In his discussion with Maria Bartiromo this afternoon, he notes India's anti-gold 'protectionism' (and its potential balance of payments issues) that are trying to force the hoarding into risky 'productive' assets (as others might say). The immutable commodity maven suggests JPMorgan (and its peers) could be behind the drops in the overall commodity complex as the uncertainty of their positions (and liquidation potential to raise cash as bank examiners begin their forensics) becomes more important. He holds the USD, which he hates; has a number of equity shorts; and is most fearful of banks - specifically admitting he is a serial seller of calls on JPMorgan. His advice, and perhaps Maria should look into it given their ratings recently, is to become a farmer; own farmland; and speculate on agriculture. On the dismal 'ethical' state of our leaders and management, the thoughtful Rogers opines, "You can read world history for decades. There are always people doing things wrong. We have not changed our human nature and we will continue to have scandals and problems" and in a follow-up to CNBC's standard 'money-on-the-sidelines' argument he crushes the money-honey's dreams: "Finance had a great 30 years. That's finished. Now to advance, we have too many people, too many MBAs, too much leverage and too many governments that don't like us". A must-see rebuttal to the 'normal' CNBC hopium with more on China's slowdown, a US recession, Europe and a Greek exit, QE3, and 'tractors'. &amp;#160; [ad code=1 align=center] &amp;#160; &amp;#160; Rogers: &amp;#8220;Volume Is Not Going To Come Back. On its worst days, it is a Water Wiggle — whirling around unpredictably, without any apparent connection to guilt, innocence, Constitutionality or the proportionality of alleged crimes to one another. On good days, guilty parties go to prison; innocent parties do not. On very good days, innocent parties do not even have to go to the trouble of hiring a lawyer and showing up in court. Law enforcement agencies correctly decide to spare them the burden (and potential agony) of proving their innocence before a judge or jury. On bad days, the exact opposite occurs. Innocent parties go to prison, while guilty parties do not. On very bad days, guilty parties do not even have to go to the trouble of hiring a lawyer and showing up in court. Law enforcement agencies incorrectly decide to withhold charges and spare guilty parties the burden (and potential agony) of defending their guilt before a judge or jury. Once you string enough bad days together, you get a Water Wiggle — a “system” of law enforcement that investigates and prosecutes alleged crimes capriciously, unfairly and disproportionately. You get a system, for example, that: 1) Prosecutes Hall of Fame pitcher, Roger Clemens, for injecting performance-enhancing drugs into his own body, but does not prosecute a single investment banking executive for fraudulently injecting mortgage-backed securities into the US financial system. 2) Tasers-to-death a Mexican national for sneaking into the US to find work, but provides billion-dollar bailouts to finance company executives whose extreme incompetence causes thousands of individuals to lose their jobs. (Bring us your tired, huddled masses so that we can beat them to death). 3) Threatens to shut down porn film studios for failure to comply with “condom laws,” but turns a blind eye to Wall Street’s serial financial rape of the US taxpayer. 4) Fires a 5-year employee of Wells Fargo for shoplifting when she was a teenager, but does not bother to prosecute M.F. Global’s former CEO, Jon Corzine, for allowing (or causing) $1.6 billion of client funds to disappear from the firm he controlled. In other words, once you string enough bad days together, you get a “system” that punishes minor crimes and rewards major crimes…consistently. You get a system that punishes entrepreneurial initiative by rewarding cronyism. To reward incompetent finance company CEOs with billion-dollar bailouts, for example, is to punish the employees and shareholders of the prudently operated finance companies that compete with the firms receiving bailouts. To refrain from investigating and/or indicting Jon Corzine for “disappearing” $1.6 billion of client funds is to punish both the 38,000 M.F. Global customers who are still missing the money they did not deserve to lose and the 1,000 employees who lost paychecks they did not deserve to lose. To continuously intervene on behalf of politically connected incompetence and sociopathy is to invite the kinds of corruption, recklessness, cronyism and criminal negligence that ruins innocent lives and destroys entire economies. The US is sprinting down this very path…as last week’s “surprising” $2 billion loss at J.P. Morgan Chase illustrates. Morgan’s egomaniacal CEO, Jamie Dimon, described the furor over the trading loss as a “tempest in a teapot.” Maybe so, but based on subsequent disclosures about the reckless trading that produced this loss, Dimon looks like a teapot in a tempest — clueless and overwhelmed. The only surprise about this announcement was that the loss wasn’t $4 billion…or $40 billion. But let’s give it some time. Morgan’s expert traders might still get there. There’s a direct connection, Dear Reader, between the trading losses at JP Morgan and the conspicuous non-prosecution of Jon Corzine. In fact, there’s a term for this connection. It’s called “moral hazard.” Mo</itunes:summary><itunes:keywords>Government,Politics,Conspiracy,Gold,SIlver,Documentaries,Truth,Social,Culture,Elite,Educational</itunes:keywords><description>On its best days, the American judicial process is a blindfolded Lady Justice — prosecuting the truly guilty and exonerating the truly innocent. Corporations and foreign governments have been “ land-grabbing” from third world nations to control agriculture. “What is missing the most in terms of land grabbing is a clear condemnation of this practice. That was one of the baseline demands of civil society,” Stephane Parmentier from aid agency Oxfam. “It was impossible to include it, because it was too sensitive and too controversial for quite a lot of member states.” Nations like Ethiopia, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Sierra Leone, in Africa have “voluntarily” signed agreements with multi-national corporations and foreign investors, allowing them to control agricultural land. The nation’s leaders believe that giving access to their resources will benefit their people; however this is just another manipulative ploy to coercively acquire control over land, food production and securitization. The world’s governments have agreed to follow UN dictated guidelines over land, and who controls the fate of land. The United Nations (UN) has enacted global guidelines on purchasing agricultural land from developing nations like Africa and Asia. The UN claims that to secure equality for the poor and disadvantaged, this international body must control their lands through the allowance of mutli-national corporations and governments who will develop the land for agriculture and securitize the crop yields; thereby giving the UN control over the global food supply. The document entitled “ The UN Global Compact and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises” outlines through “voluntary” means, the UN will implement their international guidelines with respect to corporate conduct, standards and abilities. The UN decries that their voluntary code of conduct promotes equal rights for women by securitizing title to land. They also claim that they will give poor people access to their own land once they own and control it. And once the UN controls the land, they will enact “legal help” to settle disputes. This document requires governments and local communities to adhere to UN rules with respect to business practices. The UN asserts that the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development; and the United Nations Convention against Corruption and subtle Agenda 21 initiates will allow their Global Compact principles to facilitate universal consensus. To create this document and the guidelines within it, the UN collaborated with non-governmental groups, members of the global Elite within the private sector, and multi-national corporations. “It’s a starting point that will help improve the often dire situation of the hungry and poor,” the head of the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), Jose Graziano da Silva, said at a news conference in Rome. Grazino da Silva said the guidelines should prompt revisions of national and international law. Once agreements are signed, the land and the people are indebted to the UN for slave labor to work the land and watch their resources being reallocated to other countries for consumption. The promise of investment and technological advancement are just the hook to convince leaders to sign away the rights of their people and their land. Over the last decade, the UN has “acquired” an area of land in Africa and Asia the size of Great Britain. The World Bank, FAO and other UN agencies are meeting to create a new document to expand on the current guidelines. Certain acquisition of Africa through the guise of “investments” is a usurpation of land rights over a people who cannot say no or fight back. Corporations like Cocoa-Cola have descended upon Africa by an $11 million dollar project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. “Africa is now the last frontier in terms of arable land,” said James Nyoro, the Rockefeller Foundation’s managing director for Africa. “With the population growing to 9 billion, the rest of the world will have to depend upon Africa to feed it.” Cocoa-Cola Corpor</itunes:summary><itunes:keywords>Government,Politics,Conspiracy,Gold,SIlver,Documentaries,Truth,Social,Culture,Elite,Educational</itunes:keywords><description>Whoever controls the land controls the nation.

Bush and Bill Clinton in 2012.  For 2013, the plan is to increase that amount to 3.7 million dollars.  But do any of them really need this kind of welfare?  The truth is that all of them are very wealthy.  So what justification is there for giving them so much money?  You can see the GSA budget proposal for former presidents for 2013 right here.  The 3.7 million dollars for 2013 does not even include the cost of Secret Service protection.  Rather, it only covers expenses such as office rentals, travel, phone bills, postage, printing and pension benefits.  Certainly it is not unreasonable to grant former presidents a small pension, but should we be showering them with millions of dollars each year?  At a time when the federal government is drowning in so much debt, the fact that these former presidents are willing to take such huge amounts of taxpayer money really does make them look like parasites. So why are these former presidents getting this money? Congress passed The Former Presidents Act of 1958 because they didn't want other presidents to end up as poor as Harry Truman did. Well, these days former presidents are definitely not in danger of ending up poor.  But this law does enable former presidents to stick the U.S. taxpayer with some absolutely outrageous bills. For example, George W. Bush is scheduled to get $1,356,000 from U.S. taxpayers in 2013. $85,000 of that will be for phone expenses. He must have a really, really bad calling plan. Bill Clinton is scheduled to get $1,019,000 from U.S. taxpayers in 2013. A whopping $442,000 of that will be for office space. That breaks down to more than $36,000 a month. I hope that office space is nice. Perhaps he needs a lot of office space to hide from Hillary. George H.W. Bush is scheduled to get $879,000 from U.S. taxpayers in 2013. $63,000 of that total will be going toward "equipment". How many iPads does he really need? Even the old peanut farmer, Jimmy Carter, will be getting $518,000 from U.S. taxpayers in 2013. But do they even need this money? Exactly how wealthy are these former presidents? Well, it turns out that they are very, very wealthy. Bill Clinton earned an estimated $41 million in speaking fees during the first six years after he left office.  He also received a $12 million advance for for his memoir, "My Life". George W. Bush earned an estimated $15 million in speaking fees during just the first two years after he left office. So why are we spending millions to support these guys? Perhaps this is yet another question that we don't have an answer to.  We can add it to the list.... -Why do chimps throw poop? The federal government has spent $592,527 to try to find the answer. -Do unhappy people spend more time on Twitter or on Facebook? The federal government has spent $198,000 in an attempt to get an answer. -How do rats respond to jazz music when they are high on cocaine? Your tax dollars are being spent to get to the bottom of it. -Does cocaine cause Japanese quail to engage in sexually risky behavior? The federal government has spent $175,587 to find out the truth. Right now there are more than 100 million working age Americans that do not have jobs, and this is the kind of nonsense that the federal government is spending money on. Shame on these former presidents for taking this money. If our Congress critters are looking for a place to cut the federal budget, this would be a good place to start. &amp;#160; [ad code=1 align=center] &amp;#160; &amp;#160; 3.6 Million Taxpayer Dollars Being Used To Support The Lavish Lifestyles Of Former Presidents - - </itunes:summary><itunes:keywords>Government,Politics,Conspiracy,Gold,SIlver,Documentaries,Truth,Social,Culture,Elite,Educational</itunes:keywords><description>You are not going to believe how much money is being spent on our former presidents.  At a time when U.S. government spending is wildly out of control, a total of 3.6 million dollars is being used to...&lt;br/&gt;
