The event took place in New Haven’s  Popeye’s Garage at Goffe street.

The set started with Chris Point playing an Electronic noise piece of his followed by a piece by Adam Matlock on Accordion,Theremin & clarinet.

Then Black Thorn Cataclysm, Adam Matlock Nathan Bontrager & Gabriel José Bolaños Chamorro, took the stage playing a number of pieces using guitars, drums and keyboards. Their improvisational music ranged from heavy metal to post rock and flamenco.

The set was concluded with Chris Point & Adam Matlock playing one piece of electronic noise.

The performance took place at the sculpture garden and included original pieces as well as pieces by Steve Reich and David Lang. Evan Ziporyn’s performance is part of the ongoing collaboration between the museum and Bang On A Can to bring “Music In The Garden” series to the public.

The last performance will take place on September 12th 2010 with Tristan Perich.

NAAP-NY has been organizing this street festival since its inception.

The festivities included an interesting and diverse array of live music & dance, food(of course) and several businesses/activities from all parts of the city and the Arab world.

The video clip was shot along Metro North Hudson Line and the photos were taken around the white and yellow trails.

The trail we took is called "Indian Council Caves Trail" and is located in Barkhamsted, CT. It got its name because of its glacier boulders(towards the end of the video clip) with cave-like pockets. Many native american artifacts have been found around the area but it is debated if it was used for council meetings. Most of the pictures show the typical New England Summer where green is the color of the day.

We wondered around 22nd Street dropping by the High line park before heading back to Fotocare to listen to what magical things Adobe CS5 and Lighroom 3 had to offer. I have to say they sound promising.
