So apparently I can’t add very well because when I was prepping for my final Christmas Stamp a Stack last week, we were only suppose to make 5 projects and we ended up making 6! Boo ya for you ladies! Here are the cards and projects we did. I hope you enjoy and are inspired!

Well while I was surfing Pinterest today and trying to figure out new ways to use the Envelope Punch Board ($24.95 133774) I came across this wonderful box made in the UK from Pootles and absolutely HAD to make a few of these myself. However, before I do anything I had to have my coffee, hence this joke--

Which fits me perfectly! But anyways on to the subject at hand, my daughter Alyssa just had to make some of these herself. Now keep in mind we haven’t fancied them up yet or anything AND I most certainly did NOT come up with this idea myself sooooo here are a few shots of Alyssa’s handiwork!

Betsy’s Blossom Christmas?

I decided to use Betsy’s Blossom as a Christmas card this year, which is something new for me, and of course Lovely As A Tree is always my favourite go to stamp set. It's been crazy busy these last few days and a wonderful lady held a workshop Sunday to take advantage of the promotion from Stampin' Up! this month.Her workshop had over $350 in sales and got the extra $25 bonus. She got $90 in free product and she's so pumped about this. Thank you to the ladies who came out and for your support!

Here are some of the projects that we did at the workshop, some of which are going to be used at my Christmas Stamp a Stack on November 17 of this year. More details to come once available on that class.

Recruiting Promotion Update
We’ve heard of some recent happenings in the crafting industry that may leave some people looking for a new business opportunity, and so we are extending the Join for $25 recruiting promotion for one day. It will now end on Tuesday, October 22, at 11:50 pm (MT).

Competitive Activities Policy Update
Along with the extension, we’re allowing a limited exception to the Competitive Activities Policy for people interested in becoming a demonstrator; anyone who currently is involved in a directly competitive business who signs up between October 21-November 30, 2013 will not need to resign from their former business prior to signing up with Stampin’ Up! They will have until December 1, 2013 to decide which company they will represent and by that time will need to resign from one or the other.

Ghosting Technique Class

Happy Thursday!

So last night I went to a stamp and share with my up up line. I had a lot of fun and it was great to see old friends again, however, it was a rude awakening as to how new stampers feel. Not having used some of the items before I felt really intimidated and out of my element. Very unusual for me, but lessoned learned, I will have more patience and understanding for new stampers. I will share those projects another time.

It did, however, to inspire me and get back in the groove for next weeks’ technique class. Most importantly we will be doing a technique called ghosting!

And for the fun of it we will be playing with the new Envelope Punch Board to make a file folder card. This turned out to be really cute…

Be prepared both of these projects are time intensive but are a lot of fun. Lots of toys in play!

Happy Monday!!

I had the most FABULOUS weekend!!! 4 stamping "gigs" in 3 days!! I figured by Sunday afternoon I would be ready to drop in my tracks and never want to touch a stamp again ... but I was wrong!!! I was pumped and ready for more ... so here I am to share something I'm REALLY excited about!!!

A new kit that ROCKS - MY - WORLD!!!

I've always loved crafts. That's when crafting came into my regular Sunday afternoons. As mom was busy doing "mom stuff" I kept busy with crafts ... that's when KITS came into my life. I LOVED kits - paint by number kits, rug hooking kits (am I dating myself here???), knitting kits and cross stitching kits. Nothing made me happier than a cold, rainy (or snowy) Sunday ... and being able to sit down at the kitchen table and have everything I needed to make something all by myself ... with the smell of Mom's roast beef cooking in the oven! ahhhh .....

Gorgeous Grunge meets Halloween Hello

Well I received some new goodies from Stampin’ Up! today. Can you say it felt like Christmas here in my house! What can I say I love this company, I really do and the creative juices were flowing around here.

I ordered the Gorgeous Grunge and Halloween Hello stamp sets, then I found a card that actually used both on Pinterest so I did what every crafter does and cased it—well pretty close…take a look…

My daughters loved it and thought it necessary to play with these stamp sets too. This card is sitting on my new Stampin’ Trimmer that I bought and loooove!

I also had to get this cool Strawberry Slush jacket as well……well….just because I had to have it. Mwaaaa Mwaaaaa

Sorry about the bad hair day Oh well maybe tomorrow. Which by the way I am going to do a Christmas card version with the Gorgeous Grunge too!!!

Wow, what a week this has been. I don’t know about you but you can tell the kids are back in school; they have gotten sick with the flu and has passed it around our house. Apparently we are not the only ones, my good friend and upline, Tamara, her daughter is sick too!

Also, I have been busy prepping for classes and selling my retired stuff (to get some cool new Stampin’ Up! stuff, LOL). Anyhow I wanted to share with you a few of the cards we are doing tonight in my technique class.

I wanted to showcase the versatility of our stamp sets, and by far, this stamp set seems to be the most popular so far. Therefore you can use it for more than just one card. Take a look:

Virtual Garage Sale

Happy Monday,

Well one tiring weekend finished, yet fun, it is time for me to get back to business. I have finished my workout for the day, house is clean and my daughter willing to make supper this is a good day too!

As you know I just recently got back into the business and there have been some major changes with the new color refresh that Stampin’ Up! Came out with in July. I need to raise some funds to help pay for that and it might be a good idea to get some more catalogues as I’m out. LOL

So instead of you coming to my house for the garage sale I thought I would have a virtual one instead. I have taken pictures with the prices attached. It is first come first serve via email. I can only take cash, cheques, or email money transfers for them. If your coming to my technique classes Wednesday morning or Friday night I can drop them off too you. Let me know.

If I have enough left over maybe I will get a new stamp set. Let me know which stamp set you would like to see at my next technique class. (By the way I’m all for the ‘Gorgeous Grunge’) The most popular will be bought.
