And now let’s get silly. Wilhelm and Zee interview possible temps, but as with all auditions, it’s mostly full of crazies. It’s like getting 5 million tiny, stupid cartoons for the price of one (stupid cartoon)! This was made for TSG’s second Mother marathon, so naturally I just had to use the wacky drugstore music.

This video proves that things slowly and unnaturally rotating for no reason will always make me laugh. I’m simple like that.

No Guild Wars 2 till 2011

Guild Wars fans have been waiting a long time for Guild Wars 2 and their going to have to wait even more. Jaeho Lee, NCsoft west CEO, said that “The commercialization will be expected at this point probably sometime in the year 2011.” He did say that there may be a closed beta test in 2010, so there is still a chance that there will be a way to take a shot at the sequel before 2011.

Even more Bayonetta swag for Australia

Not only will Australia be receiving the Bayonetta special edition (apparently called climax edition) complete with an art book, slip case, and sample soundtrack, but those who pre-order the climax edition will also be getting a replica of Bayonetta’s pistol.

Rumor: Project Natal launch details

MCV brings us another rumor from a inside source saying that Microsoft recently held a behind closed door tour of Microsoft’s UK publishers and studios. The supposed tour revealed that Natal will be arriving November 2010 with 5 million units produced for launch and a catalog of 14 games on launch day. The tour also revealed Microsoft is shooting for a price under £50 ($80 USD), but some reported that it could go as low as £30 ($50 USD).

Even if this is true, November 2010 is still a year away meaning plans may change quite a bit before then.

Final Fantasy XIII’s Final Fantasy XIV campaign code is not a beta invite

Famitsu went into detail about what the “Campaign Code”, which was originally thought to be a beta code for Final Fantasy XIV, is exactly. The code, which will ship with the first round of Final Fantasy XIII copies in Japan, will give you a secret item for when you start your adventure in Final Fantasy XIV.

Unfortunately that means no easy access to the beta, but at the very least you will get something to show your Final Fantasy dedication.

Muramasa: The Demon Blade gets Australian release date

Australians will be able to grab a copy of the Wii exclusive hack and slash Muramasa: The Demon Blade on December 3rd.

Hopefully Muramasa: The Demon Blade’s release in Australia doesn’t end up in the same situation as Europe where the publisher is having trouble getting some retailers to stock it.

Rumor: Medal of Honor going modern

A inside source told MCV that the next entry of Medal of Honor will be following the Call of Duty franchise into a modern setting. The source, who wasn’t named, said “it’s a new take on the modern warfare idea – and will really help give the series the kick up the arse it needs.”

Hopefully if the series does go in this direction there will be some major differences to distinguish the title from the Modern Warfare series. The last thing we need is another “me too” modern shooter.

Bully composer accidently confirms Bully 2

Shawn Lee, composer for Bully and The Getaway, was asked about what games he will be composing for in the future. Apparently Mr. Lee didn’t realize the next iteration of Bully has yet to be announced and answered “It looks like I will be doing the soundtrack for Bully 2 in the not so distant future…”

Marked under a rumor just in case, but I think this pretty much confirms that a sequel is on the way.

Vagrant Story heading to European PSN

PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable users will soon be able to play the original Vagrant Story. The listing for the game was this week but Square-Enix confirmed that the date was wrong and just said the title will be coming soon. There hasn’t been a price listed yet either but you can probably assume it will fall around the same price point as most Square-Enix games do in the PSOne classic section.
