1. Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevens played by Katherine Heigl - Izzie is just plain hot. I have a thing for tall, voluptuous blondes because, well, I have a pulse. Earlier last week I heard that contract talks had broken off between the network and Katherine Heigl and it nearly broke my heart. She's definitely the hottest of the Grey's Anatomy girls, no doubt about it.
