Located on Harrison at 24th Street in SF, Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream opened about three months ago and has been wowing locals with some amazing flavors of real, solid, no fakey fake ice cream. I popped on over there to taste a few flavors: Secret Breakfast, Strawberry Jalapeno and Boccolone Prosciutto. This place is a must if you are an ice cream fan… heck it’s a must period – Crazy stuff – check it out!

The goal was to hit up a pâtisserie called Miette, to try some of their Macarons (which is the correct spelling, despite my giving the sales associate a hard time – these are not to be confused with macaroons…). I tried the hazelnut macaron, the pistachio macaron and some sort of rose-flavored macaron. Pretty tasty stuff! Check it out!
