So I don't know if I mentioned this yet, but I went to Japan this year for about three months. I left earlier this year and came back around May. During my stay I was working as an intern at a start-up company that wanted to provided English services. Anyhow, one day one of our new Japanese friend told us that she need us(foreigners) to play extras in a drama that was filming at her dad's sports bar. So you know what, we all jumped at the opportunity! So after a few months I suppose the drama aired and someone just copied a part of the the drama and uploaded it on youtube. So my roommate and I are the crazy dancing extras at the 23 second mark. ENJOY!

Family Gathering Galore!

So today I went to my cousin's baby shower. It's crazy that her and I are the same age and basically grew up together and now she's having her first baby! I'm happy for her because it seems like life is falling right in places for her. She met a great guy married him after many years of dating and now they're having their first little one. Some times it makes me wondering how it would be if I was on the same trail? Oh well, everyone has their own lives and their road to follow.

On another note I'm heading to a family gathering tomorrow! These family gatherings are in a sense good and bad. It's like I want to see some of my cousins, then again there's a couple I rather not see. We'll see how tomorrow goes and I know it's going to be super duper HOT!

By far my favorite movie of the moment!!

I've been waiting to see a good HK movie recently and this is it. This movie just came out in 2011, I believe it was in this spring. The movie has one of my favorite actors Louis Koo...but I've learn to like the other guy in this movie...Daniel. I suppose it's because I like his character. I was hoping for a great ending...but I suppose this will do. If you need a good romantic comedy this would be a good one to watch.

So today my brother and I went to see Captain America! I didn't really want to see the movie, but hey it was free movie since he paid. Overall it was an okay movie...your typical action hero movie. Now, the only thing I wish I could do from this movie is to place myself in that tube thing and transform my fat body in to that model like body! If only that could happen the world would be in chaos.

Talk about movie night, when I got home later tonight my sister and I also watched another movie. We watched that new horror movie Insidious! Now that was one scary movie! Lets just say the movie kept us on our toes tonight and we scream a bit. If you know me I don't get scared easily and most of these horror movies do not scare me, but somehow this one did. Lets just say this movie a bit like paranormal activity but not with a real live cam to make you dizzy. So you just add those hmong ghost stories like losing spirit and finding spirit plus hollywood and you get this scary movie. I suggest a watch for those of you would aren't scared and would like a good scare tonight!

Had a great weekend in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I would say it was nice seeing my old college buddies and just chilling. We went out to Dive Bar our in Maplewood on Friday night. It was funny because it turned out that Friday night was line dancing night so it was pretty interesting. On Saturday night we went out in Uptown at Sushi Tango and Drinks; both places were pretty busy on a Saturday night. One thing I sure do love was the outside roof top experience at Drinks. Some how I loved the atmosphere and the crowd and it just made me want to move uptown!

I'm pretty exhausted from the weekend so this will be a short entry. Till next time take care!
