I have not received my Sensa yet, but I just wanted to let you know about the forums. After you order your Sensa, you will have access to an active community forum where you can ask questions and interact with other Sensa users.

In the forums, you can post success stories and find answers to questions you haven't even thought to ask yet. For example, do you use Sensa in drinks? Nope, and not in foods that are mostly liquid either, like chicken noodle soup. How much Sensa should you use on each meal? What are the ingredients? The answers to these questions and many more can be found on the forums.

I called this blog "The Sensa Sensation" because if Sensa is half as good as it sounds, it is going to cause a huge sensation. I'm not big on diets or diet pills and neither is my husband, but we have decided to give Sensa a try. Both of us are very overweight and have tried other things in the past. I am 5'6" and weigh about 225 pounds (I think -- I haven't weighed myself lately!) so as you can see, the other things we've tried haven't worked very well.

We will post before pictures prior to starting to use Sensa and weigh ourselves so we know where we were when we started, and I will blog about our experience using Sensa. That way, you can wait to see the results before deciding to try Sensa for yourself.
