Do you get Public Speaking Anxiety?

I personally can't speak very well in public. I start fumbling my words, speaking really quietly and just can't really hold it together. And when i say public.... that could mean 5 or more people!!

I could be suffering from public speaking anxiety although I have never viewed it as that serious. When I think about it.... It may have caused me problems is interviews, meetings with clients and general furthering of life and work related activities!

So I guess it should be something that we all should pay attention too and consider help for it it's causing any distraction or problems.

What do you think?

The last thing you need after being involved in a car accident is hassle with insurance.

That's why it's very important that you get exactly the right auto insurance to suit your situation.

So make sure you shop around, including phoning and comparing. Just keep testing and make sure you are covered for likely accidents.

I can't say that I have ever met anyone who has not had to claim on their car insurance at some point in their driving lives.

Deciding to spend the rest of your life with a significant partner is a very serious and extremely stressful decision. You really have to make sure that you mean it and that you think they will accept the offer.

So don't be sloppy when looking at engagement rings and make sure you choose one that can be loved and cherished for the rest of your lives.

I would imagine a large percentage of people are turned off from saying yes by the presentation of an awful ring and that they may still want to marry you but you have to prove that you have what it takes.

I love music, and when I settle it's important for me to make sure that I get a really nice stereo cabinet and a decent stereo so that I can enjoy looking at the device that gives me so much pleasure!

I really like the clean and modern look that a lot of furniture displays now, however for me I would probably still choose rustic wood style over anything. It just depends on the room around it and you never know, I may end up with a stereo in every room!

What kind of stereo cabinet would you go for?

I have just packed up my life again, I own pretty much nothing except clothes and paperwork right now. So next time I settle I will need to buy a lot of new furniture.

This is always expensive and you obviously want good quality stuff. Next time I do start buying though I have one thing on my side.... That is the Internet. The net has drastically increased competition and prices have dropped on the net to meet demand. Also you can shop straight to the manufacturers and cut out expensive showrooms and middlemen. Stores like Boyles.com have an awesome high quality selection at great prices.

I am staying at a house right now where the grandma of the family also lives. She is in a wheelchair and thanks to much technology still manages to live a very independent life.

Saldy though you do see many problems when you go downtown and places are not correctly set up to deal with people who cannot walk or have mobility problems.

There is not much you can do about this without protest or reform of the law... However if you have mobility issues, you can make your or your loved ones lives much better by getting important accessories such as seat lifts to help mobility around the home.

Camcorders are now very affordable....

I wanted a camcorder badly for much of my childhood but they were expensive. Then digital camcorders came along and things started to get more in reach.

However I still had to save up quite a lot of cash for my first digital camcorder and it was rather grainy and slow to use. At 17 though I was introduced to digital movie making.

These days an amazing camcorder can be picked up at a very reasonable and for most people, affordable price. The features are awesome with great zooms, bundled editing software and more than most casual users will ever be able to use.

I think I would have a glass faucet..

I have been traveling the last few days from Vermont down to Pennsylvania and Washington. I have had a great trip and have seen a lot of bathrooms... Including in the two nice hotels I stayed in.

Seeing these rooms makes me think about what kind of home I would like and I have a good idea of the kinds of faucets that would be great in my bathrooms.

I love the nice bowle shapped elegant and simple faucets that you can find in nice hotels. Expensive but worthwhile for style and comfort.

What kind would you like in your house?

Rubber Stamps, what would you use them for?

I had a small obsession with rubber stamps when I was young and loved the idea of ordering a unhc of stamps for anything.... Now a little older I am no longer obsessed but certainly know that they are useful little things to have around the office or anywhere in your business.

You can use rubber stamps for a million things but one thing I realy like it for signing off work and makring it approved with a date.

What do you and would you use one for?

Lots of things can go wrong in your day to day life. Especially when you don't expect. The sad fact is that you could have a serious accident any day at any time and if you are not insured you may find your times ahead very difficult. So do you have disability insurance just in case things happen that are out of your control?

That reminds me I must go and sort myself out some insurance for my upcoming trips.... thanks for reading.

When you look around your home I am sure there are things that you would like to improve. For many of us the kitchen is a place that a lot of time is spent.

I love cooking and would love to install a nice rustic feel including old style farmhouse sinks, wooden cabinets, clean sides and much much more.

It definitely would push me to get more dinner parties organized and bring more people over. that way I would have great excuses to cook, eat and drink with my best friends.

What would you do with your kitchen?

The Summer is coming and it's time to start looking into sports gifts for your friends and family.

I love playing sports in a nice green park in the summer. Frisbee, football, tennis even badminton. The list is literally endless.

I also love running. A decent pair of shoes is all that is needed and you can go and find out what your area is like whilst getting healthy.

I think I work pretty hard and often feel that I need a holiday. I don't know where I would go but a cruise sounds like an awesome idea.

I will be returning to England for a month soon and then movig to Egypt. All via air sadly.

I would have loved to sail around the world and visit many countries and chill out on deck with just the calm ocean for company.

I can dream of taking this kind of holiday one day....

My teeth need fixing, I have six cavities and probably need a good clean. However they are in good shape as far as cosmetics go. If my teeth got bad then I would need to consider finding a good Plano Dentist in my area that could sort my cosmetic dental needs.

I don't like the idea of needing to change things with my body but bent teeth sadly really do change people's first impressions of you. I don't ever want super straight big shiny white Donny Osmond teeth though!

I live in a basement room and sometimes we get a lot of spiders. The big downside of this that it attracts lots of spider eating centipedes and these buggers are nasty looking!

So some spider traps could well cut down the spider population and cut down these centipedes for me!

I don't mind spiders too much but they can be hard to keep cleaning their webs and in the summer months I hate getting spider bites whilst sleeping. Plus.... you have more chance of eating them in your sleep!

Looking at my house, things are a bit worn and need updating. When planning a big decorating project it's easy to forget about the little details but the little details are something that can really make a home zing with class.

Last year I was drinking at a bar and needed to pay for my drinks. The bar lady brought the credit c machine over to my table and it had a long curly wire that headed behind the bar. Holidays in Orlando

I would love to go to Florida and have taken a look at Orlando vacations. Orlando has some amazing theme parks and I would love o tour all of them as well as see the city and local tourist sites.

I would love especially to go Universal Studios and go on the Back To The Future ride. I love BTTF I, II and III. Also the Jaws ride looks amazing.

Disney isn't so much of a priority for me but it would still be great to go.

I'm not sure if I would try diet pills, however if I was severely overweight then a diet pill would definitely be something that I would consider and research every aspect of the pill.

Some pills I am sure do some good things for your body, especially the ones with natural ingredients, so it's worth finding out what is what and how others have faired using these treatments.
