A patient of mine was unable to talk because of recent oral surgery but needed to make an appointment with our office. I happen to be sitting at my desk and received the message personally. I was able to help the patient and had our staff take it from there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She now has an appointment and on the way to recovery.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When someone tells me that having all of this technology is a waste, I say humbug!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Additionally, jus the other night I was able to help another woman in a town far away from my own with a problem she had that needed immediate attention. My first book, I Love My Dentist, was designed to be used by dentists and non-dentists (just about any business can use the information enclosed in the over 235 pages) but I realized that in reality there is a much more important message that I needed to get out to the public at large.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That message is, "The Customer is King". What does this mean? How does this apply to just about every business, service and industry?
