<p>Prepare sandwich of two slices of bread with bran and one of the following filling:</p>
<p>1. 50 g <strong>chicken or lean ham</strong><br />
2. 75 grams of <strong>salt tuna</strong>, a medium-size banana<br />
3. 25 g of <strong>low fat cheese</strong><br />
4. 1 slice baked <strong>low fat bacon</strong> with roasted tomatoes, 1 egg, 3 tablespoon of boiled kidney bean</p>
<p>Now when you were a menu of four sandwiches, choose one option of dense bite from a proposed list:</p>
<p>a) 75 g of <strong>low fat meat</strong> with a little sauce, 75 g of boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots;<br />
b) 150 g of <strong>fish</strong> cooked on the grill, 150 g of boiled potatoes, 2 spoons of corn seeds, large portion of mixed salad;<br />
c) large piece of melons, 125 g low fat lamb, a little liquid sauce, green kidney beans, broccoli, 1 cup of <strong>low fat yoghurt</strong>.</p>
