Something about it really jumped out at me Intuitively, so I marked my calendar just in case of ....whatever. On the 1st night of Sag Season recently (11/22) I happened to be at the barn after dark, almost forgetting about my calendar note, then I saw --- I kid you not --- a very long, low, almost horizontally arcing Shooting Star.... as if Santa was streaking across the sky! It's a beautiful time for reflection & giving thanks... taking a thoughtful pause before a new year & fresh energies commence. Embark on a year's review... moments marked, progress noted, conscious celebration & dreaming forward...

This is about the time I really start taking stock of the year's passing... the "good & the bad," the "what seemed to work" & "what didn't seem to work so well," what should I really celebrate & expand, what should I really leave behind, what should I no longer waste time on, what is Highest & Most Best for me to Focus On, etc. I'm constantly reviewing & refining things, yet, I take a little time to more formally view the year passed with some real thoughtfulness & hopefully more perspective. I may jot down notes here & there, saved somewhere, but I also commit to real contemplative quiet time to pull it all together & probably some meditation to see what comes through / comes up / comes together mentally, emotionally & Intuitively. I like to equip myself with the clarity that Spirit deems for embracing my new year.

Part of this process, I think, is to be grateful for all that's come to pass somehow, to find the gifts including the "backhanded" ones... it can shift the lived energies so much! A tip I've shared before is to pose the question, "What should I be Celebrating?" when something really hard / distressing etc. has come up. It's amazed me what insights I've received immediately, bringing some relief & setting up more perspective, Gratefulness & overall better energies... which can lift up pretty much everything in the moment & forward.

I've also learned along the way that the overarching numerological energies for a year start to shift out of the current year's vibe & into the next year's vibe in the last quarter or so. I read that once & began paying more attention. I really did feel it, the shifting, realizing how many year ends I had felt something a bit muddled without knowing why. It's another one of the natural cycles & rhythms that I intend to honor to my highest advantage. Right now we're shifting out of a numerological 7 year (2+0+2+3=7) into an 8 year (2+0+2+4=8.) I'm not a numerologist, however, everything is energy & I tend to generally pick up on vibes of things. Some of my thoughts... 7 can be very Spiritual, more "Inward," the word "Journey" keeps coming to mind Intuitively. "Pacing Oneself" is coming to mind, too. The 8 energies can be about Abundance, Manifestation, Spiritual Connection / "Above & Below," "Beautiful Flow" / "The Infinity of Things." I'm going to put more thought into it while I do my year end review, see what I think about 2023 additionally within this context. Then think about my shift forward into the new year's vibes, what I want / don't want / what my better opportunities might be to really go for, etc. Click for an article at Numerology.com that seems to be a good straightforward one regarding the year energies plus your personal year energies within the coming 8 year energies & how to easily figure that. I like to gather up this sort of information, as it comes to mind, to help frame up my thoughtful shift. When I looked at my personal year within 2024's 8 vibes in the referenced article, I immediately recognized why I had such an Intuitive push to do some of the things I've been lead to focus on lately. Extra confirmation is good!

You can jot down some notes yourself to take stock, reflect, be thankful... even be amazed at what you accomplished or managed to get through... don't wait till the tail end of the year or January, get a jump start now... having some extra time to thoughtfully process might be more positively impactful. Consider clearing out the old & no longer necessary, the completed, the "worn out," the "that was the best I could do then & I'm better equipped now" sorts of things. It's a good time to gracefully transition & make room for the fresh new cycle(s) coming. Having said that, if you're reading this later & didn't do your year end / pre new year assessments & reflection... Don't fret & trust that the timing is just right!

If we take enough time to grasp & honor what we just lived, we're more likely to move forward in a better way with our sights set higher & clearer.

I like to celebrate the simple & the profound Blessings that have come, plus let the "Higher Reflections" come to me. Then release all I should to make room in my life, mind & energies for the newest Journey ahead. At least I know I've done my part to be prepared. I also do a lot of "Releasing Everything to God & All Divine for My Highest Good & The Highest Good of All," then remind myself to "Stay Aligned, Stay Aligned, Stay Aligned."

Sometimes I sit with things in multiple bits of time to string together "the pearls" I need to be most aware of... I may even make a list of what I thought was great & not so great from the year & see if any patterns / particular thoughts / threads appear. Then, it sets me up well to more consciously Release, Honor & Focus on the Positives & Blessings.

A cool Prayer I learned decades ago, don't remember where this came from or I'd share it, is a version of the following Prayer: I give thanks for all the blessings of the day that have already come & I give thanks for all the blessings of the day that have yet to be revealed. Sometimes I change it up with week / month / year / my entire life instead of day... I think part of the perfection of the original prayer using the word & intention of day is to use the prayer daily. Not a bad Ritual of Gratitude & Faith to consider! It keeps things in the more "Mindful Present."

I've also learned to just pray: Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Heartfelt Intention & actively maintaining Gratefulness is a big part of what really matters, I think. In all things.

Full Moon Eclipse Messages for Now & Timeless Tips

There was a Taurus Full Moon Eclipse on Saturday October 28th & we're still in the possible Halo Effect of it. I've been guided to share oracle cards & their messages plus handy information to use now & beyond this Eclipse's effects!

Eclipses can be catalytic, opening the doorways we need to walk through, like it or not. New Moon Eclipses tend to open up opportunities or push us forward on something while Full Moon Eclipses tend to be more jarring, bringing out something hidden &/or "eclipsing" something out of our realm somehow. The Eclipse Energies put a New or Full Moon into exponential mode, magnifying the power & effects into the equivalent of many New or Full Moons within only one!

We had the Libra New Moon Solar Eclipse on Saturday October 14th prior to the Saturday October 28th Taurus Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. Knowing that it's often best to hang loose & be more of a "rational responder" to what comes up during eclipses than an "off the cuff initiator," I wasn't sure of my best course of action & focus... but I also always trust my Intuition as it has served me well. With this recent New Moon Eclipse, I felt a strange propulsion toward website tune ups & fell into some new, helpful apps for the website because of it... leading to overhauling & improving the blog for y'all, which is still a bit of work in progress. I kept checking myself Intuitively & still felt as if I was being shoved along, so I kept running with this process. Then I knew the Full Moon Eclipse was coming & that it might be more intense or upending...

I suddenly felt lead to pull oracle cards for the Full Moon Eclipse, that I also thought I might end up sharing here for y'all's benefit, too. Whatever the reasons, Spirit's timing for sharing is finally now!

This 1st Card indicates beautiful, strong energies! From the Oracle of The Sacred Horse card deck (available at Amazon, Llewllyn Publications & Blue Angel Publishing) I drew the card of Fertility & Endings... So appropriate for what I felt in the moment plus regarding the upcoming Full Moon Eclipse Energies! What struck me most was the Super Strong yet CALM Image & Energies. I kept hearing Intuitively, "Standing in The Breach, Standing in The Breach" yet nothing felt frantic. The pillars in the background also add the energies of Structure & Stability, helping to flesh out the possible messages. Intuitively hearing "Stability, Stability, Stability" I gathered that it was even more critically important to maintain balance at this time... to pace myself / yourself, stay confident, meditate, etc. & stay out of confusing energies as much as possible. Constantly. Interestingly, the bottom of this picture shows the horse standing in Creative, Watery / Intuitive Energies with Lotus Flowers... hence, Confidence in Intuition with some possible Enlightenment coming forth, too. Confirming in my mind, to trust my Intuition, that all will be revealed in time.

This card also references Osiris, an ancient Egyptian Deity known for multiple things.... what jumped out at me the most was his association with Resurrection & the fact that he would represent male energy. I makes me wonder if there is male energy in the mix somehow with this eclipse for some of us, even though Lunar Eclipses are known to point to a female / female energies. Osiris is associated with Fertility & Taurus is too, yet Intuition guided me most to the Resurrection aspect, odd in my mind, again, since Lunar Eclipses are about putting something to bed & usually with some sort of finality, not theoretically about "resurrecting" something. I'm noting these potential clues for observation / "wait & see" mode... I've learned that so much can rest in the details of things. Lastly, I love that the horse is covered in Feather & Wing motifs as if he's just waiting for his most appropriate moment to fly free / move into action. Plus the stars around his face, the gold embellishments around the eye plus the unicorn horn in the 3rd eye area add up to more Enlightenment Energies, "Sparks of Knowing," "Seeing & Creating," "Information Gathering / Antennae for Truth," "Protection to Be Able to Rightly See The Truth" (good one!) I'm hearing Intuitively ...all helpful things in preparation for the time to take right actions, I think.

From the Ancestors & Angels Oracle Card Deck

I felt lead to pull 2 more cards, this time from the Ancestors and Angels Oracle Card Deck (available at Amazon, Hay House.) And pulled the Moon / Intuition Card (!) plus the Master / Graceful Movement & Action card. Re-emphasizing following Intuitive Signs, Messages & Urgings this Moon Cycle with a reminder that Movement can be Graceful... again it's about a Confident & Measured Stance not frantic energies or flailing about. What struck me even more so about the Master card was the Praying Mantis, a symbol of Power in Stillness "then acting when warranted or right." I've recently had multiple living praying mantis signs which often mean for me to either take a big pause / chill out or to temporarily suspend acting on what seems like the more "normal" thing to act on, because I don't see its true timing yet, then to see what else I might really need to direct attention toward... Which is what I basically felt I was doing, having followed my Intuition... working on my website, then working on the blog transition so intently which seemed like a quirky, yet truly meaningful twist.

Part of the thing about eclipses is that we often don't know for sure about things in the moment... much is often hidden until it's just not hidden anymore... time & perspective eventually tells more of the story!

Additionally, this card specifically refers to a Shaolin Master... I think there are some great nuggets in that regarding "Multi Layered Focus & Self Mastery." To me this jives with the horse's stance reflected in the 1st card above... No superfluous actions, no wasted efforts, no fretting. Watchful Confidence for Now is my take away!

Here are some things I've learned to do for myself when energies get intense, which is common during eclipse times... And, yes, I have done each of these things for myself recently, multiple times!

💚 When I start to mentally focus on or actual try working on something & the energies are bizarrely scrambled & frustrating... I stop & ask, "If not this, then what?" I very typically get an immediate indication back of where / how to redirect myself. It may be an image, idea, flash of something in my mind &/or an outright message with a succinct explanation of why. So, I immediately change course & the intensity of unhelpful energies immediately quells or stops altogether giving me a clearer pathway to work with in that moment.

💚 When the energies are overwhelmingly intense, even incapacitating to a degree, I stop & ask, "What should I be celebrating this moment?" I've learned there's a back handed message to pretty much everything, if not everything, so I flip it to the positive with this question. Again, I'll almost always get an indication, so I have a clue of something positive to hang on to & know "that" is what my life is actually going toward, I'm not just mired in the current awful moment.

💚 I do a whole lot of "just one step at a time" in my life, feeling like I'm walking down a pitch black hallway... yet trusting Intuition, God, Spirit Guidance that I am firmly on my best path possible in the moment. Divine is working the details out in those moments & I don't have to bother with that just yet, I've learned.

💚 I've also learned to want / ask for / intend that whatever I have to walk through in life, however hard, that it be lined out as the absolute best version of it for me & the most joyful experience it can be for me as I walk through it. I eventually noticed a distinct difference in many of my experiences... how well they shaped up for me & the surprisingly Graceful Flow of it for me, too... So consider giving this one a shot. I continue to intend this, in general, for everything for me every day. And why not?!

Some say we're already out of Eclipse Season for now... which I guess we are as we are currently done with the recent set of eclipses actually occurring. However, I've learned from Susan Miller / Astrology Zone & others that eclipses are tricky. Their effects may show up a week before or after (give or take) or a month before or after (give or take) & possibly even a year before or after (give or take.) There's also an approximate 19 year cycle to consider too, which won't necessarily lend itself to the exact same experience as before, but could harken back with a connecting thread... so ponder that for possible themes & what state you've grown into now regarding those themes vs. how you were then with things.

In summary regarding eclipses, it may be best to Be Aware, use your Intuition & Guidance as best you can, Flow with things presenting as best you can, watch for The Signs Divinely coming up around you for help plus don't get in a fit over things, as you're likely not going to have control over the core thing happening anyway... only your reactions & personal stance / choices forward. Astrologers emphasize that eclipses bring the things we can't see coming & can't prepare for, which I have disruptively lived! Here's something I experienced about a year ago though, in case it helps... I happened to read some information about the upcoming eclipses & something particularly jumped out at me with a naggy feeling. I chose to pay attention. Within a week, I had related realizations, darn it, but it was good as it was necessary. It was something I hadn't seen coming yet (eclipse surprise!) but for really good reasons. I was given a chance to start making different choices immediately though. I had an eclipse surprise, but I also had the Divine Gift of an early, very helpful heads up!

Thin Veil Time & More! Enjoy Spiritual & Loving Magic Now

We are in Thin Veil Time, meaning it's considered (& experienced by many) to be easier to connect with Ancestors, Loved Ones, Spirit Guides, Angelics plus all of our Spirit Help on the other side of "The Veil between us." I personally find this time to be Spiritual, Magical, Loving & Supportive.

Even if you're highly attuned, it still tends to be a time for more clear & more prolific Spirit Connection. Dusk & Dawn are also considered Thin Veil Times, but not usually as profoundly as this time of year. For me, Thin Veil connection starts as early as mid-September (or even August some years) & continues into varying points of November (often as late as around Thanksgiving.)

If interested, try tuning in at Dusk & Dawn during this time to see if it helps optimize things for you. If you can be outside in a peaceful setting in which you won't be interrupted & can visually enjoy nature & the sky, even better! However my approach with most things, in general, is to do the best I can all considered. So, even if it's sitting quietly inside, eyes closed with intention for a few minutes, then intention has been set & a choice to tune in Spiritually has still been put in motion with potential benefit. Don't hold yourself back with less than ideal circumstances, timing, personal bandwidth, etc. & miss out on anything uplifting. Ever. Every little bit counts!

Thin Veil Time has been honored for hundreds of years in various ways by multiple cultures. In Mexico, there are lovely traditions of Honoring & Welcoming Back passed over Loved Ones & Ancestors. Gravesites are cleaned, candles are lit, favorite foods & special sweets are laid out... including the iconic Sugar Skulls that most of us are familiar with... The Celts viewed their time (around our October 31st) as Thin Veil Time, too... interestingly within the context of it being the end of their year. Samhain / "Summer's End" marked the end of their agricultural cycle & year. Which also made it their New Year's Eve time to release the concluding year & whatever needed to go with it to make room for their New Year's Day & fresh year.

I like the idea of releasing a cycle at this time as they (the Celts) did, even given our calendar differences... We're already in the last part of the year & I have personally found the idea of "sliding into the end of the year reflectively" (using the last quarter of the year as my benchmark) very "In Sync, Beneficial & Most Graceful" vs. only giving it space around a New Year's Eve or so. In 2023 peak Thin Veil Time is happening just after a Full Moon, a known prime time for releasing. So this year I particularly paused to Release, Reflect & Connect on 10/31 Sunset Dusk Time outside. I approached it openly & simply. I walked away loads lighter, Peaceful, more connected & better for it. Then I brought in Cleansing Blessings of Violet & Pink Sparkly Energies to fill in for whatever was released plus a chaser of Sparkly Light Golden Energies for Protection. I clearly noticed ArchAngel Muriel's help, as well. If asked, she's keen on helping those who willingly help themselves. To conclude after Giving Thanks, I took a few moments to be in the flow of my Absolute Best New Year ahead... to connect & see if anything started floating up as clues to work with & to also intentionally Be Aligned with whatever this Best New Year is... even if God only knows at this point!

On the note of prolific skull symbols, crystal skulls have represented Ancestors, Spirit Connection & Guidance, Spiritual Enlightenment plus more in various cultures for centuries... Crystal Skulls have been highly revered by Tibetan Buddhists, as well as many other cultures. A well known crystal skull dealer shared the account of a Monk making the arduous escape from the Chinese invasion, tough terrain & treacherous conditions notwithstanding, toting a large, heavy, very old & revered crystal skull all the while. It was considered that important.

You can do your own version of this, too. Simply light a candle & send out your Loving Thoughts, consciously inviting your beloveds to commune with you 💚💚

I invite y'all to consider this extra bit of Pure Love & Pure Light Magic that might be more available to us this time of year. Note: As always, it's best to intend for only Pure Love & Pure Light connections & energies... You can call in ArchAngel Michael for Loving Support & Protection, as well as Jesus... they both just came through & will help anyone reading this who asks! (Thanks!!) Also, you can see yourself surrounded with Violet Energies (transmutes lower vibes) &/or Deep Purple (Cloaking Energies) as well as Bright Golden or Deep Blue Energies for greater Protection. I often see flashes of dark blue with AA Michael.

You may more quickly sense presences, you may pick up on more "Signs." They may take the form of coins (my grandfather just came in & reminded me of a particular coin he "dropped" for me to find at a diesel pump near my birthday one year.) You may see feathers. (Super common for me & others.) You may get a sense of being "watched over." You may also suddenly sense "someone standing behind or beside you" or even catch a glimpse of "something" moving out of the corner of your eye. You may even crave particular foods associated with passed loved ones or "smell" something. You may sense a "Whoosh of Air" with no breeze or logical airflow nearby! You may hear a song that signals something for you.... Trust your Intuition... even very faint hints, subtle feelings. Pause, Honor... Be open to the moments & let them "Breathe with You." Talk to Beloveds in Spirit in your own best way silently, by physically writing a letter, out loud, whatever makes you happy & raises your energetic vibrations. Celebrate the Eternal Love!

Staying "In Balance" may help. Meditation, using High Vibrational Crystals, including High Vibe Crystal Skulls / Hearts / Other Talismans, may help. Slowing down a bit to be more present & aware will help, too.

Be Willing to Believe in The Signs that Spirit Sends, Understanding That Real Love Connections are Forever... Truly Transcending Any Perceived Physical or Mental Constraints.

10/31/2023 Update: I've now seen After Death & here are my thoughts! Very well done all the way around... From the high quality production & presentation to how it's organized & flows to the number of people representing different aspects of things... the personal accounts & the research / more medical & scientific side of things. I personally like how they wove it all together, piece by piece, & thought it was a captivating way to tell each story simultaneously as part of an epic tapestry, which it is. Before I saw this at the theater, I happened to run across a snippet of a Sunday morning religious show & paused because a Near Death Experience gentleman was telling his story & part of the group discussion. I believe that he had the experience (he's published a book & became a minister post experience,) but something fell flat in my gut about it all / him, even though the others in the group discussion seemed impressed... Not for me to judge, however I'm sharing my honest reaction with a point. In contrast, every person in this movie, in whatever capacity they were involved, rang so resoundingly sincere & authentic with me... Regarding their particular efforts in this realm, their experience, its effect... their Reverence & Spirituality of it. Per interviews I've watched, the Director, from whom this movie project got its seeds, was on a personal journey with this area of topics... Someone beloved was suddenly lost & the entire family began reading & sharing a great number of books amongst themselves on a quest of what really happens after...? Do we really exist beyond & what is it like? Couple all of this with the Angel Studios folks / good vibes & it's a winning combo for me!

Some high level themes I picked up on in the movie, whether intended or not, that I feel guided to share: Pure Love & Light is Open, Allowing, Accepting & Welcoming.... Ahhhhh, you can feel it just thinking about it! In contrast, things of Darkness / Lack of Love & Light are controlling, pushy & obviously harmful. I was also struck (yet, again) at the Wisdom of Divine Timing of things... to explain more would spoil the punch line to one person's story told. And, not surprisingly, a strong thread throughout is... there's a reason & purpose for these experiences. I think this piece of work beautifully showcases this & many more valuable things. I hope each of you get to experience this heartfelt project... And have your own perfect, personal take aways & messages. I received a string of important personal messages during the movie, not necessarily on topic, but key to me currently. I think that speaks to the Energies inherently woven into it & surrounding it. Divine!

Two themes I felt lead to highlight from it today... We are absolutely Spiritual Beings through & through plus Divine Love / God's Love is stunning in the best of ways! As THIN VEIL time is approaching, I'm honoring horse Sunny by honoring some of his gifts to me for me to continue on with...

True Partnership & Courage

This is the horse that started my NCHA Cutting Horse career in 2002. After carrying me along for a few months of training, he indicated to me Intuitively that he would absolutely give me his all in the show pen (competition) IF & ONLY IF I was willing to "Courageously Go All Out" myself to rise up to his level of effort. I told him I absolutely would, dug deep & went for it, then everything morphed into a "welded together" winning partnership... He was fearless & so gamey. He knew his job & that he was good at it. He wanted to do it for himself. He wanted to do it for me & with me. I had earned his Respect. It was an incredible gift of True Partnership. He knew who he was. He had high standards. He had a big personality & made me laugh with some of his antics. I Respect him resoundingly to this day & am blessed with the presence of his Spirit.

In honor of Thin Veil Time, it came to me to honor him & his gifts more consciously... To remember that they can be applied to other things, relationships & things to come. So... I intend this for myself. I'm listening, Sunny, if you have any more guidance to impart... thanks! It's also interesting to note that even his passing was an incredible experience for us both. I think some other take aways here are... Follow your Intuition (some others thought I should be looking to buy another horse, not Sunny, LMAO!) ...Knowing your passions (this metaphysical work that I fell into surprisingly & Cutting Horse Competition) ...the things that feel worth the effort & bring "The Zing Energy Flows" to your life. As I channeled & typed the part from Spirit, my overhead light amped up much brighter & is remaining brighter! This is literally & symbolically a "Light Bulb" moment, ha! It's also 11:44 p.m... I just happened to look. Meaning... Energies of Rising Up, Foundations, Connections, Manifesting Well & more, in this instance, per Spirit.

Life, at its best, is often about Honoring & Learning...

The 1st cow we worked gave us zero chance to tag off without penalty, so we hung in there & worked it almost a full minute, extremely unusual... Most horses would have quit or not been able to do it. We marked a big score & went home with a check. It felt like we earned it!

I initially experienced Muriel's energies as very soft & "Fluffy" ...I had a distinct Intuitive Image of soft pink, cotton candy looking energies in front of me. "What can I do this moment to make it better?" She may reply immediately with a few words, an image or an idea as she has done for me.

"Empowered & Stately Grace" just came to mind as descriptor for her!

I didn't feel ready to create my 1st meditation, but Spirit said "Yes, now!" So I did it quickly as guided... with all its imperfections! I've had some wonderful experiences with it & I hope you do, too! Originally, multiple Layers of energies were put into it over several days. At first I stood back & let Muriel work with it, then I put energy work into it plus infused it with the energies of a special Myrrh & Frankincense, Palo Santo, my favorite smudge, Rose Quartz, an Angel Wing Shaped Pink Shell piece with Mother of Pearl on the inside (which turned into a Gracefully Protective outer shell of energy!!), Selenite, wonderful Llanite from Texas, High Vibe Himalayan Quartz from Tibet & India, Angel Aura Quartz plus a sort of rare Petrified Wood from the Mojave Desert with unique healing vibrations. At one point, Muriel came in & worked simultaneously with me! Other cool things happened, but I want to leave plenty of room for your personal experiences.

When wanting to work with Muriel, if you don't sense anything after you've given it some decent effort, politely ask, "What can I do this moment to make things better?" You might be surprised by what happens. It may be quick or subtle, so pay attention & say your thanks! Enjoy!!

I've focused on keeping the routines that ingrain good energies & help support, positively structure my life then throw in a little twist to my day / night of some sort to see what happens..... such as absolutely sincerely giving the energies you desire yourself to another, take 1 minute to do a single yoga position before hurrying through a morning routine, hug your dog or horse just a little longer while choosing to be more aware of your exchange in the moment & do some big things, too, such as committing to some sort of ongoing meditation practice then then throw a little twist into that when you feel the energies need to go to the next level for you. TRUST YOUR INTUITION, DEVELOP IT SO IT CAN HELP YOU INCREASINGLY in 2021 &/or GET BACK UP from TRUSTED SOURCES AS NEEDED. AS SOON AS YOU MAKE ROOM for THESE SWEEPING ENERGIES, SOMETHING BETTER CAN HAPPEN / START to HAPPEN / COME IN..... OR AN AVALANCHE of SOMETHING MAY COME ALONG to GET THINGS DONE for YOU ANYWAY. It often feels like I can flow & just breathe fresh air upon letting go of whatever is apparently not the best fit for me somehow..... whether that's a particular path, line of thought or way of doing something. When I feel myself laboring, I look for how to effect these Epiphanies for myself. SO, LOOK for THOSE ENERGY FLOWS MORE in SYNC with YOUR OWN HIGHEST GOOD..... LIKE "STAIR STEPS of RISING UP HIGHER, ELEVATING YOURSELF & YOUR LIFE." Signs Everywhere! Accept the Pure Light Spirit Help!!

I woke up today being guided to post about noticing, flowing with & enjoying all the signs Spirit sends us. This is fun stuff, y'all!

First off... when I say "Spirit," that is my reference for ALL the "unseen" Pure Love & Pure Light Help available to me / us. I don't discriminate as to what level, form or culture it originates from, personally, knowing it can come from God, Buddha, Great Spirit, an Animal Spirit / "Personal Power Animal," one of my passed over beloved animals / people / Ancestors, Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides, ArchAngels, Saints & so very much more! You can make your own choices yet for me, if it's from PURE LOVE & PURE LIGHT I'm all in! Tip 1: That's important & deserved emphasis.... Stay with, Intend for only Pure Love & Pure Light Help, Connections, Flow & Experiences. Period. Tip 2: I've learned to TAKE THE LIGHT HELP OFFERED! DO NOT TURN DOWN or IGNORE PURE LIGHT HELP! ;-)) It sounds obvious & simple, but MANY of us stave off appropriate help right in front of us, to some degree, until we "get it!" That's a big tip, y'all, so consider taking it & don't let the opportunities for Loving Higher Help pass you by!! Life can be tough enough, right?!! Tip 3: Doing things unnecessarily harder has a tendency to continue drawing in more of the "harder & heavier" life stuff. So, also keep in mind that EVERYTHING is ENERGY... ENERGY is MAGNETIC & THEREFORE TENDS to DRAW BACK IN MORE of THE SAME type things, dynamics, emotions, situations, people, etc. Got the basics, for now?!! Stay with Lighter, Better Options for things in your life, Intend to want & be of Higher Vibrations to draw in life stuff, situations, experiences & solutions aligned with that. Alright?! Ok!

So... Signs, Helpful Signs from Spirit!: They can come in soooo many forms.... as many forms as it takes for us to notice quickly, succinctly, consciously so we can avail ourselves of the help. I often have feather messages. It can be a particular color (pure white for Peace, "Be at Peace with What's Happening Now,") from a particular type bird that'll have special meaning for me (Turkey Buzzard for good cleaning up of "The Old" or Dove for things pertaining to Love or Roadrunner for "getting on with things, movement happening, mental acuity," etc.) Seeing particular animals at a particular moment has big meaning for me, also. This idea might frighten some, but I also get taps & bangs around the house when my attention is needed for a message Spirit wants me to pay conscious attention to immediately, yep! Sometimes I "see" or "sense" things.... as in 2 nights ago, while at the barn after dark, I "just happened" to look at a particular spot on the edge of the grass & caught a split second glance of something sitting there, which I immediately sensed as my beloved, recently passed over, barn cat Thomas. (He clearly told me he would watch over me for the rest of my life before he passed on & quickly made himself known around me.... Ah, so love & appreciate it!) I knew he wanted me to KNOW HE WAS WATCHING OVER ME. (He's here & just had me put that in all caps!) Sometimes a particular word, phrase, image, idea from a tv commercial or billboard will jump out with an inherent message for me. I also sense things in the wind (yep... possibly meaning "something stirring" I may not know about just yet,) with butterflies (Beautiful Transitions, Transformation, etc.) and shooting stars / meteors... I recently saw one seem to briefly hang in the sky & morph into a brilliant Angel Shape with Wings (really!) while simultaneously hearing the message, "We've got your back!" Part of the point is, you can LEARN to KNOW these things CAN happen FOR YOU anywhere, anytime, in any way to help you in small, big, funny or even life-changing ways & the patterns of HOW it tends to work for YOU. Once we "tune in" to these things & understand / believe that it's "real..." life can take on such a Wow Wonderful, Supportive, FLOWING, SYNCHRONISTIC quality that can be TRULY MAGICAL in my experience. Oftentimes I FEEL DIVINE, LOVING SUPPORT so clearly in those moments.... who wouldn't want that or more of that in the conscious, waking state of life?!! I'm all about availing myself of EVERYTHING of Divine Pure Love & Pure Light that wants to help me, shower goodness upon me, support me in / around / through "whatever." And, remember again... Energy is Everything, Everything is Energy, Energy is Magnetic & tends to draw in MORE of whatever you are dwelling within & upon the most.

While I've typed this, I have literally seen 4 different "swoops" of light around me (in a well-lit room... that's Spirit presence y'all!) heard 2 different bangs & literally saw one other thing that can only be described as a sudden "rush of energy forward" along with a personal message for me. I think Spirit is Happy to get these messages out! They want y'all to (this is a message channeled directly from them) "start looking for the signs... letting them be there for you, noticed, productive & to help securely connect you to your very own Spirit Help & the other Pure Light Spirit Help that wants to connect with & help you! Remember to intend to be of, with, promoting, wanting, receiving of Pure Light & you'll be safe!! If you need a little extra boost, then surround yourself with protective, transmuting, cleansing, High Vibrational Violet Energies swirling about yourself & your life!" Lastly, this is a "let it happen, watch, be open, be willing to be aware" thing, not an "I want to force it or make it what I think it should be" thing. Be willing to be fully in TRUTH, too.... as it is ALWAYS YOUR FRIEND, whether we like it in the moment or not ;-) Consider how it might be so much more Fun & Beneficial to Flow With how Spirit lays things out for you. Sometimes it's pretty comical in an elevated sort of way, or so mind-blowingly perfect or intricate in how it's all connected together, that I personally think it's well worth taking the ride, y'all!!

Spirit then asked me to text some clients for a quickie poll of sorts for y'all... Asking them to send back immediate gut reaction, "off the cuff" words & phrases regarding working with me, the work itself, etc. to copy & paste into this post, which I did verbatim. (Big Thanks, Y'all!)

All of this melds together somehow & puts me in a really good spot for working with most all who truly want to Elevate themselves..... from the not so overtly or publicly "woo woo metaphysical" at all to the "already tuned in" lay person & all the way up to working with other top metaphysical professionals. I can hang with the best of them, so to speak, yet relate well with all levels of clients from all sorts of backgrounds.

I didn't start off living in this "Mystical World," but I've profoundly let it be my own while purposely maintaining a connection to & operating within the "Regular World." It simply makes sense to me to be grounded & free in BOTH worlds so I can really be my most ultimate, most top notch self. Everyone has the opportunity to develop their own, Innate Intuition & other Metaphysical Inclinations to help Navigate & Enrich their lives... And I LOVE helping others with that! This Metaphysical Gig is my Path of Service & a huge part of my overall purpose this lifetime.... Big Thanks to those who are already my Clients!!

Question & Reassurance + Intuition, Logic & The Divine

I was asked recently >> "Do you ever get on the phone with a client (for an appointment) and realize... you've got nothing, your mind is a blank, you have no messages or anything to share?!!" That might be a hoot yet pretty uncomfortable at the same time!! (Chuckle.)

First, I Want to Share this Comforting Reassurance >> YOU WILL NOT GET a MESSAGE UNLESS IT IS THE RIGHT TIMING for YOU TO HAVE IT. YEP! So, whatever the messages are or aren't, you can absolutely handle it, you were meant to hear it plus already have all the Divine Support, all the Inner Fortitude you need to absorb it, process it, run with it, etc. This includes super happy messages all the way down to the more difficult ones. There's a HIGHER REASON for EVERYTHING & THE TIMING OF IT. We can pitch a fit over it or give ourselves a moment to regroup, recalibrate, get up to speed mentally then get on with it.... while keeping a wondrous appreciation of what may seem to be mysterious orchestrations. Honestly, I've found that once we have enough Perspective & Understanding, we can see how stunningly Logical & Perfect the Higher Divine Workings of things are. Real deal Intuitive / Spirit Guidance makes perfect sense, once we do know enough to fully understand it, in my experience!! It's been mind-blowing & unbelievably cool to catch glimpses of how it all can work so intricately, sometimes with split second timing & decisions, to end up making so much sense & to "BE JUST RIGHT!" This is fun, fascinating stuff, Y'All!

Of course, we still need to be willing to do "our part" which can range from being super duper proactive down to being super duper patient (yep!!) in some ways.... Ideally, we should do our best to maintain good attitudes & "Energies" in the meantime so we're "energetically drawing in" & creating Best Case Scenarios for ourselves down the road while having the Best Experiences possible along the way, too.

And Here's the Answer to The Question >> NOT YET!! If we do our best to stay in sync with the Higher Vibrational Flow of Things, then the session should flow as it's meant to in all respects. And.... By the way, I will never give "fake messages" to fill time, to just tell a client what he/she wants to hear, to make myself appear better somehow or for any other reason. Period. I do the work I'm meant to do, I operate fully within my Integrity, I do it diligently. I think it's really fun, yet serious work carrying great responsibility. So, I treat it as a Sacred Undertaking to truly help others in all the unique ways that I'm guided to.

And back to the original answer... I tend to schedule appointments Intuitively... meaning I tend to get a sense for what feels right all around when setting appointments. This helps keep everything in the best flow, best energies & in sync with the Divine Workings of things. Occasionally, an appointment may need to be shifted for some reason which, as things do, offers an inherent opportunity of some sort for all involved. Once in a Blue Moon, I'll get the feeling to cancel completely with a client or to not take on a client at all & I know that serves its purpose, too. The bottom line is I shoot for it to be ideal for the client, for the work that needs to be done, the most optimal timing for it & The Highest Good of All as I am meant to serve it!

Horse Sunny from The Other Side & A Loving Tribute

My Beloved Horse Sunny & widely respected partner, ushered me into an NCHA Cutting Horse Career March 2, 2002 (on Texas Independence Day from Mexico, y'all, Woo Hoo!) .....helping us win 2 Buckles & 1 Check with Heart, Soul, Grit & "Try" for Me, for the job that he loved till the very end. This is my Tribute to him plus messages he wanted to impart to y'all about our connections with treasured animals after passing on / from The Other Side.....

Tribute & Background: I chose Sunny Intuitively over another horse recommended to me..... A vet check yielded a "lame in 3 out of 4 legs" diagnosis & the designation of "Being a TANK!" by a Trainer friend initially helping me. Others would go on to remark similarly, with my proud retorts of "Yeah..... He has great heart & great lungs!!!! He'll hold a cow under the toughest conditions as long as he needs to & beat out lesser horses....." I stuck to "My Intuitive Guns" from the beginning & Sunny became my profoundly trusted, unbelievably kick ass partner in the show pen; plus super cool, sometimes cranky & sometimes comical pal!!! We started with a bang at our 1st Show (see picture down below) despite my unexpected fever / precarious physical state, freezing temperatures & long day / late night..... we pressed on together with a knowing sense of purpose & timeliness, nonetheless. In the beginning, Sunny graciously carried me then quickly forced me to rise to the occasion of our potential together & earn his respect..... Once he knew I would absolutely "GO FOR IT FEARLESSLY!" with him, he pulled out all the stops & often earned cheers, praise from strangers & random prior owners we ran in to at shows who regretted letting him go. We went on to qualify for 4 different classes at The Western National Finals our first year, without me even realizing it. He carried us to 3 out of 4 Finals while there plus grittily earning 2 checks & a coveted Top 10 Buckle together. He also helped save the day wrangling with gathering / moving cattle in large pastures one particular day doing some ranch work..... beating out the professional day help repeatedly & jumping a stream full tilt to catch a renegade herd at the last second & very end of a very long day that would have gone much longer! He KNEW what he needed to do. He KNEW what I was going for. We were partners. When it came time to retire him for physical reasons, he would pitch a fit if the trailer left without him. Haul him along to a show for convenience & NOT compete with him, he'd rock the trailer going home over leaving "before HE could show 'em ALL what HE had!" Very well mannered, he did have some attitude & a temper when he thought it was valid, all of which served him well in the cutting pen!

He certainly proved out his initially suspected specialness & strength of character in the show pen even more by the following..... 1.) Physically knocking a cow with his shoulder to make a super tough cut one night, yep!! 2.) Performing perfectly despite an accidentally dropped rein while working a cow during competition one day, 3.) Garnered shouts of approval from the crowd at one of those finals in Utah mentioned above when he refused to stop doing his job, even though our rebel cow managed to COMPLETELY leave the pen & high tail it from sight, literally..... He remained in perfect position looking for our missing cow to come back & did so all the way to the buzzer, NOT wanting to let me down. Pretty stunning :D 4.) PLUS a 2nd similar type situation (as if that wasn't enough!) to earn our Top 10 Finals Buckle!!

An extra tough, smart horse that I consider a once in a lifetime type horse. Saying "Thanks" is not enough which is part of why I'm Honoring him here.

Sunny Says..... Regarding "important things to mention to you people folks about The Journey we (animals) take while here, when we pass over & maybe more information I think is pertinent later on..." he says. "Love is eternal for us (here on the other side.) We never leave you behind completely. We carry you in our Hearts & often come back in other lifetimes to be with you once again. While staying on the other side (before/in between reincarnations) we may very well watch over you, as well as, other animals we are fond of... to make sure their Journey is a good one while still there (on Earth.) We want our people to be Happy & Safe, well regarded by others (for Support, Respect) & Proud of the Journey Path they are on, what they are doing with it. We want you not to be so sad, but proud of what you learned from us while we were there & afterward, after leaving our bodies behind. Don't think of it as the ending, but as an Expansion to The Journey for us both. We can still communicate with you. Listen!! Expand your Mind, Mindfulness & Awarenesses..... This can mean with yourself, with a significant other or even with loved ones passed on, he says! He also wants to address that he can help us with our THOUGHTS concerning love.... patterns, worries, missteps, etc. & help change it all for the better.... even when it involves past life stuff that may be nipping at our heels!

He says he can help "ascertain where you need help the most, whether you are aware of the need or not, then dispatch appropriate Pure Light Spirit Help to address it & Guide you towards enlivening something better within!" Woo Hoo & Thank You, Barachiel :D Why not Give this a Whirl?!! He says he can (wants to!) help EACH of us "clean out our Heart Chakras!!!!!!" ....which instantly came across as a Whirlwind of Lovely Energetic Spring Cleaning. "This is the Root of many problems," he continues, "to hang on to old ideas, wrong ideas, misunderstandings, old & heavy energies which can restrict your clear seeing eyes and, therefore, (you) achieving your Greatest Happiness & Heart's Evolution... which WILL AFFECT EVERYTHING..." He goes on to explain that even the happiest of us may have old, even "ancient" (past life!) wounds to heal without realizing it.

Do You Know Loving ArchAngel Barachiel?!

Spirit often guides me down interesting paths of discovery with intent purpose, y'all! Late last year one of those paths lead to ArchAngel Barachiel.... And here's what I've come up with so far: Barachiel is associated with Blessings (Woo Hoo,) Abundance particularly Light Hearted Abundance (good one!), Uplifting your General Spirit, Helping when you feel faced with "The Impossible" (He sees the possibilities & Truth!!), Light Heartedness, Lasting Love & much more. AA Barachiel has been heavily associated with Roses, Rose Petals, Rose Oil & Essences for centuries, too. There's a sense of a desire to help us be Divinely Carefree, Gracefully Empowered yet Grounded in Our Reality so we can deal well with it (Love it & Thank You, AA Barachiel!!!!) As I'm typing this, I continue hearing the word "Showering..." Barachiel wants us to know he's Showering Abundance & General Good Will on all who want & accept it! (Remember to Accept It!!)

AA Barachiel also says, now, that he wants to "Raise Up Your Spirits in everyday life, right now this second & in an ongoing manner, always!" Call out his name in your mind or out loud with Intention to connect, ask for & receive all the Highest & Most Best Help from him to serve Your True Highest Good..... or something even better, such as a whole team of various Pure Light Help along with it, etc. etc. etc. etc!

Tell him what is troubling you, simply on your mind, have questions about or just say thanks for what he does in the world & thanks for all the Benevolence he wants to shower down upon you now & always!! It may take some time to sense Barachiel & his help more clearly, so be patient if necessary. Barachiel seems to be a "Softer Presence" to me.

I just this moment connected myself to see what would happen.... I sense, Intuitively hear "Truth," "Truth of Love," see lovely Pink Energies & had a vision of his presence around someone I care about, helping that person! (Heartfelt Thanks, Barachiel!!)

Cool Tip..... Proactively make connection with Pure Light Spirit Help by raising up your arm(s,) literally or in your mind..... (both arms as I often do, 1 arm or even just a gesture of your hand when in a pinch) .....then say or mentally send out the name. Imagine, feel even, Divine Lightning Bolts of Energy (Yep!) coming in & connecting with your hand(s), your whole being, cementing the Energetic Connection between Y'All! Fun stuff, right?!! This is something I stumbled upon & use frequently. Also, make note of anything else, such as how the connection looks in your mind's eye, what color energy it may be, what you sense within yourself, words or messages & anything else.... all of which will hold meaning for you :D

Did You Know You're Already Intuitive? You Are! Use It!

We ALL have the ability to use our Divine Connection, Intuition & Psychic Medium capabilities, yep!!

You can choose to grow & elevate it, then enjoy the extra layer of Divine Connection, Freedom & Magical Flow it helps bring to your life!

Be aware of your Inklings, Physical Responses & Emotions as these are often "your tells" directing you. You may even "hear" messages (as I do) or realize a word in a conversation just "jumped out at you" with unusual emphasis. The ways these things can work is literally endless. Divine is quite Ingenious, sometimes even humorous in a way! A common & well known "tell" is people "getting chills" when they hear Truth, as well as when resonating with something of extra importance. For me, sometimes I feel energetic intensity with a sudden "Whooosh" of Profound Calm & Stillness when an optimal solution or key piece of clarity comes through. Let it work however it can & needs to for you each moment!

Whatever you're picking up on, intend to "feel" what it's "telling" you. You may need to sit with it briefly, not immediately react, let the energies clear or settle within & around you. This momentary "Habit of Observation & Sensing Greater Understanding" (even if you don't know exactly what it means immediately) can serve you really well in so many ways. Nearly immediate impressions are often valuable, even if very faint or seemingly "buried deeply somewhere within." Some of my absolute most key messages in life have been an extremely subtle, one word or short phrase that addressed exactly what I needed to know in that moment, whether I knew that's what was paramount for me right then or not, yep!! See what feedback life brings you as you start actively engaging your Intuition, Pure Light Spirit Signs & Messages. This is Good Stuff, Y'All!! It has averted me from harmful situations, helped me arrive at difficult decisions faster & more effectively, given me the extra confidence of feeling "Informed" & therefore much more stable. It may help with something as simple as grabbing the ideal parking spot which makes your day or as big as avoiding actual danger, as helpful as seemingly "popping you out of a funk" about something or as Joyful as bringing the next catalytic person Pure Light Spirit knows is best for your life! :D
