Fashion Week + Hotel Louison Review

So last month was a busy month, I feel like I haven't written a blog post in so long. So I attended Paris fashion week again at the start of June, it was literally amazing. Me and my friend Taija got the Eurostar at 5.45am honestly it was probably one of the biggest mistakes booking a train this early. I didn't get much sleep before making my way to meet Taija at Kings Cross station.

We arrived in Paris at 9 am it was boiling, this was when everywhere had a heatwave. Luckily we arrived 1 day after Paris was 35 degrees! Honestly, I would have probably died of heart failure ha! We made our way in an Uber to the fabulous Hotel Louison were they hosting us for 3 days.

We arrived at around 12pm and was greeted with a warm welcome from Audrey who kindly allowed us to check-in a little early. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and reception area, especially being that the hotel is only a 3-star rating, we were even more surprised by our room. We booked the Prestige room which was lovely, large windows with a view looking out into the Parisian streets, a large bathroom and separate toilet, exceptionally clean with a nice modern decor and good amenities.

Breakfast was amazing offering a large selection of delicious fresh hot and cold foods and beverages. In the evening the hotel offers complimentary wine to guest's who can sit and enjoy in the candle lit dining area.

Hotel Louison made my stay in Paris the best it could be. While attending shows and events in the evening It was very easy to go back and forth to my hotel.

One of the highlights of my Paris trip was going to the KENZO show! it was insane!! the production and the venue just screamed KENZO! Paris is definitely popping when it's warm and the evenings are complete with a slow sunset.

I just want to thank Hotel Louison for making my stay so warm and fitting for my Paris trip. Here are some pictures from Paris and some of my highlights.

Perfect Fleeky Summer Skin Products!

Ok so summer is literally around the corner and I don't know about you but when it gets warmer I just don’t feel like wearing much makeup. So I thought why not make a post on how to get fleeky skin just in time for summer.

I've been trying out some awesome new skincare products from some of the best brands on the market. I do realise that not everyone can afford luxury skin care so I think its best sometimes to mix and match and just use the best products that you can obtain. I always say as long as your skin care regime is consistent and your providing moisture and exfoliation your skin will shine through.

La Roche Posay Effaclar Mask

I've been using this mask for about a month now and it's actually amazing, I always notice immediate results. My skin is super oil and my T-zone is always like the River Thames by midday so I find that this mask soothes and purifies my skin while keeping it super matte. This mask is a MUST!!!

La Roche Effaclar Duo SPF 30

I love the Effaclar Duo but to see that La Roche Posay released one with SPF 30 OMG! This is amazing for anyone with marks that could lead to hyperpigmentation. This product helps unclog pores and refine the skin texture.

Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm

So I first saw this cleansing balm on Michelle's blog AKA BeautyandtheBlog and a few other bloggers. So I know few people swear by this product, I've never really liked cleansing balms because I feel like they get messy and never really take my makeup off but this cleansing balm didn’t make my skin breakout and it literally broke down my foundation and concealer in seconds. This product deep cleanses and hydrates the skin for that fresh clean feeling.

Elemis Soothing Apricot Toner

So I have been obsessed with Elemis skin care since I lived in Birmingham 7 years ago. I was lucky enough to be sent some products by their lovely PR team. This toner is radiance in a bottle, I honestly love the smell it's so fresh and elegant. The calming toner helps maintain the PH level in the skin. I always use this in the AM/PM after a freshly cleansed face.

Elemis Biotec Skin Energizing Night Cream

I use various night creams from time to time but I found that this energizing cream made my skin look and feel insane in the morning. My skin has never felt so soft and plump, the energising night cream is powered by the patent-pending bio energy complex of encapsulated Zinc and Copper.

Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield SPF30

So I remember getting a small sample of this product at the Debenhams in Birmingham during Christmas. This invisible SPF shield is perfect for anyone with a deeper tone who loves to use SPF 30 everyday. I hate when some SPF's can go purple or a weird ashy tone on deeper skins. This invisblur shield is amazing as a primer also because it has that silicone feel to it, this product blurs and protects the skin against harmful sun rays.

Murad Age Balancing Moisture SPF 30

I actually love this moisturizer I have raved about it since last year. It's just the right consistency its thick but doesn’t leave my skin greasy. I love that this has SPF 30 for days where I wear no makeup I just put this on with a cream highlighter and im good to go. A little bit goes a long way with this product.

Foreo Luna Mini 2

I love my Foreo Mini from Mankind its actually so lightweight to travel with, I akways bring it to the gym or pop it in my bag for the plane. Combining T-Sonic pulsations with three zones of soft silicone touch-points, the device gently yet effectively cleanses and exfoliates, helping to unclog pores and lift away dirt and oil. This product charges super fast and always leaves my skin feeling super charged and ready to go

Paris Fashion Week Was LIT!

So last month I visited the beautiful city of Paris with some friends, I was actually meant to write this blog post while on my trip but you know how it goes. Anyways Paris was amazing this happened to be the first time, I had actually visited Paris for PFW women's.

While I was in Paris it literally rained every single day, for me the weather can really make or break the trip sometimes. So the weather really affected my mood at times, I'm not talking about a little spit of rain it was raining like a typhoon was about to hit the city! It was crazy AF

Me and my friends hit up some showrooms and some cute presentations and shows while in Paris for PFW. The trip was so lovely but I always feel like my time in Paris goes so quickly just because I have so much fun whenever I am here.

So this was one of my favourite outfits I put together for PFW, and also because I got these gorgeous frames from Farfetch as I did a collaboration with them for their SS17 sunglasses chosen by bloggers. Check it out here

Getting around Paris was actually fabulous thanks to Blacklane cars, honestly I didn't really know about an luxury car service until I chose Blacklane cars. Our driver was so friendly and he knew all the shortcuts and gave us recommendations on where to eat in Paris. I can't wait to use Blacklane cars again! Thank you so much Blacklane

On my last day me and my friends went on the amazing Bustronome bus which we were all excited for. The BUSTRONOME is a high-end double decker bus that stands out in particular for its panoramic glass roof. The bus drives its passengers into the Parisian atmosphere in the best conditions whatever the season.

The Bustronome bus was the perfect way to end our trip, the bus is so comfortable and the waiter was so helpful and was always at hand to help with our requests or questions. We arrived on the bus for Lunch where they serve you with a 4 course meal with wine paired with every dish.

It was honestly so delicious and beautiful to be riding around Paris eating such well prepared food and sightseeing around the beautiful city of Paris. I just wish we could have done dinner on the Bustronome because, I can imagine driving around Paris at night seeing the Eiffel tower glistening would be so romantic.

Each course was so pleasing the menu was fantastic, I think the bus changes its menu from time to time but our menu was predominantly seafood. So I would suggest checking the website for the menu being served that day before you book.

Definitely go check out Bustronome if you're in Paris because it will add the cherry on top of your trip to make it a perfect ending.

OOTD - That Grey Tone!

Honestly I never thought I would ever wear an all grey two piece, but the day I walked into Homme Plisse Issey Miyake. I actually died! If you know me, you will know I actually have an unhealthy obsession with two pieces. I just feel like you can wear them in loads of different ways and really dress them up.

I have been loving Homme Plisse since last year and I have already bought 3 two pieces from them but in different designs. I love this all grey piece just because it's such a beautiful tone of grey it really shows of the pleats.

I had to pair this look with my beautiful Gucci Princetown loafers, I remember buying these thinking "I wonder how many times I will wear these?" but honestly I have worn them to death. I feel like the Princetown loafers are such a statement shoe you could wear at any moment throughout the year. The loafers are so comfy and they just add the KAPOW to any outfit right.

To keep myself warm I added my lovely puffa from IVY PARK which I copped when Topshop had the 20% friends and family day. It was the perfect size for me to add drama to any outfit.

José Gordón and The World's End Market: The world’s best steak review

So last night I went to The World's End Market in Chelsea, the restaurant was simply stunning. I loved how beautiful the interior of the restaurant was as you entered. I was invited to try the exclusive set menu collaboration between world-class meat connoisseur, José Gordón x The Worlds End Market.

José Gordón's set menu had been described as "The World's Best Steak" which I personally think is a bold statement to say. I was honestly so excited to try this set menu just because I am huge lover of steak and I know José Gordón is a highly respected chef. The steak itself is from Spain where José is from, José raises, ages and cooks his meat to the very highest of standards. An hour outside the Spanish town of Leon, José’s the hugely successful restaurant, El Capricho Proprietor offers seasonal and locally sourced dishes which adapts to an ever-changing menu while a carefully selected wine list balances old and new world vintage labels.

José has saved us all the trouble of booking an Easy Jet flight to Spain to sample his meat by bringing Spain right to our doorstep in the heart of Chelsea. The set menu story began by presenting the gorgeous steak tartare using premium Ox meat blended together with spices and herbs to really make your tastebuds tingle. It came with two slices of bread which made this starter extra delicious.

The carpaccio from Entrecote which was matured for 180 days with olive oil and salt was simply stunning. It''s not a dish I would generally go for but I found that this starter had a real richness of taste that went beautifully with a glass of wine. I think because it was matured for 180 days this really gave the carpaccio that unique taste.

The secret weapon finally arrived at the table LOL the slices Vacio De Bue, usually I don’t have steak rare just because I love my meat to be more well done. But the restaurant manager advised us that José's meat is best cooked rare because you get the most beautiful juicy steak you have ever tasted. The steak made my Sunday night even more better, just because it was so full of flavour, with great texture and the portions were very generous too which I found pleasing. The steak came with a gorgeous seasoned salad and some bread. I just wish it came with chips as whenever I have steak I need chips to feature in with the main.

It was now time for the last course, I honestly was so full by this time but the deserts actually commanded my stomach to make room. I had to have the chocolate fondant served with vanilla ice cream, honestly this desert was actually life! I honestly needed a moment to myself after one bite, the way it just melted in my mouth and the warm gooey chocolate center had me quiet for at least 2 minutes while I indulged in the rich cocoa flavours.

I'm so glad I got to visit The Worlds End Market it was such a beautiful end to the weekend. As for it being the best steak in the world It definitely comes close in my books. I would like to recommend you all go try the José Gordón set menu as it was just divine. If your looking for a beautiful easy restaurant then The World's End Market is your place. Next time I really want to try other dishes on their main menu, as the guests next to us were having an amazing fish dish which looked divine.

When I was growing up there was no one I could speak to for advice and there wasn't a role model figure around I could look up to. With the "All Worth It" campaign we can help so many young people turn their self doubt into self worth.

I am so honoured to be apart of this campaign, L'Oreal have truly outdone themselves by teaming up with The Prince's Trust to create such a dynamic campaign for such a beautiful cause. I can't wait to visit one of the Prince's Trust course centre's to spread my knowledge on overcoming self doubt.

My Micro Scalp Pigmentation With The Vinci Hair Clinic

So I thought I would share my Micro Scalp Pigmentation experience with you which I had at the Vinci Hair Clinic in London. For years I've been battling my insecurities because of my dramatic receding hair line. Honestly this has effected me since I turned 16, I would always wear a range of hat's to the club and if the club didn’t accept any type of hat I would just leave and go home. It was literally too much I then started having hair extensions, such as weaves so I would relax my hair every month and have different types of hair installed. So I could have a full head of hair but my sides were always shaved to make it more edgy.

A few months ago I woke up and decided I couldn't do this anymore, I literally cut off all my hair then went to the barber and had it shaved to a number 1 grade. I was so happy because I could finally feel the wind on my scalp LOL but my hair line was still a mess. I remember my friend Chris speaking about this hair clinic in London and how they helped people with hair loss in different kind of ways. I hit him up and asked what the different options were available for my kind of hair loss, I sent him some pictures and waited for him to get back to me.

Chris got back to me and told me that Micro Scalp Pigmentation at the Vinci Clinic would best fit my requirements, and that this procedure was almost pain free and simple. I did some research and MSP looked amazing because I didn’t really want to grow my hair back again and I also looked at having a hair transplant, but it looked very complicated. I knew that I wanted MSP so I set up consultation, and had my 1^st session with Vinci Hair Clinic in London.

My 1^st session was amazing I had Magdalena doing my hair session and she knew exactly what she was talking about. She drew the shape of the hair line she thought would best suit my face. She warned me that going to sharp and too square with any hair line when doing MSP can appear very false. One thing I knew that was I didn’t want my hairline to look like a madness at all LOL.

Magdalena explained that our MSP sessions would consist of 3 visits, the 1^st session is designing the hairline and starting off with a lighter pigment just so during the 2^nd session we can make adjustments to the shape if need be. Then when time for the 3^rd session we can really finalize the hairline and go in with the final darker pigment which will be the final design.

My sessions went so smoothly and so quickly, because I only needed half of head of MSP it didn’t take that long at all. I would say it took about 2 hours max but you obviously have breaks in between MSP sessions on the day. Micro Scalp Pigmentation gave me the confidence I needed back into my life, no more wearing hats on holiday or ringing a club before a night out to require the dress code.

I would recommend MSP (Micro Scalp Pigmentation) to anyone that just wants their hairline restored and needs something quick and simple. The only thing Is once you have MSP your hairline needs to be a 0 grade for it to look natural. Wishing It Was Summer

So it's February and here I am in my mesh two piece wishing it was summer babes. I always feel super sexy and defined when wearing this piece. This is actually a different set from Mass Branded, I have 2 sets in black and the other version in white. This black mesh two piece is just a show stopper for me, every time I wear it I can pair it with a puffa jacket or even a bomber to style it in various ways. What I love about this piece is that not only is it sexy, its body defining so it makes your body look super lean.

This year I'm trying to get my body into check and really put on a few stone and defiantly bulk up. If you can't tell *wink wink* I really want to start putting out different content and also do more fitness and lifestyle posts.

So last week Friday I hosted my own hangout with the fabulous Red Velvet Music Group. Priscilla and Elizabeth who both own RVMG asked me in early January if I could be their next guest for the hangout. It was my pleasure to accept their offer and then we all both came out with some amazing ideas on how my hangout would be delivered.

This hangout was like a meet a greet for some of my YouTube subscribers and also for some of my Instagram followers. Other bloggers and industry professionals were invited to the hangout too. I was also super excited that Temi from JTO Fashion would be hosting and interviewing me and DJ Cuppy would be there dropping those dirty beats LOL.

A hangout is something I have never ever done, I was super nervous but also excited. So last Friday the vibes were perfect, we had a good turnout and the crowd was super sassy and fabulous. Check the pictures below:

JOOP! WOW! The Scent That Makes The Man

So last week I had the most amazing experience I was invited to attend a mystery luxury fragrance launch, all of it was a secret and a pleasant surprise. So after getting ready and putting my outfit together which you will see in my YouTube video below. A beautiful Mercedes picked up me! THIS CAR WAS STUNNING!! The driver was so friendly and a real gentleman, he opened the door for me and told me to play the video on the IPad facing me.

So the brand was finally revealed the launch was JOOP! WOW! The video played the ad campaign and it was such a pleasure to watch. After the video finished playing the driver then told me to open my card and then open the big orange box. The card was an invitation to a luxury experience with JOOP! So I then began to open the box, OMG!! The box opened like a magical package from Harry Potter LOL! It was the JOOP! WOW fragrance. The box lit up as I opened it I couldn’t believe how beautiful the whole package was.

I finally arrived at the secret location in Soho where I was greeted by the lovely COTY PR the girls at the door were so lovely and welcoming. As I sat down I noticed a few other popular menswear bloggers and influencers, we all waited as the PR came down and selected everyone in groups to visit the JOOP experience.

So as we got selected in groups it was now our turn to go upstairs, as we arrived to the first floor we were talked through the fragrance. The lovely gentleman gave us each a scent stick of each ingredient that was in JOOP WOW, he told us to smell each stick and we also got to put together our favorite scent. Its so crazy that when I smell JOOP WOW now I can smell each ingredient he taught us about in the fragrance.

We were then taken to the next floor, this time to have our taste buds tested by trying some of their finest gin. The main flavours from the fragrance were created into the taste of the gin, we mixed and combined notes from the fragrance to make our own beautiful gin. My bottle was super strong LOL I couldn’t drink too much as I forgot, I had a personal training session after the event.

The last experience was really about grasping and revealing the JOOP! Man. Edward Sexton an bespoke tailor was on the next floor, presenting some of their most iconic tailored pieces with a sprinkle of what they produce at Saville Row. The journey had a come to an end, all the bloggers were later invited upstairs to finish the experience with a glass of champagne and some canapés.

So its 2017 and this is my first official blog post for the new year. I haven't blogged much recently as I'm really trying to think about what content I produce for my blog. So I thought why not do a blog post on "The skincare products you need this winter"

I love skincare! Well actually I'm obsessed, if you live in England you will know how drastic the weather is, its literally too much. I have been using a various range of products of different price ranges that I think will benefit everyone's skin regimen this winter.

Anthony All Purpose Facial Moisturizer

I love this moisturizer! I have been using it for the past few months. This product does the perfect job of keeping my face hydrated and it helps smooth and tighten my skin with the wheat protein extract. I love the packaging it's simple and easy to throw in your gym bag.

Anthony Glycolic Facial Cleanser

This cleanser from Anthony is the most softest cleanser ever! It feels like butter on the skin, it removes surface impurities without drying out my skin. I love it because it’s the only Glycolic cleanser I've tried that’s gentle enough to handle my skin.

Anthony Exfoliating and Resurfacing wipes

These exfoliating wipes are life! I feel like every time I use these they automatically bring my skin back to life. They leave my skin feeling hydrated and refreshingly cool.

So this is a winner for me automatically! I use this oil control mask once a week, and I can suddenly notice a difference throughout the day. My oily t-zone becomes more controlled and I find this minimizes my pores also, so this product is perfect for winter because sometimes my skin can become over oily.

These custom drops by Cover FX are everything! These contain vitamin C and lemongrass that help brighten up the skin. I mix this with my foundation to give me a lovely dewy glow throughout winter.

Shiseido Men Hydro Master Gel

So this is a new product I have been using for the past few days, and I love it. You can never really go wrong with Shiseido their range of skin care is stunning. The gel is included in an amazing collaboration with world class skier Kevin Rolland. The Hydro master gel controls oil and gives you maximum hydration without your skin feeling sticky. As Kevin Rolland skies in the most coldest climates this gel is perfect for winter.

Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream

My Cheek Fillers Experience With Look Lovely London

It's almost the end of the year, and I thought I would share my cheek fillers blog post with you guys. So I know this looks mad because I only just posted my 3 point filler rhinoplasty post last week, but I recorded this before I had that done. I just want to say I am 100% happy with my looks, it's just I want to enhance certain qualities on my face. So far I haven't had any work done where I've had to use any aesthetic. All the procedures I'm going through are completely non-surgical.

I decided to visit Look Lovely London again because this isn't the 1^st time I've had fillers. I actually had them done for the first time in November with Davina at her clinic. I'm going to be honest I was scared because we have all heard certain horror stories with fillers. I think when getting fillers you have to be really careful and really understand your face shape.

When I had my 1^st set of fillers done I wanted my left cheekbone to have more filler in because my right cheek bone was more pronounced than my left one. Davina advised that only 5% of us have symmetrical faces so it's quite common to have this. I was so happy when I had my 1^st set done it looked totally natural and I never felt any pain or bruised at all the next day. I had this procedure done just before I went to Dubai before my birthday, after giving it some thought I decided that I wanted 1ml more of filler in my cheekbones. I knew the look I wanted in my head and I knew that the first batch just wasn’t enough, it looked amazing but it wasn't as defined as I had imagined in my head.

So after visiting the lovely Davina for the 2^nd time it went so smoothly and perfectly. Davina advised me that we could just inject the filler into the cheekbones equally this time. As before she applied so numbing cream and a cool ice pack before she injected the filler to prevent bruising and any pain. What I love about Davina is that she knew the kind of look I wanted to go for, but she also advised me on my 1^st visit just to have 1ml to just see how I felt about the change before I decided to go for anymore.

My Non Surgical Nose Job With Skin and Follicle

So on Monday I decided to visit the Skin and Follicle clinic on the Hagley road. Skin and Follicle are a new clinic based just outside the centre of Birmingham. The location is perfect and discreet and it’s a 10 minute cab right from Birmingham New St. Station.

When I arrived at the clinic I met the lovely clinic manager Sumita who was just so welcoming and friendly, Sumita sat me down and was talking to me about a range of treatments they do at the clinic. At Skin and Follicle their most popular operation is a robotic hair transplant which sounds amazing and they also do non surgical treatments e.g lip fillers and peels.

I originally wanted to get my lips re-done at the Skin and Follicle clinic but after meeting the lovely Dr Ayad and speaking more in depth about the treatments the clinic offers. Dr Ayad mentioned a 3 point rhinoplasty which is a non-surgical rhinoplasty nose correction. I was immediately curious to try this because I have always wanted a nose job because I felt that my bridge always dropped very low.

Dr Ayad explained that this would help lift the tip of the nose and also straighten your nose. So if you find that your nose is quite hooked or bent this procedure may not be the best for you, plastic surgery could be a better route but it's always best to see a professional.

Dr Ayad in the video talks me through every step of the procedure, it was totally painless and I didn’t feel anything at all. I can totally notice a difference and especially when I highlight and contour my nose it just looks even more defined. I have left the video below just so you can view this procedure from behind the camera.

I would 100% recommend this procedure, its fast and there is no down time at all. You can go to work the next day and its totally painless and the filler has anaesthetic inside so its a breeze. The procedure takes 7- 10 minutes.

Christmas with Boohoo Man

So guys I am so excited for Christmas its unreal! Maybe its because it’s a week right after my

birthday so they always fall on the same day. There's nothing like being at home with a cozy snuggly

jumper with a glass of baileys on the rocks or some delicious mulled wine.

The best thing about Christmas jumpers is that they are just so easy to wear with anything, joggers,

a bathrobe or even some smart trousers. I always find It so hard to dress for Christmas day, so

throwing on a cozy jumper is just the best way forward.

When I was shopping on Boohoo Man I came across their awesome Christmas Jumper selection.

Glam Glow Gravity Mud Review

So I received some gorgeous face muds from Glam Glow, I have used their Youth Mud before which was just amazing. Glam Glow sells it self because you can automatically see it working once its on your skin doing its magic.

I decided to venture out and try the famous Gravity Mud which has just now become available to purchase in the UK and online. I've watched so many reviews on the Gravity Mud so I was already buzzing to try it. The best thing about it is that once it's all over your face it has this gorgeous metallic silver tone to it, which is so unique for a face mask as their usually black or white or a stone colour.

I was so pleased when I saw that this mud came with a brush because, mud masks can be messy and not everybody has a clean brush lying around to use on a mask. So I began layering the silver mud across my face but I noticed if you want the mask to peel off flawlessly you really need to apply a generous amount. Please remember to avoid all facial hair, as if you get a large amount into your hair it could cause it to be ripped out when taking the mask off.

When I finished applying it to all over my face, I left it for about 30 –35 minutes and then came back to notice it had dried nicely. So it was time to peel this baby off, I started in the centre of the face and worked my way out. Everything was peeling off perfectly and as I started in the centre everything started to connect and peel off all together.

Once the mask was off I got some cotton pads and dipped them in warm water, just to wipe off any areas that I couldn’t peel off with my fingers. OH MY GOD!!! My skin just looked so much healthier and so much brighter. I would definitely use this before hitting the town on a night out, because my skin looked like it was baking from heaven and it was ready to eat. This mask is 100% in my favourite list now and you can also use this mask twice a week just to give your skin the best benefits of using this.

The Trading House Review

So last week Friday I attended The Trading House located near Bank station. Walking into the Trading House I didn’t expect it to be so stunning, the pictures online don't do this place justice, I was greeted by the lovely staff and the general manager of the Trading house, she then showed us to our table and handed us over to our lovely waitress Magda.

The Trading house is somewhere you could go to celebrate a birthday or be treated on a lovely dinner date or even for some drinks after work. The crowd in there was very mixed and it was a nice blend of people who had just come out after work and other people who had just come to dine and relax.

The menu was explained to us by Magda she was super helpful and knew her stuff on everything on the menu. She asked us what we liked and helped us pick some delicious starters. We ended up going for the Baked Camembert which was to tasty and just so unique and also the basket of wings with different dips to share between us.

Magda also surprised us with a cocktail she thought we would like every time she returned to the table. My favorite was the Raspberry Disaronno Sour it was just my kind of cocktail, sweet with a super kick YUM!

For the mains we trusted Magda and went for the special Pork Belly which came with bacon and pork and cheesy chips with a side of warm apple. The pork was so tender and so juicy it was so succulent it was definitely one of the best meals I've had in London. I just couldn’t get over how amazing the service was.

I was so content after the main that I wasn’t sure I could do desert until I saw the Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, I literally almost fell off my chair. My one weakness and that’s anything cookie dough. Madga literally was like "This is one of our most popular deserts ever!"

Finally the baked chocolate chip cookie dough arrived, it was served on a hot mini pan and it just oozed of heaven. As I took the first bite I almost had a breakdown!! It was gorgeous I have never tasted a desert so light but so full of flavor. The cold scoop of ice cream that came with it was a killer combo.

My experience at The Trading House was exquisite the service was perfect, the food was delicious and I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants perfect food with 10/10 service in London.

Chicago Rib Shack Soft Launch Review

So last week Thursday I attend the soft launch of the Chicago Rib shack at their new location in Aldgate East in London. Prior to this I heard such good things about their food but had never really visited any of their other restaurants around London.

So when arriving to the launch with my friends it was a full house and the restaurant had such a buzzing vibe. You could see so much people having so much fun with a range of various dishes being allocated around the room. From Ribs to spicy chicken burgers and macaroni and cheese bites which were all so delicious.

I really couldn’t get over how good everything tasted, the food was so fresh and everything was perfectly presented. The burgers were so addictive I just kept have one after the other LOL. My favorite were the grilled prawns because they were so soft but extremely juicy with the right amount of flavor. The Rib shack even had a Keith Lemon impersonator going around the room entertaining people. He really fooled me! I actually thought it was him until I inspected him from a closer point of view.

I really enjoyed myself at the Chicago Rib shack the venue has a really cool color scheme and its very spacious plus they do the most divine cocktails. I only had 1 though as I was driving, so I will definitely have to take another trip down to experience more of the cocktails.

The Rib Shack bought out the deserts before the launch ended, I'm not a really huge desert person but their deserts are out of this world. The brownie!!!!!! This brownie was the softest most lightest brownie that has ever touched my lips. It was like eating air but with a sweet warm coat of goodness. They also bought out a lemon tart cookie which was also lovely too, the deserts definitely made me leave with a big smile on my face.

Thank you Chicago Rib Shack for inviting me down, I had a divine night and the food was just fabulous.

My fitness journey with MyProtein

So for the past few months I have been up and down on a fitness journey, being in London its so hard to just stay active and be healthy. Temptation is all around you and working 9-5 its hard to even cook the night before and to just be all prepared with food for the week.

It was only August this year where I started to take my training seriously, I got a new personal trainer called Nick Templar who is literally amazing but the training is very intense. If you your looking for an amazing trainer based in Greenwich who will work you to you sweat blood LOL he is definitely the perfect trainer for you.

I was always taking a mix of supplements from different brands not really noticing any difference in my body, but then one of my friends recommended me to get some protein powder of MyProtein. MyProtein is a super efficient website for fitness supplements such as Protein snacks, Gym shakers and, BCAA pills. MyProtein has everything you can think of to fitness clothes to amazing brownie protein snacks for when your on the go.

I have been using for the past months:

Impact Whey Protein – This protein powder has the best flavour ever but it's not too sweet so you know it's not bad for you. I love using this in between work shifts and just right after my workout. This is just a quicker way of sourcing protein to my body right after an intense workout. Its also for you if you haven't had a bite to eat for 1-3 hours just to get something into your system.

Almond Butter – I love this butter because I LOVE ALMONDS. This butter is so tasty and so good for you. There's nothing like a nice warm whole wheat bagel with a slap of Almond butter on, it's so smooth and great for bulking up.

MYPRE – This stuff is amazing it's had a blend of vitamins and creatine with some caffeine to really help you wake up and be alert for any workout. It does say try 1 scoop for your 1^st dose, but I normally use 2 scoops. My Pre is super strong and you can feel it immediately wake the body up and I always feel 100% focused after taking this. Remember to take it 30 minutes before your workout to get the maximum effect.

Micellar Casein – This works like a dream honestly! How did I not know about this years ago? When we go to sleep we starve our bodies for a few hours so naturally the muscle tissue can start to break down. This protein slowly releases protein throughout your body while you sleep so it will stop you losing muscle mass plus it also helps with muscle recovery throughout the night.

You guys should definitely check out MyProtein for all your fitness supplements and workout gear.
