I haven't shop in Amazon for a while but tonight I shopped in there and I loved that shopping site since it easy to check out and friendly website. I almost can find when I shop in there and tonight, I have ordered a DVD exercise that my ob-gyn recommend to me. Before, I am not fond of amazon but since I noticed it's easy to order once you have an account, it's easy to check out your order. In addition, the prices are competitive and I can find used and new products which is good. If I cannot find also what I am looking from other website, I order at amazon and so far, amazon did not let me down yet and I will keep shopping at amazon.

Less Sodium Diet

I try to eat healthy foods since I wanted to be healthy and perhaps eating healthy foods and everything in moderation can help me have a long healthy happy life. I prefer foods which are fresh and not to eat too much processed foods. Also, nowadays I try not to eat foods which has high content of sodium and when there is food that I wanted to buy like noodles and it has packet inside of flavoring and it has high sodium, I do not use it or I just put a little bit on it and the rest throw it away. Eating foods which offering sodium diet is just right than excessive amount of it, because it is not healthy using too much sodium in the food. As we know that low sodium diet is great for those who have high blood pressure and the food is more enjoyable when it's not too much sodium on it. And I have read also that too much sodium intake can cause kidney stones, and may lead to fluid retention, heart problems, stroke and other diseases.

I am glad my husband do not like eating food with high sodium, because sometimes I ask him if he needs more salt on his food and he just replied me that he doesn't need more and I am happy about it. Anyhow, one time I was out of cooking salt and I bought in the store but I did not really like what I buy, because it seems the taste is different and too much sodium which is not right and am not sure where I could get a salt which has lower sodium content but today I have encountered a site that offering kosher salt which is called oceanflavor and they produces "natural" low sodium sea salts. I was thinking to order from them as I wanted to try it as I wanted to have low sodium cooking salt in the kitchen. I went shopping in Target store last week, I was just searching maternity dress and maternity leggings but I haven't found maternity dress and I end up looking maternity tops which I found tons of them and offering 50-75% off. I get crazy knowing the prices are affordable like about $2-7 which was quite amazing to me and I was crazy shopping because of the price. I just chose the price lower than $10, so that I can get maternity clothes. I did spend about 45 mins. shopping in target store and my total around $28 and got about 7 clothes and I was impressed and happy that I did not pay much shopping there, because I found cheap and on sale clothes that I wanted.

I went to shop in the mall which is about 10 mins. away from our house by car. The mall is not really a prestige one, because they do not have store that sell the specific brand that I liked but I do not have any choice, because it is the only small closest to our place and I do not want to drive farther from our house. Anyhow, while I was walking around in the mall, I noticed the burlington coat factory store is open and I went in there looking a winter coat, I found what I liked but I was not sure if I am willing to pay a winter coat about $100, I was wishing the one that I liked is less than $90, but I did not decide which one that I will buy, I end up buying comfortable nighty dress and other maternity dress and other clothes that I wanted to buy. I end paying over $100 in the store. In fact, I loved burlington coat factory store, because their branded clothes and other stuff are cheaper and they have tons of nice clothes which is cheap compare to other stores. Even though, it is confusing to shop in there because there are tons of clothes to look up or the choices and it kinds of overwhelming shopping in a big store and it gives me more time to look what I want and makes me tired but I'm glad the prices are cheap which is matters to me so that I save money. I loved shopping at burlington coat factory and I am going to go back there again as they have baby stuff or baby depot which I am looking forward to shop in there.

When I was studying, I am not fond of math subject because I am not good at it and speaking "math" makes my mind confuse (lol) and I am not totally good of that class and how I wish I did and perhaps I am good at it if I really pay attention started when I was high school. During my school years, I don't pay attention much in match subject but I do not think it is too late nowadays to learn, I knew math is not easy but it is fun solving the problems and the more fun when you know the formula or know on how to answer it. Through internet, we can find an answer whatever crossed into our mind that we do not know the answer and having an internet its such a great help especially if you have an assignments. Nowadays, you can now study online if you need Math help or an Online math tutor. When I was schooling, I had trouble understanding algebra, calculus and trigonometry but I had a friend who is good and he helped me out and he was my tutor, it was fun though even I had difficulties solving the problem. Anyhow, doing good in math would be good especially if you plan to study computer, accounting, finance, and other jobs that related in numbers.

This is a late post but I just wanted to share my experience shopping before Christmas day. I was confuse what gifts that I am going to give to my husband, in laws and friends. I have decided to go shopping at bath and body works as I knew they have good stuff and giving practical and usable things is good especially beautifying and make yourself smells good and feels good, bath and body works is the place to buy gifts. I spent about $100 there but I had a 20% off coupon of my entire purchase and I was happy about it. I bought their signature collection buy 3 get 2 free which was good, because I can send it to my mom and sister also back in PI. I have a lot of lotion, perfumes, colognes that I am going to send to them but I haven't have a chance arranging and shipping them all. Anyhow, I bought shaving cream for my husband and body wash and much more! I bought also their eucalyptus spearmint shampoo for myself which is smells good and I loved it. I shop in there once they have big sale or I find they having a good deal and before I ship out the box for my parents, friends and my sis. in Phils. I am going to shop at bath and body works again.

My New Branded Polarized Sunglasses

My husband and I went in Disney and I remember I drove from there to our condo wearing my old "Maui Jim" sunglasses. After about 3-4 days, I tried to find my sunglasses and I cannot find out and I am wondering if I did throw it away in the trashcan as sometimes when I am in depth thinking I do not know what I am doing like throwing stuff away or putting it somewhere and forgotten but as I remember when we arrived in our condo, I put it on the counter and perhaps I put it somewhere by the time cleaning our place since there was somebody will look up our place as it was up for sale. I am really mad since I lost it and it was expensive type of sunglasses and I had it for about a year and it was my fave sunglasses as it covered my eyes well and the lens was gray and it was good one. I felt regret why I was being negligence and I should put it in the right place but sometimes I am being neglectful and until now I'm still thinking where did I put it. I hope I will still find it as I loved it. I was worried that my hubby will not buy me a new one but I am glad he bought me the same type of sunglasses but a little bit different style which the lens and frame look smaller but the same brand. Since I tried and I wear "Maui Jim Sunglasses" I can say it is such a high quality and great sunglasses and it is my favorite brand and I feel good using it as doesn't slip and comfortable. Buying organic foods are expensive compared to other not organic foods. The good thing eating naturally grown vegetables or foods which are not processed is healthier. I tend to buy few organics food and it depends on the price as there are some prices are heavy for my pocket. I do not go to whole foods store a lot and then I searched online where I could buy some organic foods neaby in our area and I found one store sell organic and my husband was with me that time and he let me roamed around for at least 30-45 mins. The store was not that big but selling great stuff. So, I end up buying several foods such as soy milk, tofu, crackers, chips, thai noodles, cocoa beans, soy powdered milk, pasta and others. I did not find a lot that I wanted to buy, I just bought several foods that I wanted to try, and I used to eat.

I have been seeking shampoo that doesn't damage my hair and I thought I could get an organic shampoo and conditioner. As I was running out those two for my hair, I have decided to shopped around in one pharmacy which is nearby in our place. I have found that interests me or caught my eye even though it's somewhat expensive but I guess it's worth it. It's $7.99 each and I thought I will just buy lesser than that price but I bought it and tried since the description is kind of promising and then when I get home I tried it and after my hair dried, I noticed my hair is shiny and somewhat more look straight and I was happy the result. The shampoo and conditioner's name is "Bio Infusion" which you can see the picture below that I attached. The shampoo has eucalyptus ingredients and lavender and the conditioner has calendula and lemongrass. Since I liked eucalyptus I bought the shampoo as eucalyptus leaves has great benefits and soothe and relaxing smell. I used to make a tea from it but it has bitter taste and before during my woman time, I used to drink tea from it as it helps my cramps, oh well...too much information. New Boots for the Winter

My husband and I did spend in the Midwest to celebrate Christmas and new year and spend time with my husband family. We usually go there every Christmas holidays. Anyway, I never had a knee-high boots and it was my goal to buy one before we go to Midwest and it really happened as we had a chance doing shopping one time at the mall in Boca Raton, FL. They have a prestige mall in there that I liked and while we roamed around looking chocolate gifts, I saw "ALDO" shoes store and found their nice boots that I liked most. I suppose to buy a suede boots but I did not have enough budget for 2 boots and I end up buying that I want.

I bought several gifts for my husband’s birthday such as lindt Swiss chocolate, Seiko men’s watch, a mug, nice birthday card, and truffle chocolates. I was not sure what should I give to him since I do not know what he wants. I thought the watch is the best that I gave to him. It is not an expensive one, practical but working great as Seiko is a great watch. I used to have Seiko watch and besides it is made in Japan. Japanese watches are durable, great, and worth to buy.

My husband and I went to Johns Pass Village and while were wondering around we saw the sign Soap and Sponge Market and I did urged my husband to looked around and we might find what we want. On Friday, I did shop at Walgreens gift wrappers, ribbons, and stocking stuffers and found some interesting stuff that I love to give. Few days ago, I shopped at victoria secret as they have special offer. I decided to get one of their sweaters, I took an opportunity while their sweaters are still on sale and besides I need more sweater especially my husband and I will spend our Christmas in Michigan. I never had a cowlneck classic sweater and I found they have one and it looks good in the picture and decided to order one. It just arrived today, and when I opened it, the size fit on me but I did not like the color in person I thought, the color will be the same in the picture. Sometimes, shopping online can be frustrating but well…I still like the sweater but how I wish I did order the color blue and it would be look nicer on me than the powder blush marl color which you can see the picture below. I am not returning it as it can be a pain in a butt and they will deduct the shipping and the sweater is a little bit expensive as it is $39 and if it is not on sale, it could be $58. I am keeping it as I like the style and I tried it on, it feels warm and it’s perfect for winter time.

I did shop in "Victoria Secret" in WestShore Mall in Tampa, and they gave me a secret reward card and I used it on Cyber Monday and also they offer 20% off entire purchase but it's only until today (Wednesday). I purchased on Monday their great deal which is when you buy a sweater, you will get free scarf the value is $28 but only 1 per customer. I bought 2 sweaters and I paid just about $30 which is great, because I had a $10 off and 20% off entire purchase and I saved some bucks. The coupon code that I used was GET20 for 20% off entire purchase and for free scarf by purchasing their sweater is LUXE08. The sweaters that I purchased would be perfect to use when my husband and I will be in other State where we will spend this upcoming holiday season. Searching for Birthday Gift

Last night, I slept a little bit late since I was a bit busy after updating my blogs and then I remember my godson’s birthday is coming and I thought I should get him a birthday present. I rely in overstock dot com site when I cannot think any website to purchase a gift. I browsed baby stuff at overstock and found cute shoes for him and for his twin sister. I thought, I should get one for his sister too as they have the same birthday as they are fraternal twins. I was grateful that I found the gift that I wanted for them. This morning, I purchased them and I hope overstock will send my gift sooner before Saturday but if it may a little bit delay or after their birthday, it will be fine as long as I got something for their birthday and I hope they will love them.

When my husband and I do not have time to shop on the store or in the mall for gift to somebody else, we rely on shopping online. It is a great help for us since it is convenient way to order and send somebody else a gift. A give thanks who did invent the computer and the internet connect or else it will be a big disappointment for us for those who do not have enough time to shop in the store. It is amazing how life is easier through having an internet connection and shopping online. Purchasing items online is great since by just the tip of your fingers, you will find what you want to buy. Anyway, before my husband’s niece birthday, I told my husband that we should shop earlier for her birthday gift but we are undecided what we are going to give to her. One day my husband’s mom called him and suggested that it would be a good idea to send her a colorful flower. I have been shopping 3 times at Ann Taylor Loft in WestShore Mall in Tampa in just 1 week. As my husband drop me off in the mall before my doctor’s appointment, I cannot resist not to shop and stopped by at Ann Taylor to look up some of their on sale. I bought 2 tote bags which I can put my laptop and other stuff that can fit in especially large things. It was up on sale for $9.99 and since the woman gave me a 30% off, it was just $7 something for 1 bag and that was a good deal and is why I bought 2 of them. Additionally, I bought about 4 kinds of sweater which are up for sale and they are perfect at this time as we have cold weather now. I do not really like to buy a full price, I usually prefer for sale, as I do not want to see any items, which I bought for full price and was up for sale on the next day. Ann Taylor Loft is one of my favorite clothing store, even though their clothes are not that look that hot like younger adults clothes as usually they have are for formal or office attire but I loved it since it looks sophisticated and the fabric are high quality which is good for shopping, business attire, party or casual.
