In a busy world, being still, enjoying our own company and that of others without having to spend money or be doing something that requires great thrill, movement and ecstasy, is often frowned upon or misjudged as wasting time.

When in actuality, it is a chance to find balance, to reconnect with ourselves, to accept ourselves and understand and appreciate all that we already have.

Choose to be comfortable with your own company, eliminate those thoughts that are nagging you and discover the beauty and restorative abilities of stillness.

knowledge is power. You can’t be manipulated and lied to if you know the truth.
Be who i am and introduce myself to the world with exuberance
embrace my femininity it is the greatest power i have.
stop being busy, be more efficient
work smart not hard, play hard not cautious.
seek quality instead of quantity
choose my personal style over popular trends
do not let consumption entangle my existence
focus on being the right woman instead of seeking the right man
when in doubt- wait!

When you are going through something hard and wonder where GOD is, remember the teacher is always quiet during a test.

The color for today is black. That’s right, black. So absorb these rays and save that heat for winter. So wear that black and be involved.
