Don’t Fuck With Daddy: The Shop That’ll Punch You in the Face – With Style

If you’re sick of swimming in the sea of mediocrity, dullness and empty arguments, it’s time to stop blending in with the basic crowd and head straight to the shop that gives zero fucks—literally. Politically incorrect mugs, t-shirts, and hoodies that slap you (and everyone else) with the truth? Yeah, we’ve got those. So buckle up, buttercup, and prepare to wake the hell up, because this isn’t some cozy grandma-approved knitting circle. Honestly, your grandma might need smelling salts after checking out what we’ve got going on.

If you’re into bold, unfiltered, and outrageously sarcastic statements splashed across top-tier merch, then welcome to Don’t Fuck With Daddy—the shop where the motto is simple: “Say it like you fucking mean it.”

First Impressions: A Breath of Fresh (and Dangerous) Air

Let me start by saying that Don’t Fuck With Daddy is not for the faint-hearted or easily offended. If your idea of a “statement” is wearing a t-shirt that says “Positive Vibes Only,” you’re in the wrong place. This shop takes boldness, cranks it up to 11, and then throws the knob out the window. Think of it as the internet equivalent of a rockstar bursting into your living room, kicking over your coffee table, and lighting your “Live Laugh Love” sign on fire.

The Mug Game: More Than Just Coffee

Let’s talk about the mugs. If you’re used to sipping from cutesy cups with uplifting messages, prepare to have your worldview shattered. The mugs at Don’t Fuck With Daddy don’t care about your morning mantra. They care about saying the things you wish you could say out loud but are too polite to admit.

For example, one of the bestsellers is the “Do I Look Like I Give a Shit?” mug. Now, this is a mug with an attitude. It’s the perfect companion for those mornings when you roll out of bed, stare into the abyss, and realize you simply don’t have the patience for anyone’s nonsense. Holding this mug feels like a power move. Your boss sends you a passive-aggressive email? Sip from this beauty, and suddenly it’s not your problem anymore.

Then there’s the “Bend Over, Here I Come!” mug. Bold, brash, and with a wink of humor that’s hard to ignore. It’s the kind of mug that makes people laugh (or blush) at the office—if you’re brave enough to bring it to work, that is. But hey, if you’re shopping at Don’t Fuck With Daddy, you’re clearly not concerned about blending in with the crowd. And why should you be? This mug lets the world know you’re here to make waves, not ride them.

Let’s start with the “Don’t Fuck With Daddy” hoodie. This piece of apparel is more than just something to keep you warm. It’s a wearable attitude. Whether you’re a literal dad who’s sick of hearing the kids complain or you just like the idea of embodying the tough-as-nails persona, this hoodie gets the job done. It’s perfect for walking around town and watching people’s reactions as they try to decide whether you’re joking or dead serious. Spoiler alert: you’re both.

Then there’s the “Do I Look Like I Give a Shit?” t-shirt, which is basically the human version of an eye roll. You don’t need to say a word when you’re wearing this—it does the talking for you. It’s ideal for days when you’re not in the mood to deal with anyone’s nonsense but still have to exist in public. And the best part? It’s surprisingly versatile. Sure, it’s a statement piece, but you can wear it with anything from jeans to sweatpants, and it works for every occasion where you just can’t muster the energy to care.

Quality vs. Attitude: Does the Merch Hold Up?

You might be thinking, “Sure, the messages are hilarious, but is the stuff actually any good?” The answer is a resounding yes. Despite the cheeky nature of the brand, Don’t Fuck With Daddy takes its products seriously. The mugs are sturdy and dishwasher-safe, which is a bonus if you’re too busy not giving a shit to hand-wash dishes. The t-shirts and hoodies are soft, comfortable, and fit well—none of that scratchy, cheap material you get with some “funny” apparel brands. You can tell they put effort into making sure the clothes feel as good as they look, which is important when you’re wearing a statement so bold you might need to outrun some haters.

Who Is This Shop For?

If you’re reading this and thinking, “I need everything on this site,” congratulations, you’ve found your people. Don’t Fuck With Daddy is for those who like their humor dark, their sarcasm sharp, and their statements as unfiltered as possible. It’s for the folks who are tired of walking on eggshells and want to embrace a life of blunt honesty. You know, the kind of people who see a shirt that says “I Can’t Hear You Over How Awesome I Am” and think, “Finally, someone gets me.”

It’s also for those who appreciate a good laugh. Sure, some of the statements are over-the-top, but that’s part of the fun. It’s about taking life a little less seriously and enjoying the reactions you get when you walk into a room wearing a hoodie that’s practically daring someone to challenge you.

And let’s not forget the gift potential here. If you’ve got a friend or family member who thrives on sarcasm and isn’t afraid to speak their mind, this shop is basically gift-giving heaven. Nothing says “I know you” better than a mug that says “Don’t Fuck With Daddy” or a shirt that might just offend someone’s delicate sensibilities.

What You Won’t Find Here: Boring or Bland

Here’s what Don’t Fuck With Daddy isn’t: boring. This is not a place for the faint-hearted, the easily offended, or the folks who need everything to be “nice” and “appropriate.” This is a shop for those who live life on their own terms and don’t feel the need to apologize for it.

You won’t find any feel-good, sugar-coated slogans or pastel-colored t-shirts with vague positivity here. What you will find are statements that make you laugh, cringe, and sometimes even gasp. And that’s exactly why people love it.

The Verdict: Should You Shop at Don’t Fuck With Daddy?

Absolutely. If you’ve got a sense of humour, a bit of an edge, and a love for unapologetic boldness, this is the place for you. Don’t Fuck With Daddy is more than just a store—it’s a lifestyle choice. It’s about wearing your attitude on your sleeve (literally) and not giving a damn about what anyone else thinks.

The products are high-quality, the messages are bold, and the brand is refreshingly honest in a world full of watered-down, “safe” statements. So if you’re tired of playing by everyone else’s rules, grab a mug, throw on a hoodie, and let the world know exactly where you stand.

Because at the end of the day, life’s too short to get fucked. Sometimes, you just need to say, Don’t Fuck With Daddy, and call it a day.

There are probably almost as many views on how a leader should lead as there are leaders! I tend to view leadership styles from an evolutionary angle. This means I place the different schools on a timeline going from the medieval to 50 years into the future.

This is an interview made by Author Debra Quincy. She is talking to a former Navy SEAL Dave, who is a freelance mercenary and runs a number of nightclubs in California.

– How many people do you have working for you in all of your business?

– I have 159 people employed right now and around twenty loosely attached being paid in dirty money – you know… undeclared work. Supporting the shadow economy using some of the incoming cash flow, and on top of that, I have some contractors and associates I hire for certain jobs.

– You know them all?

– I met them all, but I don’t exactly know all of them. But I remember their names and most of their children’s names too. It’s good to have something to talk about or ask questions about when I meet them. I learned people feel better and are happier if I ask how their kids are doing or talk about some other private or personal stuff.

– I learned I pass value to my co-workers when I show interest in their lives, kids, cars, and hobbies. I try to leave people better than I meet them. To give them a boost of energy or happiness. It doesn’t cost me anything, and they feel appreciated. It works fantastic. I try to be my best authentic self because it works like an invitation for them to be open-minded when I am open-minded. It creates a connection I value greatly because I also need to be part of something.

– Yee… I sure understand the part about being part of a group. By the way… You don’t strike me as the standard ass-kissing boring kind of leader who says what he thinks people wanna hear and do what he thinks his boss wanna see. You do what the fuck is needed no matter the consequence.

– I don’t wanna try to be something I am not. I have the desire, to be honest, and preserve my integrity. Pull off my masks and reveal who I really am. I have a lot to give, and I love giving people what they need. Whether it’s attention, money, or time… If I have it, I will share it. Basically, I want to be happy, and I assume pretty much all people want the same. And besides… I’m a huge believer in having fun!

– Most leaders try to be strong, and they confuse power with leadership. I try to be authentic. Actually, I try to master the ten A’s of Class A Leadership. This is something I came up with in a bright moment.

– Ten A’s? What is that?

– Well… The five masculine qualities are Agenda, Awareness, Assertiveness, Action, and Authenticity. Agenda means having a plan for your life.

– The five feminine qualities are Authority, Attention, Attraction, Admiration, and Accountability. In a way they are almost a result of mastering the Masculine A’s.

– Working with this has made me much more Appreciative, Attentive, and Amazing!

– Okay, bragging a little here, but it is Amazing that things happen when you want them to happen, and it is amazing to be able to give people what they desire.

– This work also made me an Achiever, an Accomplisher, an Adventurer, an Alchemist, and even the Author of my own friggin’ life.

– When I say Alchemist, I mean I am now able to transform almost any negative situation into something positive.

– Man! I want you as my boss! These A’s are Awesome!!

– Don’t regard me as a boss. I want to be human. I indeed started the companies, but we are all together in this, kinda like a huge family, and I’m simply the grease that makes the engine run smoothly with all its gears and bolts and nuts. I’m the janitor. I take care of things. Also my employees and associates.

– I try to build a good life for myself, my friends, my associates, and my employees and hope that I can contribute to a better world one day.

– That’s my A-game.

– I feel you, man! I feel you. And I continued:

– Once in the army, we had an international drill in cooperation with a SAS platoon and a Navy Seal platoon, and the biggest takeaway for me was the kind of leadership these guys had. They were sooooo committed, and my conclusion was that bad leaders do what is easy or popular. Great leaders do what’s right! No matter the pain!

– That’s very, very true! Dave said. A Navy Seal HAS to do what’s right. Otherwise, it comes back to you and bites your ass. Wrong decisions can be lethal.

– In your opinion – What is the most important trait of a good leader?

– That’s a tough one. Dave paused for a long time while he searched for an answer.

– I think there are a few equally important traits.

• 200% responsibility for everything you make happen – including what happens to you. Even taking responsibility for how you perceive the world and other humans. I call it Extreme Ownership because you have to be responsible for your feelings, your actions, your words, your health, your buddies and so on.
• Integrity. Because I believe in honesty. If you want people to trust you, you can’t lie! You HAVE to be honest.
• Great leaders are obsessed with execution.
• And they are world-class listeners.

– And bad leaders would probably place Ambition as the most important trait, I commented.

– Yeah, they want status because their dads never told them how proud they were of them. They still seek validation. Many of them use manipulation, control, and micromanagement. All of which are destructive and counterproductive. I guess 97% of all leaders out there are in that category!

– Wow! 97%! That’s a lot. But thinking about it, you might be right.

I have had 30 leaders in different jobs and 25 of them are not worth mentioning. . They all had the same problem. The same attitude. See me dad. Am I good enough? They still seek validation.

Agenda

– Unveiling the depths of your soul, crafting a profound narrative for your existence, that’s the soul-stirring essence. It’s not just important; it’s an absolute game-changer. Passion is the force that propels you forward, the unwavering focus that breathes life into your most audacious dreams.

– Do what you do with Love and Passion or don’t do it at all!

– Discovering your ultimate purpose isn’t just a milestone; it’s an internal blaze. Picture it like an inferno, a fervor so intense that it courses through your veins. Unstoppable becomes your middle name. Your passion becomes a force, so potent that it could intimidate the unprepared. Yet, here’s the hidden truth – embracing and settling into that passion is the key.

– Gaze at those twinkling stars, my friend. Align your aspirations with the loftiest purpose of your being, let that be your guiding star. It’s more than just a compass; it’s a beacon that illuminates your path, infusing your journey with direction and meaning beyond imagination.

– And the beauty of it all? When you’re living with purpose and ardor, you become a magnetic force. Like a flame drawing moths, you attract kindred spirits, individuals whose passion resonates harmoniously with yours. They’ll gravitate towards you, captivated by your every word, cheering you on through every twist and turn.

– So, why the hesitation? Seize the moment and script your narrative – your PASSION. Unearth that ultimate purpose and let your fervor shine brilliantly. The world is holding its breath, eagerly anticipating the unveiling of your extraordinary narrative!

Awareness (or Awakening)

– To ascend to the zenith of your prowess, you must embrace an unwavering sense of awareness. I’m not merely referring to the act of being awake; I’m urging you to transcend into realms of consciousness that elevate you to new heights.

– Let me lay it bare – countless leaders are blissfully ignorant of the dynamics within their own teams. They navigate through a fog of assumptions, believing their perceptions to be an unassailable reality.

– But, awareness operates on multiple tiers. The initial tier is internal awareness – the discernment between what is tangible and what is a mere figment of the mind. An endeavor that eludes the grasp of most.

– The subsequent level is collective awareness – delving into the pulse of your team, your company, or your family. Yet, the saga doesn’t conclude there. You must extend your gaze beyond, encompassing city limits, national boundaries, and the very fabric of our interconnected globe. Decision-making without considering the broader impact is a misstep of colossal proportions; it’s the epitome of basic wisdom.

– And here’s the revelation – awareness isn’t just a tool; it’s a gateway to creativity. To wield the brush of innovation, you must first paint your canvas with awareness. It’s a symbiotic simplicity, my friends.

– So, rouse from your slumber and be vigilant. Your team, your company, and the entire world place their trust in your capacity to be aware. Do not falter, for the symphony of existence awaits the conductorship of your awakened consciousness. Rise and shine, for the world beckons for your mindful leadership!

Assertiveness

– Dialogue it’s a symphony of positivity, appreciation, heart-to-heart on assertiveness and respect woven into the fabric of your communication, all while being crystal clear about your desires.

– Picture this: when you’re assertive, your actions align seamlessly with your words. No dancing around, no mind games – you dive straight into the heart of the matter and own it with unwavering certainty.

– But here’s the emotional core – assertiveness isn’t a license for bullying. Absolutely not, not on our watch. It’s a dance of empowerment, a delicate balance of standing up for yourself while cherishing the boundaries and emotions of those around you.

– So, the next time you engage with someone, infuse it with assertiveness. Let the air be charged with positivity, appreciation, respect, and precision. Speak your truth, embody your words, and always, always honor the perspectives and emotions of others. That, my champions, is the essence of assertiveness – a dance of strength with a heartbeat of empathy.

Action

– Let’s dive into the heartbeat of action, where dreams transform into reality and execution reigns supreme!

– Listen closely – words may flow effortlessly, but it’s the decisive steps that set leaders apart from mere followers. You can weave intricate tales of your plans and aspirations, but without action, they remain mere echoes in the wind.

– Enter the stage of execution. Triumph belongs to those who not only articulate their visions but march resolutely towards them. Successful leaders don’t just articulate, they embody. They immerse themselves in the labor, confront the tough choices, and execute their plans with a blend of precision and fervor.

– But, hey, don’t just take my word for it – peek into the annals of history, where luminaries like Elon Musk and Oprah Winfrey etched their names. Their narratives weren’t mere soliloquies; they were sagas of determination and action.

– So, the next time your aspirations beckon, remember this – action speaks volumes, far louder than the grandest declarations. It’s not just about talking; it’s about DOING! Step into the arena and execute with the valor of a true champion!

Authenticity

– Have you ever considered that words spoken are just a fragment of the narrative you express? Indeed, your unspoken language, the subtle dance of body language, tone, and gestures, weaves a narrative of its own. But here’s the intriguing aspect – when your words diverge from your body language, and your tone adds another layer, the message can become a labyrinth. It’s a perplexing puzzle, a signature move of those who choose deceit.

– Now, picture a scenario where all your communication channels harmonize, singing in unison. How much more profound and impactful would your message become? There’s an art to managing and directing these channels to create a seamless narrative. Yet, attempting to stifle or manipulate a channel expressing a different tale may cast a shadow of dishonesty and inauthenticity.

– The alternative? Embrace the true essence of yourself. Understand the intricate language of your communication channels, including the silent notes they play. Through honesty, openness, and genuine presence, you can master the delicate art of authenticity. Projecting a message that resonates deeply and consistently with your audience becomes second nature. Always bear in mind – authenticity holds the key to forging meaningful connections.

It’s a gift – a serene exploration, a flow that weaves a tapestry of emotional equilibrium.

– Achieving and maintaining equilibrium is absolutely essential!

– There’s a cost to always being extreme, and it’s often a cost you’d rather not pay!

– Being in balance appeals to a lot more people.

– Leadership is more than a mere title or position; it’s a way of existence. It’s about having a clear sense of direction and the bravery to guide others along that path. Authentic authority is not bestowed; it’s earned through wisdom and authenticity. A leader who understands their purpose and harmonizes all communication channels with their objectives commands respect and becomes a source of inspiration.

– The potency of a title pales in comparison to substance. A genuine leader doesn’t need to proclaim their authority; their actions and words resonate far louder than any title. Genuine authority is built on the pillars of trust, respect, and integrity, requiring time and dedication to nurture. Only then can a leader authentically claim their position at the helm and steer their team towards triumph.

– There is a huge difference between being Authotorian and owning the gift of Authority!

– Attention is the gentle flame that kindles the blaze of triumph! It materializes when your words, like well-aimed arrows, find the center of your audience’s hearts and minds. Yet, it’s not merely about raising your voice; it’s about speaking with precision, with intention, and with a resounding impact. It’s an art of understanding your audience, conversing in the language that resonates with them.

– In the contemporary world, attention serves as the currency of influence, distinguishing leaders from mere followers.
– Attraction is the sublime force that beckons the world toward you, akin to a moth drawn to a flame. It transcends mere surface charm; it thrives when every facet of your being is harmoniously aligned. When your physical presence, emotional well-being, mental clarity, energetic aura, and spiritual foundation synchronize seamlessly, you exude an irresistible allure.

– However, it’s crucial to remember that attraction goes beyond seeking external validation; it’s about drawing in elements and individuals that resonate with your values, dreams, and aspirations. This journey demands commitment and diligence. It demands you to master the five first A’s! Once you’ve laid the groundwork, the world will extend an invitation to your door. It emerges organically from the unwavering commitment and actions directed towards one’s purpose, team, and community. True leaders, guided by principles of integrity, passion, and authenticity, find admiration effortlessly trailing in their wake.

– The counsel is simple: do not pursue admiration directly. Instead, pursue excellence, and admiration will gracefully follow in its wake.

Instead of pointing fingers when a team member falters, let’s redirect our focus to solutions and supporting their success.

– Approach with humility, be open to learning from failures, and pose questions like, “How can I support them? What could I have done differently?” Reflect on the leaders who earn your respect – is it the one who evades responsibility and assigns blame, or the one who steps forward, takes ownership, and pledges to improve?

– Consider this: which leader garners more respect? The one who deflects blame with a harsh ultimatum, or the one who admits fault, expresses regret, and commits to improvement? The answer is evident – let’s opt for accountability and cultivate the respect of those around us. Be the catalyst for positive change, embody accountability, and earn the respect you deserve!

Harmony Unveiled

– That was a long and somewhat complicated story. But here is a recap:

– Embrace the synergy of masculine and feminine qualities – Agenda, Awareness, Assertiveness, Action, and Authenticity, harmonizing effortlessly with Authority, Attention, Attraction, Admiration, and Accountability.

– In this delicate equilibrium, you’ll unfold as someone deeply Appreciative, Intrinsically Attentive, and undeniably Amazing! The transformation extends beyond, propelling you into realms of an Achiever, Accomplisher, Adventurer, Alchemist, and the Author of your own narrative.

– Behold, the emergence of a True Alfa Male, the Answer to people’s queries. Your journey becomes a testament to the delicate dance between these qualities, fostering not just personal growth but a profound connection with the world around you.

The Vanguard of Tomorrow

– Imagine the Leader of the Future, a living embodiment of Authenticity, Action, Attention, Attraction, Admiration, and Accountability. But hold on, we’ve deliberately omitted Ambition for a profound reason. Ambition, often rooted in unmet childhood needs, can steer leadership toward imbalance and self-interest. Yet, through introspection, ambition can transmute into an extraordinary force – PASSION! And passion, my friends, is infectious.

– Gone are the days of divisive politics, of left versus right. What we crave are leaders who elevate us, not drag us down. The archaic paths of leadership have hit a dead end; it’s time for a revolutionary leader to emerge. A leader who is whole, embracing all opposites, grounded in Leadership and Awareness. Let’s bid farewell to the old ‘leaders by title’ and welcome The Leader of the Future with open hearts.

– We stand on the brink of an evolutionary leap, where conventional methods of the past falter in the face of today’s challenges. Why? Our survival instincts historically relied on binary divisions – good or bad, friend or foe, light and dark. Now, we face a pivotal moment. We must embrace a new paradigm – one that transcends the limitations of this binary mindset. It’s time to act from wholeness, letting go of preconceptions and embracing creativity and openness. Are you prepared to take this evolutionary leap and shape a brighter future?

– This form of Leadership is a latent superpower within every human being, awaiting awakening. You, my friend, hold the potential to become the Leader of the Future, the maestro of your own life. It’s time to grasp ownership and responsibility for our destiny. Waiting for others, including governments, to shape our lives is no longer an option. We must seize control, and we must do it now.

– Despite this impressive lineup of A’s, there’s one element even more critical: EMPATHY. Oops, not an A, but an E! Perfection eludes us, and that’s okay.

– When you master these qualities, empathy flows effortlessly. It’s a complimentary gift for being an authentic, accountable, attentive, attractive, and admirable leader. Are you ready to unleash your dormant leadership superpower and become the Leader of the Future?

The thrilling saga of internet cookies and the EU’s grand idea to spice up our online experience!

Brace yourself for a journey through the world of pop-ups, legal jargon, and the wonders of accepting cookies.

So, picture this: some geniuses on a bar in Brussels on a Friday night, probably bored out of their minds, decided that every website on the planet needed to remind us about the mystical wonders of cookies. Because, you know, we were all desperately waiting for that interruption in our seamless internet surfing.

Gone are the days of carefree browsing; now, we get the joy of clicking “YES – I accept your lovely cookies!” on every single website. Thanks, EU overlords, for making our internet experience as smooth as gravel.

And why not, right? I mean, who doesn’t love a good pop-up? It’s like someone knocking on your door, demanding you read and sign a 16-page contract before entering their virtual domain. Because, you know, the internet is a highly classified space that requires your digital signature at every turn.

Now, let’s talk about cookies, those little bits of info websites sneakily store on your computer. They’re like breadcrumbs, guiding you through the intricate maze of the internet. Without them, you’d be lost, unable to tell the checkout page what’s in your virtual shopping basket.

But hey, why not throw in a few more obstacles? It’s not like we have anything better to do than sign contracts to enter a shop or click “accept” on an endless stream of pop-ups.

So, here’s to our beloved leaders, those power and money addicts who graciously gifted us with internet speed bumps. Because what the digital world really needed was more hoops to jump through.

And let’s not forget the real questions – do people actually read these cookie policies? Does anyone care about the legal implications of having or not having one? Spoiler alert: probably not. But fear not, EU, keep sipping on that booze. Maybe one day, they’ll realize we’re all just trying to scroll through cat memes without being bombarded by pop-ups.

In the intricate world of the internet, cookies play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and navigating the virtual landscape. From the variety of cookies available to their legal implications, let’s embark on a journey to demystify the cookie conundrum.

Types of Cookies:

1. Session Cookies:

Purpose: Temporary cookies that enhance user experience during a single session.
Legal Implications: Generally benign, as they are essential for website functionality.

2. Persistent Cookies:

Purpose: Stored on a user’s device for a specified period, offering personalized experiences over time.
Legal Implications: May require user consent due to their extended lifespan.

3. Secure Cookies:

Purpose: Encrypted cookies used for secure data transmission.
Legal Implications: Vital for websites dealing with sensitive information, may necessitate explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Cookies:

Purpose: Managed by external domains, often for marketing and tracking purposes.
Legal Implications: Subject to strict regulations; user consent is crucial.

Purpose of Different Cookies:

Cookies serve various purposes, from improving site functionality to providing personalized content. They are the digital breadcrumbs that tailor the online experience to individual preferences.

How a Cookie Policy Protects Users:

A well-crafted cookie policy informs users about the types of cookies used, their purposes, and provides an option to accept or decline. This transparency empowers users to make informed decisions about their online privacy.

Legal Implications of Having a Cookie Policy:

Compliance:
Having a cookie policy ensures compliance with data protection laws.
Failure to comply may result in penalties and legal consequences.

User Consent:
A cookie policy typically includes obtaining user consent.
Demonstrates respect for user privacy and aligns with regulatory requirements.

Legal Complications of NOT Having a Cookie Policy:

Legal Consequences:
Without a cookie policy, a website may be in violation of privacy laws.
Fines and legal actions may follow. And they are known to be astronomical in size.

User Trust:
Lack of transparency may erode user trust and confidence in the website.

The Conundrum of Unread Cookie Policies:

Ah, the riveting world of unread cookie policies—a place where legalese goes to party and user attention goes to die. It’s a conundrum wrapped in an enigma, sprinkled with legal jargon, and presented as the pièce de résistance of online bureaucracy. Because who wouldn’t want to spend their leisurely internet stroll deciphering the intricate dance of data protection intricacies?

It’s the digital equivalent of having a thrilling novel you never asked for, popping up in the middle of your online escapades. “Yes, I absolutely have the time and inclination to peruse this 10-page manifesto on how you use cookies to enhance my browsing experience,” said no one ever. It’s a tale as old as the internet itself—a narrative written in pixels, signed by lawyers, and gracefully ignored by users worldwide. So, here’s to the unsung hero, the cookie policy, forever floating in the vast abyss of online agreements, waiting for someone, anyone, to give it the attention it probably doesn’t deserve.

Despite the legal importance, cookie policies often go unread by users. The challenge lies in presenting these policies in a user-friendly manner, encouraging transparency and understanding.

Cookies and Privacy:

1. Data Collection:

Cookies are often used to collect user data for analytics and personalization.
Balancing personalization with user privacy is crucial.

2. Regulatory Landscape:

Evolving privacy regulations impact how websites handle user data.
Staying informed and adapting policies accordingly is essential.

In the ever-evolving digital landscape, understanding the nuances of cookies, their types, and legal implications is crucial for website owners. Crafting a transparent cookie policy not only ensures legal compliance but also fosters a relationship of trust between users and websites. As privacy regulations continue to evolve, adapting cookie policies becomes an integral part of maintaining a responsible online presence.

Do I need a popup people should accept or can I just have my cookie policy described separately?

Whether you need a cookie consent popup or if describing the cookie policy separately is sufficient depends on the applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction. In many regions, including the European Union, cookie consent popups are required to ensure transparency and compliance with privacy regulations.

The popup serves as a mechanism to obtain explicit consent from users before cookies are placed on their devices. It allows users to make informed choices about the types of cookies they accept. This proactive approach aligns with privacy standards and helps protect user rights.

While describing the cookie policy separately on your website is valuable for transparency, a popup is often considered a best practice, especially when cookies are used for various purposes. It ensures that users are actively aware of and acknowledge the website’s use of cookies. Always check and adhere to the specific legal requirements in your jurisdiction to ensure compliance with privacy laws.

Where do I find more detailed descriptions of use of Cookies?

For the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs the use of cookies. You can refer to the official GDPR website or legal databases for the full text. Additionally, each EU member state may have its own specific regulations.

In the United States, there isn’t a comprehensive federal law specifically regulating cookies. Instead, various privacy laws and regulations at both the federal and state levels may apply. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is one such state-level law that you might want to explore.

For other countries, you’ll need to look into their respective data protection and privacy laws. Resources like government websites, legal databases, or privacy organizations can be helpful in finding the relevant legal documents.

Remember to consult with legal professionals or experts in data protection to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for your specific situation.

And good luck trying to find your way through Cookie Hell! You need it! The bastards who invented this meant to protect the users of websites, while the lobbyists meant to form a law that would make it easier to collect your data and make more money!

The only ones not involved in the process are the end users. You and me!

A Healthy Life Style Will Make You a Better Blogger!

You can’t just sit there on your fat ass all day long and write on your blog! I know you want to. I do too. I wanna see my blog grow to infinity and beyond! And I spend way too much time behind my monitors – writing and pinning and doing SEO. I love it! And I can go on for days.

I get it!

I DO understand you!

BUT…

Here is the thing about how to become a better blogger:

I noticed that taking time off to do something completely different can actually boost your productivity. And though I am an introvert who doesn’t do a lot of talking to others, I found out that it was an advantage for me to go out there in the real world and meet with a friend once in a while.

On a café or in the gym!

Health is an essential component of productivity. When we take care of our physical and mental well-being, we are able to accomplish more and perform better in both our personal and professional lives.

I think there are some main areas in our lives that keep us healthy.

Doing what you love

Healthy food

Exercise

Some kind of inter action with other people

Get sleep enough

1. Doing What You Love

The one thing that is essential for being happy and fulfilled is to do what you love to do! It is as simple as that. People who are not satisfied in their jobs get grumpy and die early. The happier you are the healthier you are!

Doing what you love to do will ALWAYS make you much more productive and much more creative. The feeling of purpose following a dream is some of the best fuels you can pour into the tank of your soul!

You will inspire others. At least you will at some point. In the beginning no one will know you but eventually you will be some one people will follow. If you show people your fire they will respect you and follow you.

Chances of success is far greater when you are doing meaningful work than if you hate what you are doing.

You get the chance to help other people through your articles. When you get to that point in your career where you can give back, this alone will make you much happier.

If you love blogging and writing articles is your passion, this will make you a better blogger.

2. Healthy Food.

First of all – I do not preach! I have NO idea if it is more healthy to be vegan, vegetarian or a meat lover! I strongly recommend you do what you think is best for you!

I don’t know why I’m a vegetarian. It just happened.

In the 90ties I got this subtle idea: What if I became a vegetarian? I wasn’t inspired by anyone so I don’t know where the idea came from. But it grew and slowly I dropped eating meat. Maybe over a period of a year or so I ate less and less and ended up with a diet without meat.

I didn’t have a reason for doing it. Not religious about it. Didn’t think in health related terms. Neither did I think of animal welfare.

I began to buy more organic food, less processed food and I began to check the how the products were produced or grown. I also began checking additives and chemicals.

At some point it occurred to me that healthy living included mental work too. Afterall our thoughts is a big part of our lives so why not get more conscious about my psyche and what I chose to think about. So I started meditating. But that’s another story!

Eating a healthy diet is also crucial for maintaining good health and productivity. A diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein can provide the necessary nutrients and energy to keep the body and mind functioning at their best. It is also important to stay hydrated and limit the intake of processed foods and added sugars.

When I eat healthy I get more energy to put into writing my articles and become a better blogger.

You probably already know what is good for you!

3. Exercise

Exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve overall health and boost productivity. Regular physical activity can improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. It also helps to improve mood and cognitive function, allowing us to focus better and think more clearly.

In school I never participated in gym classes. The others always wanted to play foot ball and I hated it. I was around 18 years old and just started on business collage when a new guy came to town and opened a Karate training centre. His name was Henk Wieland and he was from the Netherlands. He was crazy. And skilled. He had the 6. dan in Nippon Kempo.

The story goes he was in town one day and was approached by two dealers asking him to buy weed. He wasn’t interested and it kinda developed a little. Suddenly he was surrounded by bikers. News paper said they were 17. Last man standing was Henk.

A few days later he was interviewed to a news paper where he said he didn’t care if they were 17 or 1,7000! The latter would just take a little longer.

I trained in his dojo for several years until he closed down and disappeared.

But shortly after another guy started a Kung Fu club in my town and of course I was in. Kung Fu was much more vibrant and dynamic than karate so this became my new training.

Unfortunately I now live in a city with no serious martial arts dojos so I have to do my exercising my self now.

Exercising keeps you alive and vibrant! It creates more energy in you and for you and you need a lot of energy when starting a blog. You can use this energy to become a good blogger.

4. Some Kind of Social Interaction With other People

Being social is also important for maintaining good health and productivity. Connecting with others, whether through face-to-face interactions or online, can help to reduce stress, improve mood, and provide a sense of belonging and purpose. Engaging in activities with friends and family can also provide a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment.

This can be a tough one for introverts. BUT we usually can manage be together with one or two others. Small groups you know. Relationships where we can deep talk and give each other feed back. Which we need!

We can also have online contacts. It is not quite the same but will work.

No man is an island – they say! We are connected to each others. Even us introverts have bonds to others. Fewer but deeper!

Talking to other people and listening to what they have to say can inspire you and give you ideas for new topics and articles. This will also make you a great blogger.

5. Get Enough Sleep

YES! This is important. Don’t believe Arnold Schwarzenegger when he recommend only 6 hours of sleep. I’m sure it works for him, bet we are different. Only 6 hours of sleep can emergency work for me a few days, But 5-6 hours every day in a month made me collapse. My body said stop. My immune system was torn down – which it usually never is, and I cougth a Covid. One week in bed and three more weeks before I started working and one and a half month in total before I was on top.

That was a long time ago and it was a tough job.

Sleep is everything. Some see it as wasted time but I love sleeping. If you don’t get enough sleep you can’t handle stressed situations. Your tolerance for conflict will rise. Your patience will disappear.

The better sleep the less stress. This too will make you a good blogger.

6. Meditation

Meditation is another effective way to improve health and productivity. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and increase feelings of calm and well-being. Regular meditation can also help to improve sleep quality, which is crucial for maintaining good health and productivity.

I see meditation as mental hygiene. We need to shower and cleanse our body regularly. In fact, we need to do the same with our thoughts. I started meditating in 1990 and it has given me a much deeper foundation. I am closer to who I really am and I when people are unfair or treat me disrespectful or call me names, I can hear it with out the need to explode in their faces. I can decide to walk away peacefully.

We are strange creatures. We regularly need to go from one side of a spectrum to the other. Awake – Sleep. Work – relaxation. Exercise – relaxation. Thinking – non thinking (meditation). Create – enjoy. Balance is hard to find.

Love is never in the extremes. Balance is a prerequisite for Love.

Meditation helps you keep the balance. Meditation or Mindfulness will help you distance yourself – from your self. This means you will see things more clearly. You will be able to see things from multiple perspectives, which is VITAL if you want to become a great blogger! Your articles need to cast light on a matter from multiple angles. This will give you more readers.

When it Rains on the Priest it dribbles on the Bellringer!

This is a Danish proverb and you probably have no idea how true this is. It can mean positive things as well as negative.

If you study zen you won’t get any where without a teacher! Some things you can study yourself and it will take longer than if you learn from a teacher. Afterall, what are schools for?

The people who become millionaires make sure they are surrounded by millionaires because being in their presence always helps! You will become a millionaire a lot faster if your friends are millionaires.

People tend to gather in flocks of likeminded. If you go with the homeless you probably won’t become a millionaire. If all your friends are blue collar workers you probably won’t become a millionaire either.

You simply have to move your butt up the ranks and get close to people wo have success to get success yourself!

It is as simple as that!

If you want to become a successful blogger you need to interact with other successful bloggers! Create joint venture articles with some of them. Write great comments on their blogs. Offer them something and find an excuse to mingle with them. Try guest posting.

You won’t be a successful blogger if you only spend time writing articles. You really need to mingle. You need to be social online to move up. Be an expert with a new angle and they will find you interesting.

March 8 2023 I got a mail from Twitter saying my password was changed and another saying my mail had changed and if it wasn’t me who changed it I should contact Twitter Support.

The mail said: We noticed a suspicious login attempt on your account @David__Holywood. Was it you?

In the same mail Twitter mentioned I had to answer some security questions but I never saw any questions.

I contacted Twitter Support within the hour and gave them all the info they asked for in the the online contact support form.

The day after I got a seriously disturbing mail from Twitter:

Hello,

Sorry that you’re having this issue. The next best step is to take the following action(s) to secure and/or access your account:

If you’re able to log in, follow these steps.

If you can’t log in, please try resetting your password. If you’re not able to reset, and you filed this ticket using the email associated with your account, please reply to this message with the following information:
Your username
Any email addresses that may be associated with your account
The last date you had access to your account
The phone number associated with the account (if you verified your phone number)
Once we receive these details, we’ll be able to assist further.

Thanks,

Twitter

Disturbing because this was the exact same info I was asked in the support ticket. But anyway, I sent the information I was asked for (again) and documentaiton that it really IS my account.

March 19 I get another even more disturbing mail:

The phone number associated with the account (if you verified your phone number)
Once we receive these details, we’ll be able to assist further.

Thanks,

Twitter

At this point it becomes clear to me that Twitter has NO working procedures for handling stolen accounts. I file another ticket.

March 25 I get this:

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. We received your request for assistance regaining access to your account.

To handle this as quickly as possible, please fill out our account access form.

Use of our web form is the most efficient method to ensure we review your case as quickly as possible. Once you submit the form, you will receive a follow up email with instructions on the next steps to take.

Thanks,

Twitter

I wrote several mails explaining what happened and I only get automated mails in return. And I get 4 more of these mails. Each time I got a NEW case number – indicating that Twitter people have no idea how to setup working procedures for this.

Twitter is totally malfunctioning and they probably couldn’t care less.

A few days after I lost my account Google informed me that my password was in a data breach. They didn’t mention where, but data from this data breach was sold to some hackers and many many more people lost money and other accounts in the same data breach.

But Twitter doesn’t care.

Two months have passed now and I only got automated shit mails from Twitter revealing their stupidity.

Open and non-open relationships have become topics of intense discussion in recent years, with some people advocating for open relationships and others advocating for non-open relationships. Both sides have valid arguments, and it is up to each individual to decide which type of relationship is best for them. In this article, we will explore the pros and cons of open and non-open relationships.

The topic of open relationships versus non-open relationships has become a popular discussion point in modern society. With the rise of social media and easy access to information, people have become more aware of alternative relationship styles. However, when it comes to deciding what type of relationship to pursue, it can be difficult to know what is right for you. In this article, we will examine the pros and cons of open and non-open relationships, to help you make an informed decision about what is best for you.

Open Relationships:

Open relationships are defined as a relationship in which both partners have agreed to explore romantic or sexual relationships with other people. There are many benefits to being in an open relationship, such as:

Honesty and communication: Open relationships require honesty and open communication between partners, which can lead to a stronger emotional bond.

Variety and excitement: Being in an open relationship can offer variety and excitement, as partners are able to explore new sexual and romantic experiences.

Personal growth: Open relationships can lead to personal growth, as partners are required to be introspective and examine their own feelings and desires.

However, there are also some cons to being in an open relationship, such as:

Jealousy and insecurity: Open relationships can be difficult for people who struggle with jealousy and insecurity, as it requires a high level of trust and emotional maturity.

Health risks: Being in an open relationship can lead to increased risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unwanted pregnancies.

Social stigma: Open relationships can be stigmatized in society, which can lead to feelings of shame or judgment.

Non-Open Relationships:

Non-open relationships, also known as monogamous relationships, are defined as a relationship in which both partners have agreed to be exclusive and committed to each other. There are many benefits to being in a non-open relationship, such as:

Emotional security: Non-open relationships offer emotional security, as both partners have agreed to be exclusive and committed to each other.

Reduced risk of STIs and unwanted pregnancies: Being in a non-open relationship reduces the risk of sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies, as partners are only sexually active with each other.

Social acceptance: Non-open relationships are more socially accepted and less stigmatized than open relationships.

However, there are also some cons to being in a non-open relationship, such as:

Boredom and monotony: Being in a non-open relationship can lead to boredom and monotony, as partners may become too comfortable and predictable with each other.

Lack of personal growth: Non-open relationships may not offer the same opportunities for personal growth as open relationships, as partners may not be required to examine their own feelings and desires.

Inflexibility: Non-open relationships require a high level of commitment and exclusivity, which can be difficult for people who value independence and freedom.

Conclusion:

Deciding what type of relationship to pursue is a personal choice that depends on your individual needs and desires. Open relationships offer honesty, communication, variety, and personal growth, but can also lead to jealousy, insecurity, and health risks. Non-open relationships offer emotional security, reduced risk of STIs and unwanted pregnancies, and social acceptance, but can also lead to boredom, lack of personal growth, and inflexibility. Ultimately, the key to a successful relationship, whether open or non-open, is communication, honesty, and a shared understanding of what each partner wants and needs from the relationship.

Love and relationships are some of the most fascinating and complex experiences that we as humans can go through. They have the power to fill our hearts with warmth and joy, and to give us a sense of purpose and meaning in life. However, love is not just about finding someone who we can connect with on a deep and intimate level, but it also requires care, attention, and effort if it is to last a lifetime.

At the heart of any successful relationship is the ability to communicate effectively with our partner. Communication is key when it comes to building trust, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the bond between two people. It’s important to be able to express our feelings and thoughts openly and honestly with our partner, and to be willing to listen to their perspective as well.

Another critical aspect of love and relationships is the need for self-care and self-love. We must be able to love ourselves before we can fully love another person. This means taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, and making sure that we are living a fulfilling and meaningful life. When we prioritize our own well-being, we are better equipped to show up fully for our partner and to give them the love and support they need.

When we are in a long-term relationship, it’s natural to experience uncertainty and doubt from time to time. We may question whether we are with the right person, or wonder if we are truly happy in the relationship. These feelings are normal, and it’s important to remember that love is not just a feeling, but an action that requires effort and commitment.

To truly build a strong and lasting relationship, it’s important to take a long-term view of love. Love is not just an emotion that comes and goes, but it’s a choice that we make every day to show up for our partner, to be there for them through the good times and the bad, and to work together to build a life that we both love.

In order to foster a sense of connection and intimacy in our relationship, it’s important to prioritize quality time with our partner. This means carving out time in our busy schedules to spend with our partner, whether it’s through date nights, weekend getaways, or simply spending time together at home. It’s these small moments of connection that can strengthen the bond between two people and help to keep the love alive.

Some how we expect Love to maintain itself and that doesn’t work! Love needs attention and care!

Another important aspect of love and relationships is the ability to navigate conflict effectively. Conflict is inevitable in any relationship, but it’s how we handle it that determines the health and longevity of the relationship. It’s important to approach conflict with an open mind and a willingness to listen to our partner’s perspective, and to work together to find a solution that works for both parties.

Finally, online therapy can be a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their love and relationships. Therapy can provide us with the tools and strategies we need to communicate effectively with our partner, build trust, and work through any issues that may arise in the relationship. It can also help us to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our needs, which can ultimately help us to show up more fully in our relationships.

In conclusion, love and relationships are complex and multi-faceted experiences that require care, attention, and effort if they are to last a lifetime. By prioritizing effective communication, self-care and self-love, quality time, conflict resolution, and online therapy, we can build strong and healthy relationships that stand the test of time. It’s not always easy, but with the right mindset and approach, love can be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of our lives.

You all know this situation! You call customer support somewhere in a big company and you get a nice voice telling you: Press 1 For sales. Press 2 for Accounting. Press 3 to hang up…

And then you spend 5 minutes navigating through voice menus just to end up in a queue with another voice telling you: You are number 742 in line. Please hold…

In my country I had this horrible experience. A company that had two offices and they had each their phone number. I needed help so I called one of them and the voice menu was long and complicated and all choices ended up referring me to their website. Except one. That referred me to another phone number. So I called this number and noticed the voice menu was the same. Except for the menu with the phone number. It referred me back to the first number.

Now, this is a company that doesn’t care about customers at all. It took me days to get through to a living person. Who simply referred me to the other phone number.

How many customers do you get this way? Less than zero! And how many customers do you lose this way? I guess every one who needs support.

Companies with monopoly does this a lot. Google, Facebook, Instagram etc… The IRS does pretty much the same. I spent 8 hours in line to the IRS at one point and approximately every second hour a live woman asked me what I wanted, told me I was in the wrong line and transferred me to another number and it started all over.

I am simply not ready to deal with people who think a voice answer is an adequate replacement for a human!

They are trying to save money BUT ON MY EXPENSE!!! And that makes my furious.

I cannot think of something I hate more than disrespect for other peoples time and money.

How I ended up in Customer Service

I have been in customer service for years. And it was basically a coincidence I ended up in customer service.

I got a good job in a NGO as an IT expert. I had the entire call centre setup to maintain. Including phones. That, in it self is a customer support job, because the better the phoners feel the better they are doing their jobs!

They had two supervisors and part of their job was to handle the support phone. They were responsible for taking action when customers called in with issues.

It all started one day when they left for lunch. One of them asked me to look out for the support phone while they were eating.

I had absolutely no idea what to do if the phone rang but I accepted the challenge!

And the phone rang. Multiple times. To some of the customers I had to say that I needed to investigate the matter and call them back – which I of course did later.

After a few weeks I was doing a lot of customer support. So much that my name became known among customers. They started specifically asking for me when they called the company’s main number instead of the direct support number.

A lot of the support requests went through our main number and customers got transferred to me.

We sold subscriptions. That meant that some customers wanted to cancel their subscription. In the beginning I didn’t ask questions, but I couldn’t help thinking that it would be useful to know why they wanted to cancel.

So I started asking.

And I got surprised.

People have a lot of reasons to cancel a subscription. Most of them were actually students and they told me they couldn’t afford it anymore.

So I came up with a solution. Two actually! I asked them: What if we cut 50% off the subscription?

And it worked! Most people actually wanted to support people in disaster areas in poor countries, but they had no idea it was possible to simply pay half the amount (or another number for that matter). They thought the number was fixed – which of course was based on our marketing.

The other solution – if that didn’t work was to offer a pause on 3, 6, 9 months or even more, to help these students through a hard time. I simply told them that in order to provide support for others they needed to keep them selves alive first!

And it worked. Better pause them and keep them on board than stop working with them.

We lost a lot less customers and made more money for the poor than if they simply cancelled their subscription entirely. And everybody was happy. Win-Win!

Angry Customers are the BEST!

We also had another type of customers. They were the most interesting and the most rewarding. Many customers had made an agreement with us that if they bought a subscription they would NEVER hear from a phoner again! They simply wouldn’t be bothered with a phoner that tried to upgrade them.

But because of our caller list at that time we couldn’t manage these customers and once in a while a phoner called them anyway and they often got pissed.

That’s where I came into the picture. I was the one who cancelled subscriptions at that time.

So when I got a furious customer on the phone – and it wasn’t funny the first few times, I admit, but I realized almost immediately that I wasn’t personally involved in the conflict and that helped me to stay NEUTRAL! Which appeared to be VERY important.

Well actually I wasn’t that neutral. I regularly told the customers that if people promised me something an failed I would be pissed too!

So I kinda sympathized with the customer and they got the feeling that I was on their team, which ALWAYS caused them to calm down!

That was a huge surprise for me and I quickly realized that the more furious the customers are the more engaged and passionate they are! I became a guide who helped people land safely after being on an emotional roller coaster – WITHOUT TELLING THEM WHAT TO DO!

The obvious reason why they are angry is of course they feel betrayed by us because we didn’t honour our agreement.

But it was deeper than that.

And when they realized that I understood how frustrated they were, they slowly (over a few minutes) turned around and landed safely in my arms.

They supported us for a reason and by taking them from a sky high level of anger down to earth (by emphathetic listening), they were reminded why they contributed in the first place.

I realized I gave our customers two things.

1. Wat they wanted

2. What they REALLY wanted

First, they still wanted to support us.

Second, they wanted validation and acknowledgement of their frustration – which I gave them. FOR FREE!

Some of the customers felt so accepted and heard that they by them selves suggested and even higher monthly donation! So I made money simply by being nice and understanding.

And I was baffled! Is customer support that simple? Is it really that easy to make a lot more money on great customer support?

The answer to both questions is YES!

The lesson I learned is that if a customer gets what he REALLY wants – understanding and a working solution, he is your for the rest of his life!

So my question to you is:

Instead of spending a ton of money on getting new customers, wouldn’t it be smarter to make life time customers by making them feel great, feel accepted, feel valued and feel as a part of a tribe that treats them with understanding and respect?

I do the same in my business today.

Is it better to spend money on Ads or on Great Customer Service?

Well – you should probably do both, but spending money on Great Customer Service means you don’t have to spend as much money on ads.

I don’t use money on ads at all. I simply wait for my customers to call me when they have a problem. And they will. They know I can and I will help them. They know they can trust me. They experienced it.

Some times I am a little slow to get back to them because I have a lot to do. But they don’t care! It is OK!

Yes I know, My customer service would be greater if I got back to them faster. I need to improve a little here.

Bad Customer Service

Last year I bought a hard disk from a local company. It simply stopped working. And it was still under warranty. So I made an RMA and sent the drive back and expected it to be a simple matter.

But after 4 long weeks I got a mail saying that the warranty was broken and they wouldn’t refund the drive because it was damaged:

This damage has nothing to do with the drive not working. The connections in the connector is completely unaffected by this. Besides I suspect they themselves were responsible for that damage as I inspected the drive carefully to find scratches or anything else that could influence the warranty, but the drive was looking as if it was unpacked 10 seconds ago. Not a scratch any where.

They found an irrelevant excuse not to refund the drive.

Now drives are not that expensive so I am not complaining about the money I spent and lost.

I am simply trying to drive attention to customer service!

The fact they rejected the RMA due to the wrong reasons means I won’t place any orders there in the future. I can’t trust them to be professional. The people in my company, my friends and customers who ask me where to buy hardware will be guided elsewhere in the future.

It would have cost them close to nothing to accept the RMA and they would have had a customer for life! Possibly even more because I would tell people about this great experience – if it had been great! And they could have gotten some of my customers.

But they chose not to invest that money in Great Customer Service as Marketing.

They could have invested money in Great Customer Service which has an infinitely higher ROI than Google Ads!

But they didn’t. And they failed to keep me as a customer.

What I started this article saying: Most people are unable to see past the next 14 days, I really meant it. Many people can’t see the future beyond their own noses. They go for the easy money. The now money.

Great customer service is an insurrance policy.

It takes time to show people how caring you are and how much you understand THEIR problems. But when you do you get customers for life!

Is there a formula for Great Customer Service?

Yes and no!

If there is a formula it corresponds to personal development.

In my world we are born open minded and open hearted. But life happens and most of us can’t keep an open mind and an open heart during life. As children we are hurt by thing we as adults don’t remember anymore. And we don’t remember because it hurts! And we don’t like pain.

Luckily there is a way back.

But it is painful too.

So many people don’t want to go this way.

Or more likely – they are afraid of the pain that needs to be looked at.

BUT it is exactly the looking and acceptance of this pain that reopens our hearts and our minds. This makes us great sales people or great at customer service. Because we RECOGNIZE other human beings pain! And they know it when they are met by someone who deeply understands their pain, frustrations and challenges.

We are born with an open heart, but during life we become selfish and that is OK. What is more problematic is that we hold on to this self-righteous selfism in stead of letting it go, turn around and go back to the non selfish child stage where we were open and happy. Return to that place with tough experiences and become both happy and wiser. Unfortunately many people can’t even remember they once were happy beyond reason!

Too many people continue to live running away from their pains and fears. They never learn. They will continue living in their own limited world as a neighbour to their own excuses.

And that pain and fear is what makes it hard to go back. We don’t even know the direction back to that happiness. We don’t remember where we came from. Once we were innocent and we will not really ever come back to that innocense. We have to forgive ourselves for betraying that innocense. For leaving it. For growing up. Then we can come back to honesty and truthfulness and that is even better than innocense! That is innosence with experience in mistakes!

So being great at Customer Service and Sales demands that you TRULY feel the need of your customer. You need to be a good listener. Actually you need to be a world class listener! You need to ask the right questions and ‘feel’ the answers. What is the customer telling you with words and what is he telling you in body language.

It is also vital to listen for what the customer DOES NOT say! You really sometimes need to pick up on what is NOT said and ask questions in that direction.

You need to look into the eyes of your customer and feel his sadness, his pain, his passion and his needs. Physical needs (the product) and psychological needs (recognition, validation and understanding).

So there is not really any technique you can use.

Everybody knows pain. So listen to your own pain when you are alone. Try to understand, validate and recognize this pain! Examine your pain. There is always wisdom in pain. Pain is a gift. Yes, a painful gift, but nevertheless a gift. Your pain can open your heart or it can close it. Your pain can be your wisdom. It is really only up to you. It is your choice.

Here is Lenora and Harry’s story about pain. Harry transcended his pain long ago and here he helps Lenora transcend hers. They both experienced things no one should be dragged through. Through years they were both exposed to some of the worst shit you can expose children to.

Morning Lark or a Night Owl?

In my country, Larks and Owls are called A or B people. This has created a canyon between early risers and late sleepers. Being on the A-team is the only accepted group to be in. B people are seen as lazy and second-class human beings. At least according to most Early Risers!

200 years ago, when industrialization started, a few ‘smart’ people wanted to design society. They sent out a message to everybody, calling to a meeting early Monday morning at 7. And of course, only Early risers were present. So they designed a world where we ALL need to rise early, no matter whether we are Early Birds, Late Owls, Introverted or extroverted! The A-Team wanted all of us to be like them.

I am very serious when I claim that most Early Risers haven’t got a clue what it means to be a Late Sleeper.

A few years ago I had a neighbour. At one point he got a new job that demanded he woke up at 5.30 every morning. It took only a few months before he broke down with stress.

Early risers have no idea what society pays for them imposing their work terms on Late Owls. In Western countries, 1/3 of the workforce has experienced stress. Not all stress is related to this but approximately half the workforce is Night Owls, so it is definitely a contributing factor.

If I am forced to wake up at 5 I am behind myself the rest of the day. My body will use a disproportionate amount of energy trying to catch up with the clock of society. The first two – three hours, I am not worth anything.

I react instinctively to things. Almost unconsciously. And non-engaging. I don’t approach anyone, and I don’t talk to anyone. I only want to be left alone!

Being a Late Owl in an Early Bird society equals stress, too little sleep, bad immune system, and more illnesses.

Early Risers don’t need an alarm to wake them up. Usually, they do it all by themselves, but I can’t do that. So I need to use this terror device Early Risers invented to ‘help’ Late Owls fit into their agenda. The Alarm Clock!

When my alarm wakes me up at 5 AM, my body immediately goes into Flight Mode (fight/flight). My first thought is, “FUCK! Not again!” I wake up in shock! Every single morning. In a few weeks, these morning shocks accumulate to trauma and I begin to malfunction. In a few months, I will collapse in a terror reign of stress.

I don’t feel appreciated by society. I feel abused!

An alarm clock buzzing at 5 AM is psychological abuse. It feels like an assault by your employer. Seriously!

The ideal day for an Early Riser

You wake up at 4 to 5 AM and you are instantly ON! Many Early Risers do not need an alarm. It is only a matter of milliseconds until you are at full speed. You have a lot of energy and can’t wait to get out there and do something. You spend your energy during the first part of the day and at night you are less energetic and maybe even worn out so you have to go to bed early.

The ideal day for a Late Owl

Early Birds have no idea what it feels like to be a Late Riser in an Early Bird society. If you want a feel of how it is, imagine this:

You would start at work at 6 PM and go home at 02 AM. You would then go to sleep from 3 AM to 11 PM and your off time would be in the afternoon from 11 AM to 6 PM.

This would kill most Early Risers, but save the Late Owls! Right?

Ideally, you shouldn’t need an alarm clock to wake you up. It is healthier to wake up at your own natural body speed. No stress. No panic. No traumatic mornings.

Late sleepers wake up naturally at some point after 8 PM. Some even first at 12! The day starts slowly, and we have to pick up where to start at our own pace. A slow quiet cup of tea or coffee, reading the paper or doing some non-binding activities and meeting at work somewhere between 9 AM and 12 PM. Some even prefer working afternoons or nights!

And those of us who have this Late Riser clock inside don’t really fit into society as it is today.

Events leading up to the explosion

September 25, 0200 GMT an explosion was registered on Nord Stream 2 pipeline south of Bornholm. A few hours later another explosion was registered in Nord Stream 1 north of Bornholm.

Here is a chronological list of events leading up to the explosions:

7. Feb. Biden threatens to take out the Nord Stream pipelines:
Watch video here.

June 17. BALTOPS 22 ends. This is a NATO exercise in the Baltics consisting of 47 warships, 89 aircraft and 7.000 soldiers in the Baltic Sea. This exercise was focused on using unmanned underwater vehicles to clear sea mines. (And maybe mounting some down there too…) These excercises were conducted east of Bornholm – where the explosions occurred.

Sept. 4. U.S. Navy amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge is taking part in international training in the Baltic Sea. They carried a navy unit from The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC).

Sep 19. Danish prime minister is in the US for the opening of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) 2022.
Read here.

September 25, 0200 GMT. An explosion is registered on Nord Stream 2 south of Bornholm. At 1900 GMT another explosion is registered on Nord Stream 1. which runs north of Bornholm. They measured 2.1 and 2.3 on the Richter Scale according to Sweden’s National Seismology Centre (SNSN). Shortly after it appears Nord Stream 1 and 2 pressure is dropping and the pipelines are leaking.

September 29: A third and probably also a fourth explosion in Nord Stream pipelines has been registered during the week in the Baltic Sea. This was reported by the Swedish Coast Guard on Thursday morning. Each explosion is according to seismic readings equal to several hundred kilos of explosives.

Same day the Baltic pipeline opened (from Norway) through Denmark and Germany.

The Pipelines.

The Nord Stream runs from From Vyborg, Russian Federation, passes through Gulf of Finland and Baltic Sea To Lubmin near Greifswald, Germany. Each pipeline consists of TWO trunk lines so we have four pipe lines all in all. They are 759 mi (1,222 km) and the depth at the crime scene is approximately 200ft (70m).

The pipelines is made of 4.1 cm steel and coated with 100mm steel armed concrete coating. So it takes a fair amount of explosives to damage these lines.

Was it an accident?

Considering 3 of the 4 pipelines probably have been damaged it is not likely an accident.

Swedish and Danish authorities have registered 3 leaks with a few hours in between. From the seismic data it is possible to see the magnitude of the explosions and how many occurred. It is also possible to relate the Richter readings to explosives. This means that each explosion was an equivalent of several hundred kilo TNT. The explosions wasn’t directional. If they were a lot less explosives would have been needed. The advantage of non-directional bombs is they can be lowered from the surface and put next to the pipe lines whereas directional bombs demands experts on site.

So these bombs would probably have been immersed from the surface. From a ship that had equipment mounted to immerse material. This would be a vessel of a somewhat significant size. But the explosives would probably have been mounted on an under water vehicle and pulled by a wire to the site. This is tan easy and way to covertly bring explosives to the site.

Who benefits?

We can look at two main reasons for the attack:

Escalation of the Russian/Ukraine conflict. States and/or military contractors would then be suspects.

Economic interests in the energy sector. Oil/gas companies would be suspects.

Russia covered until 2021 40% of Europe’s gas needs. Russia claimed that due to sanctions they had to turn down gas production and eventually they were completely closed. Foreign contractors deny they are under restrictions.

Since The Bush government the US have tried over and over again to take that market from Russia and export their gas to Europe. It seems they are about to succeed. It is a brutal way to get into a new market, but the US has done the same thing in countless other countries to get control over minerals, oil and gas. Venezuela is a study going on atm. invasions in Iraq and overthrowing the government in Iran ensured control over oil and gas from the middle east.

US NEVER supported Nord Stream.

Who did it and how?

Is it a state actor? A company? Or an act of war (military elite team)?

This is not a typical Navy Seal Operation. We would have used two precision bombs on each line. Eight in total. They are easier to transport, more efficient, and you are certain the job gets done! And 200 ft. is a no-brainer.

I find it strange if several hundred kilo explosives were used and lowered – it is NOT easy to make sure they land correctly. Even with Sonar equipment, it isn’t an easy job. It looks kinda amateurish to me. Absolutely not a SEAL team job! Maybe that is the reason only 3 of the 4 pipelines are damaged. Did the fourth explosion fail? Maybe it is meant to look amateurish? It is a signature and it is pointing at someone. Or meant to point at someone.

Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL Training (BUD/S) – 27 Weeks is part of the Navy Seal Training. It is half a year of training underwater so why do it from the surface where satellites, drones and surveillance planes can watch you?

But in support of that theory it is worth mentioning that in November 2015, the annual underwater survey of the Nord Stream pipelines discovered a remotely operated vehicle rigged with explosives right next to the line in Swedish waters. The control cable had been cut and the national origin of the vehicle was never disclosed! This HAS to raise some eyebrows! It is difficult to see how this was NOT an attempt to sabotage the pipelines.

Both Russia and USA are known to use false flag operations. The US has been involved in more wars than Russia and thus their number of false flag operations is higher. Most wars are started on a false flag. That goes for Russia as well as the USA.

The pipelines could also be exploded from the inside. This means explosives are moved from one of the ends of the line, Russia or Germany. A smaller bomb would do it as there is gas (methane) in the lines that will explode also. The pressure inside the lines will also amplify the blast. This means it was a professionally planned job contrary to immersing explosives from the surface. And that would explain why a small explosion will read 2.3 on the Richter scale. This would point to industrial interests.

An inside explosion is very likely. This means it could be state actors as well as rogue companies.

From the Russian end, there is a little more than 620 mi (1000 km) to the crime scene. From the German side, there is 110 mi (180 km). 620 miles is a long way for a robot with a location transponder to travel while 110 seems easier. The NATO exercise could be equipped with a receiver to show where the charges were at any given time so an explosion could be in international waters.

The pipelines were shut down probably because Russia wanted to put pressure on Europe, but they told us that it was due to a lack of components caused by sanctions put on Russian imports. In this case, we are talking force majeure and Gazprom is freed from the contract with Europe. They probably can’t claim force Majeure if they shut down the pipelines to apply pressure on Europe.

Navigating a submarine in these narrow and shallow waters without being noticed is virtually impossible. Unless it is a NATO submarine hiding in plain sight during a NATO drill or a very small remote-controlled vehicle. A simple and logical answer could be: They took hide in plain sight under the BALTOPS 22 exercise in the Baltic Sea.

But Russia wouldn’t benefit from an act of sabotage.

Pipelines are run by Gazprom which is partly Russian state-owned.

On the exact same day, a new pipeline from Norway running through Denmark to Poland was opened. This means the blow-up of Nord Stream is a statement – not anything else! Just a statement! A message from the US to Russia a la Don’t fuck with the US!

Consequences

Gas prices will sky rocket and other related prices will too – gas companies would benefit and partly governments due to taxes.

Poverty in Europe will explode – only the top rich elite would benefit from this.

It could cause an escalation in the Russia/Ukraine war – which ONLY the military industry and contractors would benefit from.

Governments will use this as a pretext for tighter security.

In short – the leaders of this world is acting very irresponsible and in their own interest. Nobody is looking out for humanity and the globe. Mankind is shortsighted and if I was Evolution I would direct mankind to the evolutionary bin. Fast.

Aftermath.

This is a crime scene! And at this point 5 days after the incident absolutely NO ONE have secured and investigated the site! This is extremely critical! Evidence is fading. It is VITAL to get hold of ANY evidence as fast as possible. No one seems to be interested in finding out who did it.

BUT, my guess is authorities already know what they are going to find! And no one will start accusing the United States for having damaged the pipelines. As in 2015 where no one got blamed I think this is going the same way. No matter what authorities will find down there we will never know who blew up the pipelines. The chances are someone will blame Russia but no one dares blaming the US. So we will never know for sure!
