Technology is truly amazing. A patient of mine was unable to talk because of recent oral surgery but needed to make an appointment with our office. So, what did she do?

The Customer is King

OK. My first book, I Love My Dentist, was designed to be used by dentists and non-dentists (just about any business can use the information enclosed in the over 235 pages) but I realized that in reality there is a much more important message that I needed to get out to the public at large.

That message is, "The Customer is King". What does this mean? How does this apply to just about every business, service and industry? Well, you'll have to stay tuned for my new book coming out hopefully within the next couple of months.

Suffice it to say, that it is about time that every industry, every profession, web based or live, understand that without the customer they are nothing.
