So, if you're doing a long run this weekend and looking for a way to cool off, you might want to take a nice jump in a pond. Added bonus if you can do it to an awesome soundtrack like this crew...

Note: You will need access to a deep pond, a bike, a ramp of some sort, and a healthy (or unhealthy) ambivalence to your own physical well being.

Training Tip: Learning to Run Faster

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 179px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-5-KKzG_8vTk/TjGa1QFfWKI/AAAAAAAAAiM/ntDiX6UIELY/s320/000Jay12_910x510.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5634454848458938530" />
There are some great running tips on Nike's running website (you can also friend them on facebook).

Here's a link to an article from Nike Training Coach, Coach Jay, on how to run fast for long distances.

Feeling Comfortable Running Fast for Long Distances

CAREFUL!
