    <description>&lt;p&gt;Wow, has it really been 10 months? Or maybe it was 10 weeks. You really have no concept of time while working at The Prosper Group.&amp;nbsp; The countless emails, innumerable website updates, and endless phone calls make the hours, days, and weeks fly by. I didn&amp;rsquo;t know what I was getting myself into when I started at The Prosper Group, but I&amp;rsquo;m sure glad I accepted the challenge. I&amp;rsquo;ll soon be donning my cap and gown and receiving my one-way ticket to the &amp;ldquo;real world.&amp;quot; However, I&amp;#39;ve opted for an extended layover at Indiana University-Maurer School of Law.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nebraska State Senator Charlie Janssen launched his gubernatorial campaign in February, hot on the heels of a hugely successful pro-gun public affairs campaign that generated a flood of press and raised his name ID, priming his gubernatorial announcement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How did a newcomer to statewide politics do it? In short, he made a national news story local. Sen. Janssen was among the first to champion state level nullification of President Obama&amp;rsquo;s 23 executive orders related to gun control.&lt;/p&gt;

We took home the hardware for the &amp;quot;Best Online Targeting&amp;quot; category. Without a doubt, we have a great team that made it possible, but we wouldn&amp;#39;t have been able to put our plan into action without Warren Chisum&amp;#39;s campaign for Railroad Commissioner.&lt;/p&gt;

Despite this, too many campaigns have a tendency to mismanage, rather than care for, their email lists. As a result, supporters can become disengaged, annoyed, and sometimes they&amp;#39;ll push the pesky unsubscribe button. At this point any opportunity to convert that supporter into a donor through email solicitation is now lost.&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Competition, Prosper Style</title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Question: &lt;/strong&gt;What do you gain after working 14-18 hour days, 7 days a week, for months on end while only eating fast food (if you have time for food at all), and not sleeping more than 12 hours a week?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Answer:&lt;/strong&gt; 10-40 pounds (depending on your metabolism)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here at Prosper, we have enjoyed many things over the last 7 months. There have been birthday cakes, Halloween pies, Halloween candy, Vanessa&amp;#39;s pumpkin cookies, Christmas baskets, Hilary&amp;#39;s brownies, and Crock Pot Thursdays.&lt;/p&gt;

    <title>Calling America</title>

    <description>&lt;p&gt;During this election cycle, the Prosper Group worked with 40 different phone clients (95% were campaigns, state or local parties) across 29 states. We had 1,670 phones in use and 124 servers in the field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On Election Day we had 95 active servers (99 total) in the field. When we took a closer look at these 95 servers, the vast impact they made for conservatives across the country is clear.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description>&lt;p&gt;From the start, Mike Pence made it clear that he would be running a focused campaign; one that stayed positive, emphasized the importance of a growing the economy and made jobs and education the highest priorities. In order to effectively communicate that message of growth, the campaign enlisted the help of The Prosper Group to execute a fully in-depth digital strategy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Like any successful campaign, it was critical to build support and utilize it to grow and enthuse the volunteer base, donors and, of course, voters.&lt;/p&gt;
