An RCMP staff sergeant has filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against 13 former colleagues in the force's travelling equestrian show the Musical Ride, claiming she was sexually assaulted and harassed in the 1980s.

Staff Sgt. Caroline O'Farrell, 52, who works in Ottawa, claims she was sexually assaulted, assaulted and harassed from 1986 to 1987 while working as a constable.

Her ex-husband and their two children are also listed as plaintiffs, claiming $300,000 in damages under the Family Law Act for a loss of care and guidance from O'Farrell due to the alleged abuse.

The defendants are listed as Kevin Baillie, Gary Beam, Sylvain Berthiaume, Luc Boivin, Greg Chiarot, Francois Duguay, Marc Godue, Mike Herchuk, Cory Hoehn, David Kopp, Christine Mackie Windover, Gerry Ogilvie and Michael Roblee, as well as the Attorney General of Canada.

The statement of claim alleges that O'Farrell, one of the few women working in the Musical Ride, was subjected to an outdated hazing ritual in which she was doused with water and then dragged by her arms and legs through stall shavings mixed with manure and urine.

The suit, seeking more than $8 million in damages, alleges she was subjected to this because she was a woman.

It also alleges that when she began to complain and defend herself, she was harassed by her attackers for doing so. It alleges members of the ride took bets on when O'Farrell might attempt suicide and made fun of her for complaining.

It also alleges that when she fell asleep on a bus ride in Alberta, someone filmed a finger through the fly of his pants next to her ear, simulating a penis. It claims the video was shown to her and others, and left her feeling degraded as though she had been sexually assaulted.

Claimant says no substantial action taken

The statement of claim alleges O'Farrell was eventually transferred from the Musical Ride unit "against her will" because supervisors "couldn't guarantee her safety," and that an RCMP harassment investigation upheld her complaints.

"The final investigation concluded that there were over 100 incidents of harassment that had been substantiated. She was informed by the investigators that her complaint resulted in the largest internal investigation ever conducted in Ottawa," the statement of claim reads.

"However, the RCMP took no real or substantial action against the harassers as a result of its investigation. Some of the harassers received informal discipline (counselling and warnings); others received no form of censure at all. Most of her harassers continue to work in the RCMP today, some as high-ranking officers and others as senior non-commissioned officers in positions of significant influence and authority," the statement of claim reads.

O'Farrell was recently diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of her time with the Musical Ride, the statement says.

It alleges her marriage "deteriorated quickly," that she hasn't been able to have meaningful, long-term relationships with other men, and that her relationships with her children were also negatively affected.

Criminal charges briefly entertained, suit alleges

The statement alleges O'Farrell was called to a provincial Crown attorney's office about possible criminal charges, but that the assistant Crown attorney refused to lay any because "the statute of limitations for those offences had passed to proceed on a summary conviction basis, and that the criminal charge could not proceed by way of indictment."

It also alleges the assistant Crown attorney was the son of a former RCMP commissioner and the brother of an RCMP officer, that he said the charges would be embarrassing for her and the RCMP, and that he would withdraw the charges if they were filed.

The lawsuit does not name the assistant Crown attorney.

None of the allegations contained in the suit have been proven in court.

A statement from O'Farrell's law firm said O'Farrell and her lawyer won't be speaking to the media.

But in an emailed statement, her lawyer, Peter Cronyn, said:

"The assaults and sexual assaults on … O'Farrell were criminal acts perpetrated by and witnessed by police officers and yet no charges were ever laid, nor were there any consequences for the officers involved. The impact of these events and the failure of those in authority to protect her and to hold the perpetrators accountable have severely damaged our client and have substantially compromised her life and career."

The RCMP did not immediately respond to requests for comment Tuesday morning.

At the same time, the RCMP has won the government’s support for its plans to modernize and speed up the system to deal with harassment complaints inside the force.

However, critics said the moves are designed to hide the reality of workplace abuses inside the RCMP.

“These reports ignore the obvious, that 200 women have brought a class-action lawsuit against the RCMP for sexual harassment, so obviously there’s a systemic problem to deal with,” NDP MP Randall Garrison said.

Lawyer Sandy Zaitzeff, speaking Thursday for hundreds of female Mounties signed up for the class-action suit related to harassment complaints, said there are many cases that are solely “horrific” bullying and workplace harassment without sexual harassment.

But he disagreed with the suggestion there was no sexual harassment on a systemic basis. “We have found quite the opposite of that, and we have found that is systemic from coast to coast from Newfoundland to Vancouver,” said Mr. Zaitzeff, based in Thunder Bay, Ont. “It’s a terrible thing what they do on a daily basis to the women officers and women employees, what they think they can get away with in terms of jokes and low-life, washroom humour at the expense of a person.”

It is time we differentiated hard intelligence and rational analysis from conspiracy theory addiction. Remember, it was Fox News and the Limbaugh crowd that created the addiction for wild conspiracies and fabrication.

They, of course, did so out of knowing treason, as time has proven out rather conclusively. Let’s look at what we know, what we can prove and, especially, what can never be published.

A reader coined our media here in the west, the “LSN” (Lame Stream News). That one may stick. The shame is even Colbert, Maher and Stewart are shamefully dim witted and gutless.

They make me sick.

BUGGING THE PRESS, OR AT LEAST THE “ASSOCIATED PRESS”

The AP or “Associated Press” is hardly real press. Why shouldn’t the government bug the press? We pay the government to protect us from dangerous criminals. In recent years, those who aren’t wearing uniforms or badges, carry press passes often as not.

First of all, at VT, we have certainly been bugged all along by a dozen governments. We get followed and a few claim that helicopters are over their homes continually. I am not so sure about that but we have endless evidence of continual infiltration attempts by paid informants and petty “terrorist groupies,” all pretending to be activists of members of the “alternative press.”

We have had several of our editors and correspondents imprisoned, including a UN Ambassador and member of congress and one who served as White House intelligence chief.

Their crimes? One tried to tell Bush his Iraqi WMDs didn’t exist. The other refused to assign a huge amount of money belonging to the people of the United States to the Bush family. That got him a 22 year sentence. These moves “on the press” were done by two “Bush league” presidents.

Another VT correspondent in Britain is under indictment for, and you will love this, reporting a terrorist threat to an intelligence agency that may well have been fully complicit in planning what was to be an act of false flag terrorism. “Let no good deed go unpunished.”

The lesson, if you are going to report terrorists, please ask them if they are working for the Mossad, CIA or MI-6 beforehand.

If they say no, they are with the Department of Homeland Security, America’s answer to Al Qaeda.

Bush and Cheney ordered the assassination of another of our editors, Gwyneth Todd, a member of the National Security Council. “Gw” escaped to Turkey and then to Australia. The attempt on her life was featured in a five page Washington Post article and is mentioned, with some regularity, on television in Australia. Todd, while at the White House, was privy to some of America’s darkest secrets, not just the illegal invasions but broad spying by AIPAC and even planning of the 9/11 attack as well.

Three VT contributors have been killed while reporting in zones of conflict.

One was kidnapped and tortured by Israelis, an issue now before the International Criminal Court at The Hague.

Another, an Israeli citizen of Jewish ethnicity, is under “sentence of death for honesty in journalism,” a common form of recognition in Israel.

As for the AP and “others,” we are fully behind government efforts to investigate them. We have found the “Lame Stream News” isn’t quite so innocent. It is impossible to defend the United States from terrorism and espionage without running surveillance on terrorist groups and foreign spies.

When Chris Matthews files for divorce from Barack Obama, you know the world is upside down.

When the liberal online rag, Politico, features a clip of Matthews saying, “[Obama] obviously likes giving speeches more than he does running the executive branch,” we’re through the Looking Glass.

The liberal jackals are stalking their own leader, the President. After making mind-bending excuses for Obama’s disastrous presidency, they’ve suddenly heard a supersonic whistle, and they’re out for blood.

Jonathan Turley, famous liberal constitutional lawyer, is counting Obama’s sins, ranging far beyond the current IRS and AP phone-tapping scandals.

James Goodale, former lawyer for the NY Times, is writing, at the Daily Beast, “Obama is fast becoming the worst national security press president, worse than Nixon, and it may not get any better.”

Liberal radio host Bill Press is calling for Obama to fire Eric Holder. Charley Rangel says, “No one believes that the president has given us a sufficient answer [to the IRS and DOJ scandals].”

Representative Zoe Lofgren and NBC’s Brian Williams are down Obama’s neck.

Just a few weeks ago, after the Boston bombing, Obama was unassailable. He was still the king with his own people. Now, he’s turning into lunch meat.

Liberals could be shouting and claiming that the IRS targeting of conservative, patriot, and constitutional groups had nothing to do with Obama, that he’s entirely innocent, that he just got rid of the IRS chief and all is well…but they’re not saying it.

They could be insisting that the DOJ tapping AP phones was all on Eric Holder, and Obama had nothing to do with it…but they’re not saying it.

The current press virus is: Obama is Nixon.

What’s going on?

No one at the moment is playing the race card for Obama, which has been an effective strategy. No one in the press is claiming that Obama’s Republican opponents are racists. Why not?

The IRS and DOJ scandals are manageable. By themselves, absent the press firestorm, they can be contained. Eric Holder can go. The IRS chief has already been dispatched to nowhere land. The president can claim immunity from these two doofuses. Indeed, he may try that.

As long as his liberal allies keeping pounding on the fact that he’s a great president who has been served badly by his inferiors, the ship could hold water. But right now, that’s not happening. The sudden sea change is swamping the boat.

Remember, with Watergate, we saw a successful attack on the US Attorney General, John Mitchell, on the way to nailing Nixon and knocking him out of the box. That Rockefeller operation worked like a magic machine.

Eric Holder, the current Attorney General, has just testified before Congress that he doesn’t know anything about anything. He’s pretty much said, “Ask me a question about any scandal and I’ll plead vast ignorance. That’s my defense.”

Holder is ripe for a takedown. And then the press hounds would be that much closer to pinning blame on Obama himself.

I’m not saying Obama will be impeached or will resign—although in politics, never say never. I’m saying his presidency, such as it is, could be destroyed very quickly among and by his own supporters.

The clue here, again, is the sudden and boggling liberal press turnaround, their all-out assault on Obama. This kind of thing doesn’t happen by accident. It certainly doesn’t happen from the bowels of the president’s rabid worshipers. But it is happening.

That means marching orders. That means screws have been turned by people who expect and demand and can count on obedience. Those people are players who live far above government. Government is their mechanism, as is the press, when it needs to be.

And right now, it needs to be.

Countless millions of women carry the BRCA1 gene and never express breast cancer because they lead healthy, anti-cancer lifestyles based on smart nutrition, exercise, sensible sunlight exposure and avoidance of cancer-causing chemicals.

Jolie, like many other women who have been deluded by cancer quackery, decided the best way to prevent the risk of breast cancer was not to lead a healthy, anti-cancer lifestyle, but rather to surgically remove her breasts in what she describes as “three months of medical procedures.”

Women’s liberation crusade: Off with your breasts!

Worse than merely maiming herself in an act of outright medical quackery, Angelina Jolie has positioned her decision as some sort of women’s liberation crusade, acting and talking as if her “choice” to remove her breasts somehow blazes a new path of female power for all women. (How sick is this, really?)

Oh, what a mess Jolie has made of herself. She has maimed her own body with no medical justification whatsoever, then celebrated this horrible disfiguration through some sort of twisted perception of what womanhood really is. Being an empowered woman doesn’t mean cutting off your breasts and aborting live babies — even though both of these things are often celebrated by delusional women’s groups. Being an empowered woman means protecting your health, your body and your womanhood by honoring and respecting your body, not maiming it.

A vivacious, confident, healthy woman who protects her fertility and nourishes her unborn child is far more heroic and empowering than someone who maims her own body as some sort of sick sacrifice to the cancer industry. Angelina Jolie, as much as she is often viewed as a symbol of female power, seems to have completely lost touch with the core truths of honoring the “temple” of your own female body.

Cancer is never limited to just the breast

Cancer, by the way, is a systemic problem when it emerges, not a local problem limited to just the breasts or other organs. It may be diagnosed in breast tissues, but that’s not the only place it’s growing. The idea that someone can prevent cancer by just removing their breasts is absurd. If the conditions of cancer are present in the body — due to nutritional deficiencies, exposure to chemicals, radiation, etc. — cancer will develop in many different places, not just breast tissues. Removing an organ that might possibly someday be one of the many locations in which cancer is diagnosed is completely irrational and medically abhorrent. Logically, it’s a lot like arguing that you can avoid flat tires on your car by removing all the tires!

Did Angelina Jolie Make A Mistake By Acting On The 'Breast Cancer Gene' Theory?

The 'prophylactic' removal of women's breasts due to BRCA1/BRCA2 status has become a disturbingly popular trend, and increasingly it is being celebrated in the mainstream media and medical establishments as a reasonable choice. But does the scientific evidence itself refute this approach?

Angelina Jolie's recent announcement in a New York Times op-ed that she had a 'prophylactic' double mastectomy due to her BRCA1/BRCA2 status has disturbing implications, some of which we covered late last year in connection with Allyn Rose, the 24-year old Miss America contestant who announced she would be undergoing a double mastectomy to "prevent" breast cancer.

Beyond the fact that as high-profile celebrities their decisions will affect millions of women's perception of the procedure, likely making them more accepting of the concept, their decisions also reflect profound misconceptions about gene-mediated disease risk embedded deeply within popular consciousness, from which prevailing medical opinion is hardly immune.

First, there is a common misconception about the role that the so-called breast cancer susceptibility genes, BRCA1 and BRCA2, play in breast cancer disease risk and prognosis.

BRCA mutations vary widely by ethnicity and are exceedingly rare in the general population, which is why, as NBCNews.com recently reported, "The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends that only women with a strong family history even think about getting a BRCA genetic test –which is only 2 percent of U.S. women." But even in those in which a BRCA mutation is identified, the genes, in and of themselves, do not alone make the disease.

Despite the commonplace refusal of so-called 'evidence-based medicine' to acknowledge the actual evidence of genetics, we moved into a Post-Genomic era over a decade ago following the completion of first draft of the entire human genome in 2000. At that moment, the central dogma of molecular biology – that our DNA controls protein expression, and therefore disease risk – was disproved. Our genome was found to contain roughly 20,000 genetic instructions – not even enough to account for the 100,000 proteins in the human body!

As a result, we must now accept that factors beyond the control of the gene, known as epigenetic factors, and largely determined by a combination of nutrition, psychospiritual states that feed back into our physiology, lifestyle factors, and environmental exposures, constitute as high as 95% of what determines any disease risk. In fact, even the psychological trauma associated with being diagnosed with cancer can drive malignancy via adrenaline-mediated multi-drug resistance,[i] and according to a recent NEJM study, lead up to a 26-fold increased risk of heart-related deaths in the seven days following diagnosis.[ii]

Given this fact, Jolie's decision to have a bilateral mastectomy in order to excise from her body the breast tissue that contains BRCA1/BRCA2 genes which are known to interfere with the repair of radiation-induced DNA damage, rather than focusing on reducing or eliminating all future radiation exposure from her breasts, or incorporating hundreds of nutritional components experimentally confirmed to protect against radiation and associated genotoxic insults to the breast, reflects a iron clad faith in the inevitability of gene-driven cancer vis-à-vis a fundamentally powerless subject, versus trust in the body's ability to prevent and heal all disease, assuming it has the right conditions.

Another common misconception is that you either have, or don't have the "BRACA genes," as if they were monolithic entities, ascertained with the black and white certainty of a pregnancy test. It is a little known fact that thousands of "mutations" in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes have already been identified and characterized on a molecular level, adding much more complexity to the picture than the present level of medical knowledge can claim to convert into compelling statistical risk calculations and actionable treatment recommendations.

Cancer experts said Angelina Jolie's decision to have a preventive double mastectomy because of a heightened genetic risk for breast cancer should encourage women to look into their family history for the disease.

But they cautioned against the need for all women to routinely order a genetic test for breast cancer and noted that there are less-aggressive options to consider for those who do test positive.

In an essay in the New York Times that drew wide attention, the actress said she had her breasts removed earlier this year after testing positive for a mutation in what is called the BRCA1 gene. Ms. Jolie had the test because her mother died at age 56 after a decadelong battle with cancer.

Every year, about 232,000 women in the U.S. are diagnosed with breast cancer and 40,000 die from the disease. The National Cancer Institute says that mutations in the two BRCA genes, BRCA1 and BRCA2, account for less than 10% of all breast cancers. They also cause about 15% of ovarian cancers.

"Women should be empowered by family-history knowledge and BRCA knowledge," said Isabelle Bedrosian, a breast surgeon at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. But a clear family history should be determined before getting tested, she said.

Women who have one or both mutations have about a 60% risk of developing breast cancer during their lifetimes, compared with 12% for women without such mutations, according to the NCI. Women with a BRCA mutation are also likely to develop the disease at a younger age and are more likely to develop it in both breasts.

Some studies put the risk as high as 87%, the figure Ms. Jolie cited as leading to her decision. Tests for both mutations are marketed by Myriad Genetics Inc. MYGN +2.99% of Salt Lake City, which said such testing costs about $3,340. It is covered by major health insurers and managed-care organizations in the U.S., though access is generally limited based on family history and other criteria.

"These are single, rare gene mutations that most people don't have," said Marisa Weiss, director of breast health oncology at Lankenau Medical Center near Philadelphia and founder of Breastcancer.org. Ms. Jolie "seems to imply that women should line up and get the test. But the reality is that only a small percentage of women actually qualify for it, based on the guidelines."

In a New York Times op-ed story written by Angelina Jolie and titled My Medical Choice, the star, 37, explained that she spent the last three months undergoing and recovering from a double mastectomy.

Jolie, who lost her mother to ovarian cancer, writes, "My chances of developing breast cancer have dropped from 87% to under 5%," Jolie writes. "I can tell my children that they don't need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer."

It's not like if she had ever gotten sick that there were no options for her, she with her wealth. Also there are plenty of preventative measures to be taken other than surgery by way of the science of epigenetics and its ramifications.

To have explored these would have been ... "heroic". To fight the negative templates of yesterday and foster something better.

Here is one definition of epigenetics: "The development and maintenance of an organism is orchestrated by a set of chemical reactions that switch parts of the genome off and on at strategic times and locations. Epigenetics is the study of these reactions and the factors that influence them."

Also note: even with the surgery, her risk was not eliminated.

GUATEMALA CITY -- Former dictator Efrain Rios Montt's conviction of genocide is a historic moment in a country still healing from a brutal, three-decade civil war and his trial offered Guatemala's oppressed indigenous communities their first chance to be heard, human rights activists said.

Relatives of those killed and activists celebrated the 80-year sentence handed down by a tribunal to Rios Montt on Friday, a sweet moment in their long struggle to punish the former dictator who presided over one of the bloodiest chapters of a war that killed some 200,000 people, mainly indigenous Mayans.

During the trial Ixil Mayans, who have long suffered discrimination, stood up and testified about mass rapes, the killings of women and children, and other atrocities that authorities had often denied took place.

"It's important that victims were given a voice, that they were given an opportunity to be heard, to feel vindicated, to show they are not crazy and that what they went through did happen," said human rights activist Helen Mack, whose sister Mirna was killed in 1990 while documenting abuses against indigenous communities during the war.

"It's a painful process for Guatemala but we need go through it if we want to heal our wounds as a society," said Mack.

But she warned that it remains to be seen if justice will be served in the case, despite the conviction of the 86-year-old ex-general for genocide and crimes against humanity.

"This sentence is still not firm because Rios Montt's lawyers have already said they will work to nullify it," she added.

The ruling was the state's first official acknowledgment that genocide occurred during the 36-year civil war that ended with peace accords in 1996. It was also the first time such a sentence for genocide was ever handed down against a former Latin American leader in his own country.

For Guatemalan Nobel Peace laureate Rigoberta Menchu the unprecedented trial was an opportunity for Ixil Mayans to show other indigenous communities how to exercise their rights.

Guatemala's Rios Montt guilty of genocide

(CNN) -- Former Guatemalan dictator Efrain Rios Montt was found guilty of the genocide of more than 1,700 indigenous Ixil Mayans during his 1982-83 rule.

A three-judge panel issued the verdict Friday, one day after the conclusion of the trial. The court sentenced Rios Montt, 86, to 80 years in prison.

The trial marked the first time a head of state has been tried for genocide by his country's own judicial system.

Yassmin Barrios, the tribunal's president, read a lengthy review of how the judges reached their verdict before announcing it. The dozens of Ixil witnesses proved that the military killed, tortured and raped the indigenous population. As de facto president, Rios Montt knew atrocities were being committed and did nothing to stop it, Barrios said.

Rios Montt's co-defendant and intelligence chief, Mauricio Rodriguez Sanchez, was absolved.

Guatemala confronts a dark chapter

The court ordered the former leader go straight to prison, revoking his house arrest.

A conclusion of the trial seemed in doubt in the past weeks, as multiple challenges by the defense were filed in several courts. At one point, one judge annulled the testimony in the trial before it got back on track.

"It's historic for this country," Guatemalan political analyst Martin Rodriguez told CNN en Español. "Surprising, because many of us remain incredulous that Guatemala's judicial system could handle a trial of this magnitude."

The landmark criminal trial could open the doors for future charges against military officials accused of atrocities during Guatemala's 36-year civil war. The war did not end until 1996, leaving more than 200,000 people dead and 1 million as refugees.

There will almost certainly be an appeal to Friday's verdict, Rodriguez said.

Guatemalan President Otto Perez Molina, who has said that there was no genocide during the civil war, reiterated his position following the verdict.

"Today's ruling is not set in stone," Perez Molina told CNN en Español, referring to the expected appeals.

His view on genocide is personal, and his government will respect the outcome of the legal system, he said.

Perez Molina's view has an added importance because during the Rios Montt trial, one former soldier implicated him as having ordered attacks on villages during his time as a military commander.

"When I say that here in Guatemala there is no genocide, I say it from my experiences" as commander, he said, denying that there was a conflict of interest in his publicizing his opinion.
The important thing to recognize in the verdict, Perez Molina said, is that the judicial system is working in ways it never has before.

If Cyprus Is the Bellwether, then Canada Is the Red Flag

An intriguing article titled "Canada Includes Depositor Haircut Bail-In Provision for Systemically Important Banks in 2013 Budget" was recently published in SD Bullion.

The somewhat lengthy title offers all the information necessary, but for those who – quite understandably – may not be able to accept that they have just watched Canada tumble down the Cypriot rabbit hole, here is a bit more detail from the approved budget itself:

"The Government proposes to implement a bail-in regime for systemically important banks. This regime will be designed to ensure that, in the unlikely event that a systemically important bank depletes its capital, the bank can be recapitalized and returned to viability through the very rapid conversion of certain bank liabilities into regulatory capital."

Customer deposits could certainly fall under the label of "certain bank liabilities," and converting them into "regulatory capital" without permission is just a gentle way of describing confiscation. Though Canadian officials have denied that the term "certain bank liabilities" includes customer deposits, we must note that the government in Cyprus also promised that customer deposits would not be touched, only to renege on that promise at the onset of the crisis. Remember lesson #1 of the Cyprus debacle: "Do Not Trust Politicians."

As the recent events in Cyprus have been unfolding, each iteration has seemed to me to be not only logical, but almost predictable. As Jim Sinclair has recently been stating frequently, the EU has run out of options… The next step is confiscation.

There will, of course, be endless rhetoric and debate, followed by minor adjustments in method and percentage taken, but, ultimately, the powers-that-be have reached the confiscation stage. That is now carved in stone.

But at this point, if we are watching the horizon, we will spend less of our time mourning the fall of Cyprus and more of it anticipating which countries will be next in line.

Here, I confess, I have been surprised. There were quite a few countries that, logically speaking, might have been next. Canada was not even on my personal radar. This is not to say that it would not also be in the queue – only that I would have predicted its position in the queue to be quite a bit further back.

Those observing recent developments may have understandably been saying to themselves, "I realize that we live in difficult times and that, if I am to look after my family's future, I need to face up to the fact that we may be seeing dramatic change. But there are some things I can't accept, and one of those is the possibility that my savings could be confiscated by my bank. My government would never allow it!"

For those who very understandably may find this latest realization to simply be beyond the pale, it would be well to take a moment out to rise above the clouds for a bit of an overview at this juncture.

In most countries of what we grew up calling the "Free World," there has been a steady deterioration, particularly with regard to corporatism (the merger of state and corporate powers). One facet of that deterioration has been increasing legislation that allowed financial institutions to create Ponzi schemes with regard to lending, in which the bank goes broke in the end but the cost for the failure is passed to the taxpayer in the form of a bailout.

Put more simply, this means that after the fox has raided the henhouse, the government advises the public that the only way to save the situation is for the government to confiscate more hens from the farmers and give them to the foxes.

However, as history shows, the great majority of the people of all countries will fail to act. They will watch in confusion as events unfold, as the banks continue to come up with schemes to further bilk the public of their wealth, while the governments assure the public that, "It's an emergency situation. We have to be willing to sacrifice a bit more to save the system, or we'll really be sorry." In the end, the majority of people will comply.

If Cyprus is the bellwether, then Canada is the red flag, showing that Cyprus is not an isolated situation. The damage wreaked by monumental debt is systemic, and it has taken place throughout the First World and beyond.

This latter statement will very likely be the most difficult to accept as reality. If so, here is something to consider: Canada has approved its bail-in on a national level just one week after a final decision was made in Cyprus. As we all know, the wheels of governments worldwide move slowly. The reader might ask himself whether he believes that the Canadian government has, in short order, approved its own bail-in, in reaction to the events in Cyprus. If this possibility is simply too far-fetched, he must accept that the plan for Cyprus has been known to the Canadian government for some time and that a similar bail-in for Canada has been in the works for a while. It was simply agreed that Cyprus would go first – to act as the litmus test.

If the reader finds himself agreeing that it is likely that the Canadian government had foreknowledge of the events in Cyprus, his next logical conclusion would be that other nations had the same foreknowledge and have very likely been getting their own ducks in a row.

Most countries in the First World have gone down the same road of monumental debt and have found that that road has led to a precipice. At this point, they have no other option left in their bag of tricks. They are all in the same boat and will play their last option – confiscation of wealth.

While many First World citizens think that events like those unfolding in Cyprus could never happen in their home country, the truth is precisely the opposite – and actions like the Canadian government's send a strong signal that the time to protect your wealth from governmental grabs is running out.

The impact of being able to turn in your neighbor for their opinions or other peaceful behavior is well documented. It is a power that encourages the worst within human nature and rewards those people who lie and betray all trust. A network of citizen-informers not only creates the Stasi or Nazi state but also the Stasi or Nazi human being.

In his remarkable book, The Gestapo and German Society: Enforcing Racial Policy 1933-45 (Oxford, 1990), historian Robert Gellately presents a riveting window into the three-way collaboration between the totalitarianism, a complicit citizenry, and state persecution of 'the other'.

The book arose from a chance encounter during research Gellately was conducting on WWII at a German archive. A librarian mentioned a collection of 19,000 Gestapo files that a Nazi officer had lacked the time to destroy. Although the collection covered only one region, Gellately expanded the research as best he could and found the results to be eerily similar.

The files changed his view of domestic spying in Nazi Germany.

Previously, when Gellately had asked Germans from that era about the presence of secret police, they replied “it was everywhere” – behind every curtain and under every rock. After all, how else could the Gestapo so effectively detect the hidden Jews, a murmur of dissent, the ownership of forbidden literature, or a long-ago socialist sentiment? These matters were cloaked by secrecy, private dwellings and the passage of time.

Gellately uncovered a domestic spy structure in which the average German flooded the Gestapo with rumors and reports (true or false) on their neighbors' behavior and background. The Gestapo functioned primarily as a filter for the information flow upon which they then acted to enforce policy.

Perhaps a former classmate remembered someone was Jewish. A neighbor may have glimpsed a forbidden book through a window or on a casual visit. A business competitor might suspect a shop of selling more than its 'share' of rationed items. The Gestapo was successful at the minutia of repression because it enjoyed the popular participation of average people.

The phenomenon is not evidence of a “flaw in the German character”; it points to a tendency within human nature itself. Gellately found informers were not primarily motivated by patriotism, fear, or an ideological commitment to Hitler.

Rather they were motivated by greed with businessmen reporting on partners to acquire the full share of a company. The envious turned in a richer neighbor. The spurned informed on ex-lovers and romantic rivals. The petty revenged their small disputes by calling in the Gestapo. And, then, there were those who basked in the self-importance of being listened to by authorities.

Gellately's research led to a subsequent book, Backing Hitler: Consent and Coercion in Nazi Germany, 1933-1944 (Oxford, 2001). Backing Hitler directly challenges the idea that Nazi Germany was the 'achievement' of an evil elite. It occurred because a sufficient number of Germans actively cooperated. Backing Hitler also argues against the idea “it cannot happen here” because the motives that led to cooperation are grounded in a human nature shared by all nationalities.

Gallately commented on a German woman who had been interviewed for a show the BBC was presenting about his work. He stated, “When she was presented with a Gestapo document she had signed that denounced a Jewish woman, she admitted the signature was authentic....She then said, 'But that's not me'.” The woman was expressing a fundamental truth about people within society.

When encouraged and rewarded by authority to act viciously, when their vile behavior is protected from consequences, many people will become the worst versions of themselves. They will become expressions of statism. By contrast, if viciousness is discouraged and punished by a civil society, the same people may never harm another human being. Human interaction is often defined by a framework of financial and psychological incentives.

Operation TIPS and CPAT will create the worst possible version of an American – an American who is indistinguishable from the German woman who turned in an acquaintance for being Jewish. Like the Nazi informer, the American may blithely deny the viciousness of his act by saying “that is not me.”

Of course, it is. At least, that is who the average American could become when handed the power of the state to use anonymously and with no consequences against anyone he dislikes. He is the American that the ruling elite wish to create.

A psychotherapist who worked with five of Jimmy Savile’s abuse victims has spoken about about the level of Satanic ritual abuse carried out by the deceased BBC presenter and other pedophiles in the UK. She also criticised the mainstream media’s decades-long wall of silence, saying that it is responsible for creating the climate that allowed Savile to exist.

She also disturbingly revealed that “the more they suffered, the less they were believed,” and criticised the police for failing to protect victims:

"Over 20 years ago I had two accounts of Jimmy Savile being an abuser," but when she approached the police about the accusations, they found it "impossible to consider".

Speaking about her experience on BCFM, Valerie Sinason the director of the London based Centre for Dissociative Studies, said that she has interviewed more than 500 victims of ritualistic abuse over the last 25 years.

Dr Sinason made headlines earlier this year when she revealed that Savile had sexually abused two girls as part of a Satanic ritual.

When asked for more details about the kind of abuse that Savile inflicted, Dr Sinason said:

Savile was not only abusing all children with or without disabilities, in group settings, in individual settings, in hospital settings, he was also invoking belief systems, doing rituals, making children believe that he had extra powers, and if they didn’t obey him they’d be punished in an afterlife.

Dr Sinason is eager to point out that ritual abuse is not exclusive to Satanism and is seen in other religions.

Civil Disobedience or Death by Design

Friends. How much time to we have left?

By my clock it's five minutes past midnight. We are into unchartered territory. Territory where only bravery and vision can hope to cut through the torpor and stupor which is bringing about the designed obsolescence of the human race and the transgenic re-engineering of the common gene pool of our planetary biodiversity.

As I write this, the technocrats in Brussels are lining up to enforce an Act designed put an end to our seeds. The saving and resowing of 'real' seeds. Those in high places believe we need to 'move-on' concerning the control of the food chain. It's time for total control. Only seeds registered and licensed by the State will be legal. And only those with money will be able to afford to do this exercise. The corporations will own the seeds and fulfill their ambition to have 'full spectrum dominance' of the food chain. “He who controls food controls the people”. Checkmate.

They have decided that its time to cease the perpetuation of a pattern of life on planet Earth that goes back to the birth of agriculture – and before.

That is what they are doing in Brussels 6 May 2013 and beyond. From now on, unless we cut free of obeisance to the centralised, totalitarian regimes whose takeover of our planet is almost complete, we will have only ourselves to blame. For we are complicit in allowing ourselves to become slaves of the Corporate State and its cyborg enforcement army. That is, if we continue to remain hypnotized by their antics instead of taking our destinies into our own hands and blocking or refusing to comply with their death warrants. This 'refusal' is possible. But it will only have the desired effect when, and if, it is contemporaneous with the birthing of the Divine warrior who sleeps in us all. The warrior who sleeps-on, like the besotted Rip Van Winkle in the Catskill mountains.

We have arrived at the optimum point to draw a line in the sand. I say optimum, because the need for food faces everyone of us every day – so it's not possible to run and hide when it comes to eating. It's a bottom line necessity. It's a bottom line that is now one step from being removed from our control. I say 'one step' because we can turn around , draw our swords and say “No”.

Artists and spiritually inspired human beings are not exempt. In fact they will have a critical role to play in the great fight-back which is our one and only genuine resource at times of extreme crisis. And, in case some think otherwise, I want to state that this is such a time. No artist or spiritually inclined individual can claim to be such unless he or she is willing to enlist in the cause of protecting the sacred nature of life itself.

What the technocrats and their Illuminati masters cannot do is defy the power of the spirit – once its lit-up. And we must get it lit up – or die of starvation. Starvation of the spirit is just as prevalent as starvation from lack of food, on this tragic planet; perhaps more so. It's an artist's job to light-up the starving spirit by feeding it something that will bring it to life and steer it towards victory, not something that will encourage it to remain asleep.

I am a farmer, actor, activist and writer. I see no contradiction here. They are each mutually reinforcing elements of one life force. Of the gift of life which brought us here. And this gift of life starts as a seed. When lit-up - it presents the one power that can ultimately defeat the tunnel vision technocrats, the power besotted politicians, the blind Bilderbergers and the non-human will of the Illuminati overlords. They will all fall to our Excalibur once we remember how to use it.

Remember we must. To put an end to that darkly scheming little cabal which is, at this very moment, is dipping the ancient sacred seed into the patented petri-dish of a genetically engineered holocaust. Attempting to forever remove it from its origins in the subtle soil of a thousand lands. Fight this with a thousand shining swords, for it is we who are being engineered.

Those subverters of the sacred are convinced they will succeed in locking this seed away from the light - forever, and enlisting all humanity into their sinister power games. But, brave souls, nothing can stir us like a challenge to kill us off. Nothing can set the red corpuscles racing faster than the thought of an insentient trans-humanist cyborg future for us and our children. For the human race.

So let us use this occasion – the funeral preparations for the passing of the seed – to surprise and shock our opponents. Let us use this attempt at absolute enslavement to pledge to take back control of our destinies and that of this Universe. And by so doing, realize that our oh-so-long sleeping potentiality can wait no longer to see the light, and must go forth to fight in its defense.

We can push back the encircling Brussels' vultures and all their prying ilk, once we are sufficiently stirred. Just as we warriors of the heart can also defeat the tyrants and madmen of Washington, Rome, Moscow, Berlin and London. Everywhere.

Let 'saving the seeds' serve as a symbol of defying all life-threatening acts. We cannot just leave it to the farmers and growers to push back such a momentous and callous global theft. Just as we can't leave it only to 'artists' to reveal the creative nature that exists in all human beings. 'Doctors' to tell us when we are sick and how to get cured. 'Bankers' to tell us where to put our money.

Saving the seeds is up to all of us. Make a point of demanding an end to the tyranny. Refuse to comply with any demands that lead to the death of nature. Shun the hyper stores. Grow your own foods. This comes from a time when there was ... evolution in the air, when anything was possible, when the world was becoming more social.

By the end of the decade, it is clear now, the global elite had had enough of this. The clampdown was in ... hope in the world, along with evolutionary and revolutionary music, has been squelched and bludgeoned ever since as the United States and the entire world began heading into a giant Maritime Coven - the Maritime provinces being ahead of the curve in relentless economic depression, fascism and satanism.

Tho' all is bleak and lifelessness saturates now, this cannot last forever. Humanity is going to rise again ... we are going to start dancin' again. All it takes is a minority to overthrow the fascists and the satanists and their out of control extremely criminally insane and controlling elite.

It would seem the said minority does exist out there in the wide world. What is required is solidarity amongst that minority, that is the missing ingredient that keeps the madness agenda going. Those in the minority have got to start dancing with one another.

The Beach Boys' version of "Do You Wanna Dance?" was a single released through Capitol Records on 15 February 1965. It peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was the highest charting Beach Boys song to feature Dennis Wilson on lead vocals. The B-side was "Please Let Me Wonder". The song was also released on the band's 1965 album "Today!". It was recorded on 11 January 1965 at Gold Star Studios and was produced, arranged and conducted by Brian Wilson. Take 3 of the song was used as the master. The song was first released in 1965 in mono on the band's album "Today!" with a stereo remix of the song released in 2012 on the stereo remaster of that same album.
