What is happiness? Happiness is defined and understood in different ways by different people. Although, there can be no exact definition of it. For someone reading books can be Happiness but for someone it can be completely boring while traveling and visiting new places make them feel good. So, we can say that it's the state of mind which we feel when we have what we desire. Most of us believe that the want of a specific wish would make happiness in life, however, it may not be so. Even though this simple word has a lot of meaning hidden in it, many of us fail to understand the real one.

1.You are who you believe you are.

Your mind is a powerful force. The thoughts that fill our minds tend to appear in our reality. The way you see yourself, your beliefs about yourself, and your doubts about your abilities, are reflected in the 'I' you project into the world. If you are always doubting yourself, you are sure to fail. If you feel not smart enough, clean enough, strong enough, sharp enough, or any other "sufficient" you can think of, your destiny, full of failure I am writing my destiny. You will succeed if you believe in yourself and know that you can do more than you know. If you feel you have succeeded, you will succeed. Doubting ourselves makes ourselves the worst enemy.

2. Get out of your comfort zone

This always embarrasses me. People want change, but when they want to change and are allowed to believe, they reject new attempts. They reject change. You can dream of everything you need. You can never achieve your dreams in action. Most of us enjoy staying in a comfortable area. There is a good reason. It's comfortable. The truth of the matter is that change is by definition never completely relaxed. Of course, certain minor changes can be made with minimal discomfort. But if you're trying to change your life and make your dreams a reality, it's no small feat. Afraid of leaving your comfort zone, leaving what you know to be safe and afraid of the unknown will stagnate you. If changes are necessary, you must break through the limits you set yourself and explore.

3. Set achievable goals.

Anything is possible, but let's do it. Nothing goes from bankruptcy to billionaire until the end of the month unless you win the lottery. You can't be six-packs from 100 pounds overweight by the weekend. Even liposuction can't. If you want to avoid failure, set yourself a goal that you can achieve. Failing to be lazy with little cognitive experience and failing to break the laws of nature in what you plan are two different things. Failure is part of learning and part of growth. You cannot expect success without experiencing failure in the process. If it doesn't succeed first, try and try again.

4. Stay optimistic.

You may sound silly, but thinking positively really makes all the difference. You are optimistic when things are going smoothly, you do things that are simple but rewarding to keep going, and you know that things don't always go as planned. There are ups and downs in life. There are good days and bad days. The important thing is to focus on all those good things whenever you experience a bad day. Whenever you are in a slump, think happy thoughts, be optimistic, and do not tolerate continuing to doubt your abilities. There are always better days.

5. Don't try because you can't control everything.

Life is a wave. It doesn't mean to be controlled, it means to ride. One of the things you can control is yourself: your thoughts and your actions. The rest of the world works on its own. Not only is trying to control every aspect of life ineffective, but it is also incredibly stressful and frustrating. Don't worry about being out of control. Control yourself and life can always find a way to handle everything that gets in your way. Adapted to difficult situations.

6. Balance your life.

As we've all heard before, good things are too bad. Life gives us so much, and we don't allow ourselves to spend all our time and energy on one particular thing or task. If you want to live a happy life, you must live a balanced life. Introduce all that life has to offer but do so in moderation. Try new things that allow you to say you lived. I need various materials to be happy. You cannot succeed as one material is abundant Happiness demands not only mental health and prosperity but also physical and well-being. You are not just your thoughts. You are not just your body. You are a combination of the two and to be happy, both your body and mind must work at peak performance.

The untold story of Lalremsiami Hmar

Siami comes from a poor background but she has hope in her eyes and determination which makes her the First Indian woman to win the FIH Rising Player award.

Siami's father is a farmer who earns Rs 250 and her mother is a Housewife. Her mother has to take care of all 7 children. She went to a govt school and at the age of 11, she realized that she wants to play Hockey which was an unrealistic dream for her that came true after many struggles.

As her mother was a football player in her youth, she encouraged her children to play sports. The nearest hockey academy was 84 km away and the cost to travel was not affordable because it was more than her dad's daily income. She tried to convince her parents and when they got to know that the academy doesn't charge any fees, they agreed, and finally, Siami was accepted into the academy leaving her family. She could only meet her family for Christmas.

Her family heard taunts like Your daughter could have stayed back and provided for the family. She promised her family that one day she will wear that blue Jersey and train hard and give them everything. Once Siami needed her dad's signature to play a tournament. Her dad spent all his daily earnings to reach there. This shows how supportive her parents were.

She then moved to Delhi to be a part of the junior national team. She soon entered the senior national team. She made India win the Asia Cup through her dedication and determination.

When she was abroad to play India's semi-final match vs Chile, a day before the match her dad passed away. She was devastated but she stayed back and helped India win because she thought her dad would have also wanted to do the same thing.

After the final whistle, she broke down and cried - her teammates motivated her by saying Aapke papa bahut khush hote. She not only made her parents proud but also India is proud of her.

In Sanskrit, Raksha means "protection" and Bandhan means "a bond". Raksha Bandhan, commonly known as Rakhi, celebrates the good wishes and protective bonds between brothers and sisters. This is an ancient Hindu festival that celebrates the relationship between brothers and sisters, but it also begins to show any relationships or bonds of goodwill and friendship. Raksha Bandhan is celebrated on the full moon day of the Hindu month of Shravan. It mainly falls in August during the monsoon season.

ESSENCE OF TYING RAKHI

Rakhi is a sacred line of protection, adorned with the sister's love and affection for her brother. This fragile Rakhi line is considered stronger than an iron chain because it connects the most beautiful relationships with the inseparable bond of love and trust. The Rakhi festival also has social significance because it emphasizes the idea that everyone should live in harmony.

SOME STORIES ASSOCIATED WITH IT

One of the most popular myths associated with this holiday is the myth of Lord Krishna and Drupadi. Legend has it that after Krishna cut off the head of his old enemy Shisupal, he cut off his finger. Drupadi quickly bandaged the wound with a cloth. Krishna told her that he owed her a debt and that he would repay her for her good deeds when she needed it. Later in the Mahabharata, when Draupadi was undressing, Krishna protected her so that she would never be without clothes, which meant that Kauravas could not take them off.

Another legend deals with the god of death Yum and his sister, the river goddess the Yamuna. The Yamuna was very upset that her brother had not come to see her for 12 years. She sought the help of the Ganges, and the Ganges asked Yam to visit her sister. Before their arrival, Yamuna carefully prepared a feast. King Yama was overjoyed and gave him a gift of his choice. She hoped that he would visit her often. Yum was moved and gave him immortality so that he could see her as he wanted.

Once, Lord Vishnu had to live in the kingdom of the King of Bali because of a promise. Goddess Lakshmi prayed for her husband's return, so she went to the Kingdom of Bali and tied a Rakhi on his wrist. When the king of Bali asked her what gift she wanted, she asked to allow her husband to go home.

Therefore it is also a great sacred verse of unity, acting as a symbol of life's advancement and a leading messenger of togetherness. Raksha means protection, and in some places in medieval India, where women felt unsafe, they tie Rakhi on the wrist of men, regarding them as brothers. In this way, Rakhi strengthens the bond of love between brothers and sisters and revives the emotional bonding. Relationships have always been considered a vital part and parcel of every individual’s life. Years come and go, but certain relationships are there to stay forever. Especially, when it comes to taking a deep dip into the cultural sea of India, these eternal bonds are celebrated in every special way.

I remember the first time I cried

I was with one of my girlfriends

He is an Indian author. He writes romantic thriller books. This book is a psychological romantic thriller and is a part of his ' obsession trilogy '. This book was published in December 2019.

Review

Roses are blood red is the haunting story of passion and eternal love. This story revolves around two main characters named Vanav Thakur and Aarisha Shergil. Where Vanav is a neurosurgeon in Army and Aarisha is an M.B.A student. In this story, Vanav promises his "Ranisa" (a nickname given to Aarisha by him) to give her a love story that every girl desires but few gets. As the story starts moving forward Aarisha gets to know the things that happen in the past.

This story tells us about the obsession with someone's absence.

The characters and the story is built and written amazingly. In this story violence and Self-destruction have been shown. This story shows different sides of Love like Obsession, Passion, and the power of silent love which may not be able to show in front of everyone but can be felt within. Some amazing and my favorite lines from this book are "absence

makes the heart grow fonder" and "When you take pain for someone, you start belonging to that person".

Since this story tells us about so many sides of love it is entirely your choice that which aspect you focus upon : the thorn or the blossom.

If you love reading thrillers I would recommend novoneel chakroborty's books. His books are filled with thrillers and stories of true love. I would give it a 4.5/5.

Yes, it is

Something similar was happening to me

So, I was planning here

All-day and night what to do

I don't have any close friends who can give

Me suggestions

I started watching all romantic movies

Irrespective of language, they say na

I even felt like many songs have written for me only

I just loved the feeling of being in love

Even though it is one-sided, I was happy because unlike earlier the person whom I loved,

I decided let's start with being friends

Then once she gets to know me, I'll move ahead

I was just waiting for one golden chance

I used to feel that I was the just unlucky person

But I happened to be lucky this time

It was the time for midterm exams

This time I wasn't just lucky

I have and I always use to think that how does it work or how do they attract but now I got to know that they do not just attract but also complete each other and also make a perfect match.

Minerals are naturally occurring materials. a material need to be five requirements to be considered as a mineral

having a definite chemical composition
the atoms that make the substance must be arranged in an orderly structure

Identifying Minerals

i)Color

color is not the most reliable way to identify minerals, the same mineral may exist in different colors, but in opaque and metallic minerals color is a reliable indicator to identify minerals

ii)Hardness

hardness is measured on the Mohs scale, it is like a scratch test. here we are supposed to take an unknown mineral and scratch with an item of known hardness (or vice versa). Since some minerals may leave a powdered streak on the item being scratched (or the known hardness item may leave a streak on the sample) one must rub the "scratch" with a finger to see if it is really a scratch or just a powder streak that rubs off. If a mineral produces a powder streak on the item being scratched then it is probably softer than that item. (Conversely, if the item leaves a streak on the sample it is softer than the sample.)

iii)Luster

Luster refers to the reflection of light off the mineral's surface. luster can be classified based on whether the mineral is metallic or non-metallic.

iv) Cleavage and Fracture

when a mineral breaks randomly it will have a jagged irregular shape. such irregular breakages are referred to as Fractures. they are of two types i) conchoidal and ii) uneven.

not all minerals break randomly some of them breaks in a certain way that it looks like they have been cutted in such a way such breakages are referred to as Cleavage

v) Streak

it refers to the color of a mineral as a powder. to make the powdered sample of a mineral we need streak plates, streak plates are ceramic tiles, we rub our mineral sample against it to create powder and observe the color of that powder. most minerals leave a color streak but a few of them leave a distinctive color that can be used to identify them.

Isn't UAPA a Black Law which is a threat to our Democracy ?

Firstly, let's try an understand what is UAPA

UAPA is a law that aims at preventing Unlawful Activities in India. Its objective is to give Powers but not Justice for dealing with activities directed against the Integrity and Sovereignty of India.

There 3 main points which we need to know:-

• In the past, Government could declare any organization as a terrorist organization but according to the 2019 UAPA act a person can be designated as a terrorist

• In the past, we needed to take permission from the Director-General of Police to check and investigate the Property but according to 2019 UAPA, Attachment of Property is allowed.

• In the past the deputies of pretended or assistant commissioner of police investigate the case but according to 2019 UAPA NIA officers will investigate UAPA cases

Talking about the Burden of Proof, The investigating agency will have to prove whether a person is a terrorist or not, not the accused. The law has a longer period of detention without judicial scrutiny with very few chances of providing bail.

Talking about what our Indian government says about UAPA, There is a 72% rise in arrests between 2015 to 2019 and the conviction rate is just 2.2% which proves that UAPA is indiscriminate. The highest cases of UAPA were recorded in Manipur (306), Tamil Nadu (270), Jharkhand (105), Assam (87) highest arrest recorded in UP (498), Manipur (386), Tamil Nadu (308), Jharkhand (202). The Parliament says that there is a decrease in terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir but there are 225 cases recorded and 227 arrests.

Now, let's talk about few activists who were arrested under UAPA

Safoora Zargar:- She is a student activist hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, a student of JMI. The Delhi Police arrested her under UAPA saying that she was a part of a conspiracy to cause records and making an inflammatory speech. The prosecution said Zargar made an inflammatory speech on 23 Feb 2020 at Chand Bagh, but her lawyers said that she delivered a speech at Khureji (Another part of Delhi). Gautam Bhatia, the constitutional scholar, critiques The reasoning in that order for Zargar's continued detention. In June 2020, A preliminary report by the American bar association said that international law including treaties in which India is a state party only permits pre-trial detention and narrow circumstances which didn't appear to have met in Zargar's Case. Presently she is on bail and there is no evidence found against her.

Natasha Narwal:- She is a student activist who was protesting peacefully against the CAA act. Delhi Police arrested her under UAPA saying she was forcefully asking women to take part in the CAA rally, giving an inflammatory speech, and blocking roads but the court did not find any evidence against Natasha Narwal that she tried to spread inflammatory speech.

Umar Khalid was booked under UAPA for Inflammatory speeches instigating Delhi Riots and provocative speeches during the visit of Donald Trump to India. Akhil Gogoi was also arrested under UAPA with allegations of Maoist Conspiracy but did not find any evidence which could be responsible for destroying the Unity, Integrity, and Sovereignty of India.

Delhi High Court stated that the State isn't understanding what is the difference between Peaceful Protest and Terrorist Activities. The right to protest cannot be called a Terrorism Activity and the Right to Protest is a Constitutional Right. DHC, even said that inflammatory speech, Blocking Road, and Peaceful Protest don't come under UAPA or can't be linked to Terrorist Activities.

Under Bhima Koregaon Case, Sudha Bhardwaj, Rona Wilson, Dr. Anand Teltumbde, Varavara Rao, Mahesh Raut, Stan Swamy, and many more are Arrested.

Varavara Rao:- He is an 80-year-old Poet, Activist, professor, and writer who is arrested under UAPA having allegations of being involved in the Bhima Koregaon case where police alleged that he made speeches responsible for inciting violence. If UAPA and his arrest are serious then why Trail wasn't done till 22 months of his arrest. His Bill was rejected five times, even the medical Covid bail was rejected. Before the Maharashtra government was handling the case but after elections and change of govt, the Central Government took the case into their hand. His family members said that His physical and mental health was getting worse in jail. NIA opposed Bail and said that He was taking undue advantage of the Pandemic. A

Presently he is under 6 months bail on medical grounds.

Sudha Bhardwaj:- Bombay High Court, said There was no incriminating evidence found against Sudha Bhardwaj. It was claimed by Pune Police that some documents were recovered from her co-accused which mentions her activities and proves that she is a member of CPI (Maoist). The caravan investigated documents of the case, which the Pune Police had presented to the court as true copies of incriminating files. They found many indications that the police may have used their devices while it had them in its custody and may have edited files on them.

1994, SC judgment said that,

Every Terrorist is a criminal but Every Criminal isn't a Terrorist.

In another case, SC said Terrorism is about Hijacking, Car Bombing, or using Nuclear Weapons. In a case - PUCL vs UNION OF INDIA, SC judgment said Terrorism is about When someone tries to remove democracy elected government or try to harm constitutional's main principles i.e unity, integrity, and sovereignty or tearing apart secular fabric. Our New Chief Justice of India, N.V RAMANA has joined the Chorus against Sedition Law.

If we observe, We can see that people arrested under UAPA, are mostly human right activist, tribal or Dalit Rights activists, or student activists. These activists are fighting against the government peacefully and to stop their movements such laws like UAPA are practiced where a person can't get bail easily and their movements can be stopped.

Few questions raised in my mind:-

1. Isn't UAPA destroying our Voice of Protest?

2. Are we ready to get arrested and named as Terrorists without the government having any proof or Pre Trial against us?

3. Is UAPA demonstrating Justice or Giving Power?

4. Isn't UAPA misused?

5. Why are there many arrests and cases after 2014?

6. Isn't UAPA also a TADA or POTA?

7. Isn't UAPA a Black Law?

8. Why are the ones arrested who are fighting against government wrong policies?

9. Once the activist is arrested, there is no trial - Why?
