Another crazy race!! The race started with some little rain and a jump-start by Alonso. Alonso was in first position in the first corner, even though Alonso made a jump-start, Vettel didn´t accelerate quite well. We also had an incident in the first corner when Liuzzi spun his Force India. Well, as I said it was another crazy race, the weather was unpredictable, it rained, it stopped and so on. People working at the Pitt stop had a tough day work. Most of the pilots changed tyres several times. Hamilton was the most active pilot and the best at today´s race. He passed many pilots and finally finished at second position. Button won the race, hamilton finished second and Rosberg finished third.

MotoGP RACE
What an exciting start!! Pedrosa, who didn´t do a job on Saturday while qualifying, shoot up from seventh on the grid to lead the field into turn one. Later on, Pedrosa started to lose positions, he is still not confortable riding the honda. Casey, who was leading the race, crashed out and left Valentino leading. Dovizioso and nikky had a nice fight during the whole race but they didn´t count with Lorenzo, who was catching them up and finally passed them. Battle for 3th position was decided on the finish line. Rossi won the race, Lorenzo finished second and Dovizioso ended up third. Rookie Bautista crashed and Ben Spies did a very good job on his first race in the MotoGp championship.

It was the match everyone was waiting for, we can see them face to face twice per year. They are the best football teams in the world, the match was played at Santiago Bernabeu, the R.Madrid stadium. I didn´t really liked the game, I though it would be more excitement, Barcelona won the game scoring two goals(Messi and Pedro), but they didn´t played as they used to, but I have to say they played smarter, they waited for their chances and they scored. Barcelona and R.Madrid had more or less the same chances but the Guardiola´s team scored and R.Madrid didn´t score. It was like a final, now barcelona is leading the championship and R.madrid won´t win any title this season again. We can certanly say that Barcelona is actually the best team of the world.

WHAT A MOVIE! Just watch it! I´ve heard all kinds of comments about this film, good comments, bad comments, "You won´t like it unless you watch it in 3-D", etc. I loved the story that was told and it made me think a lot about humans way of living. I imagined that the forest Pandora where the na´vi lived was the amazon rainforest, and I imagined that humans were... just humans, what do they do? destroy everything no matter how. I had lots of feelings while I was watching the movie, feelings like money "sucks" was one of them, I had more. I loved the characters and the forest looked wonderful.

First Time

I´m going to give you some tips that may be usefull for the first time you go to the gym. Let´s talk about clothing, you should wear clothes that are appropriate to go to the gym like for example a jogging suit, sneakers and a T-shirt. So here you are my ten tips.

1- Once you open the gym´s door, DO NOT GET SCARED when you´ll see how strong people is and how thin you are.
2- WARM-UP, it is very important to warm up during 10 minutes, you can warm-up using weiths, with the stationary bycicle and stretching all body parts.
3-Do not go ALONE! Find a mate and train with him always. If you really want you progress you need a mate so he can help you lifting the weiths whenever you need the help.
4-Do not pretend to be as arnold in 2 months. Whay I´m trying to say is that you have to think how to achieve realistic goals. You have to be patience and compare to the body you had two months ago, 6 months ago and so on, that is the way you will see if you improved or not.
5-Do not train every single day. I advise you not to train more than 5 days per week. Why? Muscles need to rest so they can get bigger.
6- Each day train a different muscle, chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps and legs. I will talk later on different ways of trainning, by now, let´s say you train Chest on Monday, back on Tuesday, biceps and triceps on Wednesday, legs on Thursday and shoulders on Friday.
7- Do you think trainning hard is the most important thing you have to do for getting big muscles? I´m sorry, but I have to tell you that in my opinion 70% Diet and 30% trainning hard. You get the point right? No matter how hard you train if you do not eat enough food. (I will talk later about diets).
8-CHANGE, it is one of the magic words. Each 3 months (for example) you should change your routine. Actually, I make changes every time I get tired about doing every time the same things and I don´t feel I´m progressing as fast as I should be doing it. You can change the way of trainning, your diet, etc.
9-You have to choose whether you decide you want to gain muscle or if you want to lose fat. Doing both at the same time is impossible.
10- Be constant and do not let anything bring you down. If you are not progressing, probably you are doing something wrong that you don´t know.

This are 10 ideas you should keep in mind before you become the next Ronnie Coleman.

MALAYSIAN GRAND PRIX

The third race of the season ended up with the victory of S.Vettel followed by his team mate M.Webber. Finally the two Red Bull finished first and second, and it was for sure their best race of the season. M.Webber got the pole position on saturday, it was a crazy qualifying where the two ferrari (Massa and Alonso) did not even past the Q3 because the weather changed too fast rainning even more. What a surprise! The race was in dry conditions and was not as fun as the last year race. S.Vettel got the third best time on the saturday qualifying and ended up first, so by now, if you get the pole position, you will not win the race. I really liked the way Petrov drived, he did not finished the race but I liked the way he covered and the way he passed Hamilton after he overtook him. I would like to mention that J.Alguersuari got two point, it is the first time that the spanish driver gets 2 points since he is in F-1 being the second youngest pilot to get them. The podium was Vettel, Webber and Rosberg.

The Wendell Baker Story

I probably had a good day yesterday, I watched The Wendell Baker Story and I had a nice time watching it. The first hour of the movie had lots of funny moments in which the relationship between Wendell(luke Wilson) and Doreen(Eva Mendes) was getting worse. The last 30 minutes were not as good as it was the first hour of the movie, but at least eva had a role in the movie and I had a nice view. It didn´t had many funny moments as it did in the beggining of the movie and all the conflicts were resolved. If you don´t know what to do, then watch it!

First of all, let me say something...(hahahahahaha). I´m sorry, but do you really think you can have a perfect body (without steroids) in just four weeks? Are you crazy? You cannot go from being skinny to be strong in 4 weeks and less if you are overweight. In bodybuilding is incompatible gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. As a child I was taught that things cost effort and dedication, I have found several times in my life that this sentence was true. Of course, bodybulding costs effort and dedication, according to your diet and training, if it is good enough, you can improve more quickly. Every body is different and I cannot estimate when you will have the perfect body you're looking for, but I can tell you you will begin to notice differences from the third month to a year. The keywords are patience and perseverance.

Teddy Daniels(L. Dicaprio) and Chuck Aule are assigned to visit the shutter island where they have to inverstigate the disappearance of a woman named Rachel Solando, a patient from the Ashecliff Hospital. It is a very interesting movie at the beggining where everything matches but at the end, it turned into a paranoia for my head. Did I like it? Yes, it was okay, I did not expect that ending and that is why I´m talking about paranoia in my head, but I´ve just heard great comments about the movie and I will recommend it for sure!

Why do I say that strategy and luck are the two words that best describes the game? Let me explain it to you with some examples. Having a good strategy allows you to analyze your opponents and attack at the exact moment in which you think that your cards are better than the ones from your opponents. Why do you need to be lucky? You can win the game having cards like 2 and 3, and you can lose the game having cards like A and A. Is it fair? The second race of the F-1 season was completed in Australia. Sebastian Vettel started from the pole followed by M.Webber, F.Alonso, J.Button and F.Massa. The rain made an unexpected visit prior to the race and some drivers lost grip at the beggining. The Spaniard F.Alonso continues leading the championship although he had a bad start in which his car spun and was relegated to the 18th position. Finally, Alonso managed to finish in fourth position. The German S.Vettel returned to having problems and he did not finished the race. The current world champion J. Button won the race followed by R. Kubica and F. Massa.

Welcome to my blog! Basically, I will write on different topics in which I will talk about all the things that I find interesting.
